        In this paper, the sulfate resistance of concrete substituted the crushed heavy weight waste glass as fine aggregate are compared and evaluated. From the results, when heavy weight waste glass substituted ratio increase, the reduction rate of compressive strength is decreased. So, the sulfate resistance is improved by using heavy weight waste glass in concrete.

In this study, the suitability of heavy weight waste glass as a shielding material is considered. From the results, it was found that when the heavy weight waste glass substitution ratio increases, radiation shielding performance also increase.

        In this paper, the moisture content of fertilizer on properties of green slope soil using mineral additives are evaluated. From the results, when the moisture content of fertilizer increases, the soil hardness (penetrometer cone index) is decreased. And the moisture content of fertilizer increases, the shrinkage decrease at early ages, however, shrinkage increased with the ages.

        In this paper, the flexural behavior of RC member recycled heavy weight waste glass as fine aggregate was evaluated by finite element analysis. From the results, yield point and maximum load decreased with decreasing concrete strength and elastic modulus. Also, the finite element analysis program does not reflect the ductility loss of RC members using heavy weight waste glass as fine aggregate.

        In this paper, the material characteristics of field applied green slope soil for development of vegetation shotcrete using mineral additive are evaluated. From the results, after a consolidation of certain level is proceeded, soil hardness and soil strength are not affected by ages. However, in order to ensure slope stability, the cohesion should be improved of green slope soil.

        As the industrialization is rapidly growing, the quantities of industrial waste glass have been quickly increased. However the most of them are not recycled. Therefore, it is needed to investigate the possibility of industrial waste glass as concrete material ingredient. In this paper, it is compared and evaluated that the characteristics of freeze-thaw resistance according to industrial waste glass substitution ratio in concrete specimens. From the results, the weight change was not affected by the waste glass substitution ratio. And, the relative dynamic modulus of elasticity was increased slightly with the waste glass substitution ratio. The relative dynamic modulus of elasticity was above 80% up to 300cycles in all of the mixes.

        Concrete is a very useful construction material for the sealing disposal of hazardous substances. In general, mass concrete is applied to these structures. And, the mineral admixtures are recommended for the long term performance. Calcium leaching could be happened due to the contact with pure water in underground structures. Thus, it is needed to evaluate the resistance of calcium leaching for concrete mixed with mineral admixtures. From the test results, the mineral admixtures are effective to the improvement of long term compressive strength and chloride diffusion coefficient in concrete members. When calcium leaching is happened, however, the reduction of compressive strength and chloride penetration resistance is severe than OPC case, the micro pore distribution is adversely affected. Consequently, when the mineral admixtures are applied to underground structures which is exposed to calcium leaching environment, it is desirable to reduce water-to-binder ratio, to expose after the sufficient pozolanic reaction, and to use BFS than FA.

        Concrete behaves as a brittle material with low tensile strain capacity. By adding fibers, the cracking in concrete matrix is controlled, and the mechanical properties are improved. In this study, the mechanical properties of fiber reinforced concrete are compared with fiber type and fiber volume fraction. From the results, the fiber mixed in concrete must be at least 0.5% regardless fiber type, in order to ensure the compressive and flexural strength equivalent or higher than OPC.

        Concrete behaves as a brittle material with low tensile strain capacity. By adding fibers, the cracking in concrete matrix is controlled, and the durability is improved. In this study, the microstructure and Chloride diffusion resistance of fiber reinforced concrete are compared with fiber type and fiber volume fraction. From the results, the fiber mixed in concrete must be at least 0.5% regardless fiber type, in order to ensure the chloride diffusion coefficient higher than OPC at 91days. However, the micro structure distribution is affected with fiber volume fraction and fiber type at range 10~100nm.

        In this study, chloride penetration of calcium leached concrete according to mineral admixture ratio were compared with OPC. From the results, it showed that chloride diffusion coefficient in calcium leached concrete were increased as calcium leaching period increase. However, the chloride diffusion coefficient of BFS case showed the better resistance than Fly Ash case. And, the distribution of chloride diffusion coefficient was significantly changed by calcium leaching period.

        Concrete shrinkage is happened due to the cement hydration and water evaporation from early ages, and it induces crack of concrete. In this study, the crack resistance of fiber reinforced concrete was compared with fiber type and fiber volume fraction. From the results, cracking is delayed when the volume fraction is increased. And, crack resistance is improved regardless of fiber type.

In this study, the vibration characteristics of planar members with embedded material were compared when the same impulse was applied. From the test results, the vibration characteristics are affected by the properties of embedded material.
