        The purpose of this study is to present a suitable maintenance guide or plan for future small scale vulnerable facilities by analyzing the investigation data collected through the safety inspection. For this, we examined about 3,301 buildings. From a number of defects, damages associated with the safety and durability of building were preferentially analyzed.

        This paper presents a column-climbing robot with a mechanical manipulator, which can spirally go up and down a column using wheels. The developed robot can do useful works using the manipulator at the top of a column, e.g., electric pole while communicating wirelessly with an operator panel. It is driven using a battery without any power cables, and the average duration of power is at least one hour. The robot has a function to detect a work object using an optical sensor installed at the bottom of the manipulator. The spirally column-climbing robot developed is demonstrated by experimental works and also by showing it at an exhibition.

        Continuous-path motion control such as resolved motion rate control requires online solving of the inverse differential kinematics for a robot. However, the solution space of the inverse differential kinematics related to Jacobian J is not well-established. In this paper, the solution space of inverse differential kinematics is analyzed through categorization of mapping conditions between joint velocities and end-effector velocity of a robot. If end-effector velocity is within the column space of J, the solution or the minimum norm solution is obtained. If it is not within the column space of J, an approximate solution by least-squares is obtained. Moreover, this paper introduces an improved mapping diagram showing orthogonality and mapping clearly between subspaces, and concrete examples numerically showing the concept of several subspaces. Finally, a solver and graphics user interface (GUI) for inverse differential kinematics are developed using MATLAB, and the solution of inverse differential kinematics using the GUI is demonstrated for a vertically articulated robot.

For this, we analyzed the existing programs used for service life prediction software in international such as U.S, Japan, Greece and Canada. The results of Analysis, the prediction of carbonation and chloride were common items in respectively programs.

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the correlation of the ultrasonic velocity and the compressive strength according to the strength zone. According to results of the experiments, in the results of including early age compressive strength, correlation of compressive strength and ultrasonic velocity was high. It is determined that Ultrasonic velocity in the high strength section is not significantly affected by moisture.

        This study is a basic research for estimating compressive strength of the high strength concrete by utilizing mechanical impedance method. Here, an experiment was performed to investigate the correlation and analysis about the actual compressive strength and the index value deduced by mechanical impedance method. Later, if an additional verification is carried out, it is determined to be possible to use a mechanical impedance method in the field.

        The Recent earthquake damage of surrounding countries is increasing, occurrence of frequent earthquakes in the country, thus, the interest about the seismic performance of the structure is increasing. Korea, was established in 2008 earthquake measures method, KBC2009 was also amended by design standards. KBC2009 based seismic design and seismic strengthening has become mandatory, Design of the building before the current seismic design standards must be satisfied in KBC2009. Therefore, ATC-40, FEMA-273 and seismic performance evaluation of Korea Infrastructure Safety Corporation will conduct the seismic performance evaluation at the Previous design code building.

        The domestic research of the steel plate concrete structures have been focused on the nuclear structures that usually reqire large strength. This research tried to establish some basic design information of SC structures using non-cement concrete. This paper studied on the compressive characteristics, effective length factors subjected to the concentrated compression loadings. The effective length factors were calculated by Euler Column Theory rather than using Plate Buckling Theory. The strains which are requird in calculating the effective length factor were measured to caculate the effective length factor at the yield of surface steel plate, the buckling of surface steel plate and the failure of concrete.

        The composite beam is efficient and easy to construction. But shear connector is needed for the composite action. This research developed SPC beam in order to reduce the shear connector with utilization of mechanical bonded force by the cross sectional shape. The flexural behavior of SPC beam was evaluated through two point loading test.

        The purpose of this paper is to analyze and interpret weather phenomenon of American indian paintings. From earliest times, visual artists of many cultures have found inspiration for enduring works in weather and the cycle of the seasons. Sun and clouds, violent storms, rains, and snowfalls have been used by painters to evoke an array of human moods, to mirror human actions. Representations of weather in all its variety have also been to express ideals of beauty and ideas about the moral and physical relationships between humans and the natural world. Particularly, Indian painting was already an ancient art when Spanish conquistadors forded the Rio Grande and moved into the American Southwest. For untold centuries aboriginal artists had expressed their reactions to their native land in pictures carved in rock, engraved on bone, painted on hides, wood, pottery, and cotton cloth-even drawn in colored sand. I consider that the typical Indian painting is imaginative, symbolic, two-dimensional. Its style may vary from supernatural to abstract. Subjects range from archaic religious symbols to portrayals of everyday life, from stylized landscapes to spirited hunting scenes. Painters are continually inventing ways to combine symbols of sky, harvest, or life forms, or to depict a certain dance, events. Eventually, Indian paintings in the exhibition derive from the ancient Indian traditions, and both in subject matter and manner of execution make a valuable and unique contribution to the body of creative art in America.

        이 연구는 동결견 진단을 받은 환자에 대한 한국전통 정골요법(이하 KTO)을 적용하여 통증완화에 대한 유의성 연구가 진행하였던 환자를 대상으로 통증의 감소가 견관절의 가동범위도 증가하는지를 추가적으로 확인하기 위하여 진행하였다. 대상자는 총 14명으로 구성되어 있으며, 두 개 그룹으로 나누어 7명의 실험군과 7명의 대조군으로 하여 2그룹으로 나누어 연구를 진행하였다. 7명은 KTO를 총 10회 시술하고, 7명은 시술하지 않았다. 견관절의 가동범위의경우 항목별로 살펴보면 KTO를 적용한 그룹은 가동치의 변화를 살펴보았을 때 굴곡(7.33) 신전(10.00) 외전(8.76)내전(9.05) 외회전(8.10) 내회전(10.00)의 변화가 나타났다. KTO를 적용하지 않은 그룹의 가동치의 변화를 살펴보았을 때 굴곡(4.67), 신전(7.50), 외전(7.14), 내전(9.14), 외회전(6.59), 내회전(9.31)의 변화가 나타났다. 동결견 환자에게 한국전통정골요법을 적용하면 견관절의 가동범위 증가를 가져올 수 있음을 확인하였다.

        이 연구는 동결견 진단을 받은 환자 14명을 대상으로 하였다. 이들에게 한국전통 정골요법(이하 KTO)을 적용하여 병증의 완화가 실제 이루어 졌는지에 대한 연구를 진행 하였으며 자발적 방문을 한 환자로 구성이 되었다. 또한 약 6개월 이상의 통증을 호소하는 만성질환자를 대상으로 연구 되었다. 연구 결과 KTO를 적용 한 그룹의 경우 통증 수치가 감소되었다. KTO를 적용하지 않은 그룹의 경우 통증감소가 적었다. 이러한 결과들을 토대로 동결견 환자에게 한국전통정골요법이 미치는 효과는 유효하다라고 사료되며 정확한 적용을 위한 통일적 모델링과 효과가 증대 될 수 있는다른 치료 및 요법과의 병행이 필요 하다고 판단된다. 동결견 환자에게 한국전통정골요법을 적용하면 견관절의 운동범위 증가와 통증의 감소를 가져 올 수 있다. 그것은 발병의 원인이 너무 광범위하고 치료 방법도 정확하지 않은 현재의상황에 많은 도움이 될 것이다.

        에폭시 수지는 접착성, 물리적 강도, 전기적특성이 우수하여 전기적 절연재료로 널리 사용하고 있다. 그러나 설치장소 및 운전 상태를 고려한 장기수명 및 신뢰도 향상을 위해 전기적, 열적 특성변화의 열화연구가 절실히 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 부스닥트용 에폭시분체도료의 가속열화를 통해 다양한 상용 에폭시 절연재료의 전기적, 기계적 특성을 비교 분석하였으며, 특히 Class F 급과 Class B급의 에폭시 절연재료의 성능을 상호 비교 하였다. 이에 Class F급 2종 중 1종의 시편155도 이상의 온도에서 절연성능이 보장되었으며, 기계적 밴딩 테스트의 경우 Class B급의 경우가 우수한 성능을 확보하였다.
