The change of position of the components is a phenomenon that the same components change their places. This paper is based on the study of the stone inscription in the period of South & North Dynasty. We research, count and describe the position changes of Chinese character. After compared to the clerical script in Han dynasty, we try to reveal the use regulation and producing merchanism of this phenomenon. Through the statistic and analysis of related data, we find that there are two kinds of position changes of component in in Wei, Jin and South & North Dynasty. They are direct position change of components and indirect position change of components. direct position change of components are the main stream. At last we conclude that position change of components were often happened in in Wei, Jin and South & North Dynasty. It reflects that the messy situation of Chinese character in in Wei, Jin and South & North Dynasty.
