        본 연구의 목적은 스마트시티 구축의 핵심인 수소연료전지의 활용형태를 분석하고 해결방안을 제시하는 것이다. 수소연료전지를 활용하는 발전소의 경우 간헐성 문제가 없다는 장점 때문에 향후 가장 유망한 사용 형태로 분석됐다. 다만 많은 장점에도 불구하고 폭발 우려와 특정 수소 생산방식의 경우 이산화탄소 발생 문제 등으로 지역주민들의 반발이 지속적 으로 나타나고 있어 이를 해결하는 것이 스마트시티 구축의 주요 관건이 될 것으로 분석된다. 마지막으로 현재의 수소 생산 방식을 분석하고 이에 따른 문제점을 파악하여 스마트시티의 완전한 구축을 위한 해결책을 제시하였다.

        This study was conducted to evaluate effects of various eco light sources with various lighting distance in ‘Viking’ rose (Rosa spp.) on the growth and flowering quality to be applied for farm sites. Treatment included 10-, 20-, and 30-RL (-BL, -RBL, -FL, and -IL), which referred to red LED (blue LED, red+blue LED, fluorescent, and incandescent) lighting at 10 cm, 20 cm, 30 cm respectively, apart from flowers. NL referred to natural light as a control. Growth and flowering of ‘Viking’ rose were non-destructively measured at 4, 6, and 8 weeks after treatment (WAT). FL treatment increased plant height at 4, 6, and 8 WAT, regardless of lighting distance, with the shortest height observed for the NL-treated flowers. 30 RL treatment also increased plant height at 6 and 8 WAT. Stem diameter and number of leaves were not significantly different for all the treatments at 8 WAT, with the lowest values observed for RBL treated-flowers among the light source treatments. Number of root was the greatest for the 30 BL-treated flowers (10.0) but the fewest for the 30 FL (4.7). Length of flower neck at 6 WAT was the extended by 6~7 cm in the 10 FL and 20 FL treatments as well as by 5~6 cm in the 20 RL and 30 RL treatments, inducing 100% of flowering. NL increased a* (29) of flower color, with the lowest value (10) observed for 20 RL. All things considered, 30 RL would be the best interaction treatment of source and distance of eco light to improve plant height and flowering quality of ‘Viking’ rose.

        This study conducted a basic experiment to build vibration power generation system that has no limit of location to install, has consistent generation all the time regardless of weather changes, and forecast power supply. The vibration power generation system applies vibration energy occurring from cars driving on the bridge to infrastructure facilities by using Faraday's law and changing into electric energy. As a basic experiment study to build the vibration power generation system infra, this study suggested a non-powered self-generator and analyzed a relationship with electromotive force of vibration energy and the vibration generator through analysis of dynamic characteristics of the vibration generator and the interior experiment in order to lead and verify the formula generating electromotive force.

        The green craze has hit all the world lately. The green revolution which means immense changes for sustainable development under the new environment-economy system is foretelling that we should have new angle to the environment and economy. This paper is about the development of the model and indicators for construction of ECO(Energy Circulating Organic)-Village which is the green growth option of local community. This model is composed of three concepts - SPDC (about procedural methodology of Model), Virtuous Circle (about functional relationships of three requisites), Network (about spatial relationships between communities) - and evaluation indicators. Environment, tourism, industry (Energy & Organic Agriculture) are set as the three requisites for green growth of local community. Nations of the world plunge into the green war which is silent, general, sweeping changes. We can not win this war with the existing thinking system and policy. We need revolutionary changes reconsidering of environmental value and sustainable development strategy of the region. Each of us should go through the changes and this work would be the one among those efforts.
