        Unit cost for asbestos removal work which have been made out at government contract award for recent three years has been reviewed and shown with table. And the cost have been compared with ones made out by two agencies, American asbestos removal specialists, government ministry for making out comparison tables. First, legal and practical work status survey have been made to determine reasonability of introducing separate contract-awarding system, as a part of ensuring reasonable unit work cost. And then, two different status have been compared and there in introduction possibility of separate contract-awarding system, it is found out. In interior removal work case, it is thought that 50% by owner, 60% unit work cost by the expert of which removal specialist think as reasonable unit cost. the results for exterior and spray work method are shown with almost same context. Impact factors for determining unit work cost such as project mount, project kind, contract-awarding method, subcontract method have been compared with parties. Removal specialist and expert group have almost same ideas for project amount which has been hightestly weighed but owner's recognition has partially lower than specialists idea. There are almost no difference of recognition between three(3) parties for project kind. Idea comparison of reasonable unit work cost for asbestos removal work between three concerned parties has been analyzed and found out that expert group do unit work cost, 65% of which removal specialists estimate, in interior tex removal. And there is almost no difference between them in exterior roof slate removal. But there is considerable difference between them that owner estimates 50% unit cost of specialist one while expert group estimate 50% of specialist idea of unit removal cost.

        Project owner, asbestos removal specialist, experts on asbestos removal work, as counter parts to be defined in the study to make out research goals have been asked with questionnaire survey and replied with 65, 275, 32 cases, respectively. And additionally, direct interview 73 sheets have been collected to find out current status of required engineers and equipments assigned and provided to the field, from them, three(3) concerned parties. Questionnaire subjects are composed of common items, reasonable unit cost, need of separate contract-awarding system, status of performing standard contract, status of providing legal engineers and equipments. Concentrated review of two~three questions by subject has been made to find out and compare idea results between three(3) concerned parties. First, legal and practical work status survey have been made to determine reasonability of introducing separate contract-awarding system, as a part of ensuring reasonable unit work cost. And then, two different status have been compared and there is introduction possibility of separate contract-awarding system, it is found out. The possibility of separate contract also has been confirmed by comparison of domestic legal grounds. Justificating grounds to introduce separate contract-awarding system have been shown. Standard contract status between asbestos removal specialists has been compared using two cases of providing removal work contract and receiving it. It is shown that case of 50 percent or less contains 38.5% when they receive contract, but only 10 percent reduction of original contract amount has been made when they provide it. It means that asbestos removal specialists do not keep occupational safety and health regulations.

        Questionnaire survey has been made for the above study. First, 65 question sheets have been distributed to railway operators and 55 sheets of them have been collected from them. SPSS 12.0 program package has been used to analyze those sheets concerning age, experience, school, background as a frequency analysis and t-test has been made to find out recognition level difference of a cheer response, depending on the operator's experience. T-verification has been made for two groups such as less than 10 years, and 10 years or more experience. Result from correlation analysis showed that there was no difference due to operators' experience.

        This study is to find out how much elementary school members have their consciousness against safety in their school. Simple questionnaire 1206 sheets have been distributed to the members and additional interview with teachers to take care of them. Statistically, frequency, and correlation analysis have been made and chi-test has also been made for data reliability. The results of these have been summarized as running on corridor with 53.4% in school safety, warming up exercise 45.2% in leisure safety, evacuation form classroom with 2.4% in fire safety, crossing around just in fromt or rear of vehicle with 61.2% in transportation safety. It is thought that safety training should be provided to more for man than for girl pupils and also, safety consciousness should be improved than all the other area.

        연구는 관엽식물 4종을 배지종류, 광도 및 이산화탄소 농도를 달리하여 식물의 광합성 반응을 조사하고, 그 결과에 기초하여 실내환경 조절에 효율적인 식물을 선정하고자 실시하였다. 식물재료로는 싱고니움, 디펜바키아, 쉐프렐라 홍콩, 드라세나를 사용하였으며, 성분과 성질이 다른 두 배지(peatmoss, hydroball)에 각각 재배하였다. 광도는 PPFD 0, 30, 50, 80, 100, 200, 400, 600μmol·m-2·s-1의 수준으로 조절하고, 이산화탄소 농도는 0, 50, 100, 200, 400, 700, 1000, 1500μmolCO2·mol-1의 수준으로 처리하였다. 광도 및 엽육내 CO2 농도변화에 따른 관엽식물의 광합성 반응을 조사한 결과, 약광에서의 광합성 능력을 나타내는 순양자수율은 쉐프렐라 홍콩과 디펜바키아에서 높게 나타났으며, 두 실내식물은 고농도의 이산화탄소 환경에서도 다른 두 식물에 비해 높은 광합성율을 기록했다. 드라세나 와네키는 두 조건 모두에서 가장 낮은 광합성 효율을 보였다. 두 배지 처리에 따라서는 각각의 관엽식물에서 엇갈린 광합성 반응이 관찰되었다. 쉐프렐라 홍콩은 피트모스 배지에서 광과 이산화탄소 증가에 따라 하이드로볼 배지에 비해 높은 광합성 속도를 보였지만, 디펜바키아는 그와는 정반대로 하이드로볼 배지에서 더욱 높은 광합성율을 기록했다. 싱고니움의 경우는 광처리에 의해서는 피트모스 배지에서 높은 광합성율을 보였지만 이산화탄소 처리에서는 배지간 차이가 없었다. 가장 낮은 광합성 효율을 보인 드라세나 와네키는 광에 의한 배지간 차이가 없었으며, 이산화탄소 증가시에는 피트모스에서 다소 높은 광합성율을 보였다. 따라서 실험한 4가지 관엽식물 중 광합성 효율이 가장 높았던 쉐프렐라 홍콩이나 하이드로볼 배지에서 높은 효율을 보인 디펜바키아가 실내 공기정화 및 실내 환경조절에 적합할 것으로 판단된다.

        This is to show some basic data for introducing both circulated aggregate and recycled powder producing waste concrete. Standard-mixing design for 24MPa has been basically used and added and replaced normal aggregate with recycled powder made of waste concrete. In addition, polycarboxylate high-range water reducing agent has been used because recycled powder is missing adhesive strength and it is not compare with cement's adhesive strength. Compressive strength with powder mixture of 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, and 10% has been decreased down to 80% of normal concrete material strength without recycled powder mixture. 200℃, 400℃ and 600℃ heated concrete were compressively tested in order to find out concrete strength resistant to high temperature. heat capacity was also tested, based on the expectancy of its low conductivity. In addition, thermal conduction test was tested in order to find out concrete insulation. According to this test, when concrete was tested by fire resistance, it using the circulation aggregate was same resulted by concrete using the natural aggregate. also, recycle powder was not effecting insulation performance. but it is fit to standard on concrete insulation of building law.

There are three different methods to set it up for construction situation. They are as follows; 1) occurrence frequency = the number of accident workers of each work kind / yearly accident workers 2) occurrence frequency = the number of accident workers of each work kind / yearly workers 3) occurrence frequency = the number of accident workers of each work kind / the total workers All these three concepts(=averaged concept)are analyzed. Additionally frequency based on discrete curve, and severity based on continuous curve are also combined for producing risk level with more scientific approach. This risk level can be very useful to make prevention plan or take measures at construction sites. This is study result can change existing risk level concept to new concept of it, namely rail way work and in-water work showed be high risk level and RC work be low risk level, different from the situation which we have thought commonly, so far.

        This study is to find out why drivers used to put pseudo-petroleum in their cars and to fundamentally remove any accidents from the misuse. Questionnaire survey has been made in Gimpo area where many drivers can use it comparatively easily outside of Seoul. And they are analyzed statistically using SPSS 12.0 package program. Correlation factor is shown with 0.683, very high relationship between using frequency and use period of cars. It is shown that important factor to give impact to consumer attitude has been produced as car-using period, education level. The longer the cars have been used, the more pseudo petroleum has been used, it is found.

        As shown in the accident analysis from 2007, it has been found that causes of accidents on large-scale projects are different from those found in general construction projects. A 300-question survey regarding systematic and practical aspects of safety problems at construction sites was distributed to ten (10) different companies. Participants were to respond subjectively, so that the results could be used to assemble the first formal questionnaire survey. They were collected and compiled by an advisory committee for this study. The resulting surveys were then sent to the division chiefs of the top 100 construction companies in Korea, in order to improve the response rate. The Department of Safety & Health Direction, and the :Ministry of Labor, ROK sent the same sheets to medium and small construction companies that placed within 101-200th of all Korea construction companies. The above safety engineers were classified into four (4) levels, from 1st to 4th, followed by the project dollar amount and risk level. Formulae were developed to assign safety engineers to construction sites by engineer level, the project dollar amount, and the project risk level. Conclusions are summarized as follows: 1) Reviewing the assignment system of experienced safety engineers to large scaled projects - The more experienced the engineers assigned to a project, the higher the level of accident prevention. 2) Enforcing the assignment of advanced level safety engineers to large-scaled sites - At least one advanced-level safety engineer should be assigned to construction sites with projects valued at 15million USD (15,000,000,000). 3) For assigning safety engineers by risk level - Twenty models have been developed to calculate the number of safety engineers to be assigned by risk level. In the future, risk level for each job should be established by the government (as is now the practice in Germany).

        백련과 홍련을 새로운 기능성 식품의 재료로 활용하기 위하여 잎과 뿌리로 구분한 후 화학성분을 측정한 결과는 다음과 같다. 백련과 홍련 잎에서는 가용성 무질소물, 뿌리에서는 수분이 가장 많이 함유되어 있었다. 주요 무기성분으로는 K(380.44~1,516.34 mg/100g), Ca(36.67~1,323.92 mg/100g), P(84.02~473.13 mg/ 100g) 및 Na(57.73~304.07 mg/100g)이었으며, 가장 많이 함유되어 있는 유리당은 glucose(161.12~765.15 mg/100g) 및 fructose(100.57~901.12 mg/100g)였다. 백련과 홍련의 잎과 뿌리에 함유되어 있는 총아미노산 함량은 각각 6,385.57, 1,162.93, 6,003.01 및 1,242.20 mg/100g이었고, 백련과 홍련의 유리아미노산 조성은 각기 다른 것으로 나타났지만 주요 유리아미노산은 glutamic acid, phenylalanine arginine 및 tyrosine이었다. 백련 잎과 뿌리의 비타민 C함량은 각각 248.65 및 20.99 mg/100g이었으며, 홍련 잎과 뿌리의 비타민 C함량은 156.92 및 9.32 mg/100g이었다. 총 페놀화합물의 함량은 백련 잎에서 24.33 mg/g으로 가장 높은 함량을 보였다.

        We report on the light-emitting diode (LED) characteristics of core-shell CdSe/ZnS nanocrystal quantum dots (QDs) embedded in TiO2thin films on a Si substrate. A simple p-n junction could be formed when nanocrystal QDs on a p-type Si substrate were embedded in ~5 nm thick TiO2 thin film, which is inherently an n-type semiconductor. The TiO2 thin film was deposited over QDs at 200˚C using plasma-enhanced metallorganic chemical vapor deposition. The LED structure of TiO2/QDs/Si showed typical p-n diode currentvoltage and electroluminescence characteristics. The colloidal core-shell CdSe/ZnS QDs were synthesized via pyrolysis in the range of 220-280˚C. Pyrolysis conditions were optimized through systematic studies as functions of synthesis temperature, reaction time, and surfactant amount.

        Safety training for foreign workers should be thoroughly done. But it has not been done well even if field safety manager understand that the training has not been well provided. 72% of responders (Safety Managers) at field thinks that safety training has not been well provided at a site. It is shown that there are not any additional measures to correct this problem. Eventually, the reasons of that the training is not well provided, and foreign workers do not understand safe condition at site, well lead to an accident at construction site.

        This study is to find out if it can be recycled for making better concrete. Therefore, waste paper as of newspaper and newspaper are added into concrete to see if waste paper-mixing concrete can have any particular characteristic. The test result of paper concrete was compared and analyzed through four kinds of tests such as compressive strength as of a fundamental one of concrete resistant capacity against heat. 200℃, 400℃ and 600℃ heated concrete were compressively tested in order to find out concrete strength resistant to high temperature. heat capacity was also tested, based on the expectancy of its low conductivity. finally flexural strength test using four reinforced concrete beams with size of 20cm×30cm×160cm was made. And concrete property exposed to the temperature showed that there are almost not effect for the strength up to 400℃, but it was decreased down to 50% of the original condition. volume of paper mixed with concrete without relation to paper kinds of new and waste one.
