기능성 게임은 현재 치료, 의학 관련 검사, 인지발달, 특수훈련 및 교육콘텐츠로서 많은 분야에 적용되고 있 다. 아동을 위해서도 주의, 작업기억, 공간인지 및 협응 능력 등 다양한 인지 및 인지 신경검사와 이런 인지 기능들의 증진을 위해 개발되고 있다. 하지만 놀이의 중요한 기능 중 정서적인 부분이 차지하는 것에 비해 기능성 게임이 보여준 역할은 매우 부족하며 아직 기초적 연구 단계에 머물러 있다. 컴퓨터 게임을 통한 정 서적 상호작용의 학습에 대한 연구와 도전이 시급하다. 본 연구에서는 아동의 정서 지능 측정을 위한 기능성 게임 개발을 목표에 두고 정서지능의 요소 중 하나인 타인의 정서 인식능력을 측정하는 게임을 개발하고자 하였다. 정서적 지능의 기초 요소인 정서인식이 기능성 게임으로 측정되고 나아가 향상될 수 있다면 아동의 정서지능을 위한 기능성 게임에 대한 새로운 가능성들을 여는 계기가 될 것이다. 실험 결과 개발된 정서지능 측정용 기능성 게임의 점수는 정서지능의 하위 요소인 정서인식, 감정이입, 정서활용과 통계적으로 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 나타내었으며, 인지적 처리와 비교적 관련이 많은 사고촉진과 정서통제 요인과는 상관을 보 이지 않았다. 이는 얼굴의 표정을 이용하여 긍정적인 자극에 대한 초등학생들의 정서적 반응을 이끌어내고 이를 게임의 점수로 환산하는 것으로서의 가능성을 잘 보여준다고 볼 수 있다.

Two linyphiid spiders, Saitonia kawaguchikonis Saito & Ono, 2001 and Asthenargus niphonius Saito & Ono, 2001 were confirmed from Korea for the first time. Males of S. kawaguchikonis and a female of A. niphonius were collected with pitfall traps in a leaf litter of mixed forests in three National Parks (Hallyeohaesang National Park, Mt. Naejangsan, and Mt. Sobaeksan) during the seasonal surveys for the spider fauna in mountainous terrain from 2018 to 2020. These two species were formerly known from China and Japan, or only from Japan, respectively. The present study describes these two species with measurements, morphological illustrations, and a distribution map. This report adds the genus Asthenargus Simon & Fage, 1922 from Korea to the Korean spider fauna for the first time.

본 연구는 타오바오 라이브 스트리밍 쇼핑의 특성과 주관적 규범이 라이브 스트리밍 쇼핑 사용 의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대해 조사하였다. 타오바오 라이브 스트리밍 쇼핑의 특성인 ‘인식된 즐거움’, ‘신뢰성’, ‘상호작용성’, ‘즉시성’과 ‘주관적 규범’이 타오바오 라이브 스트리밍 쇼핑의 사용 의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 몰입이론과 합리적 행동 이론을 기반으로 연구를 진행하였다. 중국인 335명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 결과는 다음과 같다. ‘상호작용성’을 제외한 나머지 특성인 ‘인식된 즐거움’, ‘신뢰성’ 및 ‘즉시성’이 타오바오 라이브 스트리밍 쇼핑 사용에 대한 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 타오바오 라이브 스트리밍 쇼핑 사용에 대한 태도는 타오바오 라이브 스트리밍 쇼핑 사용 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 ‘주관적 규범’이 사용 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 타오바오 라 이브 스트리밍 쇼핑의 특성과 ‘주관적 규범’이 라이브 스트리밍 쇼핑 이용 의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 이해하는데 도움이 될 뿐만 아니라 다양한 라이브 스트리밍 쇼핑에 관한 마케팅 전략을 개발 하는데 도움이 될 수 있다.

In this study, when stem cell culture solution is used as a cosmetic ingredient, one of the most prominent problems is that the ingredients generally have low thermal stability. Therefore, in this study, in order to find out how the stem cell culture medium is heated or preserved at high temperature, the effect of various effects of stem cells on the various effects of the stem cells was investigated. As a result of the experiment, the wound healing assay confirmed that the cell migration increased after 6 hours, and after 24 hours, it was confirmed that the cell mobility was increased and cell division was promoted, thereby being concentrated. As a result of investigating the amount of transdermal water loss by preparing a cosmetic product containing stem cell culture solution, it was confirmed that the culture solution addition group showed an improvement rate of 31% compared to the non-added group, thereby helping in skin wound recovery. As a result of this, it is considered that this point should be considered when the stem cell culture medium is used as an active ingredient in cosmetics in the future.

This study analyzes overall honey consumption and purchasing behavior, and in particular, seeks to identify factors that influence the willingness to pay (WTP) for native honey. A survey of 500 South Korean consumers was conducted to understand their purchasing experiences and perceptions related to honey. A multiple linear regression analysis was carried out to comprehend the effect of the following factors on the willingness to pay for native honey: 1) knowledge of honey, 2) health consciousness, 3) the unhealthy = tasty intuition (UTI), and 4) positive perception of sweetness. As a result, consumers with more knowledge about honey, higher health consciousness and more positive perception of sweetness were more willing to pay for native honey. On the other hand, past honey purchasing or consuming experience had no significant impact on the willingness to pay for native honey. Marketing strategies and implications were derived from the characteristics of native honey consumers identified in this study.

Jellyfish envenomation is a world-wide health problem, which often seriously affect the fishery and bathing activities. To date, few individual jellyfish venoms proteins have been thoroughly characterized yet. In this work, four species of scyphozoan jellyfish (Nemopilema nomurai, Cyanea nozakii, Aurellia aurita and Rhopilema esculentum) are compared according to their, cytotoxicity, hemolytic potency, brine shrimp toxicity and protein components. Jellyfish venoms showed higher cytotoxicity in H9C2 heart myoblast than in C2C12 skeletal myoblast, with the exception of C. nozakii venom. This result suggests that the selective cytotoxic effects may be possibly related to their in vivo effects of cardiac tissue dysfunction. On the other hand, hemolytic activity could be also observed from all tested jellyfish venoms. N. nomurai jellyfish venom displaying the greatest hemolytic activity. As an alternative method of evaluating the toxicities of jellyfish venoms, the toxicity on brine shrimp was examined with the four jellyfish venoms. From this, the venom of N. nomurai showed higher toxicity against brine shrimp than the other jellyfish venoms, which is consistent with the results of cytotoxicity assay as well as hemolysis assay of the present study. SDS-PAGE analysis of four jellyfish venoms showed the similar pattern with molecular weight of around 40 kDa, and appeared to be the major protein components. These results provided that N. nomurai jellyfish venom was potently toxic than other scyphozoan jellyfish venoms and may explain to some extent the deleterious effects associated with human envenoming.

In today's affluent food environment, investigating factors that facilitate resistance in the face of barriers to health goals may be vital for achieving successful promotion and regulation of health. This study was implemented to investigate the effect of self-compassion on the evaluation and choice of healthy vs. unhealthy food. In Study 1, participants (N = 101) primed with self-compassion evaluated unhealthy food more negatively than those primed with self-esteem. As predicted, however, there was no difference in attitude toward healthy food between the two priming conditions. In Study 2, participants (N = 54) were asked to choose between healthy and unhealthy food and then their self-compassion was measured. Results show that participants with high self-compassion chose healthy food more often than unhealthy food, while those with low self-compassion chose unhealthy food more than healthy food. The implications of the findings are discussed in terms of health campaign strategies and further research into the relation between self-compassion and health behaviors.
