        최근 시설물의 안전 및 유지관리에 관심이 증대되고 있으나, 발주처의 저가발주로 인해 안전진단전문기관은 부실화 되고 부실 점검 및 진단으로 인한 많은 문제점들이 야기되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실무자들의 인식조사와 사례분석을 통해 실행대가 현황을 고찰하 였으며, 그 결과 정밀안전점검은 대가기준 조정보다는 대가기준의 효율성 증대 및 강제성 강화가 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 또한 정밀안전진단은 연면적 10,000㎡미만 시설물에 대한 대가기준 설계금액을 현재 기준에서 80%로 하향조정하고, 그 이상의 시설물에 대해서는 현행 대가기준을 적용하되, 대가기준의 강제성 강화가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

        유리 표면에 방사성동위원소 14C를 고착시키고 문지름 시험을 통해 시험용지별 전이 인자와 표면 형상을 관찰하여 방사성동위원소 누설 점검을 위한 건식 및 습식 문지름 시험법을 연구하였다. 건식 문지름 시험법은 티슈 용지가 종이 필터를 대체 가능할 정도로 2배 높은 전이 인자를 보였고, 습식 문지름 시험법은 종이 필터 용지가 티슈 용지에 비하여 3배 높은 전이 인자를 보였다. 일반적으로 누설 점검을 위해 종이 필터를 사용하고 있지만 건식 문지름 시험법에서 티슈 용지가 대안이 될 수 있음을 보였다.

        After Po-Hang earthquake(Magnitude 5.4, Nov.15. 2017), total 55 cut slopes along the expressway within 25km from earthquake source were examined if there were any signs of instabilities such as rockfalls, surface failure, cracks and wood tumbles. Examination revealed that no cut slope showed any abnomality. This result raise an issue if design of slope against seismic activity is necessary. In this paper, necessity and seismic analysis method are discussed.

        In this study, the regular inspection check-list for vulnerable areas of debris flow was developed in order to cope with expected debris flow in urban areas. First, items for regular inspection were obtained by the Delphi technique, and the regular inspection check-list was developed based on obtained items. Preliminary evaluation items which are matched with urban characteristic were derived by Literature review and first survey of the Delphi technique.         교량의 안전은 점검에 의해 보장된다. 그리고 교량의 유지관리는 점검결과를 토대로 시작된다. 따라서 점검결과는 ‘교량의 안전’과 ‘효율적인 유지관리’를 위한 가장 중요한 정보이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 교량의 점검신뢰도를 평가하고 이를 제고 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하 고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 교량의 점검신뢰도를 평가 할 수 있는 세 가지 점검신뢰도를 제시하였다: 명목점검신뢰도, 실질점검신뢰 도, DS명목점검신뢰도. 교량의 점검신뢰도 분석 방법은 정밀안전진단결과를 참값으로 간주하고 당해년도 정밀(정기)점검과 차년도 정밀안전 진단결과를 비교하였다. 인적오류를 고려한 DS명목신뢰도를 기준으로 현재 고속도로교량의 점검신뢰도 85%로 양호한 편으로 평가 된다. 이 는 현재 고속도로 교량의 평균공용연수가 13년으로 대부분의 교량이 ‘A’와 ‘B’등급에 집중적으로 분포되어 상태변화가 크지 않기 때문인 것 으로 판단된다. 점검신뢰도를 제고하기 위해서는 점검자의 역량을 강화하고 전문점검인력 육성이 필요하며 점검결과에 대해 QC(Quality Control, 품질관리)를 실시하여 점검결과의 신뢰도 향상이 필요하다.
