Thus, even though the number of intermediate storages for mail delivery that mailmen use for picking up mails in the middle of mail delivery has been being increased, it has still many problems such as insufficient number and size of the storages as well as avoidance of mail keeping of trust agents. It is necessary that safety of mail keeping, seamless mail delivery, and individual parcel pick-up process reestablish- ment should be made through an improved counter plan for the problems described previously. The provisions regarding the standard cost for recycling stated under the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) since 2002, include different and complicated obligatory steps to be taken on a variety of subject items regarding the collection, the transportation and the treatment, making the corporations face in their calculating and executing the standard cost. This study presents more objective calculation scope and standard for the purpose of efficient operation of the standard cost for recycling, in consideration of the general industry perception toward cost issue as well as domestic/overseas case studies regarding the standard cost for recycling. Besides, the study presents the checking items and the calculation contents per step to calculate the standard cost for recycling. Therefore, it is expected not only to be used as the objective standard to calculate the standard cost for recycling, but also to contribute to increasing the work efficiency in the following ongoing re-calculation process and to maintaining the consistent operation of the institution.

Today, many companies have introduced an ERP system - an enterprise resources planning - in order to improve corporate credibility through transparent management and for quick responses to market situations through quick decision making. After the construction of an ERP system, many companies are having difficulty in calculating the appropriate number of personnel required for running the system because of a lack of standard for doing so, as well as a lack of pertinent procedures. As a result, the companies are having to resort to a trial-and-error approach. Therefore this paper studied a model for calculating the appropriate number of personnel required for efficiently running an ERP system after its construction, as well as for constantly meeting its performance targets. The developed model was applied empirically to calculate an appropriate number of personnel required, and an organization was set up according to this. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to present an optimized model for calculating the number of personnel required for operating an ERP system, that which addresses problems of existing models, in order to help companies organize the operation personnel and its size, as well as to provide more objectivity to the calculated number of personnel required and to improve credibility.

우리나라는 이제 새로운 지평을 여는 시기에 와 있다. 민영교도소라함은 민간인이 소유하거나 운영하는 교정시설을 말한다. 민영교도소 등의 설치․운영에 관한 법률에 따라 우리나라도 민영교도소를 설치․운영할 수 있게 되었다. 이젠 민영교도소의 도입 문제에 대한 논의 보다는 어떠한 운영방식을 채택할 것인가와 어떠한 제도적 지원이 필요한가에 초점을 맞추어야 할 시기이다. 이는 민영교도소의 설립 목적과 발전방안에 도달하고 확대방안을 찾고자 하는데 있어서 그 시행착오를 줄이고 어느 정도의 교정시설에 민영교도소의 양적․질적 발전을 가져올 수 있는 방안을 찾아야 할 것이다. 여기서 민영교도소의 활성화 부분과 교도소민영화에 대한 우려의 문제를 다시금 재정립하고 선진 민영교도소의 성공 사례를 통하여 우리 민영교도소의 운영방식이나 제도적 장치의 대안을 제시하는 계기를 마련하고자 한다. 이 논문에서는 외국의 선례를 통하여 우리나라에 적합한 모델에 대한 가능성을 찾아보고, 우리나라 관영교도소 및 보호관찰제도의 통계를 통하여 민영교도소의 운영에 대한 문제점을 분석하여 향 후 우리나라의 민영교도소의 효율적 운영 및 확대방안에 대하여 알아보고자 한다.

현재 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)업계의 동향은 외산 전사적자원관리업체들이 국내 중소ㆍ중견기업 시장 공략에 적극 나서고 있다. SAP코리아와 한국오라클이 이미 국내 중소ㆍ중견기업시장을 타갓으로 한 제품을 선보인 데 이어 최근 마이크로소프트(MS)까지 이 시장에 본격적으로 뛰어들었다. 국내 ERP업계는 외산업체들의 공격적인 SMB시장 전략으로 국내 업체들 사이에서 살아남기 위해서는 제품의 완성도를 높이고 보다 주도면밀한 마케팅 전략을 구사하는 등 대응책을 마련해야 할 것이다. 또한 기업의 주요 업무에 대한 전산화는 개발요원들이 전산화를 요구하는 부서의 업무를 분석하고 각종 개발 툴을 이용하여 각 부문의 업무 프로세스에 맞게 구축하는 주문식 개발방법이 보편적이었으나, 기업들도 전문 소프트업체의 경영 어플리케이션 패키지(business application package) 제품을 구입해 구축하는 방식으로 변하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현재 ERP를 운영하고 있는 국내 중소ㆍ중견기업 중에 하나인 K업체의 생산관리 모듈을 대상으로 하여 운영상의 문제점을 파악하고, 이에 따른 효율적인 운영을 위한 프로세스를 정의하고자 한다. 또한 K업체의 제조관련부분에 대한 업무분석을 통하여 ERP 프로젝트의 완성을 위한 목표설정과 범위, 실적 평가 기준정립을 마련하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

This Study deals with how the first Korean private correctional institution that is to open about three years hence from now should be operated and managed effectively. For this study, the historical trace of the privatization of corrections and the future prospects especially in the United State of America including some another advanced countries were reviewed. In addition, in order to solve the prison overcrowding problem, which is far from "UN Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners", the study considers whether it is appropriate or not to execute the policy options such as the privatization of corrections and the use of alternative courses to incarceration, like the system in the advanced countries, such as the U. S., the United Kingdom and the like. In this context, the purposes of this study are to evaluate the current practices of the private prison, the beginning in our country and to make some recommendations for their improvement. And also, this study aims at offering the progressive and possible policies for the future privatization of corrections in Korea.

Reducing the logistic cost may be accomplished by numbers of logistic management methods, but the most fundamental and essential one is the accomplishment of the consistent pallet system that is the core of unit load system, and the purpose of consistent pallet system is the treatment of logistic functions such as transportation, storage and unloading with consistent pallet system, and increasing the turnover ratio is required for the improvement of the system. As the turnover ratios is increased, more pallets will be used so, numbers of empty pallets will be increased accordingly by returning the pallet. Therefore, in this study, we will establish the effective stock management system by comparing with the other existing stock management system after looking at the concept and examples of pallet full system in order to resolved this kind of problem.
