        이 논문은 경계조건에 따른 판구조물의 최적두께분포 변화에 대한 연구결과를 기술하였다. 본 연구에서는 최소화하고자하는 변형에너지를 목적함수로 하고 구조물의 초기 부피 값을 제약조건으로 사용하였다. 판구조물의 두께분포를 표현하기 위하여 쿤이 개발한 조각 면을 이용하였다. 판의 변형에너지를 정확히 계산하기 위하여 퇴화 쉘 요소를 도입하였으며 반복계산을 통하여 최적의 두께분포를 검색하기 위하여 최적화검색기 DOT를 도입하였다. 마지막으로 경계조건에 따른 판의 최적두께 분포에 대한 정량적인 수치해석결과를 제공하기 위하여 정사각형 판을 최적화에 채용하고 그 결과를 자세히 기술하였다.

        This study was conducted to develop a functional cookie with the addition of a sweet pumpkin powder on a cookie shape, that showed high preference level to all age group and that was very easily to store because of low moisture content, by substituting partially a sweet pumpkin powder for reducing content of wheat flour. This study has produced the sensory optimal composite recipe by making iced cookies, respectively, with each 5 level of Sweet pumpkin powder(X1), sugar(X2), butter(X3), by C.C.D(Central Composite Design) and conducting sensory evaluation and instrumental analysis by means of RSM(Response Surface Methodology). Sensory items showed very significant values in color, appearance, flavor, overall quality(p〈0.05), texture(p〈0.01), and instrumental analysis showed significant values in lightness, redness(p〈0.01), yellowness, spread ratio, hardness(p〈0.05). Also sensory optimal ratio of Sweet pumpkin cookie was calculated as sweet pumpkin powder 81.8g, sugar 116.6g, butter 210.7g, and it was revealed that the factors of influencing cookie aptitude were in order of Sweet pumpkin powder, butter, sugar.

        식·약용버섯 중의 하나이고 β-glucan의 함유로 현대인들에게 관심이 집중되고 있는 꽃송이버섯(Sparassis crispa)의 대량 균사체 증식과 인공재배를 위한 생리적특성을 구명하고자 공시된 4균주에 대해 실험 실시한 결과 국내·외에서 수집 된 TD-1, TD-2, AT, JP 균주중 균사생장과 활력이 우수한 균주는 고체배지에서는 JP 그리고 액체배지에서는 AT인 것 으로 조사되었다. PD broth배지에서의 꽃송이버섯 균사배양에 적합한 온도는 20℃∼25℃였으며, 액체배지에서의 최적 pH는 3.0∼4.0으로 조사되어 강산성에서 활력을 가지는 특이성이 있는 버섯균으로 조사되었다. 또한 Agar가 첨가된 고체 배지에서는 JP를 제외한 3균주 모두 pH 4.0에서 생장이 우수하였고, JP균주는 pH 3.0에서 생장이 우수한 것으로 조사되 었다. 그러나 고체배지에서는 액체배지와는 달리 pH 5.0과 pH 6.0에서도 지속적인 생장을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 꽃송이 버섯의 균사배양을 위한 최적배지는 액체배양에서는 MCM배지로 Malt Yeast Extract배지보다 3.4배 높은 균체량을 보여 최적배지로 조사되었으나 이와는 다르게 고체배지 실험에서는 MCM배지는 균사생장이 부진했으며 Banana extract 배지 에서는 매우 빠른 생장을 보여 액체배양과 고체배양에 따른 최적배지는 다름을 알수 있었다. 꽃송이버섯의 대량 증식을 위 한 기초실험인 영양원 실험에서 탄소원으로는 Manitol이 4균주 모두 우수하였으며 Sucrose에서도 좋은 생장을 보였고 질 소원으로는 Sodium nitrate가 가장 우수하였기 영양원으로는 이들 두종류를 이용함이 타당할 것으로 생각된다. 꽃송이버 섯의 톱밥배지에서의 균사생장은 JP균주가 가장 왕성하였으며 TD-1과 TD-2균주는 다소 생장이 느리게 조사되었다. 수 종별로는 일본전나무에서 균사생장이 대체로 우수했으며 참나무류인 졸참나무에서는 균사생육이 다소 지연되긴 했으나 비교적 좋은 생장을 보였다. 본 실험에 사용한 4균주간의 균사생장력을 조사한 결과 AT와 JP균주가 활력이 우수한 것으 로 조사되었고 TD-1과 TD-2는 다소 늦은 생장을 보였다.

        CO2는 버섯의 발이를 촉진하고 갓의 생성을 억제해서, 담자포자를 가지는 주름(gill)의 발달을 억제하여 버섯의 품질을 결정하는데 영향을 미친다. 본 실험에서는 큰느타리버섯의 생육에 가장 적합한 CO2농도를 구명하려고 1,600, 2,400, 3,200ppm 이하의 농도에서 버섯생육 실험하였다. 방임처리구에서 수확율은 방임조건 1,600, 2,400, 3,200ppm에서 각각 98.6, 99.3, 93.8%로 2,400ppm이 가장 우수하였고, 병당 무게에서도 2,400ppm이 가장 우수한 102.5g이 수확되었다. 품질은 2,400ppm이 6.1, 1,600ppm에서 5.5로 111% 우수하였다. 솎음처리구에서 품질은 1,600, 2,400, 3,200ppm에서 9.4, 9.5, 8.0로 2,400ppm이 가장 높았다. 병당 수확량은 1,600, 2,400, 3,200ppm에서 각각 90.7, 98.2, 77.3g 이어서 방임처리구와 마찬가지로 2,400ppm에서 많은 수확량을 보였다. 이러한 결과를 놓고 볼 때 방임과 솎음처리구의 최적 CO2농도는 2,400ppm으로 사료된다.

        It is not difficult to see the road repairing. There are many and various machines which crush road surface. The efficiency and power of the machine depend on crushing head-shape, crushing interval, crushing load, crushing stress, machine's dropping height and roller's kind. The objective of this study is to select the optimal model among ten models of crushing machine with constraints such as crushing depth, variation, and crushed particle size. And then this paper provides the valid theoretical base on selected model. The data for this study are chosen from the site of construction in Kangnung during three months (2004. 6. 1~2004. 8. 31). The provided methodology in this paper will be fruitful not only for the selection of crushing machine but also for the aspects of construction period, cost, work efficacy according to the condition from the various sites of construction.

        Acrylic resins (HSCs : EA/EMA/2-HEMA/CLA) which contain 70% solid content were synthesized by the copolymerization of monomers (2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, ethyl acrylate, and ethyl methacrylate) and functional monomer (caprolactone acrylate : CLA) which improves the crosslinking density and physical properties of films. The physical properties of the prepared acrylic resins (HSCs) containing CLA, are as follows : viscosity 245~515 cps ; Mn 2670~2840 ; and conversions, 83~91%, respectively. From the correlation of Tg values, viscosities, and Mn of the HSCs, it was found that viscosity and Mn increased with Tg value.

To developement of equipment, There is to be down noise and dust. Acording to remove calamity growth hazardous substance in the work environment, there is to solve workplace avoidance factor. We have taken Taguchi's parameter design approch, specifically orthogonal array, and determined the optimal levels of stone surface through analysis of the experimental results using SIN ratio.

        The optimization of conditions for the cultivation of Agaricus blazei was conducted in order to do mass production of mycelia by submerged cultivation. The carbon source and nitrogen source of medium were selected with high fructose syrup and soybean flake, and their optimized concentrations were determined as 8% and 3% respectively. Operation conditions were also optimized as the culture temperature of 25oC and pH of 6.5. The production of mycelia in the fermenter with optimized culture conditions has reached to 8.04 g/L, which was about 3 times as much as that of conventional flask cultivation. In the fed-batch cultivation, the productivity of Agaricus blazei mycelia was 12.01 g/L during 10 days.

        Defining the relationship between the quality of injection molded parts and the process condition is very complicate because of lots of factor are involved and each factor has a non-linearity. With the development of CAE(Computer Aided Engineering) technology, the estimation of volumetric shrinkage of injection mold parts is possible by computer simulation even though restricted application. In this research, the Taguchi method and Neural Network applied for finding optimal processing condition. The percent of volumetric shrinkage compared on each case and show neural network can be successfully applied.

        Jangachi(salted and fermented vegetable) has been made by Korean traditionally using several kinds of vegetables, which is a good source of variety of nutrients and vitamins. There are many methods for making Jangachi. Generally soy sauce Jangachi is made through two steps. First, as a pretreatment, vegetables are soaked in salt water. Second, soaked vegetables are fermented in various ingredients like soy sauce, sugar, garlic, ginger and so on. This study was performed to observe changes in contents of chemical components and sensory evaluation of pretreated perilla leaf. Perilla leaf was soaked in water with different levels of salt concentration(2, 5 and 8 %) and soaking time(1, 3 and 5 days). The optimal level of salt and soaking time was determined with the results of sensory evaluation by response surface methodology and analysis of composition. The moisture contents decreased as the levels of salt and soaking time increased. The moisture content of untreated sample was 87.5 % and when soaked for 5 days in the water of 8 % salt concentration, it became 78.27 %. pH of Perilla leaf was high in high levels of salt concentration and short soaking time. Total acidity was so opposite to pH that was low in high levels of salt concentration and short soaking time. In the water of 8 % salt concentration, total acidity was 0.14 % when soaked for 1 day, 0.20 % for 3 days and 0.30 % for 5 days. Salt contents became greater as the soaking time increased. As the results of puncture test, soaked Perilla leaf's toughness increased as the levels of salt increased and soaking time decreased. Among the sensory attributes, greenness increased as the levels of salt concentration increased when soaked for more than 3 days. Saltiness and bitterness became greater as the levels of salt concentration increased. Perilla flavor decreased with the short soaking time. Off-flavor increased with the increased levels of soaking time and decreased salt concentration when soaked for more than 3 days. Toughness decreased as the levels of soaking time increased. Crispness increased with the increased levels of salt concentration. The condition of pretreated Perilla was optimum when it soaked for 42 hours in 4 % salt concentration.

        총채벌레류의 토착천적인 Orius strigicollis Poppius의 사육에 영향을 주는 부화율, 산란수 및 산란시기, 사육용기 당 암컷 성충의 밀도와 내적자연증가율을 광주기 16L:8D, 상대습도 10%, 온도 의 사육조건에서 조사하였다. 부화율과 알기간은 각각 88.5%, 5.7일이었다. 사육용기 당 산란수는 50-100개일 때에 우화율이 50.8%로 가장 좋았고, 새로 얻은 성충의 회수시기는 산란 후 17일이 적당하였다. 사육용기 당 암컷 성충의 밀도와 새로 얻은 성충의 수와의 관계는 Y= -10.7971n(X)+44.659(=0.7619)와 같았다. 사육실에서 대량으로 사육하는 경우 일세대 평균기간(T), 순번식율( )과 내적자연증가율( )은 각각 26.5일, 6.18과 0.0687이었다.
