낭만주의 시대의 마지막 시인으로 자처한 예이츠는 꿈을 진리로 간주하며 꿈을 유달리 귀하게 여겨왔다. 그는 꿈만이 이성적 인간에게는 전혀 보이지 않는 내면을 투시하게 해준다고 믿었던 시인이다. 세상을 진정으로 이해하는 길을 열어주는 것은 얄팍한 과학지식이 아니라 꿈이라는 것이다. 논자는 예이츠 시에 나타난 꿈을 네 가지 속성 즉 환상, 비전, 상상력, 계시로 구분하여 꿈의 특성을 밝혀본다. 특히 이번 논문에서는 꿈의 다른 형태인 환상과 비전에 초점을 맞추어 분석할 것이다. 결론적으로 예이츠 시에 나타난 꿈은 단일한 의미가 아니라 맥락에 따라 다양한 의미를 드러낸다는 점이다.

This study focused on the relief <Recreation of Man>(1937-1938) installed in the League of Nations’s building and the relief is the biggest work of Eric Gill. Unlike <Christ and Moneychanger>(1922-1923) in which Gill accused and directly rebuked the contradictions of society through the episode that appeared in the New Testament, <Recreation of Man> is the work of interpretation on the theme related to creation of man in the Old Testament from Gill’s view, and of Christian imagery towards the international community. Eric Gill decided the topic, to maximize both the position of the League of Nations as a leader of international order of postwar and the British government as a donor. In this process, Eric Gill was figuratively shaping Christian vision and the critical view against industrialized countries, including the United Kingdom government. Also, borrowing some of the Michelangelo’s <Creation of Adam> known in art history, he took the form of a unique three-sided altarpiece. Confirming the meaning of this work can be achieved by comprehensively analyzing the image and the inscribed sentence that can be seen in the unique method of Eric Gill. The Actual content of the religious poetry of the United Kingdom written in English and Latin, in the work, convey the idea that Eric Gill created the new world that built on the spirit of Christianity. Finally this sculpture work presents the role of the international organization called League of Nations expressed as art and, at the same time, the religious beliefs of Eric Gill about the world was manifested in the international monument.

This study proposes automation measures of anti-collision detection within EMS(Electrical Mono Rail System). EMS is a full automation transport equipment mainly used in production process, such as car manufacturing planets, electronic factories and food processing plants among manufactures. This research paper presents a plan for creating a smart EMS and overcoming an weakness of EMS. The mechanical strength and durability are ensured in the expected major collision region by performing a CAE analysis. Automated equipment has to respond to a sudden accident which is based on the self-image recording function and wireless transmission function. This equipment will record a sudden crash course in real time and record it. This record eventually becomes known to distant places with users. Because of this equipment, the unexpected accident is prevented and is reduced a human damage and is expected to improve productivity. Therefore, this research results are as follows. The first, the full automated conveyor controller is developed within from 3 to 4 millimeter stop range according to increase of load weight in 1.5 tons. The second, wireless image recording system for the measures of unexpected accident is developed through the CAE analysis of main parts for the exact stop control. The most important final purpose of this research is developed the wireless image recording system for the unexpected accident.

본 연구는 상호작용공정성이 조직구성원들의 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 이들 사이의 관계에서 조직비전 인식의 조절효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 상호작용공정성은 중요한 연구주제 로서 상호작용공정성의 영향력과 상호작용공정성이 어떠한 상황적 조건에서 의미가 있는 지를 밝히는 것은 무척 중요하다. 상호작용공정성은 Colquitt(2001), Colquitt & Rodell(2011) 등의 연구를 기반으로 하여 대인관계공정성과 정보적공정성으로 구분하였다. 연구가설의 설정은 주효과 가설과 조절효과 가설로 설정하였다. 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상호작용공정성 중 정보적공정성은 혁신행동을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 대인관계공정성은 유의미한 영향력이 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 조직비전 인식은 혁신행동을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 조직비전 인식은 대인관계공정성이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향력에 있어서 조절역할을 수행하는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 정보적공정성은 조직구성원들의 혁신행동을 증가시키는 것으로 나타나 혁신행동의 중요한 선행변수임을 알 수 있었다. 더불어 조직비전 인식이 높은 경우에는 조직비전 인식이 낮은 경우에 비해 대인관계공정성이 높을수록 더욱 혁신행동을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 결국 조직비전이 명료하며 이를 조직구성원들이 잘 공유하고 있다고 인식할수록 대인관계공정성의 긍정적 영향력은 더욱 확대된다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 상호작용공정성이 혁신행동에 중요한 선행변수라는 것을 규명하였다는 점에서 의의를 가질 수 있다. 또한 조직비전 인식의 역할을 살펴봄으로써 조직비전을 조직구성원들에게 공유시키고 명료하게 제시하는 것이 대인관계공정성을 통해 조직구성원들의 혁신행동을 이끌어 낸다는 것을 규명하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

본 연구는 조직정치 지각이 조직변화에 대한 저항에 미치는 영향력과 이들 변수들의 관계에 있어서 조직비전 및 리더비전 인식의 조절효과를 실증적으로 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 조직구성원들이 조직정치를 지각하면 조직이 추구하는 변화에 저항하며, 이때 조직비전과 리더비전의 인식 수준에 따라 조직정치 지각의 영향력이 달라진다는 것이다. 조직구성원들의 변화저항은 심리적 저항과 행동적 저항으로 구분하였다. 연구가설은 주효과 가설과 조절효과 가설을 설정하였다. 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조직정치 지각은 조직구성원들의 조직변화에 대한 저항을 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직비전과 리더비전 인식은 조직구성원들의 변화저항에 유의미한 영향력을 미치지 못하였다. 마지막으로 조직비전 인식은 조직정치 지각이 변화저항에 미치는 영향력에 있어서 조절역할을 수행하는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 조직정치 지각은 조직구성원들의 조직변화에 대한 저항을 증가시키는 것으로 나타나 조직정치 지각이 변화저항에 중요한 선행변수임을 알 수 있었다. 더불어 조직비전 인식이 높은 경우 조직정치 지각이 조직변화에 대한 저항에 미치는 영향력은 조직비전 인식이 낮은 경우보다 더욱 크게 나타나고 있었다. 이는 조직비전이 명료하며 이를 조직구성원들이 잘 공유하고 있다고 인식할수록 조직정치 지각이 조직변화 저항에 미치는 부정적 영향력은 더욱 확대된다는 것이다. 본 연구는 조직구성원들의 변화저항에 있어 조직정치 지각이 중요한 선행변수라는 것을 규명하였다는 점에서 의의를 가질 수 있다. 더불어 조직비전 인식의 역할을 살펴봄으로써 조직비전을 명료하게 공유하는 것도 중요하지만, 조직정치를 감소시켜야만 조직구성원들을 조직변화 노력에 동참하도록 유도할 수 있다는 것을 밝혔다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

The foundation of any association or organization should include a mission, a vision, and strategic goals. Vision and mission are frequently discussed in academic and practitioner literature and accepted as key items in strategic decisions. But in these days, the words“change and crisis”are what companies are familiar with. They bringing about uncertainty led the companies to search for new strategies in order to specify their directions. In case of making proper direction for some organization, the role of management philosophy is most important. And also identifying, clarifying and communicating the management philosophy is now a major part of the planning process. This study examines the characteristics of management philosophy items which including mission and vision in Korean fisheries business with contents analysis. in order to achieve these purpose, this research analysing the mission, vision and CEO’s greeting with the social network analysis(SNA) which is the most dominant technique in contents analysis. The SNA is evaluated that most popular, rigorous and firm methodology for analyzing, examining and revising some concepts or objects in the context of semantics. The findings of social network analysis show that some critical problems are existed. First, most of the fisheries company did not fully announce the mission and vision irrespective of one’s size or scale. Second, there is some coverage insufficiency of stakeholders in mission and vision. And cutting edge topics like environmental problem, corporate social responsibility, consumer sovereignty are not included in management philosophy.

서구문학사에 있어서 모더니즘과 포스트모더니즘의 영향으로 인해, 사무엘 베케트의 『막판』에 대한 지금까지의 연구는 작품 속에서의 풍부한 성경적 인유의 의미를 간과해온 측면이 있고, 주로 현대사회에서의 인간실존에 대한 부조리성이나 혹은 현대인의 삶에 대한 풍자적 관점만을 다루어져온 측면이 있다. 고등 문학비평 이론의 홍수 속에 “문학과 종교” 연구가들이 작품 속의 종교적 의미를 밝혀냄에 있어 위축된 측면이 있었지만, 디오도 아도르노, 질 들뢰즈, 알랭바디우 등과 같은 신마르크스주의자들은 “부정성,” “리좀,” “유적인 것” 등의 개념을 통하여 베케트 작품에 대한 새로운 읽기의 가능성을 보여준다. 따라서 베케트 작품에 나오는 “부정적 특질”이 항상 부정적인 것만을 의미하는 것이 아니고, 베케트의 특별한 글쓰기의 전략임을 알 필요가 있다. 『막판』에서 보이는 “부정적 특질”은 풍부한 성경적 인유에 의해 제시되는 종말론적 비전으로서의 파루시아에 대한 가능성을 조명하고 있는 것이다.

본 연구는 조직구성원들의 조직비전 인식이 조직변화에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향력과 이들 변수들의 관계에 있어서 조직신뢰의 역할을 실증적으로 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 조직비전 인식은 명료성, 공유성으로 구분하였으며, 조직변화에 대한 태도는 인지적 요소와 행동적 요소로 구분하였다. 조직비전이 명료하다고 인식하고 조직비전이 조직구성원들에게 공유되어 있다고 인식하는 조직구성원들은 조직에 대해 신뢰하고 이를 통해 조직변화에 대해 긍정적인 태도를 형성한다는 것이다.

This paper focuses on A. R. Ammons's vision of plants and fungi in the light of ecology and post-modernism. Ammons incorporated ecological and post-modern symbol of plants and fungi including lichen, moss, weed and grass into his poetry. He also recognizes values in the seemingly insignificant, and finds the hidden meanings of the common, the little, the small, the unnoticed, and the lowly. Ammons already disclosed the importance and values of these little things in the ecosystem of nature. While looking at what is lowly, he found the absolute and symbiotic relationship among the lowly, the hidden, and the unnoticed. In general, three kingdoms of classification consist of fungi, plants and animals in scientific terms. In this paper, I chose two kingdoms, which have the symbolic meanings. Ammons values the periphery and the dark over the beautiful, which man prefers. To deconstruct the opposites, he ventures to overturn the artificial or man-made hierarchy of nature. The evidence that Ammons overturned the hierarchy is indicated in that he valued those that are common, unnoticed, lowly, and insignificant in his poetry. This ecological vision of Ammons coincides with the deconstructive strategy of Derrida, in that they both resist aqainst the violent unity by which human reason controls in nature.

This paper presents a method of measuring the 6 DOF　motion of a micro object using images taken of interference fringes projected onto the object. Information from the fringe patterns allows for extracting the 6 DOF motion of the object in one image, allowing for real time measurement of the object's pose. This measurement technique is applied to a visual servo control scheme where the object's 6 DOF　motion is controled. Experimental results of the developed system are presented.

우리는 갑오개혁(1894)을 우리나라 근대교정의 태동으로 본다. 과거 신체형 위주의 형벌이 오늘날 교정교화를 위한 자유형 중심으로 전환되었기 때문이다. 그러나 이어진 일제강점기의 교정은 철저히 식민지배의 수단으로 전락했고, 해방이후에도 6.25동란과 불안정한 정치적 상황은 현대 교정이념을 실현하는 데 많은 장애가 되었다. 그러나 1980년대 중반 이후 불어 닥친 우리사회의 민주화를 향한 열망은 2000년대 들어 인권의식을 급격히 신장시켰고, 교정 또한 그동안의 교정관행으로는 더 이상 국민의 의식수준을 따라잡기 어려운 환경에 이르러, 마침내 2007년 행형법을 전면개정하게 되었다. 이것은 일제 강점기 이후 지속되어온 통제적 교정관행을 타파하고, 민주사회가 요구하는 인권보장과 수용질서 확립이라는 이중의 목표 수행을 위한 교정의 새로운 시대를 알리는 신호탄이었다. 그러나 법 개정이후 5년여의 시간이 흐른 지금, 교정공무원의 의식은 아직도 새로운 법 정신을 충분히 살릴 만큼 바뀌지 않았다는 평가를 받고 있는 것이 사실이다. 이에 본 연구자는 교정행정의 최고 책임자로서 개정 법제에 맞춘 새로운 교정의 비전과 명확한 정책목표를 제시하여 교정의 실질적 변화를 위한 정책전략을 모색하고자 한다. ‘품격있는 일류교정’을 비전으로 삼고, ‘따뜻하고 희망주는 교정’, ‘근거에 기초하는 교정’, ‘신뢰받는 교정’, ‘자부심이 느껴지는 교정’을 4대 목표로 하여 수립된 11개의 정책방향이 그것이다.

미래는 창의력과 도전정신이 요구되는 시대다. 미래는 다양성이 존중되는 시대다. 미래는 소통과 상생이 배어있는 시대다. 이를 통틀어서 미래는 배움의 시대다. 다가오는 미래는 새로운 가능성과 기회를 부여한다. 이를 위해 기존의 학교는 스스로의 가치와 역할에 대해서 다시금 반추해볼 필요가 있다. 지금까지 실행해 온 학교교육의 내용과 방법이 과연 미래 사회에도 충분히 적용 가능할 것인지에 대한 원론적인 질문부터 시작해야 할 것이다. 지금의 학교교육이 지닌 한계를 직시하고 이를 극복할 수 있는 미래 지향적인 학교교육의 비전과 방향을 수립하는 일이 필요한 시간이다. 미래 학교교육의 성패는 인간 본성으로서의 배움을 여하히 드러내고 복원해내고 증진시켜 나가느냐에 달려있다. 학생들 각자가 지닌 잠재력과 배움력을 극대화 하는 작업이 미래의 학교교육에서 성취해 나가야 할 과업이다. 이를 위해서는 창의력과 도전정신을 함양할 뿐만 아니라, 다름을 인정할 수 있는 다양성을 배양하고, 나아가 언제 어디서든지 원하는 내용을 접하고 익히고 만들어 낼 수 있는 배움 정신을 회복하는 일이 미래 학교교육의 비전이며, 이를 바탕으로 열린교육, 대안교육, 배움의 교육이 미래 학교교육의 방향이 되어야 할 것이다.

예이츠는 『비전』의 제 3권 ｢심판받는 영혼｣에서 생과 사의 경계선에서의 6가지의 단계를 묘사하고 있다. 그의 진정한 목표는 이미 선험적으로 결정지어진 “존재의 통일에 이르는 길,” 더 나아가서는 “문화의 통일” 또는 “다문화”와 “초국가”의 길에 이르는 연단의 문제였고, 결국 보편적인 영혼의 초문화/초국가적인 시학의 지형도를 그려내는 작업이었다. 이미 먼저 온 “앞선 미래”의 영혼의 눈은 초국가주의 시학을 예견하고 있었고, 예이츠의 ｢심판받는 영혼｣은 바로 이 시학의 중핵을 이루는 중요한 증언이 되고 있다.

As an art group, De Stijl (1917-1931) led a total art movement encompassing painting, sculpture, design, and architecture. Among these, architecture, as a model of the total art pursued by the group, was encapsulated by the term ‘plastic architecture.’ The term reflects architecture's shared features with plastic art, especially its pictorial characteristics. Firstly, De Stijl architecture shares geometric form with painting. Assembled in simple, clear and rational structures, the geometric forms signified universal forms, and extended the pictorial experimentation that Mondrian exercised through Neo-Plasticism to architecture. Constructed with colour fields made of concrete wall, De Stijl architecture is geometric abstract painting embodied in space. Together with such pictorial characteristics, large plate glass windows, narrow window frames, and cantilever structure minimize the building's visual weight. De Stijl architecture, which appears suspended in the air, is an architectural version of the abstract paintings of the era that revealed unknown spaces beyond perspective. De Stijl architecture is also an ‘open’ architecture, where the units placed as if radiating from the center form relations with each other flexibly and organically. The observer in such a space is encouraged to experience space within time, as his/her physical and visual mobility and extension are maximized. De Stijl architecture is an example of how the time-space continuum, represented within picture frame through Cubism, Futurism, and abstract art, can be realized in space. By transforming the ideal space of painting into real space in this way, ‘plastic architecture’ turned out to be an architectural manifestation of the utopianism of the era, aimed at building a society in ‘perfect harmony.’ However, such rationalism and universalism are not free from the violence of totalization that deletes various differences. This is evident in the history that followed as the geometric form of architecture and urban planning proliferated across the globe, engulfing the diverse natural landscapes and local cultures.

사회복지의 올바른 실천을 위한 실천현장에서의 실습의 중요성은 매우 크다. 초보자로서의 실습생은 현장 업무에 대한 두려움이 많고, 전문가로서의 자질이 부족한 점이 많으므로, 이에 실습지도자의 올바른 리더가 중요하다. 지지적인 수퍼비전이 사기를 진작시키고, 목적달성도를 높이는 데에 큰 영향을 미치게 된다. 이에 본 서에서는 의료세팅에서의 활용가능한 기법 및 모델을 중심으로 현장적용시 보다 효율적인 결과를 기대할 수 있는 실습지도의 틀을 TCS를 중심으로 구성하였다. 또한 임상에서 실습지도를 하며 경험하였던 사항 중 개선의 필요성이 있는 부분을 찾아 이에 대한 실천 지침을 제시하였다.

This paper is an attempt to discuss Yeats's Four Faculties and symbolic approach in A Vision. He tried to search for how to make many symbols and images drawn in his poetry into one principle and theory and put it together in A Vision. He used Four Principles to explain the cycle of reincarnation while he made use of Four Faculties to show the stream of consciousness. He insists that we have many spiritual conflicts and pains. However we can solve this conflict and confrontation through the course of Four Faculties. He elaborately explains that this kind of stream of consciousness divides in Four Faculties and this travels on the phases of the moon in A Vision. These Four Faculties are Will, Mask, Creative Mind, and Body of Fate. Will is understood that what's the feeling has not become desire because there is no object to desire. Mask is understood the image of what we wish to become. Creative Mind meant intellect. And Body of fate is understood the physical and mental environment, the changing human body, and the stream of phenomena as this affects a particular individual, all that is forced upon us from without. Four Faculties movement means that the change of relative force in each pair of psychical function unites with the principle symbol of the 28 phases of moon. In a sense though this symbol is actually his own volition, this also has a beauty and mighty force. Transformation of the 28 phases of moon relates to cross over from the Primary to the Antithetical. Phase 15 and phase 1 emblematized the unity of Will and Creative Mind not moving and fixing. In phase 15, the feeling of introversion easily changes into the thought of introversion through material that is subjective image, or archetypical image. However in phase 1, the intuition of extroversion changes into the sensation of extroversion through the focus from without. These two phases make reconciliation rather than conflict. In conclusion, through the unity of subjective image, Unity with God, Unity with Nature, we experience the moment of tranquility in which reincarnation presents itself outside of cycle of phases. The synthesis from without opposed to the unity of image in the center of the Antithetical. Therefore Yeats shows the method of Unity with Nature, Unity with God, and Unity of Being in A Vision. However he insists the ideas of Unity of Being in his poems.

This paper discusses Yeats’s ideas on the transmigration of Souls in A Vision and his poems. Yeats creates the six levels of a human's reincarnation. He insists that Consciousness corresponds with one another in this life and the afterlife in A Vision. He thinks that Consciousness moves toward Will and goes in cycle in Faculties at the moment. However, Consciousness submerges Spirit in Principles and after Spirit unifies Celestial Body it becomes extinct. When Principles dominate the system in the afterlife, Spirit circulates in the system. Faculties have an effect on from birth to death in human, but although submerging in Faculties at the period, Principles have a tremendous impact on getting a new physical body in the afterlife. If a human passes away his body, Consciousness transfers from Faculties to Principles, also from Will to Spirit. And then it arrives at The Vision of Blood Kindred and Meditation. The Vision of Blood Kindred is the illusions of every past experience in Husk and Fascinate Body, resulted in final body. And Meditation is to disappear Husk and Fascinate Body and to appear Spirit and Celestial Body. After that, the stream of soul continuously changes into Return, Dreaming Back, Phantasmagoria, Shiftings, Beatitude, Purification, Foreknowledge step by step. Yeats described them as a cyclical course of afterlife in “Byzantium” and “The Man and the Echo.” In conclusion, a human is reborn in the afterlife through transferring from Principles to Faculties, also from Spirit to Will. The practical transition from Principles Gyre to Faculties Gyre takes place when Consciousness travels from Spirit to a new Husk. So a human passes away from this world and through the six courses of reincarnation in the afterlife. He is reborn in another world.
