오늘날 물류 서비스 산업에서는 수요예측을 통해 불확실성을 줄여나가는 것이 경영상 매우 중요한 이슈로 제기되고 있다. 비교적 시장 점유율이 견고하게 유지되는 제조산업과는 달리 물류 서비스 산업은 매우 빠른 속도로 시장이 성장하고 변화하기 때문에, 시장 환경의 변화를 반영하여 정확한 수요 예측에 기반한 적절한 물류 서비스 공급을 위한 운송 및 인력 공급 계획을 수립하여 운용하여야 한다. 본 연구는 물류 서비스 업계를 위하여 추세 요소, 계절 요소 등 수요에 영향을 미치는 요소를 분석하고, 영향 효과를 산출하여 물류 서비스 산업을 위한 수요예측 시스템에 반영하는 방안을 연구하였다. 특히 지역 특산물, 기상효과, 음력으로 발생하는 명절 효과 등 수요를 크게 변화시키는 중요 영향 요소에 의한 수요 변동을 수요 예측에 활용하는 방안을 도출함으로써, 물류 서비스 산업계의 수요 예측을 위하여 분해법(Decomposition Method)을 제시하였다.

The Ministry of Environment established a data base platform called environmental statistic portal. From there we collected environmental statistics including sulfurous acid gas, fine dust, carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, household waste, domestic waste, construction waste, the number of factories, the amount of waste water, the amount of organic matter, etc. We collected the number of tuberculosis (TB) patients from National Health Service in Korean Statistical Information Service. We consider the number of TB patients and environmental statistics as a dependent variable and predictors, respectively. A multiple regression analysis is performed to find out significant predictors that affect the number of TB patients. A deep analysis is done to discover the relationship between significant predictors and the dependent variable depending on national district areas, i.e. Gu or Goon, by use of a multivariate analysis and a covariance analysis.

In this research, we are developing a predictive maintenance model of the injection molding machines based on the prediction of trend of injection molding parameters. At first, we developed an interface method to directly monitor the real-time injection molding parameter data from injection molding machine controller. Second, we identified the principal injection parameters which mainly affect the quality of injection molding products and need to be monitored for maintenance. Third, based on the time series analysis, we developed the prediction models of the principal injection molding parameters, which are identified by previous statistical model to forecast its future patterns/trends and schedule its maintenance point in time. We adopted Nelson’s rules to identify abnormal patterns in predicted data. Finally, we used FTA (fault tree analysis) to relate the injection molding parameters to the parts of the injection molding machine, find out the equipment or parts to be corrected.

Following the Enterprise's globalization grows, we are going to focus on the performance of branch more. Choosing the performance index is very important today. Thus, this research is regarding the methodology of new measurement of performance in branch business and consist of DEA(Data envelop analysis) and ANP(Analytic network process). First, I find out weight values using ANP, then using it as criterion, I choose the main influential factors on branch's activities and production. Then I suggest DEA-2Stage methodology and conduct the analysis of actual proof on the public enterprise The DEA-2Stage methodology is for discrimination the activity's effectiveness and the production's efficiency. The DEA-2Stage in branch methodology can help guide the strategy's direction as well as can measure the performance. Also the result of ANP is from the paired comparison made by current personnel and professional so it can applicate the suggestion of the branch strategy in future. Based on the DEA result, it also give the benchmark branch model to the branch which has low effectiveness level.

Also, this study aims to observe between national aid program and global R&D cooperation outcome. As a result, the national aid programs can be used to get global level technique and develop global markets. Also, the programs can positive effects to the small businesses for making global network and ability. They can be good methods for growing as global small businesses in the world.

The established supply chain format has been radically changing from a three-month production to a shortened lead-time in the fashion industry. The faster pace of fashion trends, changing consumer lifestyle, and consequent demands for newness have been mainly attributed to the rapid development of high-tech information systems and mass communication. In particular, global fast-fashion leaders have become more successful by producing not as was initially planned and forecasted, but with an agility subject to customer responses. Latest customer trends are captured quickly, and production and distribution is steered to meet the response. In order to further maximize benefits and efficiency in a sustainable manner, the fast-fashion industry is seeking a production optimization model under which product attributes are defined in a short period of time, and an optimal quantity of products by style is produced. This paper aims to provide an optimal production quantity which subsequently requires an optimal parts procurement from the perspective of the supplier. This is obtained in order to minimize the cost function by identifying cost factors through an economic analysis technique. In this study, we propose a model for optimal production and its parts procurement to maximize target sales and profits by taking inventory and pricing into account.

The government expands its investment on R&D programs for economic growth, thus there are growing attention on the result of R&D programs. However, our existing research is in the circumstance of only measuring efficiency, but not reflecting unique characteristics of R&D programs. In this study, it provides more developed method for efficiency analysis in national R&D programs by using partial efficiency concept and measuring influence of input factors. It analyzes the influence of each input factor on efficiency by using partial efficiency concept. And it also determines input factors in similar influence throughout Spearman correlation coefficient. Finally, it suggests new method to improve discriminatory power of efficiency analysis by determining representative factors.
