On the international political stage of the 21st century, the strategic rivalry between China and the United States is one of the most captivating focal points. As two major global powers, China and the United States, their competition and cooperation across multiple domains have profound implications for the global political and economic landscape. The historical evolution of Sino-U.S. relations provides us with key insights into the understanding of the current strategic rivalry. Within the realm of hard power, the economic and technological rivalry between China and the United States is intensifying, engendering notable frictions within areas such as economics and technology. These frictions reverberate through their interactions, influencing their positions and interests on the global stage. However, the role of soft power in the context of Sino-American relations cannot be understated. The United States has persistently exported its values of democracy and freedom, whereas China emphasizes the principles of peaceful development and shared prosperity. The strategic rivalry between China and the United States is an intricate, multifaceted issue that poses significant challenges. To effectively address this complexity, China must employ a comprehensive array of strategies and measures to ensure its enduring stability and sustained development in the ever-evolving global landscape.

Soft magnetic powder materials are used throughout industries such as motors and power converters. When manufacturing Fe-based soft magnetic composites, the size and shape of the soft magnetic powder and the microstructure in the powder are closely related to the magnetic properties. In this study, Fe-Si-Al-P alloy powders were manufactured using various manufacturing process parameter sets, and the process parameters of the vacuum induction melt gas atomization process were set as melt temperature, atomization gas pressure, and gas flow rate. Process variable data that records are converted into 6 types of data for each powder recovery section. Process variable data that recorded minute changes were converted into 6 types of data and used as input variables. As output variables, a total of 6 types were designated by measuring the particle size, flowability, apparent density, and sphericity of the manufactured powders according to the process variable conditions. The sensitivity of the input and output variables was analyzed through the Pearson correlation coefficient, and a total of 6 powder characteristics were analyzed by artificial neural network model. The prediction results were compared with the results through linear regression analysis and response surface methodology, respectively.

본 논문은 한국 드라마 <태양의 후예>를 분석하여 홍보가 한 나라 의 소프트 파워 전략에 어떻게 작용하는지, 그리고 문화와 이데올로기 의 전파가 전 세계 매체 환경에서 어떻게 전파되는지를 탐구하였다. 우 선 국가 주도의 소프트 파워를 홍보에 접목한 이론적인 틀을 제시하였 다. 그리고 한국 영화와 드라마의 홍보 역사를 정리하였다. 이어서 <태양의 후예>는 소프트 파워가 갖춰진 한류 드라마이자 홍보 드라마 임을 논의하였다. 끝으로 소프트 파워, 홍보, 한류 대중문화 사이의 관 계, 국가가 대중문화의 생산과 보급에 어떻게 참여하는지, 그리고 이 과정에서 소프트 파워가 어떻게 적용되는지를 제시하였다.

1990년대부터 국제사회는 군사력 위주의 하드 파워에서 문화와 도덕 등이 중요시되는 소프트 파워로 전환되었다. 소프트 파워는 강제나 보상 보다 사람의 마음을 끄는 힘으로 자국의 이익을 얻는 능력이다. 본 연구 는 소프트 파워적 관점에서 방탄소년단의 활동을 분석하였다. 첫째, 방탄소년단은 한국 전통문화를 안무에 적용하여 한국 문화유산을 인류의 보편적 가치로 승화시켰다. 둘째, 방탄소년단은 한국의 정체성인 한글을 곡에 적용하여 한글의 세계화에 기여하였다. 셋째, 방탄소년단은 유엔의 유니세프활동과 원폭 티셔츠, 나치문양의 모자, 한국전쟁에 대한 소견 등으로 인류의 보편적 가치를 확산시켰다. 결론적으로 방탄소년단의 소프트 파워 효과는 한국 전통춤을 재구성하여 한국의 문화에 대한 공감대를 확산하고, 한국어로 구성된 가사를 통해 한국어에 대한 친근감을 형성하였 으며, 전쟁보다는 평화가 중요하다는 인식을 저변에 확산시켜 인류에게 미래지향적인 가치관을 확산시켰다.

소프트 파워는 국제 교류 및 지역 협력에서 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 방글라데시·중국·인도·미얀마 지역은 지리적으로 보면 서로 인접되어 있으며 역사적으로왕래가빈번한다. 2013년중·인양국이방글라데시·중국·인도·미얀마 경제회랑 건설을 제의한 후에, 방글라데시와 미얀마가 이 제안에 적극적으로 호응하면서 4국 간의 교류는 더욱 밀접해진다. 방·중·인·미 경제회랑 지역은 중국 서남과 방글라데시·인도·미얀마를 연결하는 중요한 통로 될 것이고, 이를 통해 관련지역의 문화교류도 많아질 것이다. 하지만 4국 간에는 문화교류는 중국과 인도의 소프트 파워에 의해 불균형한 상태로 보인다. 중국·인도는 방글라데시·미얀마에 대해 문화 제품이 더 많이 수출하고 있고, 이는 많은 분야에서 방글라데시와 미얀마에게 영향을 주고 있다. 향후에 이 경제회랑은 문화교류 및 협력 가속화하는 배경 하에, 지속가능한 발전 체제를 구축해 나가야하며, 이를 통해 4국의 소프트 파워 영향력을 균형화시켜서 지역문화의 백화제방（百花齐放）를 달성할 것이다.

Soft power is an important part of national comprehensive strength, many countries has taken all kinds of measures to improve the level of soft power, but there are big differences of efficiency. Important reason lies in the cultural communication strategy. This paper takes China and Republic of Korea as examples to sum up the influence of cultural communication strategy on soft power. The common characteristics of the two countries is the importance of government. However, due to differences in cultural industrialization and dissemination content, there are still great differences in the effect of cultural transformation into soft power. Overall, Republic of Korea has more successful experiences and China is in the process of development.

목 적: 1일 착용용 소프트 콘택트렌즈의 가파르게 처방된 정도에 따른 각막굴절력의 변화, 눈물막 파괴 시간의 변화, 안압의 변화와 상관관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 방 법: 대학생 24명(48안)을 대상으로 1일착용 렌즈를 8시간 착용시켜 8시간 경과 후 렌즈를 제거하고 각막굴절력, 눈물막 파괴시간 그리고 안압 측정을 시행하여 콘택트렌즈 착용전과 비교하였다. 결 과: 가파른 피팅을 함에 따라 각막굴절력은 +0.29±0.06 D 증가(t=-12.62, p<0.05)하였으며, 눈물 띠 파괴시간(TBUT)은 –1.26±2.02sec 감소(t=5.04, p<0.05)하였으며 안압은 –2.19±2.15mmHg 감소 (t=6.4, p<0.05)하였다. 가파른 피팅 정도에 따른 각막의 굴절력과의 상관관계(r=-0.98)는 강한 음의 상관 관계를 가졌으며. TBUT와의 상관관계(r=-0.26)는 약한 음의 상관관계를 가졌으나 안압(r=-0.07)과는 상관 관계가 없었다. 결 론: 각막의 곡률반경에 비하여 소프트 콘택트렌즈의 곡률반경이 0.3mm 이상 가파른 피팅되어 8시 간 착용했을 때, 각막굴절력의 변화에 대한 강한 상관관계가 있으므로 소프트 콘택트렌즈 처방 시 가파른 피 팅이 되지 않도록 유의해야 한다.

목 적 : 본 연구는 기존 콘택트렌즈 홀더와 소프트 콘택트렌즈를 보다 쉽고 안정적으로 장착할 수 있도록 설계한 개선된 콘택트렌즈 전용홀더를 사용하여 다양한 디옵터와 함수율을 가진 소프트 콘택트렌즈의 굴절력을 측정하고 정확도를 평가하였다. 또한 측정 시간경과에 따른 굴절력의 변화를 분석하였다. 방 법 : 실험에 사용한 소프트 콘택트렌즈의 함수율은 각각 38%, 43%, 58%의 렌즈를 사용하였으며, 굴절력에 따라 -3.000D, -7.000D, -10.000D로 분류하여 실험하였다. 또한 기존 콘택트렌즈 홀더와 개선된 콘택트렌즈 홀더를 사용하여 자동렌즈미터로 굴절력을 측정하여 신뢰도를 분석하였다. 결 과 : 기존 콘택트렌즈 홀더를 사용한 경우 -3.000D는 -3.129D로 측정되었으며, -7.000D는 -7.036D, -10.000D는 -10.266D로 각각 측정되었다. 개선된 콘택트렌즈 홀더를 사용한 경우 -3.000D는 -3.007D로 측정되었으며, -7.000D는 -6.988D, -10.000D는 -9.944D로 각각 측정되었다. 모든 종류의 콘택트렌즈에서 개선된 콘택트렌즈 홀더를 사용한 방법이 기존 콘택트렌즈 홀더를 사용한 방법보다 더 정확한 측정값을 나타내었다. 결 론 : 소프트 콘택트렌즈의 굴절력 측정에 있어 개선된 콘택트렌즈 홀더를 사용한 방법이 기존 콘택트렌즈 홀더를 사용한 방법보다 더 정확한 측정값을 나타내었으며, 콘택트렌즈의 굴절력과 함수율이 높을수록 전체적으로 낮은 정확도를 나타내었다.
