Inosamine(deoxyaminoinositol) stereomers such as scyllo-inosamine, myo-inosamine-2, epi-inosamine-2 and myo-inesamine-4 have been synthesize from myo-inositol (1,2,3,5/4,6-hexahydroxycyclohexane) And sixteen of quaternary ammonium salt type deoxyaminoinositols such as dimethylalktl-deoxy-scyllo-inosityl-, dimethylalkyl-2deoxy-2myo-inosityl-, dimethylalkyl-2-deoxy-2-epi-inosityl and dimethylal inosityl-, dimethylalkyl-2-deoxy-2-myo-inosityl-, dimethylalkyl-2-deoxy-2-epi-inosityl and dimethylalkyl-4-deoxy-4-myo-imosityl ammonium chlorides with straight chain alkyl group having from eight to fourteen carton atoms have been synthesized from four kinds of the imosamine stereomers. The isolation and detection of dimethylalkyl-deoxy-inosityl ammonium chlorides have been investigated by column chromatography, paper chromatography, infrared absorption spectra and elementary analysis, respectively.

Surface chemical properties including surface tension, Ross-Miles foaming power, foam stabilities, emulsifying properties, emulsion stabilities, effectiveness of dispersion, dispersion stabilites of the quaternary ammonium salt type deoxyaminoimositol derivatives such as sixteen kinds of dimethylafkyl-deoxyscyllo-inosityl- dimethylalkyl-2-deoxy-2-myo-inosityl-, dimethylakyl-2-deoxy-2-epi-inosityl- and dimethylalkyl-4-deoxy-4-myo-inosityl ammonium chlorides are tested. And critical micelle concentration of these compounds are estimated from the curves of surface tension and concentration. The experimental results show that the members of this class of compounds have necessary surface active properties to make them effective surfactants.

Recently, the Supreme Court suggested the standard of judgment of “child or juvenile pornography” where persons or representations that can be perceived as children or juveniles appear(2013Do4503). According to the standard, a depiction’s main content, appearances, states of physical development and identities of the characters, etc. must be considered in judging whether it is “child or juvenile pornography” or not, and it is not to be easily concluded that the depiction is “child or juvenile pornography”, even if the characters look somewhat younger. But I guess that this standard will not have a great effect on the judgment, because there are the conceptual element of “can be” and the principle of “in dubio pro reo”. From the point of view of the principle of clarity, the use of the conceptual element like “can be” is to be restrained in articles of criminal law, if possible. Therefore, it is proper that the term “child or juvenile pornography” should be reorganized as a depiction where real persons appear. The gap of punishment resulting from here will not happen. Criminal Act and Information and Communications Network Act will bridge the gap.

Under article 4 section 3 of Act on the Registration of Real Estate under Actual Titleholder's Name, the Real Estate Title Trustee can transfer validly the ownership of the in-title trust-given real estate from himself to a third person. Though section 1, 2 of this article provide the title trust agreement and the transfer of a real right to real estate (based on this agreement) shall be void, this act gives section 3 superiority over section 1, 2 to protect the right of a third person.From these provisions we can know that the title trustee becomes the custodian of the title truster's real estate in relation to a third person and is able to embezzle the in-title trust-given real estate. Therefore, if the title trustee does with the in-title trust-given real estate as he pleases, he embezzles the real estate of the title truster. The vendor is paid the price in full, and the duty of the vendor is regarded as fulfilled by article 4 section 3 of this act. So the vendor is never a victim.In this case(2009Do4501) the Supreme Court judges Gap(甲) didn't embezzle the property of Eul(乙). But it is proper that title trust between Gap(甲) and Eul(乙) is considered a kind of title trust between two persons, and Gap(甲) is judged to have embezzled the property of Eul(乙).

연구지역은 울산시 울주군의 양산단층대를 통과하는 터널(복안터널) 구간으로서 터널 상부에 경부고속도로와 국도 35호선이 위치한다. 기존의 조사결과 양산단층대 통과 터널 구간은 최대 폭 100 m에 이르는 단층비지와 단층각력암이 넓게 분포한다. 연구결과 양산단층 동측부에는 셰일로 대표되는 퇴적암이 분포하는데 이들은 기계적인 파쇄작용이나 열수변질작용의 영향을 거의 받지 않았다. 양산단층 서측부에는 데사이트질응회암이 분포하며, 양산단층의 영향으로 기계적 파쇄작용과 열수변질작용이 진행되었다. 양산단층 구간은 단층운동과 관련된 기계적 파쇄작용과 녹니석화작용, 견운모화작용, 고령석화작용으로 대표되는 열수변질작용이 복합적으로 작용하여 폭 50~130m에 이르는 단층대가 발달한다. 기계적 파쇄작용과 열수변질작용의 특징에 의해 양산단층대는 지질공학적으로 비변질대, 변질대, 변질.파쇄대, 단층비지대 등 4개의 구간으로 구분된다. 이들 구간은 기계적 파쇄작용과 변질작용의 정도 및 양상을 달리하며, 공학적 특성을 달리한다.
