본 연구는 교원양성기관에 재학 중인 예비교사의 교육복지역량을 함양하기 위한 학습안을 구안하여 실제로 적용하고 학습효과 분석을 토대로 향후 예비교사의 교육복지 학습을 위한 시 사점을 도출하였다. 이를 위해 델파이기법을 통해 학습목표가 되는 교사의 교육복지역량을 규 정하였다. 연구결과, 교육복지 학습은 예비교사의 교육복지역할 인식과 역량 향상에 긍정적인 효과를 보였으며, 참가자는 교육복지 학습의 필요성에 대한 높은 지지를 나타냈다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같은 점을 시사하고 있다. 첫째, 교육복지에 대한 예비교사의 학습 필요성과 효과가 입 증되었고, 둘째, 교육복지 학습은 이에 대한 사전 학습경험이 부족한 학생들의 교육복지역량 함양에 특히 효과적이며, 셋째, 학습자의 선행 경험에 따라 학습효과 차이가 나타나므로 학습 자의 사전 학습경험(readiness)의 수준과 단계를 고려하여 학습경험이 구성될 필요가 있다는 점이다. 끝으로, 다양한 학습방법의 활용은 학습의 효과를 높이는데 중요한 조건이 된다.

This study developed a learning program on education welfare in order for student teachers to improve their capabilities on this area. The learning program was applied to student teachers of K university who volunteered to participate. Effects of the learning program were analyzed and some implications were drawn from the results. The results show that the learning program contributed to the improvement of student teachers' understanding and self-efficacy on education welfare matters and that the participants strongly supported the necessity of such learning experiences for student teachers. Major implications from this study are as follows. First, learning program on education welfare is more helpful especially for student teachers lacking prior experience related to this issue. Second, considering the first implication, the learning program has to be organized on the basis of participants' level and stage of readiness regarding education welfare matters. Third, application of diverse learning methods must be useful for elevating the effect of learning.
