        Because the inner environment of greenhouse has a direct impact on crop production, many studies have been performed to develop technologies for controlling the environment in the greenhouse. However, it is difficult to apply the technology developed to all greenhouses because those studies were conducted through empirical experiments in specific greenhouses. It takes a lot of time and cost to develop the models that can be applicable to all greenhouse in real situation. Therefore studies are underway to solve this problem using computer-based simulation techniques. In this study, a model was developed to predict the inner environment of glass greenhouse using CFD simulation method. The developed model was validated using primary and secondary heating experiment and daytime greenhouse inner temperature data. As a result of comparing the measured and predicted value, the mean temperature and uniformity were 2.62°C and 2.92%p higher in the predicted value, respectively. R2 was 0.9628, confirming that the measured and the predicted values showed similar tendency. In the future, the model needs to improve by applying the shape of the greenhouse and the position of the inner heat exchanger for efficient thermal energy management of the greenhouse.

        In recent years, studies on various 3D scanner applications, including those on quality control and reverse engineering, have been conducted in the shipbuilding industry. Appropriate scanner selection, scanning environment setting by targets, and data postprocessing are essential for effective 3D scanning projects for small crafts. In this study, a non-contact handheld-type 3D scanner was used for molds and hull products for the 10– 30-ft class of small crafts. Small crafts have fewer geometric features and several glare surfaces; thus, anti-glare and texture feature addition preprocessing is critical. The 3D scanning results are used for geometry quality control of single panels and curved surfaces in craft hulls. Consequently, international rule-based weight estimation calculation sheets have been developed and applied for product weight quality control.

        In this study, the effect of tempering on the stretch-flangeability is investigated in 980 MPa grade dual-phase steel consisting of ferrite and martensite phases. During tempering at 300 oC, the strength of ferrite increases due to the pinning of dislocations by carbon atoms released from martensite, while martensite is softened as a consequence of a reduction in its carbon super-saturation. This strength variation results in a considerable increase in yield strength of the steel, without loss of tensile strength. The hole expansion test shows that steel tempered for 20 min (T20 steel) exhibits a higher hole expansion ratio than that of steel without tempering (T0 steel). In T0 steel, severe plastic localization in ferrite causes easy pore formation at the ferrite-martensite interface and subsequent brittle crack propagation through the highly deformed ferrite area during hole expansion testing; this propagation is mainly attributed to the large difference in hardness between ferrite and martensite. When the difference in hardness is not so large (T20 steel), on the other hand, tempered martensite can be considerably deformed together with ferrite, thereby delaying pore formation and hindering crack propagation by crack blunting. Eventually, these different deformation and fracture behaviors contribute to the superior stretch-flangeability of T20 steel.

        본 연구는 L-alanine을 적용한 스크러버의 주류공장 내 CO2 제거효율, 모니터링 데이터 분석/ 평가 및 에너지 저감효율을 평가하였다. 스크러버의 평균 제거율은 90.45%로 10,000 ppm이상의 고농도 CO2가 유입됨에도 제거효율이 뛰어난 것을 확인하였다. 스크러버 작동 후 작업장 내 CO2는 2,000ppm 이 하로 유지하여 약 74% 이상의 이산화탄소 저감 효율을 확인하였다. 또한 소비되는 전력량을 측정한 결과 스크러버 작동 후 230 kWh로 약 7.26%의 에너지가 절감되는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 본 개발제품을 적용한 결과로 작업장 내 이산화탄소 농도를 외기유입 없이 낮은 농도로 유지함에 따라 근무자의 작업환경을 개선 시킬 수 있었으며 에너지 소비량 또한 저감할 수 있었다. 그러므로 식품, 주류공장 내 고농도 CO2 제거 공 정으로써 스크러버가 유용할 것으로 기대된다.

        In this study, effects of carbon and nickel on microstructure and low temperature Charpy impact properties of HSLA (high strength low alloy) steels are investigated. To understand the complex phase transformation behavior of HSLA steels with high strength and toughness before and after welding processes, three kinds of HSLA steels are fabricated by varying the carbon and nickel content. Microstructure analysis, low temperature Charpy impact test, and Vickers hardness test are performed for the base metals and CGHAZ (coarse-grain heat affected zone) specimens. The specimens with the lowest carbon and nickel content have the highest volume fraction of AF, the lowest volume fraction of GB, and the smallest GB packet size. So, the low temperature Charpy absorbed energy of the CGHAZ specimen is the highest. The specimens with increased carbon and nickel content have the lowest volume fraction of AF, the highest volume fraction of GB, and the largest GB packet size. So, the low temperature Charpy absorbed energy of the CGHAZ specimen is the lowest.

        본 연구에서는 주류공장 내 고농도 CO2 제거 및 포집을 위해 L-alanine 흡수제를 적용하여 CO2 흡수, 탈리 효율을 평가 후 재생 성능을 확인하였다. 탈리공정의 효율적인 처리를 평가하기 위해 실험 실 규모에서 Hot plate, Steam 두가지 탈리 방법을 비교하였으며 Hot plate는 약 10%, Steam의 경우 약 60%의 재생효율을 확인하였다. 따라서 주류공장 내 100m3/min 실증화 규모에 Steam-Tower 탈리공정을 적용하여 최적조건을 평가한 결과 탈리 유량 4L/min 이하, Steam 온도 160℃ 이상, 탈리효율 85.5%로 확 인할 수 있었다.
