In order to find out the customer requirements and to develop new products more effectively, the Kano model and QFD(Quality Function Deployment), AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) developed and applied. But, Many companies difficult to select the CTQ(Critical to Quality) of new product. Especially the life cycle of cell phone is very short. In this thesis, the Kano model and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) for finding the CTQ(Critical to Quality) for customer satisfaction are suggested. It is explained and discussed with the example of cell phone.

본 연구는 최근 정부 및 지자체에서 다양하게 추진하고 있는 각종 지역개발사업의 효율적 추진을 위해서 농산촌지역의 지대구분 및 사업추진을 위해 농산어촌지역 지대구분을 위한 구분기준과 지표를 개발하고 지대구분 안을 도출하는 것이 목적이다. 연구결과, 도시화지역 6개 읍․면, 준도시화 지역 13개 읍․면, 농촌지역 14개 읍․면, 중산간지역 18개 읍․면, 산간지역 11개 읍․면으로 구분되어 전체적으로 균등한 분포를 나타냈다. 세부적으로 보면, 각 군의 읍지역과 중심기능을 담당하고 있는 일부 거점면이 도시화지역으로 분류되었으며, 반대로 지형적으로 다소 산간지역의 특성이 강한 지역일지라도 수려한 자연경관 및 우수한 관광자원을 보유한 지역의 경우에 평가량이 다소 높게 나타난 것이 특징이다. 결과적으로 같은 군에 위치하거나 인접한 읍․면일지라도 각 읍․면별 지역적 특성은 서로 다른 특성을 내포하고 있기에 당해지역의 발전 잠재력을 극대화 할 수 있도록 지역적 특성을 고려한 사업추진이 절실하게 요구되고 있다.

It is expected that the change of industrial structure of Knowledge based economy, and service based economy would affect on economic life of physically-challenged person with no exceptions. There have been some former studies which have been misunderstood the employment of disabled due to the declining employment of the disabled and prejudice to the disabled based on biased perspective and public opinion. This study have analyzed the employment conditions of the ordinary workers and disabled workers out of those prejudices and biased opinions. Wage, economic activity ratio, age, educational background and industry those 5 parameters are brought for analyzing the two comparison group. Each parameter have compared based on the statistical data of ordinary workers and disabled workers for past 7 years. Weight between each parameter have been drawn by collecting the experts' opinion using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), and utility of employment of two comparison groups have been estimated through progress inclination of each parameter. Through the estimated outcome, present condition and controversial issues and way of improvement of domestic employment of ordinary workers and the disabled is mentioned.

Recently, It is becoming the big issue internationally where the safety problem of the industrial product including the foodstuffs. The way is able to construct the trust of the consumer that the external specialized agency independently operating confirms what production process of the product keep a standard or a technical regulation. This is conformity assessment. In the many countries, agencies entrusted government authority do conformity assessment. Specially, `certification ' in one form of conformity assessment process is operating a certification system at the government and the non-government body in Korea. Also non-government certification is fixed by trusted system from consumer. He has to prepare a competitive power in liberalization time, so need the countermeasure urgently. This study purpose that develops strategy so as to activating of non-government certification system in gist of the origination called ‘self-control’.We present activation strategies using SWOT/AHP analysis.

The study proposes a priority model for program directors in charge of Corporate Social Contribution to make the best decision. This empirical analysis aims to discover the most significant area among various programs of Corporate Social Contribution Activities. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to test the priority model. The study attempts to demonstrate how the model helps providing better decision choices in corporate practices. The priority preference in Corporate Social Contribution Activities programs among corporate social contribution practitioners, PR professors and NGO activists is examined in order to present preferred programs of corporate social contribution programs, which they value the most as a part of overall social welfare.

보행자 이동권 확보를 위해 가장 먼저 이루어져야 하는 것이 보행자 이동공간에 대한 정확한 평가를 시행하는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 보행자의 이동공간에 대한 평가지표 개발을 시도하였으며, 자료조사 및 분석방법은 전문가 설문과 계층분석 법(AHP)을 활용하였다. 전문가 설문조사와 계층분석 법(AHP)을 활용하여 본 연구에서는 정성적인 변수를 고려할 수 있는 방안을 모색하며, 보행자 서비스 특성을 규명하여 변화된 보행환경에 순응할 수 있는 새로운 보행자 서비스수준 평가지표를 개발하고자 한다. 분석결과를 살펴보면, 상업 및 업무지역의 경우 보행교통류(정량: 약 52%), 보도기하구조(정량: 약 16%), 보도이용행태(정성: 약 11%)순으로 나타나 보행교통류와 보도기하구조와 같은 정량적인 항목의 중요함을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 주거지역의 경우 보행교통류(정량: 약 30%), 보도기하구조(정량: 약 22%), 보도이용행태(정성: 약 20%)가 각각 1, 2, 3순위로 높게 나타났다. 현재 적용되고 있는 보행자 서비스수준 평가 영향인자 중 정량적인 지표가 중요하나, 보행자들의 이용행태와 같은 질적인 측면과 같은 정성적인 항목을 고려하여야 한다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

Rapid spread of the internet has made our everyday life more convenient, however it has brought some problems along with it. Especially, undergraduate student are losing their social ability as they become absorbed in the internet game, act selfishly in the cyber space and lose interest in studying. As a result, they become isolated from their friends and experience difficulty in the relationship with their parents. In this paper, the influence factors of internet game addiction is investigated using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and statistics techniques. This study is to define the influence an important factors of internet game addiction using a questionnaire to internet game player and expert group. It is believed that this study will be more receptive to results that include the priority weights of internet game addiction among the addiction group, non-addiction group and expert group.

It is known that human factors account for 80 percent of all railway accidents. To reduce human errors must be the most efficient shortcut to railway safety. For public transportation employees like railway, the more delicate safety management should be executed in individual level. However, there are rarely efforts to improve safety performance of workers who are the subject operating the railway system. This paper develops a hierarchy model to evaluate the human safety performance in railway industry. To evaluate the model, AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) methodology is adopted. The hierarchy model is composed of four levels which are objective, two criteria, specific factors of criteria, and rating scales. In addition, since employees for evaluation are over 10, the pairwise comparisons for rating scales are carried out by the absolute measurement. We explore the applicability of AHP to the performance evaluation of railway safety workers by an example and also investigate the changes of alternatives that are railway employees according to the changes of human characteristic which is one of criteria.
