        This study collected and analyzed the fishing process of existing fishing boat and newly built fishing boat by using the video observation methods to understand the improvement of fishing operation efficiency and safety according to the scale change of coastal composite fishing boat. The fishing operation efficiency was calculated by analyzing the frequency of movement, the movement distance and the moving time per basket used in the fishing process to derive the improvement of the newly built fishing boat compared to the existing fishing boat. It was confirmed that the mean frequency of movements decreased to 13.9%, the average moving time decreased to 21.8%, the mean movement distance increased to 20.5% and the movement through the top of gunwale did not occur. Movement of frequency, increased and time according to the fishing operation were directly affected by the width of side passages and the presence or absence of walking obstruction such as bulwark stay, hatch coaming and fishing gears on deck. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for redesigning into a safe and efficient coastal composite fishing boat in the future.

        The emergence of green methods for the synthesis of graphene-based composites became the gateway for the solution of pollution and economic synthetic methods. Herein, we reported a single step in situ synthesis of reduced graphene oxide sheets decorated with silver nanoparticles (CRG–Ag nanocomposite) using custard apple leaf extract as an effective reducing and stabilizing agent. The ultraviolet–visible, Fourier transform infrared and Raman techniques revealed a primary confirmation about the formation of the said nanocomposite. The X-ray diffraction studies confirmed the face-centred cubic crystal structure of silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) of 30 nm in size. The high-resolution scanning electron microscope spectra revealed the uniform distribution of Ag NPs on the graphene sheets. This simple, novel and rapid approach enabled a facile production of homogeneously deposited Ag NPs on graphene sheets. Thus synthesized CRG–Ag nanocomposite showed excellent photocatalytic efficiency of 96% in 2 h under sunlight using methylene blue as a model pollutant.

        Carbonaceous materials are considered as potential adsorbents for organic dyes due to their unique structures which provide high aspect ratios, hydrophobic property, large efficient surface area, and easy surface modification. In this work, graphene nanoribbons (GNRs) were prepared by atomic hydrogen-induced treatment of single-walled carbon nanotube (SWCNTs), which inspire the idea of cutting and unzipping the SWCNTs carpets with the modified in molecules prevent because of the unfolding of the side-walls. The unfolded spaces and uniform vertical arrangement not only enhance the active surface area, but also promote the electrostatic and π–π interactions between dyes and GNRs. The improved adsorption capacity of GNRs beyond original SWCNTs can be determined by the adsorption kinetics and isotherm, which are evaluated through adsorption batch experiments of the typical cationic methylene blue (MB) and anionic orange II (OII) dye, respectively. It is shown that the adsorption kinetics follow a pseudo second-order model while the adsorption isotherm could be determined by Langmuir model. The results reveal that the maximum adsorption capacities of GNRs for MB and OII are 280 and 265 mg/g, respectively. The GNRs present the highly efficient, cost effective, and environmental friendly properties for the commercial applications of wastewater treatment.

        본 연구는 L-alanine을 적용한 스크러버의 주류공장 내 CO2 제거효율, 모니터링 데이터 분석/ 평가 및 에너지 저감효율을 평가하였다. 스크러버의 평균 제거율은 90.45%로 10,000 ppm이상의 고농도 CO2가 유입됨에도 제거효율이 뛰어난 것을 확인하였다. 스크러버 작동 후 작업장 내 CO2는 2,000ppm 이 하로 유지하여 약 74% 이상의 이산화탄소 저감 효율을 확인하였다. 또한 소비되는 전력량을 측정한 결과 스크러버 작동 후 230 kWh로 약 7.26%의 에너지가 절감되는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 본 개발제품을 적용한 결과로 작업장 내 이산화탄소 농도를 외기유입 없이 낮은 농도로 유지함에 따라 근무자의 작업환경을 개선 시킬 수 있었으며 에너지 소비량 또한 저감할 수 있었다. 그러므로 식품, 주류공장 내 고농도 CO2 제거 공 정으로써 스크러버가 유용할 것으로 기대된다.

        본 연구에서는 주류공장 내 고농도 CO2 제거 및 포집을 위해 L-alanine 흡수제를 적용하여 CO2 흡수, 탈리 효율을 평가 후 재생 성능을 확인하였다. 탈리공정의 효율적인 처리를 평가하기 위해 실험 실 규모에서 Hot plate, Steam 두가지 탈리 방법을 비교하였으며 Hot plate는 약 10%, Steam의 경우 약 60%의 재생효율을 확인하였다. 따라서 주류공장 내 100m3/min 실증화 규모에 Steam-Tower 탈리공정을 적용하여 최적조건을 평가한 결과 탈리 유량 4L/min 이하, Steam 온도 160℃ 이상, 탈리효율 85.5%로 확 인할 수 있었다.

        본 연구는 (주)퓨어엔비텍에서 제조한 multi-bore 형태의 중공사 막을 이용하여 오염된 원수의 투과 후 오염된 막의 재사용을 위해 화학적 세정효율에 대해 파악하고자 하였으며 이를 위해 제조된 중공사 막의 재료는 내화학성이 좋은 PSf (polysulfone) 소재를 사용하였다. 실험은 소혈청 알부민(BSA)을 이용한 내오염성 평가 및 염기성 용액인 차아염소산나트륨 (NaOCl), 산성 용액인 구연산(citric acid)을 이용해 장기 함침하여 내화학성 평가를 진행하였다. 시간에 따른 수투과도와 인장강도를 측정하여 분리막의 기계적 강도와 성능의 감소에 대한 결과를 관찰하였다. 이후 소혈청 알부민으로 오염된 막의 화학적 용액에 따른 역세척 후 회복효율을 파악하였다. PSf 중공사 막은 뛰어난 내화학성을 가졌으며 화학적세척결과 차아염소 산나트륨의 효율이 높음을 확인하였다.

Competitiveness affects international relations, especially nowadays, given the changing position of the global leaders and the growth of new economic powers such as China. China has come a long way and has the opportunity to be a global leader in several required fields that will be the cornerstones of global growth in the next decades. Led by China, emerging economies are increasing their share in the worldwide economy and intensifying competition in nearly all sectors. It creates new threats and challenges for players in the global economy, and growing competitiveness must be efficient. The article evaluates the Chinese competitiveness in comparison with the World Trade Organization members by the Data Envelopment Analysis in the pre-in-post crisis period and considering the Fourth Industrial Revolution shifting humanity into a new phase.

        Recently, the importance of air filters used in air purifiers and ventilation systems is emphasized in Korea. As a result, air filter test reports are required by users to ensure the removal efficiency of particulate matter. However, the tests are conducted for the filter material alone, which lead to a possible discrepancy between the test report and actual efficiency when applied to actual devices. Therefore, in this study, the removal efficiency data of the filter test reports were compared with actual filter efficiency data after application to the ventilation systems for some ventilation systems in the market. For ventilation system A, the field test results using filter leakage test method were slightly lower than those in the test report but nearly the same. For ventilation system B, the field test result was much higher than reported in the test report. This was due to the broad range of particle sizes measured using the filter leakage test method. The field tests using the particle counter method showed that the removal efficiency of ventilation system A for 0.3 μm was under 50% which translates to less than half of those of the filter test reports. For ventilation system B, the removal efficiency was 15%~21%. much lower than reported in the filter test reports. The lower removal efficiencys are mainly assumed to be caused by leakage of the filter installation among other factors. Therefore, the field test methods for the particulate matter removal efficiency of ventilation systems should be established to verify actual efficiency and improve the efficiency in the future.

        The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries is supporting the “Environmentally Friendly Fisheries Promotion and Private Assistance Project” to increase production of eco-friendly, high-value-added foods. Private-backed operators selected for the project will have an economic opportunity to build, expand or refurbish eco-friendly fishing grounds. To facilitate this, the scope of project support was expanded after 2015 and an opportunity was prepared for private subsidy projects to grow to a new level in terms of quality and quantity by switching to a public offering project. However, starting in 2017, demand from the private sector will plunge and selected projects will be delayed or the project implementation rate will be lowered. It was a time for subsidy-related laws and systems to be reinforced but private subsidy projects do not temporarily shrink simply due to the increased administrative burden on private subsidy operators on subsidy management. It plans to review the correlation between laws and systems related to the construction of fish farms and suggest ways to enhance the efficiency of implementation so that economic advantages, the biggest advantage of the private subsidy project, can be recovered within the current legal system.

        The production of abalone seed has grown and been specialized since the 2000s with the growth of the abalone farming industry. Despite the increase in the production of abalone seeds, the sales volume of abalone seeds remained flat and competition among producers increased. This paper will analyze the management efficiency of abalone seed production fishery to diagnose the management status and improve the abalone seed production efficiency. In addition, this study is the result of the basic research on the abalone seed industry and it is meaningful to prepare a platform for further research since the management status survey and the management efficiency survey of abalone seed production fishery have not been conducted until now. The data on the farmed fish prices of abalone seeds were collected from surveys of sample fish as part of the fish seed observation project conducted by the Fisheries Outlook Center (FOC) of Korea Maritime and Fisheries Development Institute (KMI). Management efficiency analysis utilizes DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) model. The DEA model was analyzed by classifying into CCR (Super-CCR), BCC, and SBM (Super-SBM) models according to the assumptions taking into account the characteristics of the industry. The slack considered in the SBM model was judged as possible decreases in input variables and increase in output variables. The average efficiency from the CCR model was analyzed to be 69%. The BCC model was classified into input and output orientations, and the average efficiency was 79% and 75%, respectively. There were seven production fisheries with an SE value of 1 or more, which remained unchanged in terms of size and could be benchmarked. The average efficiency of the SBM model was 59% for CRS and 66% for VRS. Under the VRS assumptions, the variable increase/decrease efficiency analysis shows that labor costs can be reduced by 37.3%, facility capacity by 18.8%, and operating costs by 8.5%. In order to improve management efficiency, Wando needs to reduce labor and management costs. In Jindo region, sales increase as well as labor cost reduction is urgent. In other regions, reduced facilities and increased sales are recommended.

        본 연구는 여성근로자의 경력개발에 있어 조직의 지원과 경력성공 간의 관계를 확인하였다. 특히 이 연 구는 여성근로자 개인의 자기효능감을 중심으로 살펴봄으로써 조직의 지원이 인간의 배움력을 통해 경력 성공에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 이를 위해 한국여성정책연구원이 구축한 여성관리자패널조사의 2016 년 6차 조사 자료를 활용 최종 589명의 응답을 토대로 분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 조직 내에서 여성근로자의 경력개발을 위한 제도적 지원이나 심리적 지원을 제공하는 것이 구성원들로 하여금 업무에 대한 자기효능감을 향상시키는데 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 둘째, 조직의 제도적 지원, 조직의 심리적 지원은 직무만족에 정(+)적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 셋째, 조직의 제도적 지원, 조직의 심리적 지원이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 확인한 결과, 경력개발을 위한 조직차원의 심리적 지원과 조직몰입 간의 관계에서는 통계적으로 유의미한 영향이 발견되지 않았다. 넷째, 조직구성원의 자기효능감과 직무만족 간의 관계에 대해 확인한 결과, 이들 간의 관계에 정적으로 유의미한 영향이 있는 것을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 자기효능감, 직무만족이 조직구성원의 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 확인 한 결과, 자기효능감과 직무만족 모두 조직몰입에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 이 연구는 조직 내에서 지속적으로 경력개발을 할 수 있도록 지원하는 원인변수인 교육훈련에 대한 제도적 지원과 상사의 심리적 지원이 자기효능감과 직무만족을 통해 주관적 경력성공인 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 이를 통 해, 여성근로자의 경력이탈에 대한 문제인식이 커지는 현 상황에서 구성원의 경력성공을 지원하기 위한 기업의 지원 방향 설정에 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

        농업은 고용, 식량 및 생계를 목적으로 하는 카메룬 경제의 중심이다. 그러나 카메룬 농업은 낮은 생산성, 비효율성 및 수입에 의존하여 전염병에 시달리고 있다. 이러한 이유로 본 연구는 카메룬 북서부 지역의 쌀 농가의 기술적 효율성을 조사했다. 구조화된 설문지와 인터뷰를 사용하여 144명의 농부로부터 데이터를 수집했다. 기술 통계 및 확률적 프런티어 분석을 사용하여 데이터를 분석하였다. 확률적 프런티어 분석의 결과는 분산 매개 변수 (시그마 제곱 및 감마)가 통계적으로 유의하다는 것을 보여준다. 농장 규모, 비료, 노동 및 제초제의 계수는 긍정적이고 중요했다. 평균 기술 효율성 수준이 84%로 나타낸 것은 가용 자원을 효율적으로 활용한다면 쌀 농민의 기술 효율성을 16%로 증가할 수 있다. 비효율성 모델은 신용 액세스가 기술적 비효율 성과 부정적인 관련이 있는 중요한 요소임을 보여준다. 이 결과는 농민에게 생산성을 향상시키기 위해 신용을 제공하려는 정부의 노력 (SEMRY, UNVDA, ARFIC및 2세대 농업)과 일치한다.

        This study was conducted to examine the oocyte recovery efficiency through having an OPU session once and twice a week. Also, the oocyte recovery efficiency was examined by using OPU after two and three months of rest period. Six cows were used for oocytes collection and were randomly divided into two groups. In experiment 1, OPU sessions were conducted once and twice a week to collect oocytes. The collected oocytes between once and twice OPU groups were classified into four groups (grade 1, 2, 3 and 4) according to the quality of cumulus cells and ooplasm. Based on the result, the percentage of collected oocytes per aspirated follicle number was similar between once and twice OPU session groups (65.5 ± 1.9 and 68.7 ± 1.4 vs.). However, the percentage of grade 1 oocytes from the twice OPU session group was significantly high compared with that of the once a week OPU session group (25.3 ± 0.9 and 32.5 ± 1.2% vs. once and twice session group, respectively, p < 0.05). In experiment 2, the group with three months of rest period tended to have a high percentage of collected oocyte compared with the group with two months of rest period (64.6 and 70.9% vs. 2 and 3 months rest group, respectively, p = 0.62). The percentage of grade 4 in the group with three months of rest period was significantly low compared with the group with two months of rest period group (27.3 and 36.5% vs. two and three months rest group, respectively, p = 0.05). In conclusion, twice a week OPU session is suitable for collection of high quality oocytes by using OPU, and three months of rest period is needed for the recovery of oocyte quality of a donor cow.

        Protecting and preserving the natural and environmental treasures of Jeju Island is, eventually, the collective responsibility of the people of Jeju, all levels of the government, corporate and the environmental NGO sectors. Jeju Island has a vibrant environmental NGO sector with about 80 NGOs providing a variety of active environmental services. All efforts and services to conserve the environment of Jeju Island for the benefits of future generations need to be galvanized within the overarching environmental governance where all three sectors actively participate and make collective decisions within the three key elements of sustainable development: people, planet & profit. The key ingredient for promoting networking and collaborative opportunities between environmental NGOs, government entities and corporations is to improve their trust on one another. Given the current status of environmental NGOs - governments - corporations relations, it will take time to develop such trust, but if small measures are undertaken, mutual understanding & respect between the leaders of NGOs, government and corporations will grow and eventually result in mutual trust.

        A warehouse is more than just a place to store goods but also creates a time utility gap between production and consumption that is important in the development of trade and commerce. Malaysia has a high aspiration to be the most popular gateway in Asia. However, Malaysia Productivity Corporation has claimed that particularly in efficiency and productivity aspects, the warehouse industry is less incline to innovate and make improvement to increase. There are ten failure factors that had been identified during literature survey affecting to the warehouse operations efficiency. Therefore, this study intends to analyse and select the main failure factors that mostly affecting the warehouse operations efficiency. A Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) technique has been used in this study to calculate the weight value of each variable through a pair-wise comparison method. The finding highlighted the four main failure factors which are ‘equipment’, ‘environment concern’, ‘special handling consideration’ and ‘human factor’ that influence directly to the warehouse operations efficiency. This paper has contributed to a new knowledge of complex warehouse operation area with recommendations action that shall be taken to manage the possible risk in future, which will also contribute to achieve the government goals.

        Korea’s R&D investment has significantly increased in recent years and the quantitative outputs such as number of papers and patents have also increased with the investment. However, the quality of R&D outputs has not been fully addressed. In particular, quality of technical performance, such as the quality of patents, has attracted little attention. In this paper, a Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method was used to construct models for efficiency analysis of R&D investment, focused on quality of technical performance. Indices were proposed to analyze the quantitative and qualitative efficiencies of R&D investment. In order to effectively analyze R&D efficiencies, the measurement units of the input and output variables were standardized. Based on cases of livestock quarantine R&D projects of Korea, the quantitative and qualitative efficiencies of national R&D projects were analyzed and factors that would influence R&D efficiencies were identified. This paper suggests that both quantitative and qualitative efficiencies should be considered when measuring R&D efficiency. Also, it is recommended to carefully consider the characteristics of R&D projects during project selection stage.

        본 연구에서는 합성가스의 에너지화를 위한 가스엔진 성능 평가를 수행하였다. 회전수 1800 rpm 조건에서 공기과잉률이 1, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6 증가에 따른 엔진출력(kWm)과 열효율(%)을 평가한 결과, 공기과잉률 λ 1.4에서 엔진출력 34 kWm를 나타냈으며, 공기과잉률이 증가할수록 엔진 열효율은 전반적으로 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 엔진출력 34 kWm 조건에서 공기과잉률이 1, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 증가시 열효율이 34.2%, 36.9%, 37.2%, 37.4%, 38.1%로 증가하였고, 발전출력을 통한 종합효율은 발전출 력 30 kWe 부하조건에서 38.7 kg/h의 연료를 소모하여 32.1%의 발전효율과 냉각수와 배기가스에서의 열 회수를 통해 57.3 kW의 폐열을 회수하여 53.8%의 열을 회수하여 총 85.8%의 종합효율을 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

        To improve photocatalytic performance, CdS nanoparticle deposited TiO2 nanotubular photocatalysts are synthesized. The TiO2 nanotube is fabricated by electrochemical anodization at a constant voltage of 60 V, and annealed at 500 for crystallization. The CdS nanoparticles on TiO2 nanotubes are synthesized by successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction method. The surface characteristics and photocurrent responses of TNT/CdS photocatalysts are investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV-Vis spectrometer and LED light source installed potentiostat. The bandgaps of the CdS deposited TiO2 photocatalysts are gradually narrowed with increasing of amounts of deposited CdS nanoparticles, which enhances visible light absorption ability of composite photocatalysts. Enhanced photoelectrochemical performance is observed in the nanocomposite TiO2 photocatalyst. However, the maximum photocurrent response and dye degradation efficiency are observed for TNT/CdS30 photocatalyst. The excellent photocatalytic performance of TNT/CdS30 catalyst can be ascribed to the synergistic effects of its better absorption ability of visible light region and efficient charge transport process.

        번식기 유부도 일대의 조수 경계부에서는 검은머리물떼 새 (Haematopus ostralegus osculans) 성체와 미성체가 한데 모여 복족류 (서해비단고둥, Umbonium thomasi)와 이매패류를 섭식하는 것이 관찰된다. 본 연구는 성체와 미성체 간의 섭식 능력에 차이가 있는지 알아보고자 해당 먹이원을 섭식하는 개체들의 행동을 영상으로 녹화한 후 성체와 미성체로 구분하여 단위 시간당 걸음수, 먹이원 탐색시도횟수 및 탐색방법 구성비율, 섭식성공횟수, 조작시간, 머리 들어 올리기횟수를 비교하였다. 서해비단고둥을 섭식할 때 먹이원 탐색방법의 구성 비율, 이매패류를 섭식할 때 먹이원 탐색시도횟수와 머리 들어올리기횟수에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈으나, 단위 시간당 걸음수, 탐색시도횟수, 섭식성공횟수는 차이가 없었다. 결과적으로 번식기 유부도 일대에 서식 하는 검은머리물떼새 미성체가 성체에 비해 비록 열세이고, 먹이원의 위치를 파악하는 능력이 부족하지만, 전반적인 섭식 능력은 성체와 유사한 수준임을 의미한다. 월동기간 동안 고도의 섭식 능력을 갖추어야 섭식이 가능한 이매패류를 지속적으로 섭식한 것에 기인한 것으로 판단된다
