        Engineering design involves making numerous decisions as the design process. These decisions can be broadly categorized into selection decisions and compromise decisions. The outcomes of these decisions heavily depend on the designer's intentions, highlighting the need to systematically and accurately incorporate the designer's intentions. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a design technique that systematically reflects the designer's intentions by hierarchically analyzing and evaluating ambiguous decision problems. Therefore, in this study, effective optimal structure designs that maximally reflect the designer's intentions were confirmed by introducing AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and Neural Network into the foundational decision-making process of engineering design.

        디스플레이 기술이 다양한 상품으로 점차 발전함에 따라 소비자가 선호하는 디스플레이 유형을 선택할 수 있는 효과적이고 객관적인 비교 평가 방법이 필요하다. 그러나 객관적이고 주관적인 디스플레이 품질 평가 방법은 디스플레이가 상이한 특성을 가지므로 다양한 디스플레이에서 일반적으로 유사하지 않다. 이에, 본 논문은 상대적으로 특성이 서로 다른 디스플레이의 인지 화질 평가를 위해 분석 네트워크 프로세스 (ANP)를 사용하여 이들 디스플레이의 상대적 화질 을 평가할 수 있는 체계적인 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 평가 방법의 검증은 4 개의 모바일 디스플레이를 사용하여 평가 되었고, 주관적 평가와 제안한 방법의 선호도가 일치함을 보였다.

        Park Jae-hyun & Kim Han-sham. 2015. “Study on Development of Broadcasting Language Assessment Scales using Analytic Hierarchy Process”. The Sociolinguistic Journal of Korea 23(3). 91~112. Existing discussions about assessment scales of broadcasting language had different assessment items according to the point of view and there were many restrictions to actually use them because no consideration was made to importance of assessment items. This study aims to develop assessment scales with high validity and effectiveness for broadcasting language. For this, logical structure of evaluation category and assessment items of broadcasting language were drawn on the basis of advanced researches on requirements for broadcasting language. With respect to evaluation category and assessment items of broadcasting language, weight rating was conducted on 14 Korean language experts and 14 broadcasting experts using the analytic hierarchy process. As for the evaluation category based on assessment result, relative importance was calculated in the order of fairness(31.5%), publicness(26.15%), accuracy(24.75%), and soundness(17.60%). As for the evaluation items, ranking was determined in the order of ‘Do you use expressions with low dignity?’, ‘Do you use discriminatory expressions?’, ‘Do you use biased expressions?’, and ‘Was incorrect transcription exposed on the subtitles?’ In addition to this, discussion was made about differences in evaluation outcome of Korean language experts and broadcasting experts.

        The efficient safety estimation for a business should analyze an accident data by considering every possible and potential factor. Thus, we consider several factors to build the safety estimation model to meet fairness and rationality. This paper present the yearly statistic data of accident from KOSHA analyze the data by industry, scale, year of service of a employee, age and other factors; build the safety estimation model for the business based on the accident report derived the analysis. The estimation model is established by the weights for accident type, degree, scale, industry, year of service, and age of the employee derived from ANP(Analytic Network Process).

        This study identifies influential factors for invigorating the public management office (PMO) system for system integration (SI) projects in public sectors and analyzes the priority of each factor from the point of different stakeholders, i.e., owners, SI company, and PMO. Based on the literature review, four first-level influential factors are identified: legal system maintenance, owner’s capability, SI company’s capability, and PMO’s capability. Among them, the PMO’s capability is determined as the most critical factor by all the stakeholders. Among the second-level influential factors, the capabilities of professional engineers and project managers are considered as important among the PMO’s capability, whereas the reasonable consulting fee is considered as the most critical factor among the legal system maintenance. With respect to each stakeholder, project management capability is considered as the most important factor for owners, while the reasonable consulting fee is considered as the most important factor for PMO.

        우리나라 현행 지역별 해상 기름회수능력 기준은 해당 지역의 입출항 및 통항선박 크기, 과거 해양오염사고 유출량을 기준으로 설정되었는데, 이는 사고후 환경적인 영향 측면이 고려되지 않은 상태이다. 본 연구에서는 지역별 해상 기름회수능력을 설정할 목적으로 7개 항목에 대한 지역별 현황을 조사·분석하여 정규화한 결과와 계층분석과정을 이용하여 도출한 가중치를 바탕으로 권역내 각 지역별 위험도를 산출하였다. 산출된 위험도를 바탕으로 권역내 확보해야 하는 해상 기름회수능력인 7,500㎘를 해당 지역의 위험도에 따라 해상 기름회수능력을 결정하여 지역별 적정 해상 기름회수능력을 제시하였다. 해양사고의 원인적인 측면 뿐만 아니라 환경·경제적인 측면까지 고려하여 제시된 지역별 해상기름회수능력 설정치는 현행 기준에 의한 설정치보다 균형적인 배치분포를 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

        This study presents the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a potential decision-making method for obtaining the relative weights of alternatives through pairwise comparison in the context of hierarchical structure. The aim of this study was to elicit prior strategies for brand communication for Korean restaurants overseas. We created a questionnaire and surveyed experts at government agencies, restaurant companies, and universities from October to November 2011. By applying the pairwise comparison matrix, relevance was perceived as a more important strategy evaluation criteria than effectiveness or urgency. The highest-ranked strategy was the 'Identification of the BI and positioning of Korean restaurants' followed by 'Development of Korean food content for overseas promotion', 'Development of locally customized Korean food recipes and new Korean menus', 'Development of marketing communication strategies for Korean restaurants by countries', and 'Development of Korean restaurant differentiation strategies'. The results of this study can be used for effective Korean food globalization by enhancing the competitiveness in the world market.

        세계화의 흐름에 따라 농업공간이 전통적 사회공간에서 국제적 경제공간으로 탈바꿈하고 있음에도 불구하고 국내의 농업 입지에 관한 계량적 연구는 매우 제한적으로 이루어져왔다. 특히, 미래의 시장성이 기대되는 작물인 복분자는 곡물대체 상업작물로서 지역적 특화에 성공하였다. 하지만, 농업 클러스터로서 복분자에 대한 자연⋅인문 환경을 고려한 입지연구는 현재까지 진행되지 못했으며, 일반적인 농산업 클러스터 입지 연구 조차도 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 농업입지 연구의 특성과 한국의 농업입지에 관한 기존의 선행연구를 검토하고 경상도 지역에서 복분자 클러스터가 입지할 수 있는 최적지를 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 공간통계기법인 Kriging을 이용하여 공간데이터를 구축하였으며, 다기준 분석법(Multi-Criteria Analysis)의 하나인 Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) 기법을 이용하여 복분자 클러스터 입지 요인들의 중요도에 따른 가중치를 산출한 후 최적의 입지를 도출하였다. 그 결과, 경상북도 남서쪽 지역, 경상남도의 서쪽지역과 중앙부 지역, 남쪽 해안가 지역 등이 복분자 클러스터의 최적지로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 경상도 내 복분자의 지역적 특화에 대해 실질적인 활용 가치를 지니며, 관련 담당자나 농업인에게 유용한 정보를 제공해 줄 것으로 기대된다. 또한 공간분석 방법을 적용한 농업의 최적 입지모델을 제시한다.

        This study tries to grasp common problems which most companies utilizing CRM are facing and present solutions to such problems in utilizing CRM. For these purposes, we try to determine the most important and most urgent factors in CRM utilization by using AHP, one of the Multi-criteria decision-making methods proposed by Satty. AHP is widely used for determining relative magnitude per evaluation item, i. e. priority on problems and is expected to make more systematic and objective evaluations than conventional methods do. Even in the present situation where any general criterion on CRM dose not exist, utilization of CRM is expected to be actively continued, which will cause many problems.         Today's environment of enterprise is changing, They have to face customer' demands with the right product, the right service and supply them at the right time. And also cut down logistics and inventory cost and bring up the profit as much as they can. This means the change of putting enterprise first in importance to putting customer first importance. therefore to correspond to customer's demand, shorting lead time is becoming a essential condition. The answer to this changes of environment is supply chain management. In this paper, It consolidates the necessity on a LTV(Life Time Value) and analyzes data which is concerned of Customer Value. Under the these environments, defines the LTV(Life Time Value) rule that can improve the customer value. We solved this problems using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) for consistency at relationship matrix, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) is based on Saaty's consistency rate. If consistency rate is under 0.1 point, preference rate's weights are acceptable. This study develop a program for AHP weights and support Satty's consistency rate.

        In this study, the relative importance for the perception of managers on the comprehensive rural village development projects was evaluated using the AHP method. The fields for evaluation were 4 fields including human relationships, working conditions, work compensation and work burnout. Also, the relative importance for the perception of managers and priority order were analyzed through 15 evaluation items. The analysis result shows that the human relationships among 4 fields were regarded as the most important field, followed by work compensation, working conditions and work burnout. Also, the relationship with the chairperson for the human relationships, continuity of employment for the working conditions, salary for work compensation, and mental stress for work burnout were considered respectively as the most important item. Also, salary among all evaluation items was considered as the most important item for the relative importance, followed by continuity of employment, relationship with village residents and mental stress. However, work load, consulting firms, impersonal treatment and the relations between the administration showed relatively low importance and priority order. It is considered that this analysis result will be used as important preliminary data for establishing the role of manager in the comprehensive rural village development project.

        This paper presents a new behavior planning scheme for autonomous robots, allowing them to handle various objects used in our daily lives. The key idea underlying the proposed scheme is to use affordance concepts that provide a robot with action possibilities triggered by a relation between the robot and objects around it. Specifically, the robot attempts to find the affordances and to determine the most adequate action among them. Through a series of the perception processes, robot motions can be planned and performed to complete assigned tasks. What is of particular importance from the practical point of view is a decision making capability to determine the best choice by comparing the human’s body characteristics and behavioral patterns as criteria with action possibilities as alternatives. For this, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) technique is employed to systematically evaluate the correlation between the criteria and the alternatives. Moreover, the alternatives arranged in order of priority through the decision making process enable the robot to have redundant solutions for the assigned task, resulting in flexible motion generation. The effectiveness and validity of the proposed scheme are verified by performing extensive simulations using objects of our daily use.

        본 논문은 국내게임산업기술 동향을 파악하고 현재 개발된 게임들의 완성도를 상대평가 하는데 필요한 게임개발수준의 정량화 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 게임제작회사(11명), 유통회사(7명), 프로게이머(10명)를 대상으로 실시한 설문조사를 통해 얻은 자료로 게임개발구성요소별 가중치를 계층분석과정을 사용하여 계산하는 방법을 제안하고, 산출된 가중치를 이용하여 게임완성도를 스코어로 정량화 시켰다. 가중치를 적용시켜 얻은 장르별 게임완성도 및 선택된 35가지의 게임 에 대한 각각의 게임완성도 스코어를 히스토그램으로 나타내어 분석하고, 이들의 게임개발구성요소별 평가스코어를 작성하여 국내 게임산업 기술의 현주소를 파악함과 동시에 앞으로의 발전 방향을 제시하였다.
