교통량 자료는 도로의 계획, 설계 및 운영 등에 폭넓게 활용되는 자료이다. 일반국도를 대상으로 1955년부터 전국 규모의 교통조사가 시행되고 있으며, 도로의 결절점을 기준으로 구간을 설정한 후 상시조사를 실시하고 있다. 그러나 전 구간에서 상시조사를 수행하는 데에는 한계가 있기 때문에 우선순위를 결정하는 것은 중요한 문제이다. 본 연구에서는 우선순위 결정을 위한 방법론으로 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)를 적용한 다기준 의사결정 기법 (MCDM : Multiple Criteria Decision Making)을 적용하였다. 판단 기준변수로는 도로계획 [AADT, VKT, 첨두시간 교통량, 도시부유출입구간] 도로설계 [Volume(pcu), 방향별교통량, 중차량비], 그리고 도로운영 (속도, 밀도, V/C)으로 정의하였다. 평가자료를 정량화 및 규준화하였고, 설문조사를 통해 얻은 쌍대비교 값들을 가지고 고유벡터 방법으로 계층별, 가중치를 구하였다. 교통량 조사구간에 대한 교통조사 우선순위 선정은 규준화 값과 계층별, 가중치를 곱하여 구한 대안 값의 전체 합의 크기에 따라 결정하였다. 이를 통하여 상시 교통량 조사를 위해 다수의 구간으로 분할된 일반국도를 대상으로, 상시 교통량 조사 지점 우선순위를 결정하였다.

This study proposes a new approach which combines Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) techniques to effectively evaluate Decision Making Units (DMUs). While DEA evaluates a quantitative data set, employs linear programming to obtain input and output weights and ranks the performance of DMUs, AHP evaluates the qualitative data retrieved from expert opinions and other managerial information in specifying weights. The objective of this research is to design a decision support process for managers to incorporate positive aspects of DEA's absolute numerical evaluations and AHP's human preference structure values. It is believed that a pragmatic manager will be more receptive to the results that include subjective opinions incorporated into the evaluation of the efficiency of each DMU efficiency when the AHP and DEA are combined simultaneously. The WPDEA method provides better discrimination than the DEA method by reducing the number of efficient units.

This study aims to examine the usefulness on the Evaluation Process for the Feasibility & Priority of A Certain Public Projects. and the Methodology used AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) which used pairwise comparisons of the alternatives and criteria for solving discrete alternative multicriteria decision problems. 현재 기업들 사이에 기업경영의 목표를 ‘고객 가치 경영’에 두는 경우가 많다. 이는 경영활동의 초점을 고객가치(Customer Value)에 두고, 데이터베이스 마케팅을 도입하여 ‘고객 마케팅’과 ‘One To One 마케팅’을 차별화 하려는 의지로 볼 수 있다. 고객 데이터를 조사 분석하기 위해서는 고객의 표현되는 욕구뿐만 아니라 잠재적인 욕구가지도 파악을 해야 한다. 고객의 데이터를 분석하는 방법에는 그 목적에 따라 고객 세분화 및 집단화 분석 모형, 고객반응확률을 예측하는 모형, 고객 이탈률을 분석하는 모형, 신규고객 발굴 분석 모형으로 분류할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 비연결적인 상황의 한계성을 극복하기 위해 고객 분석에 필요한 변수를 먼저 선정하여, 고객 데이터의 신뢰도를 높이고, 고객 세분화를 정량적으로 분석하기 위해 CLV(Customer Lifetime Value)를 사용한 고객정보시스템을 설계하였다. 변수 사이의 유기적 복합성을 고려함과 동시에 어떤 새로운 변수를 도입해야 할 것인지에 대한 고민이 필요한 것이다. 또한 기업은 소비자의 다양화·복잡화 추세에 어느 정도까지 대응해 나갈 것인지도 결정해야 할 것이다. 이러한 이유로 기업에서의 CLV (Customer Lifetime Value)의 정립은 앞으로도 계속되는 과제가 될 것이다.

The importance of strategic operation on the IT outsourcing israpidly increasing. The selection process of IT outsourcer plays a critical role since the service quality determined by IT outsourcer is directly linked with each other. While the importance of the selection process is realized, it is still quite drift and subjective. This paper proposes an evaluation model that helps a decision group to select a proper IT outsourcer among alternatives by using Analytic Hierarchy Program, AHP. In this paper, the web system is designed the way that focuses on group decision making with a geometric mean method, GMM, of AHP for IT outsourcer selection.

This paper aims to construct an effective decision making model on selection of product design in product development using fuzzy AHP technique. It is expected that this paper contributes to enhancement of company's market competitiveness by shortening the lead time to develop a new product and minimize initial investment. The proposed model using fuzzy AHP enables quick decision making by integrating and analyzing all customer requirements related to a product. In addition, it can deal with vagueness and uncertainty of decision making process using fuzzy set theory. Decision making processes for evaluating the best selection of product design are also constructed to describe the exact concept of development. A tennis racket is shown as an example. The proposed model is expected to be applied in various fields of managerial decision making processes as well as of product development process.

Kano(1984) distinguishes five types of Quality requirement which influence customer satisfaction; Attractive, One-dimensional, Must-be, Indifferent, Reverse Quality element. Attractive requirements lead more than proportional satisfaction. Attractive Quality requirements are the key factors of order winner and the sources of customer delight. Attractive requirements do not influence customer satisfaction equally. This study presents Kano's model using AHP(Analysis Hierarchy Process) for the priorities of attractive Quality requirements.

지금까지 정부는 안전관리체제의 구축과 정착을 위해 다각적으로 사업을 추진하여 왔다. 이제는 기업에서 회사 실정에 맞게 안전관리체제가 잘 운영되고 있는 지를 자체 진단하고 평가하는 과정이 필요하겠다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 안전관리체제를 모니터링하고 운영성과를 평가할 수 있는 모형 개발과 안전관리체제를 운영할 수 있는 실행지원 모듈 개발 방향을 제시하였다. 또한 주로 사용하게 될 경영과학 분야의 주요 의사결정 방법 하나인 AHP 기법을 검토했다.

국내의 서비스품질 측정관련 연구들은 Parasuraman, Zeithaml & Berry(PZB)가 제안한 SERVQUAL과 Cronin & Taylor가 제안한 SERVPERF를 이용하여 패스트푸드산업, 외식산업 등에서 서비스품질요인들(유형성, 신뢰성, 반응성, 확신성, 공감성 등)의 구매 전 기대(SERVPERF에서는 중요도)와 구매 후 만족도를 측정하여 서비스품질을 평가하고 있지만, 서비스품질을 계량화하기 위한 연구는 활발하게 이루어지고 있지 않다. 따라서, 본 연구는 서비스품질을 계량화시키는데 그 목적이 있으며, 서비스품질을 계량화시킴으로써 다음과 같은 효과가 있을 것으로 사료된다. 여러 개(2개 업체 이상)의 동종업체 또는 경쟁업체간 비교가 용이해지기 때문에 경쟁 우위의 전략을 도출할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 이에 따른 더욱더 고급화된 고객 서비스를 소비자들은 제공받을 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to select criteria of third party logistics company as the most contribution to the profit of customer company. Based upon literature review and the factor analysis, a total of six factors(Trust, Company reputation, Service capability, Stability, Speciality, Cost saving) when selecting third-party logistics provider, are employed in this research. We selected five experienced experts in business logistics for evaluating the relative weight between these criteria by AHP. The results indicated that the relative importance of service capability was the highest at an analysis conducted on experts.

이 연구에서는 안전관리체제(ISM Code) 실행지원 모듈개발중 하나인 ISM Code 운영평가 모듈 개발을 위한 기초적 연구를 수행하였다. 특히 ISM Code 운영평가 모듈 개발을 중심으로 AHP의 운영평가 분석과정과 설문지 설계, 운영평가 모형 기준의 위계 구조를 정립하였다는 것에 대해 그 의미가 있겠다. 또한 경영과학 분야의 주요 의사결정 하나인 AHP 기법을 운영평가 모듈 개발에 적용을 시도했다는 것에 대해서도 한층 가치가 있겠다.

Information systems(IS) outsourcing has become a very important management strategy of implementing IS and many studies on the IS outsourcing approach had been performed in the organizations. But it isn't still show how to out source the IS functions and how to offer quantitative magnitude for judgement. To offer a quantitative decision model that can help practitioners set priority and reap the most benefits from outsourcing, we show outsourcing structure including 3 factors (strategic, economic and technological benefit) and sub-levels which is different from the Yang and Huang's model. Also, we compute the weight of alternatives using analytic hierarchy process to find a priority of the IS outsourcing. As a result of analysis, we suggest systematic steps and quantitative model to increase the precision of decision making. 1)
