A further investigation that characterizes the sound that comes from manufacturing process of metal material products. however. To do this, a noise management plan is needed. It should include a generated sound process from the main sources of disturbance at manufacturing process areas. And a soundproof measurement will identify the amount of noise reduction needed for a hearing-safe working environment. Finally, researchers in this study measured tests on the noise and the vibration process, and the noise caused by operations allowed for an investigation on the suitability of certain environmental conditions. Noise-related programs can be used to predict the noise distribution of the noise level characteristic. This can help identify and reduce the presence of sound interference through sound proofing measures.
The prospect of the new railway construction has led to resistance from residents, partly based on noise and vibration issues. Particularly, as tracks often pass closely to residential dwellings, constructors are then required to take account of noise and vibration. So the prediction of noise and vibration for train is very important thing. The train noise and vibration nearby the elevated railway make one specific issue. For the elevated railway, this paper concerns the rolling noise by the wheel/rail and the structure-borne noise by the bridge. Based on the results, this paper proposes the source model of elevated structure-borne noise and the calculation model for elevated railway noise. Also prediction model is presented with rolling noise and elevated structure noise which are calculated by considering the power level of a source for one-third octave band, ground absorption and barrier deflection. A lot of empirical data is needed to predict the noise and vibration. And one of the best ways to control the wayside noise is to analyze the noise level.
The source of wayside noise for the train are the aerodynamic noise, wheel/rail noise, and power unit noise. The major source of railway noise is the wheel/rail noise caused by the interaction between the wheels and rails. The Structure borne noise is mainly a low frequency problem. The train noise and vibration nearby the elevated railway make one specific issue. The microphone array method is used to search sound radiation characteristics of elevated structure to predict the noise propagation from an elevated railway. In this paper, the train noise and structure borne noise by train are measured and prediction. From the results, we investigated the effect for elevated railway noise.
The object of this paper is to examine the noise generating mechanism at ship construction and repair precess. To accomplish the object; A noise generating mechanism of high noise machine, which is mounted in the ship construction and repair process, was investigated. The measurement method of the noise for the machine by ship construction were investigated. The noise at the 250 points of the manufacturing process machine in the 40 processes of the 3 factories, 3 business fields was measured. The database of the noise was built from the measurement data. The major sound sources and frequency range for the manufacturing process of metal material product machine was investigated.
