        The development of this technology produced the design of welding mesh automation system and obtained the following results. 1. The performance criteria of this research and development were higher than this, resulting in more than 300 N/㎟ of disconnection and more than 250N/㎟ of double wire. Double wire also obtained values of as low as 521 N/㎟ and as high as 623 N/㎟ 2. We compared the bending strength of the single mesh and the dual mesh by the bending test, and the result is 1692N of the average of single-mesh and 487N of double wire welded mesh. 3. As a result of the test, 64 minutes of abs of 5mm wire were 112 minutes of each. The welding speed was constant and stable.

        Molding is the root industry of the manufacturing as a means to mass-produce developed prototypes. Molds are typically divided into injection molds and press mold industries. Injection molds produce the products by injection of molten plastic into a mold, and press molds are molded and bended plate. The ejection system, such as eject pins, is used to separate the manufactured products from the mold, which involves a number of hole operations. Location, diameter and depth of holes are often tabulated and managed collectively when designing 2D drawings. The design efficiency was realized by applying CATIA Automation to the 3D model and bringing in the data of the holes in the Excel data.

        구조물의 『3차원 설계』는 성공적인 BIM(building information modeling) 정착을 위한 핵심 기술이다. 이를 위해 다양한 BIM 라이브러리들이 개발되고 있지만 선형기반으로 구조물이 가설되는 교통 인프라의 설계업무에 적용하기에는 한계가 있다. 상용화된 BIM 소프트웨어들이 지원하는 라이브러리를 계획된 선형을 기반으로 구조물이 가설되는 교통 인프라의 설계 업무에 적용하는 것은 사용성 측면에서 한계가 있다. 더욱이 조합을 고려하지 않고 개발된 라이브러리로 생성된 모델은 다양한 설계변경 상황에 대응하기가 쉽지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 교통인프라 구조물인 철도 교량을 대상으로, 유관 시설 또는 부재에 대한 3차원 객체를 설계변경에 효율적으로 대처할 수 있도록 매개변수 기법을 적용한 ‘BIM기반 3D 모델 생성 자동화 모듈’을 구축하였다. 모듈의 주요기능은 기준선형을 바탕으로 기준경로를 도출하고 다른 객체와의 조합을 고려하여 목표객체를 연장 및 배열하는 것이다. 또한 모듈의 조합으로 구성된 철도교량의 통합모델에 대하여 설계변수를 입력할 수 있는 사용자 인터페이스를 구성하여 설계변경 대응능력에 대한 적용성을 검증하였다.

        Inventory inspection is an important task to eliminate the inconsistency between real assets and inventory management systems, and it is performed periodically at the site. In the case of a large-sized property, it is mainly managed in an outdoor workshop or a warehouse. However, due to the large area of the outdoor area, it is relatively difficult to identify the quantity and location of the property and is also vulnerable to theft. To solve this problem, we proposed a method and system for performing a warehouse inventory inspection using an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) and Bluetooth low energy (BLE) beacons. The proposed method has the following advantages. First of all, if we carry out inventory inspection by utilizing UAV, we can minimize user’s effort compared to existing methods. The method of recognizing the asset by attaching the BLE beacon is more costly than using the existing RFID technology, but it is advantageous because the recognition distance is increased and the battery life of the tag is drastically increased. We also designed a BLE beacon reader for the system and implemented a prototype to show the feasibility of the proposed system. The prototype is based on Genuino 101, which is a kind of arduino, and adds HM-10 and Neo-6m modules to provide Bluetooth and GPS functions. The BLE beacon reader was tested in outdoor, and attached in drone. We also developed an inventory checking system based on the web to display results of inventory checking. The proposed approach enables the users to automate the operation of inventory checking on an outdoor warehouse.

        This study aimed to analyze the profitability and economic feasibility of hairtail trolling line gear that was developed for the last 3 years (2015-2017). The new fishing gear technology development was accomplished to solve the current problem of fishermen shortage in hairtail targeting fisheries in Jeju region. Results indicated that the profitability of developed hairtail trolling line fishery was estimated to be 36.1 % which would be higher than that of other hairtail targeting fisheries in Jeju region. In addition, as an economic feasibility, the net present value and the internal rate of return of a 20-year cash inflow and outflow were evaluated to be 400.2 million won and 66.9 %, respectively. However, sensitivity analyses of main variables showed that the profitability and economic feasibility would be vulnerable to catch amount and market condition changes.

        This paper suggests a specific model that could efficiently improve the interaction and the interface between MES(Manufacturing Execution System) server and POP(Point of Production) terminal through electronic document server and electronic pen, bluetooth receiver and form paper in disassembly and process inspection works. The proposed model shows that the new method by electronic document automation system can more efficiently perform to reduce processing time for maintenance work, compared with the current approach by handwritten processing system. It is noted in case of the method by electronic document automation system that the effects of proposed model are as follows; (a) While the processing time per equipment for maintenance by the current method was 300 minutes, the processing time by the new method was 50 minutes. (b) While the processing error ratio by the current method was 20%, the error ratio by the new method was 1%.

        Seafood is attracting attention as a future food industry. In recent years, the demand for fishery equipment of mechanization, automation, and unmanned was increased due to the environment affected by seafood processing, stricter regulations on safety, decline and aging of fishery worker. Ark shell (Scapharca subcrenata) was being produced in many steps in the production process. The process has been made such as collection–landing–washing–first sort (goods/non-goods)–transports– second sort (size). It was undergone first and second steps by delivering to the consumer. Here, the first step is to sort goods to collection and the second step is to sort by size. The fishery workers need ten people in first step and six people in second step. The workload of one hour per kg is 4,247 kg/h in first step and 2,213 kg/h in second step. In addition, the goods ratio by work process was 79% in first step and 98% in the second step. In this process, a lot of fishery worker and working time is needed. Therefore, this study developed elemental techniques for an automated size sorting system considering the working process problem, time and situation for washing and sorting of ark shell.

        In this study, design and manufacturing automation systems for the rolling stone rolling stone production were as follows. Manufacturing of rolling stone was designed to obtain a desired rolling round for about 5-15° by the tilted the tilted the slope of the road rolling barrel. This stone can be manufactured by the conflicting with each other inside the barrel. Additionally, the stone cutting device was made to cut the stone having the standard sizes of this rolling stone about 100x100x100 mm for height, width, depth, respectively. Rolling stone was transferred to a cutting device using a conveyor belt, while a rubber on the conveyor belt was used to prevent the slip between the stone and this conveyor belt. The production of this rolling stone device was measured by a counter system, which was installed at the end of the conveyor belt bottom of the outlet.

        Companies build the factory automation system to improve management effectiveness and productivity as prime strategies for sustainable growth. But most companies undergo various trials and errors while carrying out the project without elaborate preparation stage for factory automation. In this study, we tried to verify what factors are critical to effectively building distribution automation system, which is a branch of factory automation system. A consulting model for setting up a Material Handling Automation System by utilizing the Stage-Gate Process, which is product development process was studied. 29 material handling automation projects carried out between the year 1990 to 2013 at K-Company were selected. Interviews with the project managers, operators and maintenance personnels, various records and current status of the projects were used as data for structural equations based on the Milan consulting model and existing researches of factory automation, CIM for material handling automation. Creating effective basis of production, material handling system and energy saving system with expert review, when preparing a material handling automation project, help promote the project planning thus contributing to the performance of the resulting system, which appears though rather weakly in our data. Also the effect of material handling automation can be enhanced through sufficient and effective links to the relevant environments such as production logistics management and automated warehouses. More detailed planning characteristics of project promotion or some time-series data of effective Material Handling Automation System could enhace furthur studies. We propose a consulting model for setting up an efficient material handling automation system.

        In an automated industry PLC plays a central role to control the automation system. Therefore, fault free operation of PLC controlled automation system is essential in order to maximize a firm’s productivity. A prior test of control system is a practical way to check fault operations, but it is a time consuming job and can not check all possible fault operation. A formal verification of PLC program could be a best way to check all possible fault situation. Tracing the history of the study on formal verification, we found three problems, the first is that a formal representation of PLC control system is incomplete, the second is a state explosion problem and the third is that the verification result is difficult to use for the correction of control program. In this paper, we propose a transformation method to reproduce the control system correctly in formal model and efficient procedure to verify and correct the control program using verification result. To demonstrate the proposed method, we provided a suitable case study of an automation system.

        This study proposes automation measures of anti-collision detection within EMS(Electrical Mono Rail System). EMS is a full automation transport equipment mainly used in production process, such as car manufacturing planets, electronic factories and food processing plants among manufactures. This research paper presents a plan for creating a smart EMS and overcoming an weakness of EMS. The mechanical strength and durability are ensured in the expected major collision region by performing a CAE analysis. Automated equipment has to respond to a sudden accident which is based on the self-image recording function and wireless transmission function. This equipment will record a sudden crash course in real time and record it. This record eventually becomes known to distant places with users. Because of this equipment, the unexpected accident is prevented and is reduced a human damage and is expected to improve productivity. Therefore, this research results are as follows. The first, the full automated conveyor controller is developed within from 3 to 4 millimeter stop range according to increase of load weight in 1.5 tons. The second, wireless image recording system for the measures of unexpected accident is developed through the CAE analysis of main parts for the exact stop control. The most important final purpose of this research is developed the wireless image recording system for the unexpected accident.

        Vehicle crash analysis a lot of time and manpower in preprocessing for analysis rather than analysis in analytical studies of the situation that is being committed. In this studies involving conflict with an existing automation system of the body is mainly optimized for a particular field, and researchers think that is an inconvenience that can be used in stone until a comprehensive analysis of the bodywork of each study. Therefore, it is very important to development of automotive system for vehicle crash analysis, the research related studies were carried out. In this study, vehicle crash analysis is performed against that can be used for multiple and effectively utilized by system based meshing in an aim to reduce the time and resource that by developing an automotive system. The results of the study, it was possible to construct an automated system the more time consuming mesh generation for vehicle crash analysis.

        철근 공사에는 원청 건설사, 골조 전문건설사, 배근시공도 작성자, 철근 가공장, 감독/감리사, 구조설계자 등 다수의 업무 주체가 참여하고 있으나 이들간의 합리적인 협업이 이루어질 수 있는 업무 프로세스가 구축되어 있지 않아 비효율을 초래할 가능성이 높다. 특히 철근공사는 RC골조 품질에 결정적 영향을 주는 업무이지만 참여 주체간 원활한 협업 부재로 인하여 골조의 품질 저하, 생산성 감소, 공기 지연 등 많은 문제를 야기하고 있다. 그러므로 RC골조공사는 혁신이 매우 시급한 분야라 하겠다. 최근 BIM은 건설산업의 기술 환경 패러다임을 전환시키는 기술로 인식되고 확산되고 있다. 그런데 3차원 모델 상에서 방대한 양의 철근상세정보를 모델링하기 위해서는 많은 시간과 노력이 소요되고, 모델링 후에도 데이터량의 방대함으로 인하여 프로그램 성능이 원활하게 발현되지 않기에 BIM 기술의 확산에도 불구하고 배근 설계와 시공과 관련하여 BIM 기술이 활용되고 있지 않은 상황이다. 본 기술은 3차원 BIM 환경 하에서 골조상세정보 모델링과 배근상세설계, 정밀물량산출 및 공사관리까지를 지원하는 Rebar HUB를 개발하여 RC 골조 설계 및 공사 프로세스를 합리화할 수 있는 실용적 기술 개발을 목표로 하였다.
