        본 논문은 조업 어선의 정확한 조업 위치를 실시간으로 수록할 수 있게 하고, 저렴하며 효율적인 어선조업정보 자동기록장비 개발을 위해 GPS 모듈(KGP9800C, KiRyung)의 측위 정도에 대한 실험을 육상과 해상의 기준점에서 행하였으며, 또한 측위 정도의 검정을 위해 동일한 기준점에서 DGPS 수신기(MGP-100D, Shin-A)와 DGPS 비콘(GP-36, Furuno)으로써 측정하여 비교하였다 또한. CPS 모듈의 오차를 최소화시키기 위한 알고리즘을 사용하여 측위오차를 개선하고, 그 측위 정도를 분석 검토하였다. 그 결과 수정 전의 CPS 모듈의 측위 정도는 육상에서의 경우. 확률원 반경 12.0m, 해상의 경우 36.0m로서 기준점으로 북동쪽으로 약 400.0m 편위하였으나 측위오차 최소화 알고리즘에 의해 구한 편위오차는 10.0m 이내였다. 또 한, DCPS 수신기 및 DGPS 비콘의 측위 정도와 비교 검토한 결과 육상과 해상에서 모두 거의 일치하였다. 따라서 본 실험의 결과 실험용 GPS 모듈 (KGP9800C)은 한 개의 CPU보드(V25)를 사용하여 실시간으로 신뢰성있는 조업 어선의 위치정보를 제공할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

        해상의 축양장에서 초음파 핑거를 부착한 참돔의 유영행동을 원격계측 시스템으로 추적한 현장실험의 관측결과로부터 수치 모델의 파라메터를 최소자승법으로 추정한 결과와 정규난수를 이용한 시뮬레이션에 의해 각 개체의 추정위치의 시계열 데이터를 구하여 유영궤적, 유영속도, 유영깊이, 축양교의 벽과 개체 사이의 근접거리, 개체 상호간의 최근접거리 등의 유영특성을 나타내는 지표에 대해 현장보험에 의한 결과와 시뮬레이션에 의한 결과를 비교한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 초음파 핑거를 부착한 참돔을 방류하여 120분 동안의 유영행동을 추적한 현장보험에 의한 유류궤적은 고류 후 30분이 경과한 때에는 축양권의 중심 부근으로 이동하고, 주로 축양노의 좌하 모퉁이와 우상 모퉁이의 대각선 방향으로 분포하는 경향을 나타내었으며, 시뮬레이션에 의한 유영궤적도 이와 유사한 경향을 나타내었다. 2. 현장보험의 결과로부터 계산된 어군의 평균 유영속도는 39.2 cm/sec (1.4BL cm/sec)였으며, 시뮬레이션에 의한 평균 유영속도는 44.4 cm/sec (1.6BL cm/sec)로서 보험에 의 한 결과와 큰 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 3. 현장보험에서 계측된 어군의 평균 유영 깊이는 238 cm였으며, 시뮬레이션에 의한 결과는 248 cm로서 큰 차이가 없었다. 4. 현장보험에서 구한 축양노의 벽과 개체 사이의 평균 근접거리는 132 cm였으며, 시뮬레이션에 의한 결과는 129cm로서 비슷한 것으로 나타났다. 5. 현장보험에 의한 개체 상호간의 평균 최근접 거리는 83 cm였으나, 시뮬레이션에 의한 결과는 61cm로서 다소 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

        The purpose of this study was to compare and evaluate various hand functions in three hip flexion postures(70°, 90°, 110°)in persons with spastic diplegic cerebral palsy using by Jebsen Hand Function Test. 14 children with mild or moderate spastic diplegia were chosen in the Rehabilitation Hospital, Yonsei University Medical Center. Both hands were tested 3 times by ten intervals in three hip flexion postures (70°, 90°, 110°). Data Collected were analysed using nonparame-tric test, Friedman's Test. Results were as follows: 1. The right hand mean score of Jensen Hand Function Test showed no significant difference in any of the three hip flexion postures. 2. The left hand mean score of Jensen Hand Function Test showed no significant di- fference in any of the three hip flexion postures. The results showed that the hand function of children with spastic diplegia was not affected in three hip flexion postures, but it is necessary to maintain well supported pelvic posture for good hand function.

        The purposes of this study were to evaluate and compare the limits of stability(LOS) at different body positioning(standing and one leg standing) in normal 20 years of age. Fourty subjects participated in the study. Subjects comprised 20 males and 20 females who without neurologic, orthopaedic impairments and balance performance impaired. The LOS was measured at Two Feet Forceplate and One Leg Forceplate with BPM(Balance Performance Monitor) Dataprint Software Version 5.3. The subjects stood 4 inches between the feet at Two Feet Forceplate and stood one legged at One Leg Forceplate. In this study applied the paired t-test and independent t-test to determine the statistical significance of results at 0.01 and 0.05 level of significance. The results of this study were as follows: 1) The anteroposterior LOS significantly increased with one legged stance(p<0.05). 2) The mediolateral LOS significantly decreased with one legged stance(p<0.01). 3) There were significant difference posterior LOS in standing and anterior LOS in one legged stance according to sexual difference(p<0.05). 4) The mediolateral LOS was not significant difference between standing and one legged stance according to sexual difference(p>0.05).

        In order to investigate the fish behavior in the water tank, the three dimensional positioning system with two CCD cameras was designed. The positioning system was tested at the vertical circulation water channel with observational part of 1,500L×1,500W×500H mm and the circular water tank with 2,050ø sub(1)×1,850ø sub(2)×400H mm. The observational error of vertical direction was larger than that of horizontal direction, and the observational error became enlarged in all directions according to the increase of depth and distance from the visual axis. The maximum observational errors of horizontal and vertical directions at the circulation channel ranged from -1.7 cm to 1.8 cm (2.4%) and zero to 2.1 cm (4.2%), respectively. But the errors of horizontal and vertical directions at the circular tank ranged from -1.3 cm to 1.3 cm (1.3%) and zero to 1.3 cm (3.3%), respectively.

        The purpose of this study was to compare and evaluate various hand functions in the most common position (chair sitting, standing, floor sitting) used by cerebral palsied children with spastic diplegia. The results, analysed statistically, could be useful in suggesting treatment strategy for the improvement of hand function in such patient. For this study, 27 children mild or moderate spastic diplegia were chosen. They were patients of the Rehabilitation Hospital, Yonsei University Medical Center. Both dominant and nondominant hands were tested by the Box and Block Test. Bilateral hand function was tested by bead striding and card sorting activities. Collected data was analysed using univariate correlation analysis and MANOVA. Results were as follows: 1) In chair sitting there was a significant positive correlation between dominant hand scores in the Bloc and Box Test and chronological age, gestation period, and time of treatment initiation. In bilateral hand function, card sorting scores correlated positively with time of treatment initiation. 2) In standing, there was a significantly positive correlation between dominant hand scores in the Block and Box Test and time of treatment initiation. 3) In floor sitting, there was a significantly positive correlation between the dominance hand scores in the Block and Box Test and the tine of treatment initiation. Bead stringing, a bilateral hand activity, correlated positively with gestation period and birth weight but negatively with the postnatal incubation period. 4) That score of children who walked showed no significant difference in any of the three postures. 5) Highest test scores in children who could nat walk were in the Box and Block Test for nondominant hand in bead stringing for bilateral hand function. There scores occurred with the children in thee chair sitting posture. The results showed that, in order to improve hand function in children with spastic diplegia, it is necessary to maintain a well supported upright trunk posture with variations allowed for relevance to the chosen position of thee improvements hand activity being performed.

        Underwater acoustic positioning systems have been extensively used not only in surface position fixing but also in underwater position fixing. Recently, these systems have been applied in the field of installation and underwater inspection of offshore platforms etc. But in these systems are included the fixing errors as results of a signal with additive noise and irregular motion of vessel by ocean waves. To improve the accuracy of the position fixing a Kalman filter is applied to the supershort baseline (SSBL) acoustic positioning system with beacon mode in noise conditions. The position data obtained by the Kalman filter is compared with raw position data and it is confirmed in the simulation that the former is more accurate than the latter. And an indicator monitoring the filtering effect is described while ship's moving.

        In this paper, an Embedded solution for fast navigation and precise positioning of mobile robots by floor features is introduced. Most of navigation systems tend to require high-performance computing unit and high quality sensor data. They can produce high accuracy navigation systems but have limited application due to their high cost. The introduced navigation system is designed to be a low cost solution for a wide range of applications such as toys, mobile service robots and education. The key design idea of the system is a simple localization approach using line features of the floor and delayed localization strategy using topological map. It differs from typical navigation approaches which usually use Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM) technique with high latency localization. This navigation system is implemented on single board Raspberry Pi B+ computer which has 1.4 GHz processor and Redone mobile robot which has maximum speed of 1.1 m/s.

        본 논문에서는 체인을 선택하지 않고 수신된 모든 Loran-C 신호를 이용하여 위치를 측정하는 방법을 제안하였다. Loran-C 수신기 는 여러 체인 중 하나만을 선택하여 해당 체인에 속한 송신국 신호만을 위치 측정에 사용한다. 이에 따라 수신기가 위치를 계산하기 위해 사용 하는 신호의 수는 일반적으로 3∼5개로 제한된다. 만약 더 많은 신호를 사용하여 위치를 측정할 수 있다면 수신기의 측위 성능은 정확도와 가용성 측면에서 향상될 것이다. 다음으로 제안하는 방법의 유효성 여부를 확인하기 위해 실측 시험을 수행하였다. 육상 정지측위 시험 결과를 분석함으로써 제안하는 방법으로 위치 측정이 가능함을 확인하였다. 또한, 해상 이동측위 시험 결과는 일반적인 Loran-C 수신기가 위치를 측 정할 수 없는 상황에서 다중 체인 ToA 측위 방법으로 위치를 측정한 하나의 예시를 보여준다.

        인공지능에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라 의료분야에서도 활발하게 인공지능이 연구되고 있다. 현재 국내에서는 엑스선 촬영, 컴퓨터단층촬영(Computer Tomography), 자기공명영상(Magnetic Resonance Imaging) 등의 의료영상장치에 인공지능이 접목되고 있으며 향후 방사선사 없이 환자의 방사선 영상을 획득 할 수 있는 인공지능을 탑재한 의료기기가 발명 될 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구는 엑스선 촬영에 있어서 환자 위치잡이에 대한 자동화에 대해서 초기 연구를 했다. 위치잡이에 대한 평가를 위해 엑스선 장비와 인체 팬텀을 사용했다. 프로그램은 Visual Studio 2010 MFC로 구현했으며 영상은 1,450 × 1,814 크기로 했다. 픽셀 값을 눈으로 식별 가능한 0 ~ 255 값을 갖는 명암으로 변환하여 모니터에 출력했다. 출력한 영상에 세 픽셀 좌표 값을 통해 각도를 예측하고 각도에 따른 음성안내에 따라 환자가 바른 위치잡이를 하도록 유도하는 절차 알고리즘 프로그램을 개발 했다. 다음 연구에서는 사용자가 좌표의 기준을 인공지능에게 전달하는 것이 아닌 인공지능 스스로 구조물을 파악하여 각도를 계산하는 연구를 진행할 것이다. 향후 위치잡이의 자동화를 통해 촬영부터 위치잡이까지 인공지능이 실시하도록 하는 연구에 도움이 될 것으로 예상된다

        본 소고에서는 마케팅전략에서 중요하게 활용되고 있는 포지셔닝 기법에 대한 이론적 근거와 적용 방법을 종합적으로 검토하였다. 포지셔닝의 개념과 기능, 특성, 종류를 살펴보고 포지셔닝의 절차를 알아보았다. 또한 실제 포지셔닝의 결과로 나타나는 포지셔닝 맵을 작성하기 위한 통계적 기법들을 개괄적으로 살펴보았다. 특히 요인분석과 MDS에 의한 포지셔닝 맵의 작성법을 구체적으로 정리하였다. 포지셔닝 맵을 통한 마케팅 전략의 수립은 매우 큰 유용성을 주기 때문에 보다 합리적인 기법을 사용하는 마케터의 역할이 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 여러 가지 통계적 기법 중에서 요인분석이 가장 합리적인 기법이긴 하지만 다차원척도법 자체는 적용에 있어서 몇 가지 한계점이 있다는 점을 인식해야 한다. 또한 이들 각각의 포지셔닝 맵 작성 기법들은 각기 장·단점을 가지고 있어서 연구자들의 편익에 따라서 방법이 선택되기도 하지만, 여러 연구결과를 토대로 시장 또는 제품특성에 적합한 분석방법을 선택하는 것이 필요하다.

        Purpose – The purpose of this study is to examine the image similarity and attribute recognition of the top 10 rated spa destinations (Chungnam Deoksan, Chungnam Dogo, Busan Dongrae, Daejeon Yuseong, Chungnam Asan, Gyeongbuk Bomun, Chungbuk Suanbo, Gyeongnam Jangyu, Chungnam Onyang, & Gyeongbol Bugok) in Korea based on the visits to these spa places by the customers. Research design, data, and methodology – The survey of this study was conducted on the visitors to the top 10 spa destinations in Korea from April 8 ∼ April 21, 2017, and a total of 300 questionnaires were distributed. Of them, effective questionnaires used in the final study were a total of 241. In this study, empirical analysis was made through frequency analysis, factor analysis, and multidimensional scaling ALSCAL(spinning symmetry for image similarity and rectangle for attributes recognition) by using the Statistics Package SPSS 24.0. Results – According to the analysis result of spa destination image similarity, the stress level was 0.16453 and the level of the stress was good. Moreover, the coefficient of determination (RSQ) was, which had a description of each aspect of the spa destination, 0.79908. According to the results of attribute recognition, the stress value of 0.11805 represents a degree of conformity, and the coefficient of determination(RSQ) appeared at 0.98665. Therefore, the results of this analysis are that the similarities between spa destinations and the attribute recognition of the spa destinations is a suitable model that is properly expressed in two dimensions. Conclusions – First, according to the analysis result of image similarity, Deoksan & Dogo spa revealed similar images, as well as the Dongrae and Yuseong spa, while on the contrary Asan, Bomun, Suanbo spa has different images from the rest. Second, according to the results of attribute recognition, Asan and Onyang spa has competitiveness in terms of accessibility to spa destination; Yuseong, Dongrae, Jangyu spa in terms of spa facilities, spa tourism conditions, and service & shopping conditions. while spa water quality and spa costs showed low attribute reflection for all 10 spas. Therefore, the spa visitors cannot recognize the differentiation of spa water quality and spa costs.

        The Formal Safety Assessment (FSA) is a structured and systematic methodology developed by the IMO, aimed at assessing the risk of vessels and recommending the method to control intolerable risks, thereby enhancing maritime safety, including protection of life, health, the marine environment and property, by using risk analysis and cost-benefit assessment. While the FSA has mostly been applied to merchant vessels, it has rarely been applied to a DP vessel, which is one of the special purpose vessels in the offshore industry. Furthermore, most of the FSA has been conducted so far by using the Fault Tree Analysis tool, even though there are many other risk analysis tools. This study carried out the FSA for safe operation of DP vessels by using the Bayesian network, under which conditional probability was examined. This study determined the frequency and severity of DP LOP incidents reported to the IMCA from 2001 to 2010, and obtained the Risk Index by applying the Bayesian network. Then, the Risk Control Options (RCOs) were identified through an expert brainstorming and DP vessel simulations. This study recommends duplication of PRS, regardless of the DP class and PRS type and DP system specific training. Finally, this study verified that the Bayesian network and DP simulator can also serve as an effective tool for FSA implementation.

        Formal Safety Assessment (FSA) has been mostly implemented on the hardware aspects of vessels. Although there are guidelines regarding human error FSAs, there have not been many assessments in such areas. To this end, this study seeks to use precedent studies for the safe operation of DP vessels, conducting an FSA regarding human error of DP LOP (Loss of Position) incidents. For this, the study referred to precedent studies for the frequency of DP LOP incidents caused by human errors, adding the severity of LOP incidents, and then applying them to the Bayesian network. As a result, the study was able to confirm that among DP LOP incidents caused by human errors, the drive-off from skill-based errors was 74.3% and the drive-off from unsafe supervision was 50.5%. Based on such results, RCOs (Risk Control Options) were devised through a brainstorming session with experts coming up with proposals including providing mandatory DPO training, installing DP simulator on the vessels, drawing up measures to understanding the procedures for safe operation of DP vessels. Moreover, it was found that mandatory DPO training is reasonable in terms of cost benefits and that while installing a DP simulator is not suitable in terms of cost benefits, it can significantly reduce risks when operating DP vessels.

        This paper propose to make a Construction site safety management system using beacon indoor positioning technology. in this system, as using beacon, it can measure the position of worker who have smartphone or any device which have bluetooth function. there is two way to use technology of beacon, first one is distance technology which can alarm dangerous situation such as appoaching heavy equipment. second one is location positioning technology. it is the main technology which can measure the position of workers in real time. this system is based on low energy and accurate sensor, beacon, and have a low cost advantage. so it is expected to improve safety on the construction site.

        This paper proposes an integrated positioning system to localize a moving object in the shadow-area that exists in the water tank. The new water tank for underwater robots is constructed to evaluate the navigation performance of underwater vehicles. Several sensors are integrated in the water tank to provide the position information of the underwater vehicles. However there are some areas where the vehicle localization becomes very poor since the very limited sensors such as sonar and depth sensors are effective in underwater environment. Also there are many disturbances at sonar data. To reduce these disturbances, an extended Kalman filter has been adopted in this research. To localize the underwater vehicles under the hostile situations, a SVR (Support Vector Regression) has been systematically applied for estimating the position stochastically. To demonstrate the performance of the proposed algorithm (an extended Kalman filter + SVR analysis), a new UI (User Interface) has been developed.
