2017년은 산림청 개청 50주년이 되는 해입니다. 산림정책의 파트너인 국립산림과학원은 1922년 임업시험장 설립으로부터 현재에 이르기까지 단일연구기관으로서 유구한 역사를 지니고 있습니다. 우리나라는 산림이 전 국토의63%인 대표적인 산림국가입니다. 지난 40년간 녹화성공으로 산림자원은 14배 이상 증가하였고 산림의 공익적가치는 126조원에 달하고 있습니다. 우리 과학원은 산림과학기술개발에 연구역량을 집중하여 세계가 인정하는치산녹화라는 국가브랜드를 만드는데 큰 밑거름이 되었습니다. 그러나 산림관련 메가트렌드가 변화하고 있습니다.기후변화 대응 산림의 역할 확대, 친환경 소재인 목재자원 이용 활용 촉진, 과학적 산림재해 방지체계 구축, 산림생태계보호 및 기능 증진, 산림복지서비스 확충, 국제산림협력 강화 및 북한 산림복구 분야의 연구 강화가 필요합니다.산림의 사회적･경제적･생태적･문화적 그리고 정신적 수요를 충족시키는 한국형 산림경영 모델로 제2의 국가브랜드를만들겠습니다. 산림병해충 분야에 대한 여러분의 많은 관심과 참여를 부탁드립니다.

An auxin-producing bacteria (A-1) was isolated from soils of Oyster mushroom farmhouse in Daejeon city, South Korea. The strain A-1 was classified as a novel strain of Ochrobactrum anthropi based on a chemotaxanomic and phylogenetic analyses. The isolate was confirmed to produce indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), one of auxin hormones, by TLC and HPLC analyses. The maximum concentration of IAA, 5.6 mg L-1 was detected from the culture broth of O. anthropi A-1 incubated for 24 h at 35oC in R2A broth containing 0.1% L-tryptophan. To investigate the growth-promoting effects to the crops, the culture broth of O. anthropi A-1 was inoculated to water cultures and seed pots of mung bean as well as lettuce. In consequence, the adventitious root induction and root growth of mung bean and lettuce were 2.7 and 1.4 times higher than those of the non-inoculated, respectively.

책임형 CM(CM at Risk)은 CM회사가 최대공사비보증을 통해 프로젝트를 제공하는 프로젝트 발주 방식 중 하나이다. 종합건설업 체는 리스크를 줄이고 프로젝트의 성과를 향상시키기 위해 초기 설계 단계부터 시공단계까지 책임형 CM을 적용할 수 있다. 책임형 CM의 주 요 장점 중 하나는 종합건설업체가 견적, 도면 및 시방서 검토, 시공성 검토, 가치공학, 친환경, BIM 등을 포함하는 포괄적인 시공이전단계의 서비스를 제공한다는 것이다. 그러나 국내에서는 책임형 CM 프로젝트가 거의 수행되지 않아 경험이 부족한 국내 종합건설업체는 현재 한정 적인 시공이전단계 서비스만을 제공하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 해외 선진 종합건설업체는 프로젝트에서 책임형 CM을 어떻게 활용하고 있는지, 특히 시공이전단계 프로세스와 그에 대한 목적, 성공적인 수행을 위한 각 참여자들의 역할과 책임에 대해 벤치마킹 연구를 통해 중요한 정보를 제공한다. 이를 통해, 건설 사업 경쟁력을 높이기 위해 책임형 CM을 프로젝트에 도입하려는 국내 건설업체들에게 가이드 자료로 활용될 수 있 을 것이다.

This study is the result of questionnaire about disaster and safety. Survey results showed that residents' satisfaction with disaster and safety was low. And satisfaction of public officials was high. Therefore, there is a difference in perception between residents and civil servants.

Since existing modular construction designs are 2D based, they cannot reflect the characteristics of modular buildings built by a dry construction method, in which objects are assembled and constructed as a unit. This study aims to develop a BIM library information system of modular buildings by utilizing the “Construction Information Classification System” developed already in Korea.

In this study, we have proposed a modular construction method can lower the reinforcement cost of the building, to shorten the construction period. We have developed a Mock-up, it is intended to use as basic data to the activation of the vertical extension of future reform.
