        Damage by ship collision is related to the frequency of loads due to impact, and ships accordingly must be designed to satisfy related requirements. Another important aspect is the management of collision risks during the service period. This study performed an interim assessment of Incheon Bridge focusing on the risk of ship collision, and proposed solutions to the identified problems. It is necessary to conduct further research on collision risk management and promptly carry out interim assessments of other marine bridges.

        A lot of bridges have been built with economic growth and national development for a long time. The existing domestic bridge has been become deterioration with the increase of the quantity management. Therefore appropriate maintenance such as an inspection, diagnosis, repair, and rehabilitation is required to extend the service life of the bridge. The domestic and international cases of the maintenance for inspection personnel were investigated and analyzed.         고속도로교량을 위한 위험도기반점검주기를 제안하였다. 고속도로 교량유지관리시스템에서 얻은 상태데이터를 분석하여 교량상태 열화 에 영향을 주는 위해성인자를 찾았다. 그러한 인자와 상태열화사이의 특정한 상관성을 찾았다. 이들을 이용하여 위해성점수를 평가하는데 이용하였다. 여러 가지 위해성 인자들을 종합하여 최종 위해성을 높음, 보통, 낮음의 세 단계로 구분하였다. 취약성은 교량의 현재상태로 평가하였다. 위험도행렬을 점검주기를 위해 제안하였다. C, D, E등급 교량의 점검주기는 현행대로 유지하였다. 그러나, 보통과 높음으로 위 해성이 평가된 A 및 B 등급교량은 점검주기를 최대 6년까지 연장하였고 최소주기는 현행과 같이 3년으로 하였다. 위험도 평가에 따라 점 검주기를 보정하므로써 평균 점검인력을 27% 절약할 수 있었다.

So, we developed an inspection system it can solve problems in current visual inspection and it systemize the inspection tasks scientifically. This is an optimized culvert inspection system which enable to measure a surface condition and sectional shape change. it is used various convergence technology such as 3D laser scanning, digital image processing and texture mapping.

        Presently, the wind power tower grows actively in all countries of the world as the part of renewable energy securing. Recently, as to the wind power tower, the advance to and diversification of the wind power tower form and material are made. but the maintenance manual about the wind power tower in which this foundation is based is insufficient. therefore, the object is that in being safe and maintaining efficiently the wind power tower, by developing the maintenance manual about the fundamental vulnerable element the life span improvement of the wind power tower is planned and it contributes to the maintenance management technology development.

        최근 이상기온 및 지구온난화에 따른 집중호우에 의해 발생하는 다양한 자연재해 중 산지가 많은 우리나라는 산사태 및 토석류와 같은 토사재해 발생 빈도가 점점 높아지고 있고, 지속적인 도시화·산업화로 인하여 주거지 및 산업단지가 급경사지에 인접하게 되어 토사재해에 의한 도심지 피해는 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 하지만 현재 국내에는 급경사지 및 인공사면의 붕괴 위험을 사전에 파악하기 위한 조사점검 기준은 각 해당 부처별로 활용되고 있지만, 도심지 토사재해 위험구역에서 토사재해 발생을 사전에 예측하기 위한 조사점검 활용 기준은 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 도심지에서 활용되는 토사재해 위험구역 조사점검 기준 가이드(안) 제안을 위해 최근 국내의 토사재해 피해 사례를 조사 분석하여 주요 발생원인 및 중점조사 항목을 파악하고, 국내외 사면조사 평가항목 중 적용빈도가 높은 항목과 서울시 및 국내 각 해당부처별 조사점검 항목들을 분석하여 관리 주체 담당자가 도심지 토사재해 위험구역에서 육안조사 수준의 일상조사점검을 수행할 수 있는 조사점검 항목들을 도출하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 추후 전문가들에 의해 수행되는 보다 상세한 상위 수준의 정밀조사점검 기준 작성을 위해 활용되고 도심지에서 토사재해 위험구역의 조사점검 기준 가이드(안) 제안을 위한 기초자료로 활용코자 한다.

        Risk Based Inspection(RBI) Period was proposed for highway bridges in Korea. Hazard factors affecting bridge condition deterioration were found by analyzing condition data from Highway Bridge Management System(HBMS). Certain level of correlations between those factors and condition deterioration were found. They are used to evaluate hazard score. Summarizing several hazard factors, final hazard is classified as three level;high, moderate, low. Vulnerability is assessed only by the current state of bridge. Then, risk matrix is suggested for inspection periods. Inspection periods of the bridges with grade C, D, and E are maintained the same as before. But, those of grade A and B with moderate and high hazard score are elongated to maximum 6 years while the maximum inspection period is three years at present. By adjusting inspection period according to risk assessment, it was shown that 27% of average inspection manpower can be saved.

        Usually, we have many difficulties in funding because of the prejudice that the bridge inspection facilities are not a critical part in bridges. Also, high initial cost resulted in the decrease trend in installing the bridge inspection facilities. But, in this research, we reached to the conclusion that installing fixed bridge inspection facilities are most economical and more effective in required time, input man-power and equipments than any other means to approach bridges by analysis considering LCC(Life Cycle Cost).
