Toluene, xylene, styrene, and ethylbenzene are main volatile organic compounds emitted from painting materials. According with the development of gas chromatography equipment, it has been possible to analyze the low level of ambient VOCs concentration. In this study, the limit of detection and the limit of quantitation were analysed for VOCs originated from painting materials in GC/FID/liquid injection analysis system. The results of %RSD for four standard solutes showed a great reproducibility in terms of detection time and detection area. The limit of detection and the limit of quantitation in SRI GC appeared to be 501.64 pg and 1.67 ppb for toluene, 572.03 pg and 1.90 ppb for ethylbenzene, 1077.22 pg and 3.59 ppb for m,p-xylene, 36563.35 pg and 121.76 ppb for styrene, respectively.

Physical movement is reduced because of convinient life style by advancing of science. People need physical movement and athletes also need more physical training for their health and better records because of reduced movement in modern life style. Some athletes competing in contact sports wear dental mouth guards to reduce the risk of orofacial trauma and to increase the strength of muscle. It has been speculated that the use of mouth guards improves athletic ability such as muscular strength and equilibrium. The purpose of this study was to test the influence of C.M(custom made) mouth guard according to strength of taekwondo athletes. 5 trained subjects participating in taekwondo students in D University were included in this study. Deltoid muscular activity were tested by means of electromyograph (E.M.G) with or without wearing mouth guard. Subjects have pressed with 5 Kg barbell. The data were transferred to computer system as raw and integral data. The data were analysed by computer system, showing wearing mouth guard had higher action potential than non-wearing mouth guard. This meant that wereing mouth guard could enhance the muscle force in deltoid. It suggested that taekwondo athletes could use C.M mouth guard without any negative effect on their muscle strength.

야간 조명은 건강과 복지에 대한 인간의 욕구를 야간시간의 활용을 통하여 충족시킬 수 있도록 도와주고 있다. 또한 조명은 경관의 활성화와 미적 공간 창출의 유용한 도구로 이용되고 있어 근린공원에서의 조명은 주간과 다른 분위기를 제공하여 이용자들의 만족도를 높여주고 있다. 하지만 위험 요인을 가지고 있는 공원에서는 심미적 효과뿐만 아니라 이용자들의 보행 안전을 위한 야간 조명설계의 중요성이 강조된다. 본 연구는 야간 근린공원 이용자들의 보행 안전을 고려한 조명설계를 위하여 시뮬레이션 접근법을 이용하여 대안 조명품질을 비교한다. 기존에 설치된 조명기구와 타 조명기구를 시뮬레이션으로 비교함으로써 조명설계시 시뮬레이션 접근법의 유용성을 제안한다.

A leafhopper, Zorka sp. was collected from a persimmon (Diospyrosi kaki, cv SangjuDungsi) orchard in Sangju, Gyeongsangbuk-do, Korea on 15 June, 2008. This leafhopper gave a serious damage to persimmon leaves, being a new pest to persimmon. This leafhopper was tentatively identified as Zorka sp., which has not been recorded in the science. White spots of ＜1㎜-circle occurred around the vein of damaged leaves. Most part of leaf was turned to white when heavy infection occurred. The first symptom occurred from 4 days after introduction of Zorka sp. (4 adults/persimmon leaf). We investigated the occurrence of Zorka sp. in the persimmon orchards in Korea from 2008 to 2009. Total 143 orchards from 11 cities in 6 provinces were observed from July to August. The damage caused by Zorka sp. was found in 22 orchards (15.4%) of the investigated. According to locality, 40.7% of orchards were damaged in Yeongdong, Chungcheongbuk-do and 33.3% in Wanju, Jeollabuk-do. However, no damage was observed from the orchards in Gyeongsangnam-do and Jeju-do, south part of Korea. Especially, 9 of 11 orchards in Youngdong were located close to grapevine yards.

본 연구는 소나무재선충과 솔수염하늘소의 방제를 위한 효과적인 친환경제제 개발을 위해 17종의 식물 추출물을 이용하여 실험을 수행하였다. 각 식물추출물 1,000 ppm을 살포한 소나무 신초를 플라스틱 사육통에 개별 사육되는 솔수염하늘소 성충에 먹이로 공급하여 살충효과를 검증하였다. 17종의 추출물들 중 편축과 된장풀, neem 메탄올 추출물이 각각 75%, 100%, 100%의 살충효과를 나타내었다. 국내 자생식물인 된장풀을 이용하여 용매분획별 살충활성을 검정한 결과 물층에서만 5,000 ppm에서만 75%의 사충율을 보였다. 솔수염하늘소에 살충활성을 보였던 된장풀의 용매분획별 살선충 활성을 조사한 결과 에탄올과 부탄올 물 및 핵산 추출물 500 ppm 처리에서는 처리 3일째까지 낮은 살선충 활성을 보였다. 그러나 물층분리한 된장풀 추출물을 50 ppm과 100, 500, 1000, 5000 ppm의 농도로 X-plate 상에서 소나무재선충에 처리한 결과 5일째에 5,000ppm에서 97%의 살선충 효과를 나타내었다.

본 연구는 공단지역인 여천 지역에서 대기오염의 차이가 생물종다양성에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 나비목 곤충을 대상으로 2008년 조사를 수행하였다. 대기오염으로 인해 훼손된 지역지역인 여천공단 내 공장과 인접한 곳에 위치 한 때죽나무림과 때죽나무림에서 수 km가 떨어진 지역으로 상대적으로 오염정도가 덜한 소나무림 지역에서 나비목 곤충을 정량적으로 채집하여, 장소별, 계절별 나비목 곤충의 종 조성을 비교하기 위하여 2008년 5월부터 9월까지 12회 실시하였다. 2008년의 조사에서 채집된 나비목 곤충은 총 19과 344종 2150개체가 채집 되었다. 조사 시기에 따라서는 5월에 8과 67종 278개체, 6월에 7과 108종 364개체, 7월에 16과 163종 576개체, 8월에 16과 166종 536개체, 9월에 11과 105종 389개체가 채집되어 7월과 8월에 종 다양성이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 조사장소에 따라서는 소나무림에서 19과 344종 1464개체가 조사되어, 때죽나무림의 12과 199종 686개체보다 높은 종 다양성을 나타내었다. 소나무림에서는 쌍봉담흑가지나방(Biston thoracicaria), 몸노랑들명나방(Dichocrocis chlorophanta), 흰점도둑나방(Melanchra persicariae)이 우점종으로 나타났으며 때죽나무림에서는 어린밤나방(Callopistria juventina), 벼포충나방(Ancylolomia japonica), 곧은띠수염나방(Simplicia niphona)이 우점종 이었다.

Recently, product-reliability and process-reliability in product development processes has been regarded as an important issue in many manufacturers. TRIZ which is theory for inventive solving is required to obtain reliability of each process. To solve the technological problems, TRIZ provides problems can be occurred in product development processes as a contradiction matrix based on 40 creative invention principles with alternatives for physical and technological contradiction. This paper suggests the method for inventive solving to ensure the reliability assurance of product development processes based on TRIZ.

기술의 발전은 인간의 생활시간을 늘리는데 큰 역할을 하고 있다. 특히 조명 분야의 발전은 야간시간을 주간시간과 같이 늘리는데 지대한 역할을 하고 있다. 현재 야간의 활동 시간을 넓히는데 우요한 역할을 하던 조명의 역할이 경관의 활성화와 미적 공간 의 창출로 활용되고 있다. 또한 야간 조명은 건강과 복지에 대한 인간의 욕구를 야간 시간의 활용을 통하여 충족시킬 수 있도록 도와주고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 근린공원 의 야간 시간 이용자들이 늘어나고 있으며 야간 조명이 근린공원 이용자들의 만족도를 향상시키는 중요한 도구로 작용하고 있다. 본 연구는 근린공원 이용의 만족도와 안전성을 높이는 야간 조명의 배치를 법적 기준에 근거한 평면적 접근법에서 수목의 배치와 생육상태를 고려한 입체적 접근법으로 시뮬레이션 접근법을 제안한다.

본 연구는 실내에서 관상용으로 관리하고 있는 분재에 발생하는 해충을 조사하여 해충발생 실태와 방제에 대한 기초자료를 확보하고자 실시하였다. 조사는 진주 인근의 분재원 6곳에서 2008년 3월부터 9월까지 20회 실시 하였고 조사결과는 다음과 같았다. 해충의 발생과 피해가 확인 된 조경수종은 10목 14과 18속 24종이었고, 발생하는 해충은 7목 28과 35속 41종이었다. 매미목 해충인 진딧물이 우점하여 발생하였으며 복숭아혹딧물(Myzus persicae)이 우점종이었다. 발생기간이 길었던 해충은 5월에 처음 발생하여 9월까지 발생한 복숭아혹진딧물(Myzus persicae)이었으며, 기주범위가 넓었던 해충 역시 진딧물류였다. 분재수종 중에 우점종이었던 소나무류에는 소나무왕진딧물(Cinara pinidensiflorae)과 큰솔알락명나방(Dioryctria sylvestrella)을 비롯한 4목 4과 4속 4종의 해충들과 거미강의 응애류가 피해를 주고 있었는데 가장 피해가 많았던 종은 소나무왕진딧물(Cinara pinidensiflorae)이었다. 시기별로는 6월에 해충 발생이 가장 많았는데 복숭아혹진딧물(Myzus persicae)을 비롯하여 6목 15과 17속 18종의 해충들이 피해를 주고 있었다. 각 분재원에서는 진딧물이 발생하는 시기나 식엽성 해충인 나비목 해충이 발생하는 시기가 시작되기 전에 방제를 실시하고 있었는데 실내에서 관상용으로 이용하는 분재의 경우 진딧물이나 응애류에 대한 환경친화적 방제제의 개발이 필용할 것으로 생각된다.

Some sports players use dental mouth guards to reduce the risk of orofacial trauma. Althoug mouth guard have been shown to protect against orofacial injury, many players do not use them during training and playing because of discomfort and breathing problems. This study was performed to measure the alteration of respirotory volume during wear the mouth guard. I checked 5 D university male students ventlation with and without mouth guard in steady state. Air flow and volume were decreased during wearing Mouth guards compare to not wering. It suggested that mouth guard would have change the ventilation patterns.

It is necessary to improve the esthetic and function in the patient with oral and maxillofacial bone defects. Synthetic bone substitute materials and anorganic bovine bone mineral(ABBM) have been used for clinical restoration. The purpose of this study was to observe the biocompatibility and bone formation of synthetic hydroxyapatite(SHA) and ABBM in hole of rabbit's tibia. After specimens with SHA and ABBM at 8 weeks were fixed in 10% neutral formalin solution, dehydrated, and embedded with spurr low viscosity, they were cut by 500um with slow diamond wheel saw and grinded up to 200um in thickness. These specimens were coated with carbon and examined with r efraction microscope for bone density. Refraction microscopic features of 8 weeks in synthetic HA showed network-like new bone forming trabecular pattern attached to resorbed HA. Less well calcified trabecular bone surrounding conglomerated HAs showed irregular arrangement of numerous osteocytes. There was not completely filled in defected area by new bone trabecular. New trabecular bone formation by ABBM was more prominent and completely compacted in defect hole at 8 weeks. It suggested that although bone formation activity of AMMB might be superior to that on synthetic HA, both group would be the good biocompatibility in this experiment.

With the radical change of business environment, all service companies' employees are forced to provide many customers with high service quality every day, and the extra role(or organizational citizenship behavior) is more imperative than other industry. The purpose of this paper is to introduce Luthans & Kreitner's Organizational Behavior Modification(OB Mod) model to improve organizational citizenship behavior and service quality. With analyzing the relationships among target behavior(service quality), antecedents(OCB), and consequences(customer satisfaction), this paper reviewed OB Mod's 5 stages; identifying, measuring, functional analysis of the behavior, development of an intervention strategy, evaluation. This model has found to be useful in finding and improving troublesome employee behaviors in USA, but not been verified in Korea. Thus it is recommended to review the difference of organizational culture and practices before introducing the model.

뇌기능 장애 환자에서 자세균형 제어능력의 저하는 보행 및 일상생활동작 수행 등에 어려움을 초래하며 이에 대한 정확한 평가 및 치료를 위하여 일상의 환경변화와 유사한 상황을 제공하고 이에 따른 자세균형 조절 능력을 파악하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구는 뇌기능 장애 환자에서 가상적 움직이는 환경에 따른 자세균형 조절 기능을 정확히 평가하고 환경의 움직임이 자세균형 조절에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 15명의 뇌기능 장애 환자들과 정상인 15명을 대상으로 실생활과 유사한 환경의 조성을 위하여 HMD를 이용한 가상 환경 움직임(Virtual Moving Surround)을 네 가지 다른 패턴으로 제공하였다. 자세동요의 정도는 힘판을 이용하여 신체압력중심의 변화를 전체이동거리, 동요주파수, 최대 빈도 COP 위치로 측정하였으며 가상 환경의 차이에 따른 변화를 비교 분석하였다. 연구결과 검사 재검사 신뢰도평가에서 일관된 분석결과를 나타냈고 뇌 기능장애 환자와 정상인의 분석에서는 두 그룹간의 차이를 확인할 수 있었다. 특히 전후로 빠르게 변하는 가상 환경에서 가장 큰 자세동요를 나타내었고 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 뇌기능 장애 환자에서 가상 환경 변화가 자세균형 조절에 미치는 영향을 확인할 수 있었으며 이러한 환자들을 위한 치료와 평가 환경 조성 등에도 유용한 자료로 쓰일 수 있을 것으로 사료된다

부영양화된 연못에서 규산질다공체(CelICaSi)와 미생물응집제를 이용한 녹조제어의 효과를 조사하였다. 녹조 발생 남조류인 Microcystis aeruginosa에 대한 응집능이 우수한 S-2 균주가 생산한 미생물응집제를 선정하여 현장의 조류응집에 적용하였다. 초기의 인산염농도는 대조구에서 131μgl-1를 기록하였음에 비해서, CelICaSi가 첨가된 3개의 처리구에서는 1-14μgl-1를 기록하며 크게 감
