The purpose of this study is to develop preliminary learning program of UCC making techniques for assistance of project based international students exchange program. This study drew design principles based on examination from the experts and the experts from the field which resulted in development of Tam & Edy advance learning program for AEEP with the assistance of application enterprise. Multinational students will be able to receive help through Tam & Edy learning in terms of international exchange of AEEP learning activities.
