In this study, we proposed a method for correcting non-compliance of the web standard in webpages based on the characteristics of sampled webpages. We collected about 70,000 webpages by using a web crawler and analyzed them by applying various statistical methods. We found that the top three most frequent types of errors and warnings consist of about 60% and 80% of the total number of errors and warnings, respectively. Based on these results, we focus on correcting four most frequent errors and warnings, and showed that the strategy corrected about 95% of these errors and warnings. In addition, we found that different types of errors and warnings are correlated in such a way that correcting one type of error or warning influences on the correction of another types.

Application Specific Messages(ASM)은 다수 선박들의 AIS사용으로 인한 통신 과부하 문제를 해결하기 위해 IMO, ITU, IALA와 같 은 국제기구들에 의해 해상에서의 적용이 결정되었다. ASM을 이용한 통신은 기상 정보, 사고보고 및 항해 경고를 포함하여 해양에서 많 은 양의 안전 관련 정보를 전송할 수 있다. 특히 ASM통신 시스템은 음성을 통한 선박 간, 선박과 육상 간(4S) VHF통신의 일부를 메시지 로 전달이 가능할 것으로 기대된다. 해상의 4S통신에서 중요도가 높은 문장을 표준통신메시지로 선정하여 ASM통신에 이용한다면, 정확 하고 신속한 메시지의 송수신이 가능할 것이다. 표준통신메시지의 결정은 사용자의 의견이 적극적으로 반영되어야 하며, 이를 위해 본 연 구에서는 57명의 항해사와 50명의 Vessel Traffic Service(VTS) 관제사를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 설문의 결과를 분석하여 해상통신에 서 사용빈도가 높은 53개의 표준통신메시지를 제시하였다. 제시된 표준통신메시지는 해상에서 사용되는 주요 문장들에 대한 실제적인 정 보이며, ASM을 이용한 통신장비 및 인터페이스 개발을 위한 참고 자료로 이용될 수 있을 것이다.

국가표준 정책 변화의 일환으로 제품의 품질관리 및 생산성 향상을 위한 공급자 위주의 제품표준 등에 대하여 단체표준으로 전환하고자 2013년 국가표준 관리시스템을 전면 개편하기 시작하였고 그 결과, 가열 아스팔트 혼합물(이하 아스콘)에 대한 한국산업표준(KS F 2349)은 폐지되고 단체표준(SPS-KAI0002-F2349-5687)으로 전환되었다. 국내에서 아스콘 제품을 생산·제조 및 판매하는 인증업체는 표 1에서 보는 바와 같이 2003년 389개 한국산업표준(KS : Korean Industrial Standards)인증 업체를 시작으로 해마다 평균 약 9.5개의 신규인증업체가 증가하여 2017년 현재 총 513개 아스팔트 플랜트에서 아스콘 품목에 대한 단체표준인증을 유지하며 관련 제품 등을 생산·제조 및 판매하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는, 국내 가열 아스팔트 혼합물을 생산·제조 및 판매하는 전체 513개 인증업체에 대한 품질관리 현황을 확인하고자 본 연합회에서 실시하고 있는 단체표준 사후관리 정기심사 결과(2015년∼2016년) 중, 제품의 품질관리에 직접적인 영향을 줄 수 있는 주요 제조·검사설비 등에 대한 적정성 여부와 그림 1에서 나타낸 바와 같이 재료계량 검사결과(계량신뢰도) 및 생산된 아스팔트 혼합물을 공인시험기관에 의뢰한 시험결과(인장강도비 외) 등을 바탕으로 단체표준 전환 후 국내 아스팔트 플랜트의 전반적인 품질관리 현황 등을 분석하였다.

The Purpose of this paper is to draw a blueprint for the standardization policy of South Korean and North Korean terminology at the time of reunification of two Koreas. Firstly, this paper examines the necessity of South Korean and North Korean terminology standardization and seeks the future direction of standardization. Then, the objects, principles, system, and procedure of standardization enforcement are discussed, specifically focussing on the terms that are urgently standardized at the time of reunification, namely administrative terms(as public language and terminology) and educational terms(concluding vocabulary in subject and vocabulary of instruction). Finally, this paper concludes by proposing two supporting systems for the South Korean and North Korean terminology standardization. These two supporting systems, that is, the committee for terminology standardization and the on-line management system for terminology standardization, consider efficiency of policy and domain expertise.

정보통신 등 첨단산업 분야에서 국내⋅외의 표 준화기구를 통하여 설정된 기술표준이 널리 활용 된다. 표준화에는 다양한 친경쟁적 효과가 있으나, 표준 설정 과정에 개입된 경쟁제한적 행위로 인하여 공정한 시장 경쟁이 저해될 우려도 있다. 표준화기구는 이를 방지하기 위하여 참여 사업자들에게 지적재산권 공개 의무나 FRAND 확약 의무를 부여하는 등 지적재산권 정책을 운영하고 있으나, 대체로 그 내용이 명확하지 않고 위반시에도 실효성 있는 분쟁해결수단이 없어 문제가 된다. 최근 표준화 과정을 왜곡하여 획득한 표준필수 특허 보유자의 특허권 남용행위에 대한 규제의 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 표준필수특허 보유자의 특허매복 행위나 특허위협 등 부당한 특허권 행사에 대하여는 계약법이나 특허법, 더 나아가 위와 같은 행위가 경쟁법적으로 문제가 될 소지가 있을 경우 공정거래법에 따른 규율이 가능하고, 이들은 중복될 수 있으며 서로 상호보완적 관계에 있다. 다만, 우리나라의 계약법 및 특허법은 그 규율 목적과 요건, 제한적 효과, 법원의 신중한 태도 등에 비추어 표준필수특허의 남용 행위에 대한 구제수단으로서 일정한 한계가 있는바, 공정거래법 집행 이 효과적인 대안이 될 수 있다. 우리나라는 아직 표준필수특허 남용행위에 대한 규제 경험이 많지 않아 공정거래법의 구체적인 적용법조나 적용범 위 등에 논란이 있고, 공정거래위원회가 부당한 지적재산권 행사를 규율하기 위하여 만든 심사지침 또한 공정거래법의 개별 규정과의 관계가 모호 할 뿐만 아니라 규제범위가 지나치게 광범위하다는 비판이 있다. 앞으로 공정거래법과 심사지침을 보다 명확하게 규정하고 당사자들의 예견가능성을 높이는 방향으로 개선해 나가야 할 것이다.

The study seeks to cooperate with the investigation of a fire investigation based on public-private partnership. It also design activity diagram, concept as well as class diagram. This paper presents the main features and direction of aircraft to be equipped in the future standard platforms. By design main class of flight dynamic and description. it will help developer to setup the standard platform for aircraft simulation.

Purpose: This study aimed to understand the meanings and nature of the lived experience of participating in integrated simulation practice of standardized patients with complex problems. Methods: The hermeneutic phenomenological human science approach developed by van Manen was adopted in-depth interviews and observations were conducted with 6 standardized patients’ and recorded with their consent. The data were collected over two months, from March 1, to April 30, 2016. The statements were analyzed and revealed five essential themes of the standardized patients with complex problems. Results: The essential themes of outcomes consisted of <Conflict between the virtual and real world>, <Inadequate and surprise nursing interventions>, <Limitations of the standardized patient role>, <Identified with the standardized patient>, and <Rewarding patient role>. Conclusion: The standardized patients who participated in this study had difficulty in carrying out the role of the patient, and they said that the nursing students felt that they were rewarding because they were helpful.

For the purpose of economic growth in the nineteenth century, social infrastructures have been rapidly aging since the 21st century, Currently, many of the existing infrastructure has been aged, and many national costs have been spent on safety Inspection and maintenance. It is expected that more maintenance will be costly in the future, and maintenance cost can be expected to be reduced due to safety inspection and repair and reinforcement measures in a timely manner. The measures provided in the national and international safety inspection and maintenance manual reduce the efficiency of the work by repeating document work. In addition, due to lack of information sharing among practitioners performing inspection and maintenance, it is considered that incomplete work or incurring additional costs will lead to a large national loss. Building Information Modeling (BIM) can manage all the information generated during the whole life cycle of social infrastructures. Domestic institutions are increasing the use of BIM, and the Public Procurement Service is obliged to design BIM. We expect to increase the work efficiency of practitioners by reducing repetitive document work using BIM, It will make the integrated management information enable bi-directional communication among practitioners. First of all, building a library of social infrastructures and standardizing the information classification system and procedures for BIM application should be essential. As a result, standardization studies on standard information classification system and procedures based on representative bridges among social infrastructures were conducted.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the body mass index(BMI) and foot characteristics of senior-generation women and to use those values to develop a standard shoe last for producing shoes that best fit the foot of senior-generation women. In order to develop a standard shoe last that reflects the BMI and foot characteristics of senior-generation women, I analyzed the morphometric characteristics of feet by conducting descriptive statistics for each item. The foot characteristics based on BMI were analyzed by conducting ANOVA and Duncan's tests via the foot's measured values. Subsequently, I developed a standard shoe last reflecting the BMI and the foot characteristics of senior-generation women by applying all those values. Senior-generation women showed significant differences among three groups based on BMI—normal weight, overweight, and obese—in all the items except for medial ball width and toe 5 angle. Through these values, I realized that as the value of the BMI becomes higher, the size of the foot becomes larger. This suggests that as a woman's weight increases or decreases, her shoes need to be replaced as well as her clothes. Deviations in the toe-side parts of the shoe could cause deformation of the foot. If someone keeps wearing shoes produced using a shoe last with a large deviation, she risks developing foot conditions like hallux valgus. This situation points to the need for shoe manufacture that utilizes a standard shoe last that reflects the BMI and foot characteristics of the senior generation.

BIM 설계에서 라이브러리의 구축 및 활용은 매우 중요하다. 기존 컨텐츠의 재활용이 가능하므로, 설계를 보다 효과적이 고 효율적으로 진행할 수 있다. 건축분야와 달리 토목분야, 특히 철도시설분야에서는 라이브러리의 구축 및 표준화가 미진하 다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 철도시설분야에 3차원 객체 라이브러리를 구축하고 표준화하고자 한다. 철도시설물 분류체계 및 관련도면을 수집 및 분석한다. 분석된 표준도면의 항목과 분류체계 항목을 매칭하였다. 각 항목별로 라이브러리가 필요한지 여부와 그럴 경우 어떤 소프트웨어가 적절한지를 검토하였다. 사용가능한 소프트웨어는 주로 Civil 3D와 Revit 등으로 나타 났다. 향후 이를 바탕으로 철도인프라 3차원 라이브러리의 속성 항목 및 명세서를 설계하고 라이브러리를 구축할 예정이다

본 연구는 수신호 통일지침 개발을 위한 사전연구로 선박작업시 의사소통 수단으로서 수신호 체계의 활용가능성과 표준화 타당성을 검토하였다. 실증연구에 앞서 선박안전관리자의 의견을 수렴하여 수신호 활용가능성이 있는 선박작업활동을 분류하고, 이러한 작업활동 하에 작업자의 수신호 활용의사와 제도적 표준화 선호도를 측정하였다. 통계분석(t-검정, 상관관계분석) 결과 응답자들은 근무형태(선원/육상선박 안전관리감독)와 근무환경(갑판부/기관부)에 관계없이 수신호 소통이 가능한 작업활동에서는 표준화된 수신호 체계를 의사소통 수단으로 적극 수용할 의사가 있었다. 또한, 주어진 선박작업활동 종류에 따라 응답자의 수신호 활용빈도는 유의미한 차이가 있으나 표준화 선호도와는 강한 양(+)의 상관관계에 있었다. 따라서 후속연구로 응답자의 수신호 활용빈도가 높은 크레인 운용, 윈드라스 윈치 운용, 삭류 이동/전달, 화물창 운용 등 항만내 작업활동들을 우선순위로 수신호 통일지침을 설계한다면 선박작업자간 의사소통 개선에 효과적일 수 있다는 결론을 얻었다.
