        This study investigated the structural and functional differences between formulaic sequences in College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT) and SAT reading assessment texts. The results of the RANGE program showed that SAT used more diverse and difficult words compared to CSAT. The frequency analysis revealed that CSAT used more formulaic sequences than the SAT counterpart. This suggests that CSAT used more repeated expressions, whereas SAT used diverse vocabulary items. The structural analysis showed that noun phrases were the most dominant in CSAT, whereas prepositional phrases were pervasive in SAT. The functional analysis showed that both corpora relied heavily on referential expressions. The results indicate that referential bundles are dominantly used in institutional writing (Biber & Barbieri, 2007). In accordance with the previous studies, the results suggest that high frequency formulaic sequences can be different according to the register. In CSAT, connectives and discourse organizers were prevalent. This may be due to the characteristics of question types in CSAT. The results may indicate that formulaic sequences in texts are partly influenced by the characteristics of a register.

        This study evaluated the effects of probiotics on the quality properties of standard pork cutlet (SC) and oven cooking type pork cutlet with probiotics (OCP). Higher (p <0.0001) moisture and protein contents were observed in OCP compared to SC. Fat content of OCP was lower (p<0.0001) than SC. There was no significant difference in CIE color values between SC and OCP. The pH and lipid oxidation values of OCP were lower (p<0.0001 and p<0.01, respectively) than SC counterpart. Based on instrumental texture profile analysis, there was no significant difference in the springiness and cohesiveness between SC and OCP. However, the hardness, gumminess, and chewiness of OCP were higher (p<0.0001) than SC. Crispiness by sensory panel was higher (p<0.0001) in OCP than SC. The results showed that the oven cooking type pork cutlet added probiotics could improve potential of pork cutlet physicochemical properties and give physiological functional ability.

        The purpose of the present study was to compare the long-term management objectives, policy objectives, implementation plans, and detailed plans of four provincial parks established in 2013 using various analysis frameworks. Through this, the study aimed to identify the characteristics of the management plan and extract the implementation plan important to each park by analyzing the priorities in the detailed plan. The long-term management objectives of most parks were to maintain recreational functions by utilizing all the resources of the park, rather than merely preserving the ecosystem. From an ecological perspective, information on major plants and legal protection species are included for most parks, and geological and topographic features considered a major resource. For sustainable forests, it is important to induce the dispersion of concentrated use space. Efficient management systems are distinctively differentiated among the parks. For regional revitalization, the management of programs to link provincial parks and their surrounding areas has become most important. From an ecological perspective, priorities differed for the parks according to their ecological characteristics. For sustainable forests, Moaksan Provincial Park prioritized the visitor reservation system related to the overall park, while the other three parks prioritized alleviating the concentrated use of specific areas. From an efficient management perspective, Daedunsan Provincial Park prioritized aspects related to the cableway. Maisan Provincial Park prioritized inducing the linkage between the use of natural and cultural resources, and Seonunsan Provincial Park prioritized establishing an ecological and cultural commentary operating system. For the base-type leisure activity space, Moaksan Provincial Park prioritized the systematic management and operation of the pilgrimage route, Maisan Provincial Park the connection between the Maisan geography and residents’ income, and Seonunsan Provincial Park providing a space for ecological education.

        of the marketed multi-later insulating curtain was carried out. Experiments is conducted by fabricating a test apparatus for investigating the heat flux characteristics. The multi-later insulating curtain used for the experiment was compared using the P, N, S, U and T company, which are commercially available, and the heat flux due to temperature difference between the experimental apparatus and the outside was compared and analyzed. When the internal temperature of the experimental result is the maximum temperature 60℃, the heat flux of multi-later insulating curtain is T Co.(73.1W/m2) > S Co.(119.5W/m2) > U Co.(155W/m2) > N Co.(163.1 W/m2) > P Co.(177.7W/m2). The heat flux means the quantity of heat passing through the unit time per unit area, and the higher the numerical value, the higher the quantity of heat passing through the multi-layer insulating curtain. This can be determined that high heat fluxes produce low heat resistance. Further, it has been found that the weight of the insulating curtain is largely unrelated to the heat insulating property, and the heat insulating curtain having a thickness containing a high internal air layer is excellent in the heat insulating property. In the future when manufacturing a heat insulating curtain, It is judged that it is desirable to manufacture a combination of heat insulating materials that contain a high internal air layer content and that can maintain the air layer even for long-term use while minimizing the volume.

        본고는 그동안 일반 문학의 하위 장르로 분류되어 이론적 탐색의 사각 지대에 놓여 있던 청소년 문학 의 개념을 이론적으로 정리하기 위한 것이다. 전 세계 청소년 문학이 일정한 교섭 속에서 영향 관계에 있다. 본고는 이 점에 주목하여 각국 청소년 문학에 대한 논의를 추려 한국 청소년 문학과 비교해 보았다. 독일 청소년 문학은 의도된 청소년 문학으로서 하위 장르의 틀을 갖추고 있다. 영미 청소년 문학은 사실주의적인 접근을 통하여 소수자 담론으로 논의되고 있으며, 일본은 YA문학이라고 하여 경계 허물기 단계에 이르렀다. 이를 통하여 본고는 한국 청소년 문학의 위상을 점검하고 방향성을 모색 하였다. 급성장 추세에 있는 한국 청소년 문학은 ‘청소년을 위하여’ 청소년 주체를 호명하고 ‘지금-여기’를 특화해야 한다. 청소년 문학이 아닌 것을 청소년 문학이라고 묶는 것이 아니라 청소년 문학의 개념과 범주를 본질에 맞게 구체화할 것을 주장하였다. 한국 청소년 문학은 문학적 모색기에 있다.

        본 연구는 금강수계의 백제보 부근에서 이・화학적 수질의 시간적 변이 파악을 위해 2004 ~ 2017년까지 측정된 환경부 수질자료를 분석하였다. 이용된 수질 변수는 전기전도도(Electric conductivity, EC), 용존산소량(Dissolved oxygen, DO), 수온, 생물학적 산소요구량(Biological oxygen demand, BOD), 화학적 산소요구량(chemical oxygen demand, COD), 총인(Total phosphorus, TP), 총질소(Total nitrogen, TN) 및 총부유물(Suspended solid, SS)의 항목으로 이들의 수질특성은 연별, 계절별로 큰 변이를 보였다. 총인 및 이온희석현상의 지표로 이용된 전기전도도는 계절별 분석에서 장마기에 크게 감소하는 현상을 보이며 강우와 역상관관계(p<0.01, n=163)를 보였으나, 계절별 총인은 갈수기에 비해 장마기에 증가하는 특성을 보여 강우와 상관관계(p<0.01, n=163)를 보였다. 한편, 생물학적 산소요구량 및 화학적 산소요구량은 강우와 유의한 관계(p>0.05, n=163)를 보이지 않았고, 계절별 총부유물 농도는 강우기에 크게 증가했고 강우와 유의한 관계(p<0.01, r=0.6155)를 보였다. 생물학적 산소요구량의 계절적 변화패턴은 화학적 산소요구량과 유사한 양상(r=0.4751, p<0.01)을 보였으며, 마찬가지로 총질소의 변화 패턴 또한 총인과 유사한 양상(r=0.0579, p<0.01)을 보였다. 보 건설로 인한 수체의 정체와 유량 증가로 인해 총인과 총질소가 심층으로 침전되어 백제보 건설 전에 비해 건설 후에 감소하는 특성을 보였고, 용존산소량은 보 건설 후에 증가하는 현상을 보였다. 4대강 사업 후 물리적 환경변화에 기인한 수질 변화 분석 결과에서 녹조량 감소를 위해서는 지속적인 총인 관리와 총인 외에도 영양염류 조절, 생물학적 산소요구량 증가를 유발하는 비점오염원관리 등이 시급하다는 것을 알 수 있다.

        With the development of technology, e-learning has already become popular. According to the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (2016), the total number of e-learning business owners is 1,639, while the market size is 3.4876 trillion won, meaning that it increased by about 1.5 trillion won compared to the market size of 1.9 trillion in 2008. The utilization rate is 58.7%, which is increasing every year. Currently, college students who are actively using e-learning are Net Generation. The Net Generation means a generation that has encountered and has been using digital since birth (Topscott, 2008). As the Net Generation is familiar with the computer, they can use e-learning services without any difficulty. In addition, according to Kim et al. (2014), college students' computer self-efficacy and the score for e-learning acceptance attitude appeared to be significantly higher Unlike the Net Generation that has been familiar with computers and the Internet since birth, the middle-aged and older generation aged between 40 and 50 is the generation to learn about digital media in order to adapt to the changed age (Lee et al., 2012). Although the middle-aged and older generation is not familiar with the use of the Internet and computers, the proportion of using e-learning by the middle-aged and older generation is increasing recently. In the 50s, the e-learning use rate is only 37%, but it is also the generation that growth rate is highest when compared with last year. Among the reasons for not using the e-learning in the middle-aged and older generation, 'interested but not aware of how to use it' was ranked #1 as 26.9% and 24.9%, respectively. In addition, future intentions to use the e-learning by users who do not use it among the middle-aged and older generation between 40 and 50 were 67.4% and 75.2%, respectively, showing that many non-users had intentions to use the e-learning in the future (National IT Industry Promotion Agency, 2016). This shows that the interest and demand for the e-learning in the middle-aged and older generation is high, but those who are in the generation are having difficulty accessing it. As the current middle-aged and older generation who was born in the baby boomer generation is getting closer to retirement, it has a great interest in preparing for old age. Especially in the aging society like now, the 50s are the ages that distinguish between 'ambiguous middle age' and 'extended old age' and that are the time to prepare for life in old age, and the intention of reemployment of the middle-aged and older generation for the preparation of the later years is gradually increasing. In the case of the middle-aged and older generation who is currently looking for re-first because there is not enough old-age income (Kang, 2016). In addition, subsequent re-employment is mainly done in small micro business, skill-related work, and simple labor. Therefore, there is an increasing demand for the preparation for the re-employment as a civil servant who is available to prepare for his/her old age. However, compared to the younger generations in their 20s and 30s, the middle-aged and older students feel a great deal of difficulty in preparing themselves for the civil service examination because they have not studied for a long time, along with technical difficulties. In terms of the quality of Internet e-learning lecture services, it is expected that there will be differences between the younger generation and the middle-aged and older generation due to technical factors and academic factors. Specifically, adult learners are more mature have more diverse needs and expectations, and before anything else, however, they have a sense of responsibility for home and work compared with regular college students. At the same time, they have a clear desire for learning according to specific goals. It has also been found that there are differences in the level of the use of learning strategies depending on the learners' gender, age, and academic background. Therefore, this study has a purpose of comparing the differences in the e-learning acceptance/satisfaction between the middle-aged and older generation and net generation on the basis of technical factors and academic factors by investigating differences in perception and satisfaction with the e-learning and by analyzing the value satisfaction according to age.

        Introduction The goal of the current research is to conduct a comparative analysis of marketing models of Russian and global companies localized in Russia. Our research experience confirms an existence of a significant difference in the implementation of market orientation and in marketing activities of global companies compared to the local ones. The focus of the present research lies in the development and support mechanisms of customer oriented organizational culture as well as the role of marketing in decision making processes on all managerial levels. Literature review The attitude of top management to marketing changes consistently both in the developed and emerging markets (Webster, 1992; Webster, Malter, & Ganesan, 2005; Yuldasheva & Pisareva, 2015). Modern marketing is increasingly a part of the managerial and decision making system. It is being integrated into the system of company management through a diffusion of marketing competencies (Webster et al, 2005) becoming a locus of integration and coordination of inter-functional processes in a service dominating business model (Vargo & Lush, 2004). Literature review makes it possible to highlight several most important directions of research that formed the basis for our comparative analysis of marketing models. Customer oriented culture (COC) The literature review allows differentiating between three approaches to the definition of customer orientation (CO): ⦁ CO as an element of market orientation (Narver & Slater, 1990; Kohli & Jaworski, 1990) and in some cases its synonym; ⦁ CO as behavioral aspect of sales or frontline personal (Saxe & Weitz, 1982). In this case an operational level of CO implementation is considered; ⦁ CO as an advanced level of organizational culture development that has been shaped under enhancing of marketing influence on the decision making processes in the companies on all managerial levels (Deshpande & Webster, 1989). Thus, CO can be considered as an organizational culture creating new values for the personnel and transforming all business processes in terms of customer centricity to achieve higher customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty. The research of COC should be conducted from the perspective of CO settings (values) and from the perspective of CO implementation. Marketing competencies and capabilities Dissemination of COC influences on the development of marketing capabilities and competencies in the organizational learning process which involves all departments and all managerial levels. In this context marketing capabilities can be understood as integrative processes whereby the collective knowledge, skills, and resources of a firm are applied to the market-related needs of the business (Day, 1994; Vorhies, 1998). As a result of repetitive actions, more or less sustainable patterns of behavior arise (Grant, 1991). These patterns determine the type of the customer oriented business models in which the marketing models is one of the sub elements reflecting the role and the status of marketing in decision making process. The previous research results (Webster, 1992; Webster et al, 2005; Wiersema, 2013) showed the evolutionary changes of marketing in corporations on three levels of management – corporate, business and operational (functional) (Hofer & Schendel, 1978). Taking into account these three strategy levels, Webster (1992) suggests to consider marketing as culture (on the corporate level), as strategy (on the strategic business unit level) and as tactics (on the functional level). In this research, we compare the changes in marketing models on the different managerial levels in Russian and global companies under the pressure of emerging COC. Theoretical model and research design We understand the marketing models as consisting of COC and a set of marketing competencies and capabilities on the different managerial levels. COC creates the values and the behavioral norms in the company which are transformed in the customer oriented business processes setting. COC has to bring not just CO values but CO business processes supported by the control and motivation system. In this context, COC establishment and implementation should be considered. COC establishment is based on the understanding of CO importance by top management. COC implementation leads to the dissemination of CO values and transforming them into CO behavior of personnel. That is why the measuring scales of market orientation (MARCOR: Kohli & Jaworski, 1993) and CO (MORTN: Deshpande & Farley, 1998; SOCO: Saxe & Weitz, 1982) include the statements about the regular using or the effective performance of CO business processes. To investigate the corporate marketing competence dispersion, we also use the concept of intangible marketing assets (Webster et al, 2005) (fig.1). Research goal and proposition The goal of this research is description and comparative analysis of marketing models of companies localized in Russia, which are shaped differntly under the influence of COC development. We suppose that dissemination of COC in the company changes the role and status of marketing in the managerial system as well as the level of its influence on decision making processes. Two groups of companies are compared: ⦁ large Russian companies possessing brands well-known in Russia; ⦁ global companies (their units) localized in Russia and possessing globally known brands. As this research is an exploratory one, a preliminary proposition was formulated: the process of marketing model changing in Russian and global companies proceeds in a different way. The typical level of COC development and marketing influence on decision making processes on all managerial levels in large Russian companies is lower than in the global companies localized in Russia. Sample This research is making use of the database of 40 semi-structured interviews with company managers (Trefilova, 2017; Yuldasheva & Pisareva, 2015). Out of these, 5 interviews with large Russian companies and 8 interviews with daughter companies of global corporations were selected. To increase the size of the sample of Russian companies, 5 interviews with managers were organized additionally. Thus, the total sample consisted of 18 interviews (10 Russian and 8 global companies) The interview guide consisted of six open questions. Data analysis and research results The primary analysis of interviews was conducted applying the techniques of content analysis and meanings compaction (Ilyin, 2006). The primary content analysis showed a significant differentiation between the respondents’ answers to all questions, especially inside the sub-set of Russian companies. The further analysis of the qualitative research data was carried out according to the grounded theory methodology applying the procedures of data conceptualization, concept categorization, identifying the category attributes and ways to measure them (Strauss & Corbin, 1990). The results of the comparative analysis of the marketing models of Russian and global companies allowed formulating several conclusions. The managers of Russian and global companies show different understanding of COC. The global companies promote service proposition and sustainable consumption models while Russian companies continue to sell products and try to keep quality and price on the competitive level. We labeled this phenomenon as “the fight between product and service dominant logic”. The gap between the declared CO values and their implementation in business processes in Russian companies is higher than in global ones. We connect it with lower quality of management in Russian companies as well as low level of market competition encountered by large companies. Global companies are aimed at supporting long-term brand value to a much higher extent than Russian companies. All business processes on the business and functional levels are subordinated to providing long-term brand value. Global companies are characterized by a stronger COC, which is supported not only by the service standards but also by the customer-centric motivation of the whole staff. Moreover, internal and HR branding carried out by the HR department are well developed in the global companies. It reveals a much more developed personnel management function than in the Russian companies. Up to now, it is believed in the Russian companies that customer centricity can be ensured just by the work of marketing and sales personnel. The research confirmed also the results received by Webster et al (2005) and Wiersema (2013) on the dispersion of marketing competencies on the business and corporate levels, on the growing importance of marketing performance measurement and on the growth of the marketing’s strategic role, especially for companies involved in innovations. As for the dominating marketing strategy, most informants use both attraction and retention strategies simultaneously. An interesting finding turned out to be that many informants differentiate between the models of product marketing and relationship marketing. The latter is understood as the interaction and value co-creation using a digital platform. Our research showed that on the functional level (marketing department level) the dominating share of companies develop competencies and capabilities in the sphere of marketing communication and customer involvement. Such marketing competencies as product management (including price management), customer relationship management or key account management have been transferred to the inter-functional (business) level. Channel management is carried out by the sales departments. The major finding is the confirmation of marketing knowledge equity formation in the most advanced companies (Yuldasheva, Pisareva & Khalikov, 2016). Marketing knowledge equity mostly consists of market and customer needs knowledge, ability to forecast market changes and customer reactions. Conclusion Thus, the proposition about the different ways of marketing model changing and a lower level of COC and lower influence of marketing in the decision making processes on all levels of the large Russian companies compared to the global companies is confirmed. However, a trend is apparent to enhance the strategic influence of marketing on the decision making processes in the large Russian companies. It requires the continuation of a longitudinal research. In whole, the comparative analysis of the Russian and global companies marketing models showed that in spite of the existence of some peculiarities mainly connected with the backwardness of Russian companies compared to foreign ones (particularly, there is a lower customer centricity and lower management quality), the Russian marketing replicates the development of the Western marketing, copying its models and practices.

        본 연구의 목적은 연안지역과 비연안지역 주민의 삶의 질을 객관적 지표를 이용하여 비교분석하는 것이다. 삶의 질에 대한 측정지표는 세 부문으로 구분하여 선정했다. 첫째, 경제부문에는 인구증가율, 인구 1000명당 사업체 수, 고용률, 실업률을 선택했다. 둘째, 환경부문에는 일인당 자동차 등록대수, 상수도 및 하수도 보급률, 인구 1000명당 도시공원 조성 면적, 도로포장률을 포함했다. 셋째, 사회부문에는 교원 1인당 학생수, 인구 1000명당 의료기관 병상 수, 자동차 1000대당 교통사고 발생률, 일반회계 중 사회복지예산 비중을 선정했다. 전국 24개 연안도시와 51개 비연안도시를 대상으로 표준화지표분석기법 및 평균차이검증(t-test)을 실시하였다. 측정지표별 비교결과, 두 집단간 인구 1000명당 사업체 수, 도로포장률, 자동차 1000대당 사고발생률에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 각 부문별 비교결과, 경제 부문에서만 연안도시가 비연안도시에 비해 높은 것이 유의미하게 나타났다. 삶의 질 비교결과, 연안도시가 비연안도시에 비해 높게 나타났으나, 통계적으로 유의미하지는 않았다

        This study aims to create a disaster management system after an earthquake. Japan’s earthquake disaster management system, including the Disaster Countermeasures Basic Act, addresses all of the disaster phases of prevention, mitigation, preparedness and emergency response as well as recovery and reconstruction with roles and responsibilities among the national and local governments clearly defined. Korea’s earthquake disaster management system are including the Disaster Countermeasures Basic, but when the 9.12 earthquake occurred, problems such as insufficient early response, study on the earthquake lack were revealed. This study conducted a field survey and analyzed coping process after Po Hang earthquake. Therefore, this study have found that Disaster Management Headquarters are operated rapidly. They are coped with urgent safety inspection for damage facilities and soil liquefaction with advanced equipment. And The headquarters interviewed with victims. So they found out What the victims needed. However, when carrying out relief activities, Research of temporary housing and allocation of donations was not rapid. Further, this study have found that earthquake specialists were lack and disaster information transfer was not working. This study will be utilized as fundamental data in planning disaster management system after an earthquake.

        In this paper, comparative analysis of the 9.12 Gyeongju and 11.15 Pohang earthquakes was conducted in order to provide probable explanations and reasons for the damage observed in the 11.15 Pohang earthquake from both earthquake and structural engineering perspectives. The damage potentials like Arias intensity, effective peak ground acceleration, etc observed in the 11.15 Pohang earthquake were generally weaker than those of the 9.12 Gyeongju earthquake. However, in contrast to the high-frequency dominant nature of the 9.12 Gyeongju earthquake records, the spectral power of PHA2 record observed in the soft soil site was highly concentrated around 2Hz. The base shear around 2 Hz frequency was as high as 40% building weight. This frequency band is very close to the fundamental frequency of the piloti-type buildings severely damaged in the northern part of Pohang. Unfortunately, in addition to inherent vertical irregularity, most of the damaged piloti-type buildings had plan irregularity as well and were non-seismic. All these contributed to the fatal damage. Inelastic dynamic analysis indicated that PHA2 record demands system ductility capacity of 3.5 for a structure with a fundamental period of 0.5 sec and yield base shear strength of 10% building weight. The system ductility level of 3.5 seems very difficult to be achievable in non-seismic brittle piloti-type buildings. The soil profile of the PHA2 site was inversely estimated based on deconvolution technique and trial-error procedure with utilizing available records measured at several rock sites during the 11.15 Pohang earthquake. The soil profile estimated was very typical of soil class D, implying significant soil amplification in the 11.15 Pohang earthquake. The 11.15 Pohang earthquake gave us the expensive lesson that near-collapse damage to irregular and brittle buildings is highly possible when soil is soft and epicenter is close, although the earthquake magnitude is just minor to moderate (M 5+).

        As The Fourth Industrial Revolution and Intelligent Information Age came into full-scale, the policy of open government data has become a hot topic for each country. The United States, the United Kingdom, and other countries are shifting policy direction to “creating value” of open government data. Also, in the age of the digital economy where the data market is soaring, open government data is gradually being recognized as a new raw material for new business and start-ups. In addition, Korea ranked first in the OECD open government data evaluation twice in a row, and was highly evaluated in the international evaluation. However, domestic firms are still lacking in qualitative openness of government data, data is dispersed among institutions, lack of public-private data linkage, and development of app-oriented development. This study attempts to analyze major national policies for the creation of a data ecosystem that considers data lifecycle, from production to storage, distribution and utilization of data. First, the target countries were the leading public data countries among the OGP member countries, the USA, the UK, Australia and Canada. The results of this study are as follows. As a result of analyzing the results and comparing Korea’s policies, it was concluded that most of Korea is superior in open government data policy. However, improvement of data quality, development of open data portal as an open platform, support for finding various users including apps and web development companies, and cultivation of open government data utilizing personnel are analyzed as policy issues. In addition, the direction of policy for the balanced ecosystem of Korea is presented together.

        유신체제시기 1979년 10월 16일부터 20일까지 부산과 마산에서 발생한 부마항쟁은 유신체제의 제반 모순에 대한 도전이었다. 그러나 그로부터 6일 뒤 박정희 대통령이 권부 내 갈등으로 살해되는 10·26사건이 일어남으로써 부마항쟁은 이 사건의 도화선 역할을 한 ‘미완의 항쟁’으로만 남게 되었다. 이 연구의 요체는 ‘부마항쟁의 진실과 역사적 성찰’이란 주제에 걸맞게 부마항쟁이 어떻게 발발하고 전개되었으며, 또 어떻게 진압되었는지를 부산항쟁과 마산항쟁의 주요 쟁점을 통해 비교고찰 하고자 하는 것이다. 특히 대학생과 민중이 주도한 부마항쟁의 시위전개와 경찰과 군에 의한 시위진압이 서로 부딪치면서 박정희 대통령 및 권부에 어떤 영향을 끼쳤는지를 구체적으로 논의해 보고자 한다. 부마항쟁은 올해로 39주년을 맞는 과거사가 되었으나 아직도 진상규명이나 명예회복 등의 문제가 산적해 있어 법제도의 정비 등, 우선적으로 해결할 것이 많은 현대사임에 틀림없다. 그러나 일단의 세력들이 항쟁의 주도자인 양, 여러 가지 기록물이나 증언을 통해서 부마항쟁사의 진실을 호도하고 농단하는 작태로 진실규명에 어려움을 주고 있다. 부마항쟁의 진실규명을 위해서는 객관적인 자료의 획득, 항쟁관련자의 증언 청취나 현지조사 등이 필요하며, 항쟁사의 진실을 호도하고 농단해 온 세력에 대한 법적․사회적 응징과 대응도 필요하다고 본다.

        Eight different data sets are examined in order to gain insight into the surface heat flux traits of the East Asian marginal seas. In the case of solar radiation of the East Sea (Japan Sea), Coordinated Ocean-ice Reference Experiments ver. 2 (CORE2) and the Objectively Analyzed Air-Sea Fluxes (OAFlux) are similar to the observed data at meteorological stations. A combination is sought by averaging these as well as the Climate Forecast System Reanalysis (CFSR) and the National Centers for Environmental Prediction (NCEP)-1 data to acquire more accurate surface heat flux for the East Asian marginal seas. According to the Combination Data, the annual averages of net heat flux of the East Sea, Yellow Sea, and East China Sea are −61.84, −22.42, and −97.54Wm−2 , respectively. The Kuroshio area to the south of Japan and the southern East Sea were found to have the largest upward annual mean net heat flux during winter, at −460- −300 and at −370- −300Wm−2 , respectively. The long-term fluctuation (1984-2004) of the net heat flux shows a trend of increasing transport of heat from the ocean into the atmosphere throughout the study area.

        Recently, interest in the development of alternative water resources has been increasing rapidly due to environmental pollution and depletion of water resources. In particular, seawater desalination has been attracting the most attention as alternative water resources. As seawater desalination consumes a large amount of energy due to high operating pressure, many researches have been conducted to improve energy efficiency such as energy recovery device (ERD). Consequently, this study aims to compare the energy efficiency of RO process according to ERD of isobaric type which is applied in scientific control pilot plant process of each 100 m3/day scale based on actual RO product water. As a result, it was confirmed that efficiency, mixing rate, and permeate conductivity were different depending on the size of the apparatus even though the same principle of the ERD was applied. It is believed that this is caused by the difference in cross-sectional area of the contacted portion for pressure transfer inside the ERD. Therefore, further study is needed to confirm the optimum conditions what is applicable to the actual process considering the correlation with other factors as well as the factors obtained from the previous experiments.

        The objective of this study was to examine the changes in reaction velocity and visual perception between genders participating in driving simulator training. Driving simulator training was performed on 46 adults (male: 20, female: 26) twice a week, 20 minutes per time, 8 times for a month. The results showed that after driving simulator training was significantly more effective for males than females (p<.01). Additionally, the difference in visual perception was also larger in males than in females and it was significantly more effective in males than females (p<.01). This study is expected to contribute to the understanding of differences in reaction velocity and visual perception between adults and handicapped persons of the same gender. The results of this study will also provide a guideline for driving rehabilitation education for handicapped persons in our society and, thereby, help implement driving rehabilitation training systematically.
