        In recent years, pavement distresses have been caused by diverse factors such as spalling, deterioration of repaired sections, blow-up, and alkali aggregate reaction due to changing climate environment of a concrete pavement and its construction and maintenance conditions (supply of materials, increase in use of de-icers, etc,). As a leading repair method for deteriorated concrete pavements, partial-depth repair is implemented in accordance with guidelines of material properties for joints of a concrete pavement and field application evaluation systems, but still some of the repaired sections become deteriorated again at an early stage due to poor construction quality and failure of response to environmental impacts. Distresses that can be corrected with partial-depth repairs are largely divided into those of repair materials and of the existing pavement bonded to repair materials, and combined distress of repair materials and the existing pavement. Although re-repair methods should be different by distress type and scale than conventional pavement repair methods, appropriate repair methods and guidance for re-repairs have not been in place so far, and therefore currently, re-repair practices follow the existing manual of partial depth repairs. Therefore, this study evaluated concrete bond characteristics by removing method and repair scope for an experimental section of frequently distressed pavements to determine a re-repair scope and method for deteriorated partial depth repair sections of concrete pavement, the number of which has increased over time.

        A new Gomchwi cultivar ‘Damogy ’ was bred by crossing between Gomchwi (Ligularia fischeri (Ledeb.) Turcz.) and Handaeri-gomchwi (Ligularia fischeri var. spiciformis Nakai). The selection and investigation of growth and yield characteristics were conducted from 2006 to 2011 in field and greenhouse of Highland Agriculture Research Institute, NICS, Rural Development Administration, Korea. On a newly developed cultivar ‘Damogy’, Color of petiole ear was purple, petiole trichome was exist, light of leaf back was not exist, and density of leaf vein was degree 4. Plant height, leaf length, leaf width and petiole length were 45.9, 16.9, 21.1 and 29.0 ㎝, respectively in the 3rd year in growth characteristics. Plant size was also higher than that of Gondalbi. Bolting and flowering time were Aug. 23th and Sept. 10th, respectively. In contrast, Gondalbi showed quite earlier bolting time more than 38 days compared with ‘Damogy’ and consequently earlier flowering time more than 26 day. ‘Damogy’ showed similar leaf number (129) per plant compared to ‘Gondalbi’ (130). Furthermore, yield was higher ‘Damogy’ (1,889 g/plant) than in ‘Gondalbi’ (798 g/plant). ‘Damogy’ showed higher leaf thickness (0.71 ㎜) than ‘Gonalbi’ (0.46 ㎜), and consequently showed more hardness in leaf characteristics (28.3 ㎏/㎠) compared with ‘Gondalbi’ (23.0 ㎏/㎠). ‘Damogy’ showed higher resistance in the susceptibility of powdery mildew disease compared to ‘Gondalbi’. ‘Damogy’ variety was registered plant variety protection right as a No. 89 on December 2015.

        The effect of packaging materials on the quality and physiological activity of Angelica acutiloba leaves during storage at 4℃ for 20 days and after being transferred to room temperature for 2 days was studied. The experiment was conducted using three packaging materials: the corrugated box (control); corrugated box with 20 ㎛ HDPE perforated film liner; and corrugated box with paraffin wax coated paper + 20 ㎛ HDPE perforated film liner. Changes in weight, color, aroma, overall visual quality, antioxidant activity, and total flavonoids were investigated. Based on the result, the treatments using corrugated box with 20 ㎛ HDPE perforated film liner and the corrugated box with paraffin wax coated paper + 20 ㎛ HDPE perforated film liner, were effective in minimizing weight loss, and maintaining external color and overall quality as compared to corrugated box only (control). The corrugated box with paraffin wax coated paper + 20 ㎛ HDPE perforated film liner was more effective in maintaining antioxidant activity and total flavonoids than other treatments. Prolonging the freshness using corrugated box with paraffin wax coated paper + 20 ㎛ HDPE perforated film liner could increase the marketability of Angelica acutiloba leaves in the domestic market.

        A new Gentiana spp. cultivar “Skyblueball” was bred by crossing between “Jinbu-65 line” with violet blue (VB 95B) colored petals as female and “Jinbu-1 line” with violet blue (VB 93B) petals as male in 2000 year. The superior line of 00-168-3 was selected in Daegwallyeong from 2001 to 2003 year, and its growth and flower characterization were conducted from 2004 to 2007 year in field of Daegwallyeong and Jinbu, Pyeongchang, Gangwon-do, Namwon, Jeollabuk-do and Jeju Special Self-Governing-do. The flower showed violet blue (VB 96C) color at opening, the petal of flower had not spot and flower stem color was purple. The flowers were bloomed at the same time from bottom to upside (Table 1). Plant height was 62.9 ㎝ , number of flower stem per plant is 8.3, number of flower node per stem was 5.3, and number of flower per stem was 21.7 (Table 2). The flowering of ‘Skyblueball’ was bloomed from July 26 in Daegwallyeong, August 3 in Jinbu and Namwon, and June 28 in Jeju Special Self-Governing-do. ‘Skyblueball’ cultivar can be used for cut flower.

        A new Gomchwi cultivar ‘Gommany’ was bred by crossing between Gomchwi (Ligularia fischeri (Ledeb.) Turcz.) and Handaeri-gomchwi (Ligularia fischeri var. spiciformis Nakai). The selection and investigation of growth and yield characteristics were conducted from 2006 to 2011 in field and greenhouse of Highland Agriculture Research Institute, NICS, Rural Development Administration. The color of petiole ear was purple. Petiole trichome existed, but light of leaf back did not. Density of leaf vein was 5 degree in a newly developed cultivar ‘Gommany’. Plant height, leaf length, leaf width and petiole length were 47.7, 16.3, 21.2, and 31.4 ㎝, respectively in the 3 year of growth characteristics. Plant size was also higher than that of ‘Gondalbi’. Bolting and flowering time were Aug. 5 and Sept. 10, respectively. In contrast, Bolting time of ‘Gondalbi’ showed 25 days quite earlier bolting time compared to ‘Gommany’, Which led to earlier flowering time. ‘Gommany’ showed higher number of leaves (138) per plant compared to ‘Gondalbi’ (130). Furthermore, yield was 97% higher in ‘Gommany’ (1,575 g/plant) than in ‘Gondalbi’ (798 g/plant). ‘Gommany’ showed higher leaf thickness (0.69㎜) than ‘Gonalbi’ (0.46 ㎜), and consequently showed more hardness in leaf characteristics (24.3 ㎏/㎠) compared to ‘Gondalbi’ (23.0㎏/㎠). ‘Gommany’ showed higher resistance in the susceptibility of powdery mildew compared to ‘Gondalbi’. ‘Gommany’ cultivar was registered as a novel variety with number 90 in The Minister of the Korea Forest Service on December 2015.

        With the rapid growth of fresh-cut produce market, the South Korean fresh-cut industry is facing the challenge of ensuring food safety. As the estimation of the microbial numbers in fresh-cut produce processing lines (tools, and equipment) using the conventional microbiological techniques takes days, so there is a need for faster and easier monitoring methods. This study was conducted to investigate the use of ATP bioluminescence assay to measure the degree of microbial contamination from three actual fresh-cut processing lines. The samples collected from frech-cut vegetables, and fresh-cut fruits processing plants were tested for the estimation of the bacterial number, using the ATP bioluminescence and microbiological methods. The result of former was transferred to log RLU/100 cm2, and that of the latter was transferred to log CFU/100 cm2. A positive linear correlation between the ATP bioluminescence assay value and aerobic-plate count was found for fresh-cut processing lines, with a correlation coefficient of 0.8772 (n=50). The results of this study indicate that ATP bioluminescence assay can be used to monitor microbial contamination in fresh-cut produce processing plants, and can help improve the hygiene therein.

        스포츠 상황에서 경기력은 체력과 기술, 심리 및 전술운용능력의 함수로 규정되고 있음에도 불구하고 경기력에 영향을 미치는 이들 요소의 개별적 기여도는 지금까지 논의 대상에서 제외되어 왔다. 본 연구는 경기력 구성요인의 중요도를 평가하는 동시에 심리요인의 영향 여부를 조사하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 계층분석 절차에 따라 설문을 구성하고, 18개 종목 147명의 각 종목 지도자를 대상으로 설문을 시행하였다. 18개 종목에 대한 중요도 분석 결과 레슬링, 배드민턴, 복싱, 수영, 유도, 육상(단거리, 장거리), 테니스, 트라이애슬론, 필드하키 등 10 종목은 체력을 가장 중요한 요소로, 배구, 축구, 탁구, 태권도, 핸드볼 등 5 종목은 경기력 결정에 있어 기술을 가장 중요한 요소로, 양궁과 사격(클레이)은 심리 요인을 가장 중요한 요소로, 농구 전문가들은 전술을 경기력에서 가장 중요한 요소로 평가하고 있다. 또한 심리요인의 중요도 평가 결과 양궁, 사격, 탁구, 축구, 태권도, 육상(단거리), 수영, 필드하키, 트라이애슬론, 육상(장거리), 테니스, 배드민턴, 유도, 배구, 레슬링, 핸드볼, 농구, 복싱 등의 순으로 심리요인을 중요하게 평가하고 있다.

        본 연구의 목적은 John 등(2002)이 개발한 축구선수용 완벽주의 척도를 바탕으로 완벽주의가 다차원적 개념으로 구성되는지를 확인하고 이를 태권도선수용완벽주의척도(TaeKwonDo-MPS)로써 사용 가능한지를 알아보는 것이었다. 연구 참여자는 태권도 선수로 고등학생 109명(나이 M=17.62, SD=.87, 운동경력 M=8.81, SD=2.64)과 대학생 294명(나이 M=21.89, SD=1.98, 운동경력 M=9.04, SD=2.83)으로 총 403명을 선정하였다. 구인 타당성 검증은 응답된 설문을 바탕으로 SPSS와 AMOS 통계프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, 탐색적 요인분석(EFA), 확인적 요인분석(CFA), 신뢰도분석을 실시하였다. EFA 분석 결과 부모의 기대(.617~.767), 부모의 비난(.616~.761), 코치의 압력(.687~.743), 실수에 대한 염려(.585~.793), 개인의 기준(.616~.781)이 태권도 선수의 완벽주의에 대한 요인으로 탐색되었다. 그리고 CFA 분석 결과 Q(1.76), CFI(.896), TLI(.867), GFI(.912), PCFI(.720), PNFI(.623), IFI(.900), RMSEA(.061)에서 좋은 합치도를 나타낸 반면, CFI(.896), TLI(.867)는 좋은 합치도에 미치지 못했다. 결론적으로 다차원적 완벽주의는 부모기대, 부모비난, 코치압력, 실수에 대한 염려, 개인기준으로 구성되었음을 알 수 있었고, 태권도 선수용 완벽주의는 측정도구로써 사용가능할 것이라는 판단을 가능케 하였다.

        본 연구의 목적은 아마추어 골퍼들이 느끼고 있는 심리적인 불안과 자신감의 상태를 정확하게 측정하고 평가할 수 있는 상대적 규준을 개발하는데 있다. 본 연구 대상자는 서울, 수원, 천안, 청주, 대전 지역에서 아마추어 골퍼로 운동하는 475명을 대상(남자 334명, 여자 141명; 20-30세 237명, 40-50세 238명; 90타 이하 154명, 90-100타 174명, 100타 이상 147명)으로 조사하였다. 불안 측정은 Martens 등(1990)이 개발한 CSAI-2를 이용하였으며, 자신감 측정은 Vealey 등(1998)이 개발한 SSCQ를 이용하였다. 아마추어 골퍼들의 심리적인 불안에 대한 연구결과 성별(남,여)에서는 남자들이 여자들보다 불안수준(인지불안과 신체불안)이 낮은 것으로 나타났으며, 상태 자신감은 높은 것으로 나타났다. 연령수준에는 40-50대 골퍼들의 인지불안과 신체불안 수준이 20-30대보다 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 상태 자신감은 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 운동기능 수준에 따라서는 상급수준 골퍼의 인지불안과 신체불안의 수준이 중급수준과 하급수준 골퍼의 불안수준보다 낮게 나타났으며, 상태 자신감은 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 중급수준 골퍼의 불안수준이 하급수준 골퍼보다 높게 나타나 심리적으로 더욱더 긴장감과 초조함을 느끼면서 운동수행을 하고 있는 것을 알 수 있다. 아마추어 골퍼들의 심리적인 자신감 요인에 대한 연구결과 성별에서 큰 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났으나 각 세부요인별 수준에서는 코치의 지도력과 대리경험 요인이 남녀 모두에서 다른 요인들보다 매우 낮게 나타났다. 연령수준에는 20-30대 골퍼들의 자신감 수준이 40-50대보다 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 운동기능 수준에서는 상급수준, 중급수준, 하급수준 순으로 자신감이 높게 나타났다.

        축구선수의 경기력은 체력과 기술, 심리 및 전술운용능력의 함수로 규정되고 있음에도 불구하고 경기력에 영향을 미치는 이들 요소의 개별적 기여도는 지금까지 논의 대상에서 제외되어 왔다. 본 연구는 경기력 구성에서 심리요인의 영향 여부를 판단하고, 축구선수의 경기력에서 심리요인의 기여 정도를 확인하는 동시에 의사결정의 합리성을 향상시킨 기법의 하나인 계층분석(AHP)을 스포츠심리학 연구에 적용한 사례를 소개하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 계층분석 절차에 따라 설문을 구성하고 국내 축구 전문가 6명을 대상으로 설문을 시행하였다. 축구선수의 경기력에 영향을 미치는 요인의 중요도 평가 결과 기술(.323), 심리(.303), 전술(.209), 체력(.165) 순으로 축구 경기력에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 비율척도 평정임을 감안했을 때 축구 경기력을 발현하는데 심리요인은 체력요인에 비해 1.83배, 전술운용 능력에 비해 1.45배 중요하며, 기술요인에 비해 0.94배 중요함을 보여준다. 따라서 축구선수가 경기력을 발휘하는데 있어 심리요인은 체력이나 전술 운용 능력 못지않게 중요함을 보여주고 있다.
