This study documents the 3-phase BLDC(Brushless DC) motor to improve conventional ventilator motor. Energy efficiency, noise, and air pollution reduction for the high-performance vibration of the BLDC motor has been used in many fields. BLDC motors for ventilator, we studied the controller and software.

Special Conditions of the ship are required to establish sufficient prevention and preparation for emergency escapes, due to their limitations to escape on the presence of the sea and the lake. In the rapid ship fire as an accident at sea, it is hardly predicted to take time for rescue team and so the emergency plan should be established until rescued. Especially the passenger ship transporting many people, such as Sewal ship accident should be emphasized to establish the prevention and training plan for the ship fire.

최근 제품의 개발 주기가 지속적으로 단축되고 있으며, 많은 기업에서는 이에 따른 제품개발 프로세스의 혁신을 위한 노력을 끊임없이 하고 있다. 현재의 공학기술측면과 새로운 기술개발측면에서는 고객의 요구사항 분석, 기술개발 실현 등 많은 발전이 있 었지만, 제품의 안전성이나 신뢰성 측면의 기술 개발 속도는 여전히 더딘 실정이다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 가속신뢰성시험 중에 초가속수명시험(HALT : Highly Accelerated Life Test)은 최단기간에 제품의 신뢰성을 확보 할 수 있는 신뢰 성시험 기법이다. 이에 따라 최근에는 대기업을 중심으로 HALT의 수요가 급격히 증 가하고 있다. 하지만 국내 연구소와 시험 서비스 기업에서 보유하고 있는 HALT 장비 는 매우 제한적이며, 대부분 수입에 의존하기 때문에 구입과 설치에 많은 비용이 필요 하다. 이러한 이유로 중소기업에서는 HALT 장비의 효과적 활용에 많은 어려움을 겪 고 있다. 정부에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 HALT 장비의 국산화 개발을 추 진 중이다. 본 논문에서는 HALT 장비의 안전성을 확보한 국산화 개발을 위해 리스크 분석 방 법을 조사해보고자 한다.

최근 산업의 발전으로 소비자는 다양한 기능과 높은 신뢰성을 요구하게 되었다. 기 업에서는 소비자의 요구사항을 충족시키기 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있고, 이와 함 께 제품의 신뢰성 평가방법에 대한 관심도 높아지고 있다. 초가속수명시험(HALT : Highly Accelerated Life Test)은 초기고장을 빠르게 찾아내 개선함으로써 제품의 신 뢰성을 향상 시킨다. 이에 따라 기업들은 초가속수명시험에 집중하게 되었고 이에 따 른 장비의 수요도 증가하고 있다. 그러나 초가속수명시험 장비는 해외 장비에 의존하 고 있어 장비의 국산화 개발이 시급하다. 본 논문은 초가속수명시험 장비의 설계와 개발과정에서 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있는 FMEA(Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) 적용 방법을 연구한다. 먼저 개발 장비 의 구조와 기능을 정의하고 일반적인 설계 FMEA를 실시한다. 이를 통해 개발과정의 초가속수명시험 장비에 개선이 필요한 부품들을 확인한다. 또한 초가속수명시험 장비 의 유지보수를 위한 FMEA의 필요성을 기존 연구를 통해 제안한다.

In this paper investigated the without encoder drive for stepping motor using back electromotive force(B-EMF). In generally stepping motor should be rotary encoder to rotor position, the rotary encoder is adopted to detect the position. But in this way increase cost and volume. This paper propose B-EMF & closed-loop method was implemented using current detect circuit, AD-converter and MCU(micro controller unit). So that stepping motor environment is very simplify. The current of stepping motor was measured by using amplifier. The change of current was measured and analyzed, when the missing step occurred. Based on data from current feedback, position errors were compensated and it was confirmed by using AD-converter.

기업을 대표하여 고객들과 상호작용을 주로 하는 서비스 산업의 종업원의 역할은 주어진 업무 특성 때문에 기업의 서비스 수준 평가에서 매우 중요한 영향을 미치게 된다. 서비스 제공 과정에서 나타나는 종업원의 감정 상태는 서비스의 최종성과라고 할 수 있는 직무성과와 서비스 제공수준에 많은 영향을 미치게 된다. 본 연구는 감정노동자 관점에서 감정노동과 가면행위가 감정관리 활동과 소진에 미치 는 영향 및 감정관리 활동이 조직성과에 미치는 영향, 그리고 감정관리 활동과 조직성 과간의 관계에서 사회적 지원과 직무자율성이 어떤 영향을 미치는지 규명하기 위해 문헌연구와 실증연구를 수행하였다. 문헌연구는 관련 논문을 조사하여 감정노동, 가면 행위, 감정관리 활동, 소진, 직무만족, 서비스 수준, 사회적 지원 및 직무 자율성의 연 구변수에 대하여 고찰하고, 연구변수 사이의 관련성과 영향을 파악하였다. 실증연구를 위한 설문조사를 실시하여 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20과 AMOS19를 이용하여 구조방정 식모형분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다.

The fatalities of the evacuation facilities of the buildings accessed by unspecified people on the daily basis are significantly emerged as a problem. Evacuation facilities should be designed for common human behaviors the assumption that the customers are not familiar with the buildings. In addition, the characteristics of modern buildings such as high-rising and enlarging should be considered to design the evacuation plan. The evacuation is a problem that people reach a safe place with themselves. The architectural plan for the life safety should be established to minimize various disaster damages. To do so, the factors such as time, risks on the steps, combustion ash variables, safety training should be considered on the architectural planing.

Everyday many casualties have been occurred in the buildings. the design of the fire safety of buildings is based on the regulations. Otherwise, the secure for fire safety performance has not been designed in the practical aspects. These problems are caused by the incentive effects. From the perspectives of building owners, they do not have the incentives for direct investment on the safety plan of fire-rescue. So, it is necessary to force the laws and regulations on them. In addition, a special evacuation stairs of the apartment with the ventilation equipment is not being secure at all. Instead, an installation of special evacuation stairs in/outside the open window inside ancillary rooms should be reviewed.

제품 개발기간의 단축속도가 빨라지는 현 시점과 제품의 부품 시험을 통한 개발 과 정은 현실적인 한계에 부딪히고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 지금 까지는 가 속수명시험(Accelerated Life Test)법을 개발·적용해 왔다. 그러나 제품의 사용조건이 가혹해 짐으로써 온도를 이용한 가속시험을 적용하기에는 한계가 있다. HALT는 급격한 온도변화와 6축 진동을 시료에 전달할 수 있는 장비로써 위의 조 건을 충족시킬 수 있다.[5] 그러므로 본 연구에서는 부품과 재료의 신뢰도 정보를 신속 하게 얻을 수 있는 HALT의 국내외 연구 동향과 적용 현황을 비교 분석 뿐만 아니라 HALT와 HASS의 효과적인 활용방안을 모색하고자 한다.[2]
