        In this study, benzoxazolo carbocyanine dye was used as sensitizer for photographic emulsion, and the photographic characteristics were examined. The basic properties of sensitizer such as stability in various solvents were examined. The sensitizer was very stable in methanol, acetonitrile, acetone, dimethylformamide, and chloroform solution. Absorption spectra of benzoxazolo carbocyanine dye 2.5×10-6M and 5×10-6M concentrations in 10% aqueous methanol solutions containing 10-2M potassium chloride show the monomer-J-aggregation characteristics. Compared to the absorption peak of the monomer in pure methanol solution, the red shifts of the monomer-J-aggregate peaks of benzoxazolo carbocyanine dye of 2.5×10-6M and 5×10-6M concentrations in 10% aqueous methanol solutions containing 10-2M potassium chloride are 34nm respectively, and the sensitizing peak of benzoxazolo carbocyanine dye in photographic emulsion has red shift of 34nm. Therefore, if was concluded that benzoxazolo carbocyanine dye can be used as green sensitizing dye for the spectral sensitization of photographic emulsion.

        In this study, sensitizing dye was prepared by the reaction of 2-methyl-3-sulfopropyl-4, 5-naphthothiazolium(inner salt) with triethyl orthoformate in the presence of triethylamine. The product was identified by using various analytical tools such as Elemental analyzer, IR spectrophotometer, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, 1H-NMR spectrometer, TGA and DSC. Therefore, it was concluded that naphthothiazolo carbocyanine dye can be used as red-sensitizing dye for the spectral sensitization of photographic emulsion.

        A survey of food intake and waste rate on 60 Korean style restaurants in Seoul. The results were summarized as follows: 1. The total served weight of Pibimbab(mixed rice) was 475.66 g per person, waste rate was 6.0%, frequent side dishes were bae-chu kimchi, kak-du-gi, suk-ju-namul by the order. 2. Han- jeong-sik(Korean style full course food) were served with many kinds and varied numbers of side dishes, and waste rate of those were higher than other menu items. 3. The average serving size of Naeng-myeun(Cold noodle) was 641.00 g, and the waste rate was 11.1%. The waste rate of side dishes was about zero. 4. Man-du kuk(dumpling soup) was served 695.34 g. Most of side dishes served has high waste rate which is more than 50%, average. 5. Seol-nong tang(meat soup) was served 755.70 g, side dishes of that were simple such as kak-du-ki or paek kimchi. The average waste rate of side dishes was about 40%. Yuk-gae-jang(Hot meat soup) was 494.83 g a person, waste rate of that were 24.1%, and minimum and maximum waste rate of side dishes were 3.3, 100%, respectively. 6. Kimchi chigae(Kimchi stew) and Doen-jang chigae(fermented soy stew) were served with varied number of side dishes. 7. Deong-sim gui(grilled meat) and Pulgogi(grilled meat with sauce) were served 196.83 g and 308.98 g. The average waste rate of those were 0.7% and 5.8%, respectively. But waste rate of side dishes was 33%. We would like to decrease waste rate by proposing recommended items and weight of some food for 「Good Menu」.

        In relation to the preparation of Langmuir-Blodgett thin film, four kinds of N-alkylpyridiniurn bromide were synthesized. The values of surface tensions of these materials, measured with a Traube stalagmometer, gave the relationship between the critical micells hydrophobic radical and between CMC and temperature. Values of thermodynamic properties(δH0m, δS0m, δG0m,) for the formatoin of micelle were also obtained. Experiments gave the following results; at the temperature range between 40 and 60℃, CMC of Hexadecyl-, Octadecyl-, Eicosyl-, and Docosyl-Pyridinium Bromide were 7.64×10-4~9.13×10-4, 3.85×10-4~4.60×10-4, 2.00×10-4~2.39×10-4, and 1.07×10-4~1.28×10-4 mol/l, respectively. Surface tension, γCMC, of those were 33.49~36.00, 34.78~37.61, 35.49~37.61 and 38.76~55.80 dyne/cm, respectively, The relationship between CMC and the mumber of carbon atoms in the hydrophobic radical, N was expressed as follows : Log(CMC)=A-BN where A and B are constants. At the temperature range between 40 and 60℃, the change of Gibbs evergy (δGm) for one methylene group (-CH2-) were -0.65RT, respectively, The minus values of enthalpy change (δHm) suggest that the formation of micelle is exothermic. Additionally, the overall increase in the entropy change (δSm) with respect to the temperature increase suggests that the formation of micelle is attained by a exothermic enthalpy directed process.

        The purpose of this study were to investigate opinions on the contents and method of the educational public information of food sanitation, to enrich education of food sanitation for consumer. Data of questionnaires were collected from 78 consumer protection association and 66 food industrial company. The results of the study were summarized as follows; The educational public contents of food sanitation appropriated is remarked as a basic knowledge in a safety of food (an additive, an agricultural medicines) and in nutrition and sanitation. The effective method of public information is suggested as a TV, Radio, utilization of periodicals and pamphlet. The crucial problem of the imported food surveyed in the consumer protection association is an agricultural medicines and a heavy metal. In the food industrial company, it is remarked that the problem occurs in deposit and storage of food from the standpoint of sanitation. Finally, improvement of sanitary condition in food selling place is suggested.

        A consumer survey(2, 251 residents) on marketed kimchi products in Seoul and near Seoul Area were investigated for marketablity and quality improvement of kimchi. The results obtained as follow. 1. The proportion of subjects who has bought the marketed kimchi products was 24%, some factors(ages, type of housing, family system, income) were investigated. 2. The major motivation season and favorite kinds of kimchi for purchasing the products were investigated. And Subjects bought the needed amount for 1 day at hygienic store. 3. Subjects prefered the taste of kimchi which is medium level in sour, sweet, salty and hot. The most urgent improvement for the marketed kimchi is the sanitation. If marketed kimchi were improved over the aspects, the proportion of subjects who would buy the products was 54%.

        본 연구에서는 대표적인 연약지반인 직접기초와 쇄석기초 공법을 연구 대상으로 결정하여 형상에 따라 변형된 사각 피라미드 기초와 비교 분석하고 3차원 유한요소해석을 이용한 침하량을 검토하고 수치해석시 연약지반의 지반조사의 결과를 가지고 지반 특성치를 의미 하는 토질 정수를 산정한다. 또한, 지층 조건에 따른 해석은 사각 피라미드 기초의 하중-침하 특성을 분석하고 구조물에 생기는 전체 침하 또는 부등 침하, 기초 지반의 지지력 부족으로 인한 성토의 파괴, 구조물의 부족으로 인한 인접지반의 융기, 지진에 의한 기초지반의 액상화 및 액상화에 의한 지지력 감소로 인한 영향 등을 고려할 수 있다.이와 같은 문제점이 있는 연약지반은 구조물의 설치 목적과 지반의 특성에 따라 일반적으로 거동이 달라질 수 있으며, 따라서 설계에 적용되는 기존의 침하량 산정 방법들에 대해 살펴보고 정확한 이해와 평가를 하여 기초 지지력 및 침하에 대한 안전성 증대에 목적이 있다. 유한요소해석을 통하여 설계시 기초 지반 조건과 기초 하부에 채움쇄석을 설치하여 interface 요소를 고려하였고 하중분산 효과를 가질 수 있도록 하겠다.본 연구에서는 연약지반에 사각 피라미드 기초공법을 이용하여 시제품을 제작하여 영향폭 1.0mx1.0m (4x4열)의 영향을 고려한 총 침하량을 산정하고 각기 다른 형태의 기초를 동일 조건의 재하폭 조건에 따라 압밀 침하량을 3차원 유한요소 해석을 통하여 압밀 침하 특성을 비교 분석한다. 또한, 지지력 보강 연속 구조체를 개발 제작함으로서 구조물의 기초에 강성지반을 형성하고 하중을 넓게 분포시켜 연약 지반상에 전달되는 응력을 감소시킴으로서 침하량을 줄일 수 있고 상재 하중에 대한 저항능력을 증대시키는 효과를 갖도록 한다.

        This study, for the development of next generation high speed railway system of a train which has maximum speed over 400km/h, is to develop core generic environmental technologies which are soundproof technology. Also this technology contains the emitting noise performance of high speed operated trains. The ultimate purpose of this study is to develop a new technology of core sound proof system which is more economical and efficient to cope with the noise increased about 7~9dB as the operating speed increased to 400km/h. In view of technology, this study is to the new soundproof shape design, noise absorbing material development, core soundproof facility development, noise reduction method which contains the aerodynamic characteristics of noise, the concrete bed track reflecting noise reduction, the specifications absorbing block of concrete bed and the installation and management of core soundproof system.

        본 실험은 반응표면분석법을 이용하여 진피 에탄올 추출물의 이화학적 특성을 모니터링 하였다. 진피의 에탄올 추출조건의 최적화를 위하여 예비실험 결과에 따라 요인변수들 중 시료대 용매비를 20 mL/g로 고정하여 반응표면을 나타내었다. 추출조건에 따른 수율 및 총 폴리페놀함량의 최대값은 예측된 정상점에서 능선분석을 실시하여 본 결과, 36.31%와 13.86 mg/mL이었다. 추출조건별 총 플라보노이드함량은 3.19~6.67 mg/mL의 범위였으며,

        The propose of this study was to investigate the antioxidant activity of 80% ethanol extracts and various solvent fractions of dandelion (Taraxacmn officinale) leaves and roots, Total phenolics and phenolic acid contents were also examined. The total phenol content of leaves and roots were and respectively. Eight phenolic acids were separated by GC, among which caffeic acid (113.7 mg%)and m-coumaric acid (152.6 mg) were the dominant phenolic acids in leaves and roots, respectively. Amongst solvent functions of leaves and roots, the ethyl acetate fraction showed the strongest radical scavenging activity. A strong correlation was found between total phenol content and electron-donating ability, and ABTS radical scavenging activity showed a similar trend as electron-donating ability. Hydroxyl-radical-scavenging activity and lipid peroxidation were significantly higher in the ethyl acetate fraction than other factions. In particular, the SOD-like activity was highest (43.6%) in the ethyl acetate fraction of dandelion leaves, and was higher than that of trolox. Thus, the ethyl acetate fraction of dandelion leaves exhibited significant phenol content, antioxidant activity, and free-radical-scavenging effects.

        곶감의 건조 및 저장에 따른 미생물상의 변화를 조사하였다. 곳감의 제조 지역에 따라 건조 초기의 미생물수는 상주시 외곽지역의 곶감이 다소 높았으나 반건시상태가 되는 건조 7 주 후에는 두 지역의 미생물 수의 차이는 없었다. 건조가 진행됨에 일반세균과 초산균은 꾸준히 감소하여 7주 후에는 거의 관찰되지 않았으나 곰팡이와 효모 수는 점차 늘어나는 양상을 보였다. 곶감을 32, 실온(10~15), 저온(42)에서 7주간 저장한 결과 저온 저장구에서 미

        밤의 효율적 박피 방법을 개발하기 위하여 산 및 알카리 처리에 의한 내피 및 외피의 박피효과를 조사하고, 밤의 형태학적, 물리적 특성을 조사하였다. 알카리 처리에 의한 밤 내피의 박피 정도는 4%, NaOH 15분 처리시 박피가 가장 잘 되었으며, 산처리에 의한 박피는 3% HCIO 농도로 5에서 30분 처리시 박피가 가장 잘 되었다. 그러나 이러한 화학적 처리시 온도가 높아지고 처리시간이 길어질수록 색상, 경도 등의 품질저하가 나타나 낮은 온도
