        건물과 교량의 내진설계기준 제정작업이 활발하게 진행되고 있는 반면 탱크구조물에 대한 내진설계기준 제정작업은 아직 초기단계에 머무르고 있는 실정이다 탱크구조물이 지진에 의해 붕괴되는 경우 탱크자체의 파손 및 저장물의 손실에 의한 직접피해보다 저장물의 유출에 의한 피해파급이 더욱 심각한 상황을 초래할 수 있다 따라서 탱크구조물의 내진설계기준에는 탱크구조물의 동적 거동에 대한 해석 및 검토방법은 물론 이러한 피해파급을 최소할 수 잇는 조치가 포함되어야 한다 이논문에서는 원통형 액체저장 강탱크에 대한 내진설계기준의 제정에 필수적으로 고려해야 하는 설계개념과 원칙 해석방법 검토사항 및 피해파급 차단초치를 제시하였다.

        액체저장탱크 구조물은 지진에 의해 붕괴되는 경우 구조물의 파손 및 저장물의 손실에 의한 직접피해보다 파급효과(유독물질이나 오염물질의 유출로 지속적인 재산피해 및 환경파괴를 초래함)가 더욱 심각하므로 이러한 직, 간접적 피해를 최소화하기 위한 내진설계기준의 제정이 시급한 과제이다. 본 논문에서는 원통형 액체저장탱크의 내진설계기준을 마련하기 위한 기초작업으로 뉴질랜드지침과 오스트리아지침의 해석방법을 고찰하고, 수치해석 예의 결과를 비교하여 두 지침의 적용타당성 및 문제점을 제시하였다.

        후설치앵커는 굳은 콘크리트 부재에 설치되어 구조 부재간의 하중 전달 또는 비구조요소의 하중을 구조부재로 전달하는데 사용된다. 국내 후설치앵커는 2007년 콘크리트구조기준 개정에 처음 신설되었으며 기계식 후설치앵커의 설계법만 규정하였다. 2018년 10월 기준 개정에서는 부착식 후설치앵커 설계법도 추가되었으며 특히 부록에서 본문 22장으로 이동하였다. 2020 년 국가건설기준으로 반영되면 법적 기준의 지위를 갖게된다. 내진보강, 구조보강, 증축 및 리모델링을 비로한 구조 요소간 접합뿐 아니라 기계전기설비와 마감재 등 비구조요소를 구조부재에 연결에도 후설치앵커가 많이 사용된다. 이 연구에서는 구조기준의 개정사항을 분석하여 안전하고 경제적인 후설치앵커 설계방법을 제시하고자 한다.

        In this study, the temperature correction strength (Tn) was conducted to propose (Tn) according to the management age of structural concrete that is separated from the average curing temperature of 4°C to 17°C in cold conditions. After reviewing the strength difference of the concrete using fly ash as a combined material at W/C 50%, the temperature correction strength (Tn) is proposed. The temperature correction strength was proposed to compensate for differences with standard curing conditions due to decrease in curing temperature from 28th, 42nd, 56th and 91st of the models interpreted as equivalent age methods.

        This study aims to establish design and construction procedure in the fields of the repair and rehabilitation for existing concrete structures. The codes used in this study are ISO 16311 and ACI 562-16. The ISO 16311 and ACI 562-16 focused on maintenance and repair, respectively. After, we will make to design and construction guidelines to meet the domestic situation through analysis the repair and rehabilitation parts of the codes in detail.

        It is necessary to develop the damage function to cope with the increasing damage of steel transmission towers. A simplify analysis to evaluate the performance resistance capacity, which is essential for the development of the damage function, was performed. The 154kv power transmission towers installed between Sokcho and Yangyang were selected as the target structures. Wind loads were calculated and applied to the target structures according to the domestic transmission and distribution facility design standards. As a result of this study, displacement according to wind speed of the target structure was derived.

        This study examined the safety and reliability of code equations for the bond strength of FRP bars with concrete using test data compiled from the different sources. ACI equations have a better agreement with test results, whereas high overestimation is observed in JSCE equations.

        Meanwhile, reference evapotranspiration(ET0) is important information for agricultural management including irrigation planning and drought assessment, the database of reference evapotranspiration for future periods was rarely constructed especially at districts unit over the country. The Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 5 (CMIP5) provides several meteorological data such as precipitation, average temperature, humidity, wind speed, and radiation for long-term future period at daily time-scale. This study aimed to build a database for reference evapotranspiration using the climate forecasts at high resolution (the outputs of HadGEM3-RA provided by Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA)). To estimate reference evapotranspiration, we implemented four different models such as FAO Modified Penman, FAO Penman-Monteith, FAO Blaney-Criddle, and Thornthwaite. The suggested database system has an open architecture so that user could add other models into the database. The database contains 5,050 regions’ data for each four models and four Representative Concentration Pathways (RCP) climate change scenarios. The developed database system provides selecting features by which the database users could extract specific region and period data.

However, domestic technique level is much lower than that of advanced countries such as Europe. In this study, analysis on development trend of offshore wind turbine and design standard in Europe is carried out to develop the original design standard.

        Recently, Korea Bridge Design Code(KBDC) adapts to the Limit State Design method(L.S.D) in 2012 according to the liberalization of construction market and the flow of international standardization of the design criteria. However, Korea Infrastructure’s Safety Inspection Guideline(KISIG) are still following the bridge safety evaluation applying the A.S.D and U.S.D methods. In this study, introduction of PSC bridge safety evaluation with L.S.D considered the traditional safety evaluation compared to the ASD and USD methods.
