산초나무종자는 전통적으로 향신료 및 약용으로 널리 이용되어 왔지만 종자의 발아율이 낮고 묘의 대량생산이 어려워 일부 지역에서만 재배가 되고 있다. 본 연구는 산초나무 종자 휴면타파를 위한 전처리방법을 정립하고 발아촉진물질을 처리하여 출현율을 향상시키고자 하였다. 종자 발아적정온도는 25℃로 서 저온보다 고온에서 발아의 시작이 빨랐고 발아율도 높았다. 종자 휴면타파는 노천매장보다 저온·습윤 처리에서 효과가 높았으며, 종자 외부의 과육 부분을 완전히 제거해야 출현율이 향상되었다. 종자외부의 과육을 제거한 후 270일 동안 저온·습윤 처리하면 출현율이 74.7%까지 향상되었다. 휴면타파 처리기간이 길수록 평균출현일수는 단축되었다. 발아촉진물질 GA3, IAA, kinetin, KNO3 처리는 산초종자의 출현율을 향상시키는데 효과가 있었다. 저온·습윤 120일 처리한 종자는 파종 전 kinetin 2.5mM을 침종처리하면 출현율이 72% 까지 향상되었고 휴면타파 처리기간을 단축시킬 수 있었다.

본 연구는 새롭게 개발된 무기물인 phenolic foam 배지를 이용한 토마토 파종용 플러그 묘의 생산 가능성을 평가하기 위하여 수행되었다. 토마토 'Madison' 품종을 Grodan 암면, UR 암면, phenolic foam LC, phenolic foam LC-lite 4종류의 펠릿 배지를 플러그 트레이에 파종하였다. 파종 후 7일 동안 발아율을 조사하였다. 묘의 생육은 파종 후 19일째에 측정하였다. Phenolic foam LC와 LC-lite 배지에서 가장 높은 발아율을 보였다. 초장, 하배축, 엽면적, 건물중, 생체중은 암면배지에서 유의적으로 양호한 결과를 나타냈다. 하지만 T/R율과 경경은 phenolic foam LC 배지에서 양호한 결과를 나타냈으며, 총공극과 용기용수량 또한 다른 배지와 비하여 가장 높게 측정되었다. 기상률은 phenolic foam LC 배지에서 가장 낮았다. 전체적으로 phenolic foam 배지인 LC와 LC-lite는 암면배지와 비교하여 유사한 생육을 보였다. 본 연구에서 'Madison' 토마토의 공정 묘 생산을 위한 배지로서 phenolic foam LC와 LC-lite 배지의 이용 가능성이 입증되었다.

유기물 탈수 공정에 적용되는 투과증발 시스템을 설계하기 위한 투과증발 시스템 모사기가 개발되었다. 모사기는 시스템 모델링 및 수치 해석 알고리즘과 관련된 simulation engine과 모사기를 Windows 환경에서 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 한 Graphical User Interface(GUI)로 구성되었다. 모사기 구조 및 사용 방법 등을 실규모 에탄올 탈수 공정 모사를 통하여 구체적으로 설명하였으며, 모사 결과를 실제 에탄올 탈수 Pilot test에 의한 실험 결과와 비교함으로써 모사기 성능이 우수함을 입증하였다.

This article reviewed the major property criminal cases(i.e. larceny, fraud, embezzlement, and Breach of Trust) in recent five years. As a continuing trend since 2000, One of the important trends is that the criminal laws keep its distance from civil cases in order to prevent Criminalization of Civil Cases and guarantee the functions as last resources. This trend can also be seen in embezzlement and Breach of Trust. Although It’s important that the criminal laws do not intervene too much in private domains such as civil cases, It is necessary to interpret and apply strictly the elements of crime in view of the principle of nullum crime in order that Law–abiding citizen may predict whether each crimes will predict Criminality of each crimes. However, The question now arises as to whether the criminal laws judge independently apart from other laws, extend the range of elements of crime, admit the elements unstipulated in the text so that the laws apply analogical interpretation which is against the principle of nullum crime, or expand requirements of crime. Therefore, although the independent interpretation is needed, it would be desirable to limit range of punishment at a minimum by respecting principle of Subsidiarity or the principle of nullum crime. Also, Whether the elements of property is defined clearly should be carefully studied. If needed, Legislative efforts to continuously rearrange the elements is essential.

In the case of illegal drug trafficking, regarding whether to acknowledge the undertaking action of illegal drug trafficking when the person only have received the payment, however, have not yet possessed or obtained the drug, it is not appropriate to acknowledge starting to doing crime. Merely, the person received the payment according to the contract of sale, at least it is possible to acknowledge the undertaking action of drug trafficking crime. In other words, it is problematic that whether this level of action is preparation stage of crime or is relevant to attempting crime. If the person already signed the contract of sale, it can be seen as the direct action of configuration requirement not as the action of preparation stage. Regarding an indecent assault, if someone tried to hug the victim with the intention of harassment within the distance of 1m with the victim, even though there was no physical contact, this has proximity in time/place with actus reus of actual crime. Without the intermediate intervention action, it may be considered as action that is possible to directly fulfill actus reus. According to the crime plan of a person, he/she is about to hug and assault the victim. Action of raising hand to hug the victim is the last stage of actus reus which other intermediate intervention action is not needed. Therefore, attempted indecent assault is considerable.

본 연구는 오른쪽 어깨관절에 칼텐본-에비엔즈컨셉 미끄러뜨림 등급Ⅱ와 Ⅲ으로 아래쪽미끄러뜨림적용시 위팔뼈머리의 이동거리 및 벌림각도(abduction angle)의 변화를 알아보고자 하였다. 미끄러뜨림 등급Ⅱ(Grade Ⅱ) 적용시 위팔뼈머리는 초기보다 아래쪽으로 5㎜ 가량 이동하였고 등급Ⅲ 적용시 8㎜ 가량 이동하였다. 이동거리에 대한 성별 비교에서는 남자가 여자에 비해 등급별로 이동거리가 높게 나타났으나 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 등급Ⅱ(Grade Ⅱ) 적용시 벌림각도는 초기보다 10°가량, 등급Ⅲ(Grade Ⅲ) 적용시 12°가량 증가하였다. 벌림각도에 대한성별 비교에서는 모든 등급별로 여자가 남자보다 벌림각도가 크게 나타났으나 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았다.본 연구를 통해 미끄러뜨림 등급 적용시 위팔뼈머리의 운동형상학적 변화를 알아보았으며 향후 추가 연구를 통해이들 변화가 주변 구조물에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아본다면 보다 과학적인 근거중심의 치료를 기대할 수 있을 것으로사료된다.
