        Angelicae gigantis Radix (dried root of Angelica gigas) including major bioactives such as decursin and decursinol angelate provides rich flavors and several healthy benefits. Recent studies have shown that ultrafine powders of herbal medicines provide better physical properties and biological activities. Thus, ultrafine Angelica powder was added into the oligosaccharide syrup to provide flavors and healthy benefits in this study. Angelicae gigantis Radix was pulverized into d(0.1) = 3.220, d(0.5) = 7.822, and d(0.9) = 7.817 μm respectively using an air-flow mill. The ultrafine Angelica powder was added into the oligosaccharide syrup process with different ratios of water to oligosaccharide syrup at 1:5, 1:8, 1:11, and 1:14. The physicochemical properties such as viscosity and bulk density were measured. The Stokes’ law was applied to predict the sedimentation velocity of the added Angelica powder in the syrup. The Angelica syrup prepared in this experiment showed good stability since the Angelica particles precipitated down slowly. The ratio of water to oligosaccharide syrup at 1:11 showed the optimal preparation in terms of the stability and the viscosity. The ultrafine-sized herbal powders such as Angelicae gigantis Radix have potentials for various food and pharmaceutical applications.

        The hydrogen embrittlement susceptibility of high strength TRIP/TWIP steels with the tensile strength of 600Mpa to 900Mpa grade was investigated using cathodically hydrogen charged specimens. TWIP steels with full austenite structure show a lower hydrogen content than do TRIP steels. The uniform distribution of strong traps throughout the matrix in the form of austenite is considered beneficial to reduce the hydrogen embrittlement susceptibility of TWIP steels. Moreover, an austenite structure with very fine deformation twins formed during straining could also improve the ductility and reduce notch sensitivity. In Ubend and deep drawing cup tests, TWIP steels show a good resistance to hydrogen embrittlement compared with TRIP steels.

        High temperature dielectric constants of the various ceramic materials have been measured using cavity perturbation method. The measurements were applied to refractory, traditional and fine ceramic powder compacts from room temperature to . Calibration constant in the equation suggested by Hutcheon et al., was determined from the dielectric constants of reference specimen (teflon and alumina) at room temperature. From these results, informations on the refectory materials were obtained for the microwave kiln design and understanding of the microwave heating effects of ceramics have been improved.

        This study takes shear wall of reinforced concrete structure as study object, and the purpose of this study is to suggest structure BIM based on automatic reinforcing bar placement system applying set-based design through the most optimum reinforcing bar placement group that was selected by applying AHP (analytical hierarchy process) method from design step. For this, the most optimum reinforcing bar placement group was selected by pairwise comparison analysis on complex standard of multiple alternatives. And shear wall automatic reinforcing bar placement system has been developed, which can automatically generate members and arrange reinforcing bar by structure design algorithm and using open API (application programming interface) provided by a BIM software vendor. As a result, the most optimum reinforcing bar placement group of the highest weight, ALT1, was selected and was generated using Tekla Structure program.

        경제성장과 더불어 산업발전이 급격하게 이루어짐에 따라 산업폐기물이 나날이 증대되어 대기 중의 환경오염 및 폐기물의 무단방치 및 불법매립 등의 환경오염 문제가 사회적인 심각한 문제점으로 대두되고 있다. 수많은 산업폐기물 중 주물산업에서 발생하는 폐주물사는 연간 발생량이 약 300만 톤이며 이를 대부분 야적・매립함으로써 이에 따른 2차 환경오염을 발생시키고 있다. 이러한 폐주물사를 재활용하는 방안으로 건설 산업에서 시멘트나 잔골재의 대체 재료로서 재활용하는 방안으로 연구가 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서 산업부산물인 폐주물사의 첨가에 따른 시멘트 모르타르의 흐름값 및 강도특성에 대한 검토를 실시하였으며, 이를 위하여 결합재와 주문진 표준사를 1:2.45, W/B=53%로 설정하고 폐주물사를 시멘트 2 ~ 40%, 잔골재 10 ~ 50% 대체 혼입하여 공시체를 제작하였다. 실험에 사용한 폐주물사의 밀도는 2.42 g/cm³로 시멘트나 잔골재에 비해 작은 편이며, 폐주물사를 시멘트 대체재로 혼입한 모르타르의 흐름값 측정결과 혼입량이 0%, 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%인 경우 각각 152 mm, 146 mm, 145 mm, 143 mm, 138 mm, 136 mm, 120 mm, 114 mm, 112 mm로 최대 26% 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 그리고 제작된 공시체를 20℃로 양생하여 7일 압축강도를 측정한 결과 혼입량이 0%인 경우에 비하여 8%, 40% 혼입하였을 때 각각 18%, 65% 감소한 6.28MPa, 7.90MPa이며, 10% 이상 혼입하였을 때 강도가 급격히 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 잔골재 일부를 폐주물사로 대체 혼입한 모르타르의 흐름값 측정결과 혼입량이 0%, 20%, 40%인 경우 각각 152 mm, 134 mm, 115 mm로 최대 24%감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 또한 제작된 공시체를 20℃로 양생하여 3일, 7일 압축강도를 측정한 결과 혼입량이 0%인 경우에 비하여 40% 혼입 하였을 때 각각 10%, 12% 감소하여 20.13 MPa, 17.41 MPa로 나타났다. 따라서, 폐주물사를 콘크리트 재료의 대체재로 사용할 경우 입도분포를 고려하여 잔골재의 대체재로 사용하는 것이 효과적인 것으로 판단된다.

        The aim of this investigation was to examine the influence of extrusion on dietary fiber profile and the contentof bioactive compounds, rutin and quercetin in young sprout, whole seed, and matured stem of Tartary buckwheat.WSI(water soluble index) is increased by a function of both screw profile and process temperature, compared to control indifferent parts of Buckwheat. Also, WSI of ME is increased more than 5.2 times in grain, compared to that of control. Theeffect of precooking by extrusion on the dietary fiber profile of buckwheat flour was evaluated. Precooking by extrusion sig-nificantly increased SDF in flour, although in most cases extrusion decrease in TDF a little. The thermo-mechanical treat-ment undergone by the buckwheat flour during extrusion led to redistribute part IDF fraction to SDF, leading to an increasein the latter. The content of rutin was increased about two fold in extruded flour of sprout, compared to in control. Thisincrease maybe why these compounds are released from cell wall by high shear processing under high temperature.
