        Recently, conservation and utilization of cultural heritage has been regarded as importance. So, various research papers about maintenance of the remains have been presented in many conferences. But most of researches have focused on introduction about maintenance methods and explanation about maintenance concepts of remains. And even in case of a few papers treated post-evaluation about maintenance of the remains the criteria of the evaluation has tended to somewhat subjective. So, the purpose of this study is to show the objective post-evaluation indexes which was developed by Delphi · AHP methods. This research was proceeded in two stages. First, we arranged the evaluation index in a hierarchy to be made through the analyses about references and researches about maintenance of remains. 304 evaluation articles were elicited through the process. And then, elicited evaluation articles were classified with 'conservation' and 'utilization'. Second step was to figure out importance and validity of hierarchical evaluation articles with twice questionnaire surveys. This research used interval scale to comprehend validity and AHP method to evaluate relative importance of each other articles.

        국제해사기구(IMO)를 중심으로 해사안전, 해양환경 분야에 대한 국제기술 규제에 대한 논의가 활발히 진행되고 있다. IMO의 전문위원회에서는 선박평형수 기술, e-Navigation, 온실가스 배출 저감기술, 수중소음 저감기술 등에 대해 공동 대응하는 한편 자국의 이익을 극대화하기 위한 기술표준 선점을 위해 경쟁을 하고 있다. 우리나라에서도 중장기적인 관점에서 해사안전 분야에 있어서 국제사회에서 선도할 수 있는 기술에 대한 개발 필요성이 증가하고 있다.

        In this study, the evaluation criteria of performance and applicability is developed to rank the combinatorial technologies for SWG (Smart Water Grid) system using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. Security, safety, solution, suitability and sustainability which are goals of SWG technology, are used as upper level hierarchy elements. And three detailed elements for each upper level hierarchy are adopted as the lower level hierarchy. The weighted value which represents the importance of each element, could be determined through questionnaires accomplished by groups of specialists who are engaged in relevant waster industry and research area. To assess the accuracy of the evaluation criteria developed in this study, a simulation on four decision alternatives for smart water grid was carried out as an evaluation. Consequently which showed 90 % of accuracy.

        We undertook the quantitative evaluations of Industrial Accident Prevention Program (IAPP). The six parameters, such as relevance, efficiency, consistency, sustainability, effectiveness, coherence, were chosen by expert plenary sessions. Two stage of Analytic Hierarchy Process were used to determine the weighted value of assessment criteria. This expert plenary suggests that the six parameters and its weight values are useful for quantitative evaluations of IAPP. Additional researches regarding the real world application of this assessment tool should be initiated.

        In recent years, the surroundings of Fire have rapidly changed and citizens need for Fire have been demanding very high. Under these situations, in order for satisfaction to all these demands, Seoul Metropolitan Government Fire Academy(SFA) have only to improve its educational training program as the fire educational training center in Korea. The purpose of this study is to scrutinize current educational training program of SFA and measure the relative weight among the hierarchy of disaster management(prevention and mitigation-prepare dness-response-recovery) by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). The result of this study presents that how many hours must be allocated and set the educational training program with scientific and systematic way of AHP compared the current program of SFA in 2013. And This study is applied to increase access and comprehension about the AHP and will be able to present guideline for the selection of optimal the educational training of SFA to serve Seoul citizens the best Fire services.

        We propose a method using QFD for design the hierarchical structure of AHP. This method provides definition for each area of House of Quality and design the hierarchical structure of the bottom-up QFD/AHP in which the upper hierarchy is designed through the classification of common characteristics with a focus on the lower hierarchy. Finally, we apply it to the development of an evaluation index for selecting heavy lifting service providers. This study has significance as the first instance of designing the archical structure of AHP after objectively verifying whether MECE condition, the basic requirement for AHP design, is satisfied.

        최근 도시 경쟁력 제고를 위한 도시간 통합이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 이에 청주시와 청원군도 2012년 6월 실시한 청원군 주민투표를 통해 통합을 결정했다. 청주시의 도시통합은 지방행정체계 개편의 효과로 10년간 약 735여억원의 순편익이 발생할 것으로 예상되는 것으로 보고된 바 있다(장덕희 등, 2012). 하지만 도시 통합에 있어 상대적으로 인구 수가 적거나 경제력이 약한 도시는 여러 가지 불이익을 감수해야 하는 것도 사실이다. 이런 불이익을 최소화하기 위해 통합추진위원회를 결정하고 상생을 위한 여러가지 합의사항을 도출한다. 이런 취지로 청주·청원 통합 합의사항에 청원군 지역에 버스 터미널을 신설하는 방안이 포함되었다. 버스 터미널은 관공서와 함께 인구유입과 도시개발에 핵심적인 역할을 수행한다. 이런 버스 터미널의 위치에 따라 도시내 교통흐름과 도시개발의 방향이 결정된다 하여도 과언이 아니다. 그리고 청주시는 기존 터미널을 이전 하는 방법이 아닌 신규 터미널을 신설하는 방향으로 계획을 진행하였기 때문에 효율적인 위치에 터미널을 신설하지 않는다면 이용객이 없을 수도 있는 위험성을 내포하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 계층분석방법(Analytic Hierarchy Process : AHP)을 통해 청주·청원 통합시를 대상으로 통합시의 버스 터미널 신설을 합리적으로 결정하는 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구는 청주·청원 통합시의 터미널 신설의 입지선정에 우선적으로 고려해야 하는 인자를 계층분석방법을 통해 도출하여 결과를 제시한다. 분석을 위한 설문은 관련 전문가(충북발전 연구원, 충북대학교, 청주시청, 충북도청)를 통해 작성되었으며, AHP 쌍대비교방법을 사용하였다. 요인은 크게 이용객 측면, 운영자 측면 및 지역 측면에서 도출하였다.

        Other comments on matters satisfaction survey through questionnaires typically measure by frequency analysis method is performed, the short answer for how to apply. These satisfaction surveys, however, because of the environment and atmosphere of its target at the time of the survey, personal psychological state, depending on the scale of change in business or policy of customer satisfaction feedback, there is a problem. This survey results, tangible results in terms of the feasibility of the business and policy indirectly as a result, which has been used as a material fact is. New survey method is show how the business and policy objectives than can be reflected positively in the present study, and comparing these surveys in a variety of ways for the analytical method proposed by KANO, Timko results suggested. Should be an ongoing investigation, and different survey methods for the study on the same sample the actual observed by comparing the results for the superiority of the new results presented.

        목적: 광주광역시의 대학교 근처 A, 아파트 근처 B, 주택 근처 C안경원을 대상으로 계층화 의사결정방법(AHP)에 의한 분석을 바탕으로 안경원 창업에 따른 우선순위와 중요도에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 안경원에 직접 방문하여 안경사와 원장님들을 대상으로 토론하여 안경원 경영 하위 항목의 이원 비교를 위해 상대적인 우선순위와 중요도를 조사하였다. 기술경쟁력, 물리적 편의성, 커뮤니케이션요인, 상품/서비스, 가격적 요인의 우선순위 중요도 분석을 위해 일관성 비율 0.1 미만의 설문지를 분석하였다. 결과: 계층화 의사결정방법(AHP)에 의한 안경원 경영 하위 항목의 우선순위 중요도 결과 대학교 근처 A안경원은 ‘가격적 요인’(0.467), 아파트 근처 B안경원은 ‘물리적 편의성’(0.440), 주택 근처 C안경원은 ‘기술경쟁력’(0.440)로 나타났다. 결론: 대학교 근처 A, 아파트 근처 B, 주택 근처 C안경원을 대상으로 안경원 경영 하위 항목의 우선순위와 중요도를 선정하였다. 우선순위 및 중요도는 AHP에 의하여 평가항목의 관계를 반영하여 측정하였다. 안경원의 창업에 기초적 자료가 되길 기대한다.

        This study compared the disasters in construction field under construction amount of 300,000,000 won and the whole construction fields in order to improve the efficacy of various industrial safety and health policies and services and examined the characteristics of disasters in construction field under 300,000,000 won. It also examined, compared and analyzed the characteristics of disaster in construction field under construction amount of 300,000,000 won that disaster prevention technical experts saw. The subjects of comparison were selected with statistical data of disaster for 2011 and those of disaster in construction field under construction amount of 300,000,000 won from January to August of 2012. And questionnaire was conducted with technical instruction experts of small-sized construction field and priority was drawn, compared and analyzed with AHP. Consequently, the results of different views between actual disaster data and experts' views were obtained. Therefore, this study suggested the characteristics of disaster in construction field under construction amount of 300,000,000 won and presented the methods for improving disaster prevention technical experts.

        In the trend toward globalization, cross-cultural teams in organizations are becoming more and more common. In particular, the influence of China and Western Europe on the global economy is getting increased. With this trend, it is important to understand cross-cultural characteristics for group decision making in managerial environments. This study aims at analyzing cross-cultural differences between China and Western Europe in light of the effect of group discussion in group decision making. An experiment simulating a decision of a car purchase was conducted. A total of 48 subjects (24 Chinese and 24 Western Europeans) assigned in decision groups were asked to judge relative importance ratios of nine factors affecting their purchase decisions using the AHP program developed for the experiment. Three dependent variables (consistency, satisfaction, and consensus) were measured. Chinese were slightly more consistent than Western Europeans in discussion-involved group decision making. In terms of decision satisfaction, Western Europeans were more satisfied with discussion-included decisions than discussion-excluded decisions. Chinese, on the contrary, did not show a significant difference. There was no significant difference between two cultures in decision consensus.

        The current environment of technological and competitive changes influences not only the business R&D environment but also government driven national R&D strategies. Open innovation has now become an important paradigm that is replacing the outdated paradigm of closed innovation. Many companies and nations have been increasing R&D investment because R&D has been considered a driving force for national and corporate competitive advantage. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate and compare the performance of R&D focused on open innovation according to scientific and technological outputs which is based on paper publications, patents and etc. Comparisons should not be only based on the quantity but also on the quality of the output. This paper shows that it is possible to develop DEA models that utilize the Analytical Hierarchical Process in order to transform the qualitative index into a quantitative index. Hence, the relative efficiency for R&D organizations is obtained based on both quantity and quality outputs and subsequently provides comprehensive and realistic methods for decision makers to identify levels of project efficiency.
