글로벌 경제 침체 속에서 기업은 날로 높아져 가는 소비자들의 수요를 만족하기 위하여 납기 대응 그리고 LB(Line Balance, 라인편성효율) 향상과 제조원가의 절감을 위한 생산성 향상은 중요한 개선 항목이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 자동차 물류 중 조달물류를 대상으로 하여 불출자의 로드밸런스율을 증대할 수 있는 휴리스틱 알고리즘 개발에 대하여 연구를 진행함으로써 1차 목표 값을 적용하였을 load balancing율은 45.6%에서 91.7%로 개선 된 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

우리나라 중소기업은 후진국 및 개발도상국의 저가공세와 원자재 가격인상, 환율의 변동과 같은 대외적문제와 임금인상, 물가인상, 금리 및 주가의 불안정과 같은 대내적 문제로 어려움을 격고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 비교적 단기간에 경쟁력을 확보하여 치열한 국내외적 기업환경에서 살아남기 위한 최선의 방안은 원가 절감이라 할 수 있다. 대부분 중소기업의 경우 사전원가관리의 장점을 알고 있음에도 활용하지 않는 원인 중 가장 큰 부분이 전문 인력의 부족과 투자의 어려움이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 전문성이 부족한 인력도 활용할 수 있고, 원가 정보의 축적이 가능하며, 저비용으로 도입할 수 있는 사전원가관리 툴의 필요성이 있기 때문에 연구를 통해 Active Cost Table System을 개발하였다.

For years, many beauty industries have been developed many beauty treatment machines in healthcare. It is respond to increased demand for new health technologies aimed at assisting aging populations, promoting public health, and improving quality of life. The purpose of this study was to develop the cooling treatment machine to be operators in clinical and beauty treatment use. The developed machine can an be helpful for skin soothing treatment of skin care shop and cosmetic surgery in beauty industries.

Domestic fishing villages' net profit has consistently dropped down in recently, and currently it is down to 16.4%.This paper develop and increase fishing profit as this project will decrease 20% of the operation cost and eventually vitalize the fishing villages' economy. Especially, it could be an alternative solution to the constant requests of WTO (World Trade Organization) and UN ECOSOC (UN Economic and Social Council) to stop cross subsidization of marine products. IMO (International Maritime Organization) is concerned about air pollution caused by carbon dioxide production, and it strongly suggests on decreasing carbon dioxide discharge level. This paper will help protect ocean ecology as it will not only decrease various types of oil usage but also promote alternative technology solution. Also Increase business' profit by selling ocean and other related business parts and factors. Low speed electric car applies high performance level of motor and motor control devices. Among those, about 20% is the original cost of motor and motor control devices. Therefor entering low speed electric car market, parts sales and sales will increase.
