연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대를 맞이하여 기독교적 대응을 어떻게 해야 하는가에 대한 소고이다. 4차 산업혁명은 인공지능을 필두로 빅 데이터, 클라우드, 5G 등의 신조어를 쏟아 내며 오늘날 우리의 삶에 깊숙이 파고 들고 있다. 이러한 시대적 변화에 대하여 긍정적인 담론과 부정적인 담론들이 혼재하며 우리의 방향성에 대하여 생각하게 만들고있다. 4차 산업혁명은 오늘날 시대에 적지 않은 영향력을 발휘하고 있다. 다양한 사회 체계 속에 파고들고 그 위력을 보여주고 있다. 예술문화체계인 영화계, 미술계, 음악계에 영향을 주고 있고, 교육체계에도 적지 않은 도전을 주고 있으며 의학 분야에도 상당한 영향을 미치고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 인간의 가치와 심리에도 영향을 주고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 영향은 앞으로 기독교에도 적지 않은 영향을 줄 것이라는 것은 명백한 사실이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 먼저 1차에서부터 4차에 이르는 산업혁명의 주요변화 특징 들에 대하여 살펴보았다. 1차 산업혁명에서는 증기기관의 발명으로 산업에 혁신을 가져 왔고, 2차 산업혁명에서는 전기의 발견을 생산량의 증폭을 가져와 사회구조의 변화를 일 으켰다. 3차 산업혁명에서는 컴퓨터와 인터넷으로 인하여 정보통신기술의 발달을 가져 왔다. 그리고 4차 산업혁명에서는 방대한 데이터을 클라우드에 구축하고 5G의 초고속 통신으로 네트워크를 형성하여 정보를 사물과 사물, 사물과 사람이 소통하는 시대의 변화를 가져왔다. 이런 상황속에 인공지능이 스스로 학습하고 분석하며 판단을 내리는 인간 이상의 역할을 수행하는 일들이 예상되고 있다. 이와같은 4차 산업혁명이 다양한 사회체계 속에서 어떤 영향을 주고 있는지를 살펴보았다. 그리고 이러한 영향에 대한 기독 교적 대응은 어떠해야 하는지를 제시하고 본 글을 마무리 했다. 시대 변화에 대한 기독교적 대응 전략을 마련하지 못하면 4차 산업혁명이 제시하는대로 이끌려 다닐 수 밖에 없게 된다. 그렇게 될 때 우리의 기독교적 신앙은 절대 진리인 성경의 말씀대로 가는 것이 아니라 인공지능이 분석하고 판단하며 제시하는 것을 따르게 될 수 있는 위기에 처할 수도 있다. 따라는 본 연구는 기독교적 대응을 모색하여 시대적 상황에 대한 위기의식과 더불어 더 나은 성경적 신앙으로의 성장을 바라보는 것에 의미를 둔다고 할 수 있다.

This study looks at how Christianity respond to the 4th Industrial Revolution. The Fourth Industrial Revolution is digging deep into our lives today. Starting with artificial intelligence, It is pouring new words such as big data, cloud, and 5G. Positive discourse and negative discourse are mixed about this change of the times and it makes us think about our direction. The Fourth Industrial Revolution has a great influence in the present age. It penetrates various social systems and shows its power. It affects the film industry, the art world, and the music world, and gives a lot of challenges to the education system and has a considerable impact on the medical field. Also, it is a fact that it affects human values and psychology, and this effect will have a considerable impact on Christianity in the future. Accordingly, this study first examined the major changes of the Industrial Revolution from the first to the fourth. In the first industrial revolution, the invention of steam engines brought innovation to the industry, and in the second industrial revolution, the discovery of electricity brought about a change in social structure by amplifying production. In the Third Industrial Revolution, the development of information and communication technology was brought about by computers and the Internet. And in the fourth industrial revolution, vast data were built in the cloud, and a network was formed by the ultra-high-speed communication of 5G, resulting in changes in the era in which information was communicated with things, objects, and people. In this situation, artificial intelligence, that learns, analyzes and judges itself, is expected to play a role more than human beings. This study examined how the 4th Industrial Revolution affects various social systems. Thus, I concluded this article by suggesting how to respond to these influences Christianly. If we can not prepare a Christian response strategy for the change of the times, we will be forced to be led as suggested by the 4th Industrial Revolution. When that happens, our Christian faith may face a crisis that follows what artificial intelligence analyzes, judges and presents, not go according to the Bible which is the absolute truth. Therefore, this study is worthy of being conducted in terms of that, by seeking Christian response, it looks at the growth of the biblical faith as well as the sense of crisis about the situation of the times.
