In this study, alkali impregnated filter sampling method was considered for VFAs in ambient air. When KOH concentration was 0.5 N and sampling flow velocity was 5~10 L/min the sampling efficiency was higher than 90 percent. More than 3 minute shaking make the sampled filter to be suspended in the 22.3 mL Vial. Alkali impregnated filter sampling method showed more than 4 times higher response compared to alkali solution sampling method, when the sample was analysed by headspace-gas chromatography. Five kinds of volatile fatty acids (propionic acid, i-butyric acid, n-butyric acid, i-valeric acid, valeric acid) were detected within 1.0~9.8 ppbv in the cow shed by alkali impregnated filter method and headspace gas chromatography. The alkali impregnated filter method was the most suitable sampling method for ambient volatile fatty acids with headspace gas chromatography analysis.
본 연구는 체외성숙 배지에 첨가하는 PVP의 농도, EGF, cysteine 및 PVP의 단독 또는 혼합첨가가 한우 체외수정란의 체외발생에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. 체외성숙 배지에 PVP의 첨가농도(0.1~3.0%)에 따른 분할율은 차이가 없었으나, 배반포 발달율은 0.5% PVP 첨가군이 가장 높았다(P<0.05). PVP, EGF 및 cysteine의 단독 및 혼합 첨가에 따른 분할율은 cysteine 단독첨가군이 높았으나(P<0.05), 배반포 발달율은 차이가 없었다. Inner cell mass 수는 대조군과 cysteine 첨가군이 PVP 첨가군에 비하여 유의하게 높았고(P<0.05), 총 세포수도 cysteine 첨가군에서 가장 높았다. 수정란이식 결과는 대조군, EGF, cysteine 및 EGF+cysteine 군의 임신율은 46.1~63.6%로서 비슷하였으나, PVP 첨가군은 10%로서 다른 군에 비하여 유의하게 낮았다(P<0.05). 본 연구 결과는 체외성숙 배지에 PVP의 첨가로 배 발생은 가능하지만, 세포의 품질에는 악영향을 미치는 것을 보여준다.
목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 휴대전화기 문자 쓰기 속도와 손의 민첩성과의 상관관계를 알아보기 위한 것이다.
연구방법 : 손에 손상을 받은 경험이 없는 47명의 인제대학교 학생을 대상으로 하였다. 설문 조사 후에 Nine Hole Pegboard Test(Smith & Nephew Rehabilitation Division version)와 대상자의 휴대전화기로 일정한 문장을 쓰는데 소요되는 시간을 측정하였다. 결과분석은 SPSS 10.0을 이용하였다. 연구 대상자의 일반적인 특성에 따른 문자쓰기 속도와 손의 민첩성은 t-검정과 ANOVA를 사용하여 분석하였다. 그리고 문자 쓰기 속도와 손의 민첩성에 대한 관계를 알아보기 위하여 스피어만 상관계수(Spearman correlation coefficient)를 사용하여 분석하였다.
결과 : 연령과 문자 쓰기 속도와의 관계는 유의한 차이(P<0.05)가 있었으며 연령이 낮을수록 문자 쓰기 속도가 더 빨랐다. 성별과 오른손 민첩성과의 관계는 유의한 차이(P<0.05)가 있었으며 여자가 남자 보다 민첩성이 더 높았다. 문자 쓰기 속도와 손의 민첩성은 관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다.
결론 : 손의 손상이 없는 성인에서 휴대전화기의 문자 쓰는 속도와 손의 민첩성에서 유의한 상관관계는 없었다. 그러나 연령에 따라 문자 쓰는 속도에 차이가 있었으며, 성별에 따라 오른손 민첩성에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 앞으로 본 연구를 바탕으로 기능적인 손 사용에 영향을 미치는 요소들을 알아보기 위한 연구와 손 기능에 문제를 가진 사람을 대상으로 문자 쓰기 활동이 손 기능 향상에 도움을 줄 수 있는 것인가에 대한 연구가 필요하리라 생각된다.

To induce tongue carcinoma in rat by 4- NQO. each dri nking water made 10ppm. 25ppm. 50ppm and control(o nly D.W without 4-NQO) . Specimens were classified into 4 groups s uch as co ntrol, I(mild & mocle rate dysplasia) , II(severe dysplasia and car cinoma in s itu) , III(carcinoma). Total RNA was ext racted and DD- PCR was performed using customized random primers. And to confïrmed t he results of DD-PCR‘ RT- PCR a nd real-time PCR with specific primers were carried out. LEDs have been shown to be a safe, efficient, light-weight, and less-expensive alternative to heal wound. LED irradiation at the same biostimulatory wavelength of previous laser studies have similar biochemical effects The purpose of present study is to evaluate the effects of wound healing by LED irradiation. Thirty 34-day-old sprague dawley were used for present study. 1.5mm diameter defected holes were formed in both ear lobes of rat by rubber dam punch. 635nm and 890nm irradiation was performed by LED for 2 weeks, followed by histologíc examination staíned with H&E and Masson trichrome. Also, RT-PCR was carried out to find out the mRNA expression level in gingival fjbroblast irradiated by 635nm for 1 hour. In gross exarnination, wound healing was observed in irradiated group comparing to control For microscopic exarnination, repair by connective tissues was filled in defects of irradiated group, while dense cellular bands consisting of fjbroblasts and capi llaries were found at the end of defect in control By staining of masson trichrome, amount of collagens were found in irradiated group. In a result of RT-PCR, mRNA expressions of TGF- ß , MMP-1,3 and Timp-3 were down-regulated in irradiated group comparing with their expression in control group. Taken together, LED irradiation increase the prolifeation and the activity of fibroblasts and down-regualted the TGF-ß , MMP- 1,3 and Timp- 3 mRNA, followed by activation of would healing.
본 논문에서는 일반적으로 사용되고 있느 면진건축물의 내진설계기준에 대한 타당성을 검증하고 새로운 층지진하중 산정식을 제안하였다 UBC-91의 층지진하중 산정식은 충분한 안전성을 가지지 못하였으므로 94년에 개정이 되었다 그러나 개정된 산정식도 고정기초건축물과 유사한 층지진하중 산정식을 사용하였으므로 비경제성이 문제점으로 지적되고 있다 그러므로 제안된 식에서는 2자유도계 면진건축물과 고정기초건축물의 모드형상을 이용하여 안전성, 경제성 및 적용성을 만족시키도록 하였다. 제안된 층지진하중 산정식의 정확성 및 적용성을 검증하기 위하여 코멘트저항 골조형식과 전단변 구조형식의 구조물의 예제해석을 수행하였으며 동적해석의 경우와 근접한 결과를 얻었다.
The contents of articles on nutrition in life cycle, health and disease in the Korean daily newspapers were analyzed for the evaluation of the trends in nutrition information in mass media. Among 922 articles pressed from January 1960 to June 1996, articles on nutrition in life cycle were most frequently appeared, which is followed by articles on nutrition in disease, health foods and other related food and nutrition informations. There was a deep contrast in that the proportion of articles on nutrition in life clyle decreased from 58% in the 60's to 33% in the 90's, and those of nutrition in disease, and health foods increased from 23% and 5% in 60's to 34% and 18% in 90's, respectively.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the important changes and the trends in Korean newspaper articles related to 1) food habits and food consumption patterns 2) nutrition, health and diseases 3) food safety and policy. The method used in this study was content analysis of the articles pressed in Donga ilbo and Choseun ilbo from January 1960 to June 1996. Among the total 1814 articles, those on nutrition, health and disease were 922 (50.8%), food safety and policy were 490 (27%) and food habits and consumption patterns were 402 (22.2%). The articles related to food habits and consumption patterns dealt with four contents, food habits reformation, changes in food consumption patterns, nutritional status and food habits. The frequencies of food habits content were highest (51.1%) and especially increased in 1980's and 1990's as the concerns on health and pursuit of convenience were increased. Most of contents related to food habits were health and longevity diet (44%) and eating out (27.5%). The percentile of food habits reformation, the changes in food consumption patterns and nutritional status were 20.1%, 18.4% and 10.0%, respectively. The contents of food habits reformation were most interested in 1960's when food shortage and poverty prevailed. Nowadays, the major subjects of food habits reformation were changed to the problem of wastage and the use of our agricultural foods. The frequencies of change in food consumption patterns were gradually increased from 1960's (7 item) to June 1996 (34 items). And the most of contents related to nutritional status were focused on suffering from food shortage especially in 1960's.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the foodservice management practices in child-care centers in order to provide basic information for the development of a model of a centralized food service information center. This approach was achieved using a variety of qualitative and quantitative information including general foodservice management practices and plate waste. A self-completed questionnaire survey of 651 child-care centers in Korea was undertaken and detailed information was carefully collected at 6 representative child-care centers. The results of the empirical survey were as follows: 1. Child-care centers categorized by location were in large cities (59.9%), medium cities (27.6%) and in provincial areas (12.5). 2. Private sector of child-care centers was 46.4% of the total followed by National/public (44.2%) and licensed home day-care programs (9.4%). 3. Total average number of children in child-care centers was 63.3±43.1 with a very significant difference (p〈0.001) in types of child-care centers. 4. The average space of kitchen and dining room was 5.0±3.8 and 10.8±11.0 pyung (1pyung=3.3058 cm2). 5. The average cost of interim snack in morning and afternoon in child-care centers were 345.9±459.3 won and 359.3±226.6 won respectively. The average cost of lunch was 644.0±481.1 won. There was a significant difference (p〈0.001) by types of child-care centers with a highest cost of 863.9 won in licensed home day-care programs. 6. Only a limited number of dietitian were employed, therefore most of food service management practice was not conducted by professional personnel. 7. The result of nutritional analysis of the food revealed that the level of energy and nutrients contained in the food was below the recommeded level (RDA/3).
닭고기를 이용하여 소시지류의 제조 가능성을 검토하기 위하여 돼지고기와 닭고기에 인산함유 소금과 양념류를 첨가하여 cold cut을 제조하고 탈기포장하여 저장기간동안의 품질을 비교 연구하였다. 돈육 cold cut이 계육 cold cut보다 미생물의 증식이 더 빠르고 산가가 더 크게 감소하였으나 TBA가는 계육 cold cut의 증가폭이 더 컸다. 조직감 측정에서는 springeness, cohesiveness는 두 시료간에 유의적 차이를 보이지 않았다. 돈육 cold cut과 계육 cold cut의 관능검사에서는 색, 외관, 냄새에서 유의적 차이를 보였으나, 조직감, 풍미, 전체적인 수응도에서는 유의적 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 연구결과 닭고기를 이용한 소시지류의 제조 가능성을 볼 수 있었다.
본 연구는 홍시라떼 분말화의 최적조건 설정을 위하여 반응표면분석법(RSM)을 이용하였으며, 독립변수는 inlet temperature(X1), air flow rate(X2), 시료의 공급속도인 feed flow rate(X3)로 설정하고 종속변수로는 회수량(Y1), 수분흡 수지수(Y2), total phenolic compounds(Y3)로 설정하였다. 각 종속변수에 따른 회귀식은 모두 p<0.001 수준에서 유의성이 인정되었다. 홍시라떼의 경우 과당이 풍부하여 분말의 부착성이 높기 때문에 유리전이 온도와 입자의 표면 온도 차이가 낮을수록 회수량은 높아졌으며, 분말의 결정성과 응집성은 증가하여 수분흡수지수는 낮아졌다. 또한 낮은 inlet temperature(X1)와 높은 feed flow rate(X3)는 입자의 표면 온도와 열의 접촉 시간을 모두 낮추어 total phenolic compounds의 손실을 최소화 하였다. 각 독립변수와 종속변수의 영향을 나타내는 반응표면그래프를 이용하여 최적 분말화 조건을 예측한 결과 inlet temperature(X1) 90℃, air flow rate(X2) 53 mL/min, feed flow rate(X3) 17.00 mL/min로 결정되었다.
