The study was conducted with statical analysis of data (828 data in 2010, 752 data in 2012, 648 data in 2014) in order to evaluate laboratory awareness difference of research employees working in different types of universities.
Results of the study were as follows: First, university institutes in the order of polytechnic colleges, university, and junior college showed the highest laboratory safety awareness in 'awareness and education of laboratorial safety regulation' and 'awareness in laboratory risk factors'. Second, the difference in safety awareness of universities by year(years that conducted current status survey) was the highest in year 2014, then in 2010, and in 2008. Third, the difference of research employees working for laboratory safety management by year(years that conducted current status) showed that university had the highest laboratory safety awareness in year 2010, but it changed to polytechnic colleges in year 2012 and 2014.
Through this study, we could recognize the difference in safety awareness of research employees working in university institutes
Purpose – The research aimed to reveal real decisional behavioral of management institutes in India for social media marketing usage, and analyses of empirical elements of social media consumption pattern.
Research design, data, and methodology – The investigation was based around a research methodology using quantitative analysis with appropriate statistical techniques on random surveys of consumers, detailed exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses are applied to assess the empirical validity of the model and multiple regression employed using R studio edition to validate the reliability of the developed models.
Results – A new conceptual framework is proposed – the management institutions decision model, providing a tool for effective and more focused decision-making strategies for developing better utilization techniques for social media. Management institutions have different requirements based upon objectives and resources available. The evidence suggests that the administrators need to be more aware of consumer indicators when targeting and designing social media marketing strategy.
Conclusions – The research was based on samples and not the entire population of target consumers, providing limitations. As an inferential statistical method was chosen, the results might be susceptible to inaccuracy. The model developed from different age users, thereby providing rich perspectives into social media usage pattern.
This study was carried out to find effective and well functioning methodology to achieve the goal of floral decoration course as a social education at institutes of life long education, by assessing & analizing the result of question are investigation measuring the degree of participants' satisfaction about the course. we came to following conclusion by statistical analysis of the investigation.
Firstly, as for composition, 91% of the participants were female, 55% were in their twenties and thirties, 48.5% were university students or graduated from universities.
As for their occupations, the participants were composed of students(48%), house wives(27%) and office workers (17.6%) in order.
Secondly, Even though 80% of the participants were satisfied with the contents and the methods of the course, various modalities of teaching were required because only 48% of the lectures were performed with us age of various educational modalities.
Thirdly, the primary reason for choosing the institutes of lifelong education in the university was due to their expectation for qualified and variously talented instructor.
Therefore, to commensurate with their expectation, the institutes and the instructors should develop good contents and good teaching skills utilizing various educational modalities. Fourthly, to manage highly qualified lecture and motivate active participation and effort to learn, proper test method to evaluate the participants' performance should be developed.
As a conclusion, to meet with the demand of students and to accomplish the goal of the course, the institutes should provide with highly qualified and specialized course with good contents by qualified and talented instructors utilizing various educational media and proper test methods.
