        Recently, as interest in external environments such as fine dust has increased, the interior environment is also becoming important. The specifications for range hoods in the kitchen have been changed to improve ventilation of indoor air. Accordingly, the performance improvement through the structural design of the range hood was studied. Experiments were conducted on flow rates, pressure, temperature, and noise by A, B, and C-Type for performance analysis according to internal structure. For C-Type, the wind volume () was 223.69, 2nd stage 257.46, showing results of not less than 240 and not more than 280 within the ±1 m/s flow rate error range. Noise (dB) was an average value of 54.83 in the first stage and 60.65 in the second stage, showing results not more than 60 dB within the ±1 dB margin of error. This is the result of meeting KS C 9304:2020 Ventilation System Specification.

        Background: Previous studies have been reported that when instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) and the self-myofascial release technique were used on the muscles. However, studies that applied the IASTM and self-stretching to the gastrocnemius muscle are thought to be necessary but there is no such previous study. Objectives: To investigate the effects of IASTM and self-stretching on gastrocnemius muscle thickness and the range of motion of joint in dorsiflexion in healthy college student. Design: Quasi-experimental design (single blind). Methods: The subjects were healthy college students in their 20s with a healthy body. As for the experimental method in this study, comparison between before and after the experiment was performed to compare the effects of myofascial release using IASTM and stretching. The preliminary survey investigated the range of motion (ROM) of ankle joint of the subjects. The thicknesses of gastrocnemius muscles were measured using ultrasonography. One day after the preliminary survey, IASTM interventions and self-stretching interventions were randomly selected. If IASTM intervention is selected, the IASTM of the gastrocnemius muscle was applied for 5 minutes. After than, muscle thickness and the ankle dorsiflexion ROM were measured. Subjects were asked to take a break for about one day after performing the intervention. Self-stretching was applied to the gastrocnemius muscle for 5 minutes identically. After than, muscle thickness and the ankle dorsiflexion ROM were measured. Results: The thickness of the gastrocnemius muscle decreased significantly IASTM intervention, and the ankle dorsiflexion ROM increased significantly IASTM intervention. Ankle dorsiflexion ROM increased significantly the selfstretching intervention. The amounts of change in ankle dorsiflexion ROM through the IASTM was significantly greater than that through self-stretching. Conclusion: In order to immediately increase muscle flexibility in a short time, the IASTM is more effective although the self-stretching method is also effective.

        Background: Cervical spine mobilization is an effective intervention method to increase cervical range of motion (ROM). However, whether using a sling with cervical spine mobilization can provide a similar positive effect in improving ROM and muscle stiffness as conventional cervical spine mobilization has not yet been proven. Objectives: To investigated the effects of sling with cervical spine lateral mobilization on improving neck ROM and muscle stiffness in healthy subjects. Design: A two-group pre-posttest design. Methods: A total of 20 healthy subjects were allocated to a sling with cervical spine mobilization (SWCM) group (n=10) and a cervical spine mobilization (CM) group (n=10). The mobilization exercise at grade Ⅳ+ amplitude was applied to the left-side and right-side C3-C4 and C4-C5 of each group for three sets. The mobilization exercise was performed for 30 seconds (frequency of two vibrations per second), with a 30-second resting time. The active cervical ROM, muscle tone, and muscle stiffness of the cervical region of each group was measured and compared before and after the intervention. Results: The active cervical ROM of both groups significantly improved after the intervention (p<.05). However, no significant differences in the cervical active ROM, cervical muscle tone, and muscle stiffness were observed between two groups. Conclusion: The application of sling with cervical spine lateral mobilization is an intervention method that can be effectively used to improve the physiological movement of the neck, as well as cervical muscle tone and stiffness.

        팬픽션은 ‘카논(canon)’으로 불리는 원작의 사건에 ‘누락된 장면’을 삽입하기도 하고, 원작의 세계관과 ‘평행 세계’를 구축하여 원작의 주인공을 완전히 새로운 설정에 놓고 이야기를 창작하는 등 기본적으로 원저작물을 토대로 창작된다. 따라서 팬픽션은 원저작자의 2차적 저작물을 창작할 권리와 충돌할 가능성이 있다. 최근에는 ‘그 레이 50가지 그림자’, ‘BBC 셜록’ 등의 사례와 같이, 팬픽션은 특정 팬 중심의 팬문화를 넘어서서 대중적인 영역으로 점점 확대되고 있고 상업적 이용가치도 높아지고 있다. 그러나 팬픽션이 상업적으로 되는 순간, 저작권법 관점에서 아무런 문제가 없을 수 없다. 전통적으로 저작권법 관점에서 팬픽션을 다루 는 방법은, 공정이용 법리로 포섭하여 개별 구체적으로 팬픽션이 공정이용 기준에 부합하는지를 적용해서 원저작자의 2차적 저작물 작성권, 배타적인 권리를 제한할 수 있는지 여부를 따져보는 것이다. 그러나 공정이용 법리는 소송에서 이용자가 원용하게 되는 항변사유의 하나이므로, 소송을 하기 전에는 어떠한 이용이 공정한지 판단하기가 쉽지 않다. 더욱이, 구체적 사안과 사례별로 다양한 항변의 특성 및 팬픽션에 내재된 다양성을 고려한다면 공정이용 분석에 전적으로 의존하는 것은 팬픽션을 보호하는 최선의 방법이라고 할 수 없다. 즉 일부 공정이용 법리로 포섭되지 못한 팬픽션이 저작권법 침해가 되어 사장되고, 팬문화를 위축시키는 것은 대중문화발전에 도움이 되지 못하고, 이는 저작권법의 목표에도 맞지 않는 결과 가 되어버린다. 따라서 개인이 자신의 글쓰기 실력을 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라 대중매체에 표현된 가치와 아이디어를 논평할 수 있는 고유한 공간을 제공받아 그 문화를 발전시키고 향유할 수 있도록 새로운 제도를 모색할 필요가 있다. 저작권법에서 이미 존재하는 라이선스 제도 또는 CCL 등을 활용하자는 주장 등이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 저작권법 관점에서 팬픽션의 허용범위를 검토해 보고, 특히 저작재산권의 제한 사유인 공정이용 법리에 팬픽션을 포섭할 수 있는지, 우리나라 및 해외의 적용 사례 등을 살펴보면서 올바른 팬픽션 문화의 확산을 위한 방안 등을 모색해보고자 한다.

        Effects of growth variables and post-growth annealing on the optical, structural and electrical properties of magnetron-sputtered Ga0.04Mg0.10Zn0.86O films are characterized in detail. It is observed that films grown from pure oxygen plasma showed high resistivity, ~102 Ω·cm, whereas films grown in Ar plasma showed much lower resistivity, 2.0 × 10− 2 ~ 1.0 × 10−1 Ω·cm. Post-growth annealing significantly improved the electrical resistivity, to 4.3 ~ 9.0 × 10−3 Ω·cm for the vacuum annealed samples and to 1.3 ~ 3.0 × 10−3 Ω·cm for the films annealed in Zn vapor. It is proposed that these phenomena may be attributed to the improved crystalline quality and to changes in the defect chemistry. It is suggested that growth within oxygen environments leads to suppression of oxygen vacancy (Vo) donors and formation of Zn vacancy (VZn) acceptors, resulting in highly resistive films. After annealing treatment, the activation of Ga donors is enhanced, Vo donors are annihilated, and crystalline quality is improved, increasing the electron mobility and the concentration. After annealing in Zn vapor, Zn interstitial donors are introduced, further increasing the electron concentration.

        2020년 중국의 COVID-19 폐쇄는 한국의 풍상측에 위치한 중국의 대기오염 배출량을 감소시켰다. 몽골 북부로 부터 중국 동부를 거쳐 한반도에 이르는 지역에서는 2020년 1~2월에 기온 아노말리가 양(+)으로 온난하였고, 2020년 1월에는 동서류 아노말리가 음(−)으로 정체적인 특징을 보였다. 2019년 12월~2020년 3월에 한국 중부 서쪽의 석모리와 파도리에서 중국 배출량 감소의 영향에 따라 PM10, NO2, O3 농도 변동이 나타났다. 파도리에서 PM10, O3 월평균 농도와 최근 4년의 월평균 농도의 비는 2019년 12월과 비교하여 중국의 COVID-19 폐쇄 이후인 2020년 1~3월에 각각 0.7~4.7%, 9.2~22.8%로 감소하였다. 2020년 1월 중국의 춘절 기간에는 석모리와 파도리에서 PM10, NO2, O3 농도가 최근 4년의 춘절 기간과 마찬가지로 감소하였다. 그러나 2020년 1월 평균 농도가 최근 4년 1월과 비교하여 감소한 것은 중국 춘절 전후의 기간에도 배출량이 감소하였던 것과 관련 있다. 2020년 1~3월 석모리의 PM10, NO2, O3 농도의 비 ( /M)는 각각 70.8~89.7%, 70.5~87.1%, 72.5~97.1%이었고, 파도리에서도 각각 79.6~93.5%, 67.7~84.9%, 83.7~94.6% 로 추정 월평균(M)보다 월평균(Os)이 감소하였다. 2020년 1월에 몽골 북부로부터 중국 동부와 한반도에 이르는 지역의 온난화로 인한 광화학 반응으로 최근 4년과 비교하여 AOD가 높게 나타났으나 2020년 3월에는 풍상측인 중국에서 2차 에어로졸을 생성하는 전구물질 배출 감소로 최근 4년과 비교하여 낮은 AOD 분포를 보였던 것으로 분석되었다.

        Background: Forward head posture (FHP) causes various posture imbalances associated with the head and neck. Myofascial release is an effective treatment method used for relaxing muscles and reducing muscle hyperactivity, but no studies have been conducted on suboccipital and neck muscles related to FHP. Objects: The purpose of this study was to investigate the immediate effect of roller massages on the cranio-cervical flexion (CCF) range of motion (ROM) and CCF strength applied to suboccipital and neck muscles in subject with forward head posture. Methods: Twenty-four FHP subjects (male: 13, female: 11) were recruited for this study. All subjects were recruited with a craniovertebral angle (CVA) of 53 degrees or less and a head tilt angle (HTA) of 20.66 degrees or higher. CCF strength was measured using Pressure biofeedback unit (PBU) in the supine posture and CCF ROM was measured using smartphone-based inclinometer. Roller massage (RM) was applied to suboccipital and neck muscles for 2 minutes and CCF ROM and strength were remeasured. Results: These results of this study showed that CCF ROM was a significant difference in CCF ROM before and after RM (p < 0.05). CCF strength also showed a significant difference before and after RM (p < 0.05). Conclusion: RM method might be recommended to increase the immediate ROM and strength of CCF in subjects with forward head posture.

        번식지에서 이소하여 분산한 유조의 이동 패턴과 서식지를 파악하는 것은 개체 보전과 관리를 위해 매우 중요하다. 노랑부리 백로는 국제적인 보호종으로 필리핀, 말레이시아, 대만 등지에서 월동하며, 중국, 러시아, 우리나라 서해 무인도서에서 번식한다. 본 연구에서는 2018년도와 2019년도에 영광 칠산도에서 번식하여 이소한 노랑부리백로 유조 총 6개체를 대상으로 야생동물위치추적장치를 부착하여 이소 후 하절기 동안 이동 경로 및 행동권 분석을 통해 주요 서식지 이용 양상을 파악하였다. 2018년도에 번식한 노랑부리백로 유조 3개체 중 CE1801 개체는 이소 후 북상을 하다가 다시 영광 백수 갯벌 지역으로 회귀하여 서식하였으며, 나머지 CE1802, CE1803 개체는 태안 지역으로 북상하여 서식하였다. 2019년도의 경우 CE1901 개체는 CE1801 개체와 유사한 패턴을 보였으며, CE1902 개체는 완도 지역으로 남하하여 서식하였고, CE1903 개체는 신안 지역으로 남하하다가 다시 영광 백수 갯벌 지역으로 회귀하여 핵심 행동권을 보였다. 본 연구에서 노랑부리백로 유조는 하절기 동안 안정적인 서식지를 찾기 위해 서해안 갯벌 지역을 중심으로 폭 넓게 이동을 하였다. 향후 노랑부리백로 유조가 이용하는 핵심 서식지에 대해 개발과 출입을 제한하는 등 서식지 보호를 위한 노력이 필요하다.

        Background: Vibration stimulation has emerged as a treatment tool to help reduce spasticity during physical therapy. Spasticity includes problems of reduced range of motion (ROM) and stiffness. However, the benefits of vibration rolling (VR) on interventions for stroke patients are unclear. Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the effect of VR intervention on the ankle ROM and ankle stiffness in stroke patients. Design: A randomized crossover study. Methods: Seven stroke patients completed two test sessions (one VR and one non-VR [NVR]) in a randomized order, with 48 hours of rest between each session. Participants completed intervention and its measurements on the same day. The measurements included ankle dorsiflexion and plantarflexion ROM and stiffness of ankle muscles, including the tibialis anterior, medial, and lateral gastrocnemius muscle. Results: After VR, ankle dorsiflexion ROM, lateral gastrocnemius stiffness, and medial gastrocnemius stiffness improved significantly (all P<.05). After NVR, only the lateral gastrocnemius stiffness improved significantly (P<.05). Furthermore, in the cases of changed values for ankle dorsiflexion ROM and lateral gastrocnemius stiffness were compared within groups, VR showed a more significant difference than NVR (P<.05) Conclusion: VR improved ankle ROM and muscle stiffness. Therefore, we suggest that practitioners need to consider VR as an intervention to improve dorsiflexion ROM and gastrocnemius stiffness in stroke patients.

        Background: To evaluate whether extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT) in the pain point is a more effective treatment than the trigger point for myofascial pain syndrome (MPS) of the upper trapezius. Objects: The purpose of this study was to compare the most effective areas when applying extracorporeal shock wave therapy. Methods: A total of 30 patients with MPS were randomly assigned to the trigger point in the ESWT (n = 15) and pain point ESWT (n = 15) groups. Interventions in both groups were performed in one session, i.e., 2,000 shocks with 1.5 bar intensity. Pain and function were assessed using the visual analog scale (VAS) and cervical range of motion (ROM) and based on mechanical muscle properties. Statistical analysis was performed using the repeated measures two-way analysis of variance to determine the significance probability between pre- and post-test. Results: Changes in mechanical muscle properties were not statistically significant between the two groups. However, VAS and cervical ROM showed statistically significant differences at pre- and post-intervention, regardless of the group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Although no significant difference was observed in the intervention effect, applying an extracorporeal shock wave to the pain point rather than the pain trigger point should be considered in order to save time in effectively and accurately identifying the pain trigger point and site.

        In order to collect basic information of response behavior of red seabream (Pagrus major) during pilling, works for constructing wind power station in Byeonsan Peninsular, Korea were investigated. Four cultured red seabream CRB1 to CRB4 [total length (TL): 27.1 ± 1.0 cm; body weight: 359 ± 30 g] were tagged with an acoustic tag and used in experiment. CRB1 and CRB2 to CBR4 were released on the sea surface at same time around the constructing site of the wind power plant on September 22, 2017 and July 18, 2018, respectively. The tracking of the CRB1 to CRB2 and CRB3 to CRB4 were conducted for two hours, approximately, using VR100 receiver including a directional hydrophone and VR2W receivers array consisted of 19 presence/absence receivers (VR2W receivers), respectively. The underwater noise level before (no pile driving works) and during pile driving works was measured 116.0-118.0 dB (re 1Pa) and a maximum of 160 dB (re 1Pa), respectively. CRB1 moved about 6.0 km with average swimming speed of 80.2 ± 20.5 cm/s for 2.1 hours without pile driving work. The average water depth of the sea bed on the route of CRB1 was 9.1 ± 0.4 m. CRB2 moved about 7.3 km with the average swimming speed of 96.8 ± 27.1 cm/s for 2.1 hours with pile driving work. The water depth of the sea bed on the route of CRB2 was 11.9 ± 0.6 m. At results of the Rayleigh’s z-test two fishes CRB1 and CRB2 showed significant directionality in the movement (p < 0.01). Movement mean angles of CRB1 and CRB2 were 92.7 and 251.8°, respectively. CRB2, CRB3 and CRB4 exhibited the escaping behavioral response from the noise of source during the pile driving work. The swimming speed of the CRB2 exposed on the heavy underwater noise stimuli due to the pile driving work was 1.21 times faster than that of the CRB1 exposed on the ambient underwater

        본 연구는 산악형 설악산 국립공원지역에서 발생한 토석류 발생지 263개소를 대상지로 선정하여 다양한 산림환경 인자별로 조사하고 토석류발생지 특성을 분석하였다. 토석류 평균(침식량, 길이, 폭, 면적)은 각각 1,935㎥, 103.7m, 14.4m, 1,728㎡로 나타났다. 산림환경 인자가 토석류 발생 빈도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 경사도(31∼40°), 사면방위(남사면), 종단사면(오목凹), 횡단사면(오목凹), 표고(801∼1,200m), 사면위치(산록), 하천차수 (1차), 임상(혼효림), 모암(화강암), 토심(15cm 이하)에서 발생빈도가 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 토석류가 발생한 피해지에서의 침식량과 산림환경 인자와의 상관관계를 분석한 결과는, 종단사면(오목凹, 복합凹凸), 표고(1,201m 이상), 토심(46cm 이상)에서 1% 수준 내에서 정의 상관관계를 보였다.

        Background: Few comparative studies have been conducted on strengthening the anterior and posterior muscles of the trunk via lumbar stabilization exercises. Objectives: To compare the effects of forward leaning exercise and supine bridging exercise in stability exercise. Design: Randomized controlled clinical trial (single blind). Methods: Thirty subjects with spondylolisthesis were participated in this study. Fifteen subjects performed the bridging exercises and fifteen subjects performed the forward leaning exercises. Each exercise was held for ten seconds per repetition, and four repetitions were considered one sub-session. A total of four sub-sessions were performed in one full exercise session. The full exercise session required thirty minutes, including rest time. Trunk strength and range of motion and Oswestry disability index were measured. Results: Two weeks later, trunk flexion strength and trunk extension range of motion were significantly increased in the forward leaning exercise group than in the supine bridging group, trunk extension strength were significantly increased in the supine bridging exercise group than in the forward leaning group. After two weeks, the pain score was significantly lower in the forward leaning exercise group than in the supine bridging group. Conclusion: This study has shown that stabilization exercises are effective in increasing range of motion and strength in spondylolisthesis subjects. It was especially confirmed that the method of strengthening the anterior muscles of the trunk is more effective than the standard stabilization exercise method.

        Background: Prolonged standing during work causes a lower extremity pain and disorders. Patellofemoral pain syndrome (PFPS) is one of the common diagnoses of the knee pain. Although the etiology of PFPS is not completely understood, it is considered to be multifactorial. Objects: The purpose of this study was to investigate difference in strength of knee muscles, quadriceps:hamstring muscles strength ratio (Q:H ratio), asymmetry ratio of knee muscles strength and dorsiflexion range of motion (ROM) between standing workers with and without PFPS. Methods: Twenty-eight standing workers with PFPS and 26 age-, height-, and weightmatched standing workers without PFPS participated in this study. A tension sensor measured knee muscle strength, and motion sensor measured dorsiflexion ROM. The asymmetry ratio of knee muscles was calculated by a specific formula using the knee muscles strength of the dominant side and the sound side. An independent t-test was used to identify significant differences in the strength, ROM, Q:H ratio, and asymmetry ratio between the PFPS and normal groups. Results: The standing worker with PFPS have significantly lower dorsiflexion ROM (p < 0.000) and higher asymmetry ratio of the hamstring muscles strength (p < 0.000) compare to the standing worker without PFPS. No significant differences were seen in the strength of quadriceps muscle and hamstring muscles, Q:H ratio, and asymmetry ratio of quadriceps muscle strength. Conclusion: There was a significant difference in the asymmetry ratio of the isometric hamstring muscle strength. This finding suggests that the asymmetry ratio of isometric hamstring muscle strength may be more important than measuring only the hamstring muscle strength of the PFPS side. Furthermore, the results of this study showed a significant difference in dorsiflexion ROM between the standing industrial workers with and without PFPS. Dorsiflexion ROM and isometric hamstring muscle strength should be considered when evaluating the subjects with PFPS.
