        Background: Exercise is necessary for the health of companion dogs. It is necessary to determine the relationship between height, weight, age and amount of exercise for the purpose of companion dog's health. Objectives: A survey was conducted in this study to small-dog owners living in Yongin city, Gyeonggi-do about their canine healthcare awareness. Design: Questionnaire design. Methods: The questionnaire was composed of exercise amount, type of exercise, and the necessity of exercise, general health condition, and environment. A total of 139 survey results were obtained. The average value of each item was analyzed and expressed in terms of frequency and percentage. Then, Pearson's correlation coefficients were used to find the relationship between these items. Results: The weight and height were not shown to have a significant difference in the amount of exercise in the results. The weight had a weak positive correlation with “exercise time of canine per day”. The age had a weak negative correlation with “the number of canine exercise per week” and “frequency of canine exercise per day”, while it had a weak positive correlation with “selfassessment of canine lack of exercise”. Conclusion: Based on this study, it is believed that in the future, various environments where dogs can exercise are believed to be necessary for the era of convergence.

        이 연구는 최대근력형과 근지구력형 저항운동이 총운동량과 혈액점도 및 적혈구용적률에 미치는 영향을 조사하고자 하였다. 연구대상자는 저항운동 경력 12개월 이상의 20대 남성 15명으로 선정하였으며, 실험 전 벤치프레스 1RM을 측정하였으며, 조건 별 실험은 1주일간의 간격을 두고 교차배분하여 6세트 씩 최대반복수행 하였다. 그 결과 총운동량은 근지구력강도가 최대근력강도에 비해 높게 나타났으며 (p<.001), 혈액점도와 적혈구용적률은 총운동량에 관계없이 운동 전보다 운동 후에 높아졌다(p<.01). 종합 하면 혈액점도는 운동강도와 운동량에 영향을 받지 않으며, 일회성 저항운동으로 증가한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이는 저항운동 프로그램을 구성하는데 있어 임상적으로 의의가 있으며 혈관질환에 관련된 임상환 자들의 운동프로그램을 작성하는데 있어 참고자료가 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

        A weak or dysfunctional gluteus medius (Gmed) is related to several pathologies, and individuals with hip abductor weakness have Gmed weakness. This study aimed to systematically review the literature associated with the anatomy and function of the Gmed, and the prevalence, pathology, and exercise of Gmed weakness. Papers published between 2010 and 2020 were retrieved from MEDLINE, Google Academic Search, and Research Information Sharing Service. The database search used the following terms: (glut* OR medius OR hip abduct*) AND weak*. The Gmed plays an important role in several functional activities as a primary hip abductor by providing pelvic stabilization and controlling hip adduction and internal rotation. Weakness of the Gmed is associated with many disorders including balance deficit, gait and running disorders, femoroacetabular impingement, snapping hip, gluteal tendinopathy, patellofemoral pain syndrome, osteoarthritis, iliotibial band syndrome, anterior cruciate ligament injury, ankle joint injuries, low back pain, stroke, and nocturia. Overuse of the tensor fasciae latae (TFL) as a hip abductor due to Gmed weakness can also cause several pathologies such as pain in the lower back and hip and degenerative hip joint pathology, which are associated with dominant TFL. Similarly, lateral instability and impaired movements such as lumbar spine lateral flexion or lateral tilt of the pelvis can occur due to compensatory activation of the quadratus lumborum for a weakened Gmed while exercising. Therefore, the related activation of synergistic muscles or compensatory movement should be considered when prescribing Gmed strengthening exercises.

        본 연구는 장기간의 태권도 수련프로그램과 태권도수련과 복합운동프로그램이 초등학생의 신체구 성과 기초체력에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 실시하였으며, 연구대상자는 주5회 태권도수련프로그램에 참여한 30명, 태권도수련과 복합운동프로그램에 참여한 30명, 규칙적인 신체활동에 참여하지 않는 30 명을 선정하였다. 자료처리는 IBM SPSS 24.0 통계패키지를 사용하였으며, 기술통계를 산출하였으며, 집단 간 비교를 위해 일원변량분석(one-way ANOVA)를 실시하였다. 통계학적 유의수준은 p<.05로 설정하였다. 본 연구결과는 태권도 수련프로그램에 참여한 초등학생은 신체구성의 키(p<.001), 기초체 력의 근력(p<.001), 근지구력(p<.01)이 유의하게 증가하였으며, 태권도수련과 복합운동프로그램에 참여 한 초등학생은 신체구성의 키(p<.001), 체중(p<.05), 기초체력의 근력(p<.001), 민첩성(p<.05), 평형성 (p<.05)이 유의하게 증가하였다. 결론적으로 규칙적인 신체활동은 초등학생의 신체발달에 효과가 있었 으며, 태권도수련과 복합운동프로그램은 신체의 성장과 기초체력 요인에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났 다.

        Previous studies have reported that deep neck flexor (DNF) exercise can improve neck problems, including neck pain, forward head posture, and headache, by targeting the deep and superficial muscles of the neck. Despite the prevailing opinion across studies, the benefits of DNF can vary according to the type of neck problems and the outcome measures adopted, ranging from positive outcomes to non-significant benefits. A meta-analysis was conducted in this study to assess conclusive evidence of the impact of DNF exercise on individuals with neck problems. We used PUBMED, MEDLINE, NDSL, EMBASE, and Web of Science to search for primary studies and the key terms used in these searches were “forward head posture (FHP),” “biofeedback,” “pressure biofeedback unit,” “stabilizer,” “headache,” and “neck pain.” Twenty- four eligible studies were included in this meta-analysis and were coded according to the type of neck problems and outcome measures described, such as pain, endurance, involvement of neck muscle, craniovertebral angle (CVA), neck disability index (NDI), cervical range of motion (CROM), radiographs of the neck, posture, strength, endurance, and headache disability index. The overall effect size of the DNF exercise was 0.489. The effect sizes of the neck problems were 0.556 (neck pain), –1.278 (FHP), 0.176 (headache), and 1.850 (mix). The effect sizes of outcome measures were 1.045 (pain), 0.966 (endurance), 0.894 (deep neck flexor), 0.608 (superficial neck flexor), 0.487 (CVA), 0.409 (NDI), and 0.252 (CROM). According to the results of this study, DNF exercise can effectively reduce neck pain. Thus, DNF exercise is highly recommend as an effective exercise method for individuals suffering from neck pain.

        While efforts have been made to address fall-related injuries in older adults, the problem is unsolved to date. The purpose of this review is to provide a guideline for fall and injury prevention programs in older adults, based on evidence generated over the past 30 years. Research articles published between 1990 and 2020 have been searched on PubMed, using keywords, including but not limited to, falls, hip fracture, injuries, intervention, older adults, prevention, hip protector, vitamin D, safe landing strategy, and exercise. Total of 98 articles have been found and categorized into five intervention areas: exercise program, hip protector, safe landing strategy, vitamin D intake, and compliant flooring. Furthermore, the articles have been rated based on their study design: class 1, randomized controlled trials; class 2, nonrandomized controlled trials; class 3, experimental studies; class 4, all other studies. Exercise programs have shown to decrease the risk of fall, and associated injuries. Hip protectors, safe landing strategy, and vitamin D intake were effective in reducing a risk and incidence of hip fracture during a fall. Furthermore, compliant flooring has also decreased hip fracture risk without affecting balance. An integrated approach combining exercise program, wearing a hip protector, teaching safe landing strategies, scheduled vitamin D intake, and compliant flooring installation, is suggested to address fall-related injuries in older adults.

        본 연구는 개념이 명확하지 않고 포괄적이며, 의료법 위반 여부가 염려되는 건강관리서비스에 대하여 정확한 개념을 확립하기 위해 실시되었다. 이를 위하여 2019년 5월 보건복지부에서 발행한 비의료 건강관리서비스 가이드라인을 분석하고 응용하여 노인건강관리서비스에서 헬스치공의 운동처방 적용 방법에 대해 제시하였다. 먼저 2019년에 통계청에서 최근에 발표한 세계와 한국의 인구 현황 및 전망을 통해 인구변화 추이에 따른 노인 문제를 살펴보았으며 헬스치공의 자연요법으로서 효과를 확인하기 위해 중국체육총국의 자료를 통해 치유원리를 확인하였고, 헬스치공의 생리적, 심리적 효과를 선행연구를 통해 확인하는 절차를 거쳤다. 연구 결과로서 비의료 건강관리서비스 영역에서 만성질환자의 건강중재를 위한 헬스치공 프로그램을 다음과 같이 결정하였다. 첫째, 개인의 건강정보 확인 및 수집, 둘째, 혈압과 혈당 측정 및 관리수준 설정, 셋째, 만성질환 예방 및 관리 상담, 식이관리 및 조절 상담, 다섯째, 헬스치공 수련 목표 및 수준 설정, 여섯째, 헬스치공 수련 실시와 점검, 일곱째, 피드백에 의한 운동처방 사이클 조정이라는 7단계 수준에서 운동처방 적용 예시를 제안하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 비의료 건강관리서비스에서 헬스치공을 프로그램으로 활용할 경우 많은 부분이 이용자에게 제공될 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 헬스치공을 포함한 다른 자연요법 프로그램이 제공될 경우에도 같은 형태로 활용할 수 있다는 것을 확인하는 계기를 마련하였다는데 의의가 있을 것이다.

        Background: Thera-Band, Narrow squats, Kinesiology taping helps in the reduction of loading on the knee joints. Despite the fact that the varus knee negatively affects the alignment of the lower extremities, most of the studies have analyzed each independently. Objectives: To investigate the effects of a complex exercise program consisting of elastic band exercises and squat exercises on the distance between the inner knees and balance in young adults with genu varum. Design: A cluster randomized controlled trial. Methods: The complex exercise group performed resistance exercises using an elastic band. The taping group used kinesiology tape on the vastus lateralis and biceps femoris. To select those to be included in the study, we measured the distance between the knees using digital Vernier calipers and to measure the balance ability, we used a balance training system. The data were analyzed with the independent t-test and paired t-test. Results: The study indicated a significant difference in the distance between the knees between the two groups, but no significant differences in the dynamic balance between the groups. Also, the static balance comparison between the groups according to the intervention method included the trace length, C90 area, C90 angle and velocity. There were no significant differences in the static balance between the groups. In addition, the complex exercise program was more effective than taping. Conclusion: The results of this study demonstrate that the complex exercise program and taping decrease the between both the knee and increase the balance.

        Background: Few comparative studies have been conducted on strengthening the anterior and posterior muscles of the trunk via lumbar stabilization exercises. Objectives: To compare the effects of forward leaning exercise and supine bridging exercise in stability exercise. Design: Randomized controlled clinical trial (single blind). Methods: Thirty subjects with spondylolisthesis were participated in this study. Fifteen subjects performed the bridging exercises and fifteen subjects performed the forward leaning exercises. Each exercise was held for ten seconds per repetition, and four repetitions were considered one sub-session. A total of four sub-sessions were performed in one full exercise session. The full exercise session required thirty minutes, including rest time. Trunk strength and range of motion and Oswestry disability index were measured. Results: Two weeks later, trunk flexion strength and trunk extension range of motion were significantly increased in the forward leaning exercise group than in the supine bridging group, trunk extension strength were significantly increased in the supine bridging exercise group than in the forward leaning group. After two weeks, the pain score was significantly lower in the forward leaning exercise group than in the supine bridging group. Conclusion: This study has shown that stabilization exercises are effective in increasing range of motion and strength in spondylolisthesis subjects. It was especially confirmed that the method of strengthening the anterior muscles of the trunk is more effective than the standard stabilization exercise method.

        Background: If there is a difference in leg length, the center of gravity shifts unilaterally toward the short leg, causing loss of balance and secondary postural imbalance, trunk muscle tone changes, gait abnormalities and pelvic imbalance. Objectives: To investigate effects of self exercise program on leg length, balance in adults with leg-length discrepancy. Design: Single blind randomized controlled trial. Methods: Twenty-eight participants were selected and divided into resistance exercise, flexibility exercise, and core exercise. Each exercise was performed for 40 minutes, 3 times a week for 6 weeks. Leg length and balance before and after exercise were measured and analyzed. Results: Following the interventions, resistance exercise group showed significant improvement in balance, but leg length difference did not show significant results. Flexibility exercise group showed significant improvement in leg length difference, but balance did not show significant results. Core exercise group showed significant improvement in leg length difference and balance. There was no significant difference in the comparison between the three groups. Conclusion: This study suggests that customized exercise according to the patient's level is beneficial to the patients.

        Background: Although studies have been conducted on muscle thickness and balance in trunk stabilization exercise and exercise using vibration props, studies on trunk stabilization exercise using active vibration for spinal alignment are still insufficient to draw a conclusion. Objectives: To investigate the effect of trunk stabilization exercise using active vibration on the spinal alignment in adult females. Design: A randomized controlled trial. Methods: Twenty-six adult females were randomly assigned to the experimental group (active vibration) and 13 control groups (active non-vibrating) and exercised three times a week for 8 weeks. Each group was measured for spinal alignment before exercise and 8 weeks after exercise. Spinal alignment, trunk imbalance, pelvic tilt, and pelvic torsion were measured using a spinal alignment analyzer. Results: Trunk imbalance was a significantly different depending on the time in the experimental group and the control group (P<.05). Pelvic tilt was a significant difference between the groups (P<.05). Also, pelvic tilt was a significantly different depending on the time in the experimental group (P<.05), but the control group showed no significant difference (P>.05). Pelvic torsion was no significant difference in both groups (P>.05). Conclusion: This study demonstrates that trunk stabilization exercise using active vibration has a positive effect on the alignment of the spine.

        연구목적은 성인 지적장애인들의 수영 프로그램 참여에 따른 자아효능감과 운동 몰입, 건강관련 삶의 질의 변화를 분석하는 데 있다. 연구대상은 지적장애인 거주시설에서 거주하고 있는 성인 지적장애인 12명이며, 수영 프로그램에 12주간 참여하였다. 이에 따라 대상자들의 자아효능감과 운동 몰입, 건강 관련 삶의 질의 변화를 분석하였다. 자아효능감 평가는 전반적 자아효능감 척도를 활용하였으며, 일반적, 사회적 신체적 자아효능감을 평가하였다. 운동 몰입 평가는 스포츠 몰입척도를 활용하였으며, 인지몰입과 행위몰입의 수준을 평가하였다. 건강관련 삶의 질 평가는 건강관련 삶의 질 척도를 활용하여 전반적 건강 관련 삶의 질의 수준을 평가하였다. 그 결과, 대상자들은 수영 프로그램 참여에 따라 자아효능감과 운동 몰입, 건강관련 삶의 질의 수준이 통계적으로 유의미하게 향상되었다. 수영 프로그램의 참여는 성인 지적장 애인들의 자아효능감과 운동 몰입, 건강관련 삶의 질의 수준을 향상시키는 데 긍정적으로 작용한다. 이에 따라서, 성인 지적장애인들을 대상으로 수영 프로그램의 적용을 고려해볼 필요가 있을 것이다.

        본 연구는 암컷 쥐의 난소절제 후 고지방식이로 비만이 유도된 비만 쥐에서 수영운동이 지방조직에서 염증반응을 억제하는지를 조사하였다. 실험군과 대조군은 모의수술군(Sham), 난소절제 수술군 (OVX) 및 수영운동을 실시한 난소절제 수술군(OVX/Ex)으로 구분되어 8주 동안 고지방식이(45% fat) 사료를 섭취하면서 사육되었다. 생식기 주변 지방조직, 복막 신장주변 지방조직, 및 장간막 지방조직을 포함한 내장지방조직의 무게는 Sham에 비해 OVX에서 증가하였으나, OVX에 비해 OVX/Ex에서는 감소하였다. Sham에 비해 OVX는 지방조직에서의 IκBα의 유전자 발현이 감소하였고 염증성 사이토카인(IL-6, MCP-1, TNF-α 및 leptin)의 유전자 발현은 증가하였다. OVX에 비해 OVX/Ex는 지방조직에서의 IκB α이 증가하였고 염증성 사이토카인의 유전자 발현은 감소하였다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 난소절제 후 고지방식이로 비만이 유도된 비만 쥐에서 수영 운동은 지방조직에서 염증반응을 억제함으로써 비만의 예방과 치료에 효과적이다는 것을 제시하였다.

        Background: Ankle sprain is one of the most common musculoskeletal injuries in the sports population or during usual daily life activities. The sprain can cause functional ankle instability (FAI), and it is very important to treat FAI. However, the optimum intervention method for FAI has yet to be determined. Objects: This study investigated the impact that virtual reality (VR) training program on balance with ankle kinesio taping for FAI. Methods: Twenty-two people were selected for the study and randomly divided into the experimental (n = 11) and the control group (n = 11). The experimental group had attached kinesio taping on the ankle and then implemented a virtual reality exercise program for 30 minutes a day. Nintendo Wii Fit Plus was used for the VR intervention three times a week for four weeks. The control group performed only two measurements without intervention. Results: There were no statistically significant differences in overall, anterior-posterior (AP), medial-lateral (ML) index of the static balance, and significant differences in overall, AP, ML index of the dynamic balance when taping and VR exercise were applied at the same time (p < 0.05). There were no significant differences in overall and ML index of static and dynamic balance compared with before and after assessment between the experimental and the control group, and found differences in AP index of static and dynamic balance (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Kinesio taping may not influence the balance of FAI as great as people expected. VR approach does not affect the static balance of FAI, but it influences dynamic balance in overall, AP, ML index. The authors suggest that VR-based exercises can be used as an additional concept in clinicians for FAI or as part of a home program because the exercises still have limitations.

        Background: Stroke patients have multiple disorders, but most have problems with balance and gait. Post-stroke rehabilitation exercise has been shown to be very important for functional recovery. Objectives: To systematically review and meta-analyze the effects of sling exercise (SE) on patients with stroke in studies published in Korea. Design: Meta-analysis. Methods: Five databases, namely, RISS, KISS, NDSL, DBpia and Earticle, were used to collect articles on vibration. Keywords such as “Stroke,” “Hemiplegia,” “Sling,” and “Sling Exercise” were used in the search for published articles. Interventions and comparisons were SE and other exercise (OE). Outcome measures were berg balance scale (BBS) and timed up and go (TUG). Consequently, eight studies were selected in the second screening using meta-analyses. Results: Based on the results of the meta-analysis, SE was effective for BBS in the comparison of SE and OE [2.71, 95% CI (1.42, 4.01)]. It was effective for TUG in the comparison of SE and OE [-1.89, 95% CI (-3.01, -0.77)]. Conclusion: Based on eight limited studies, SE improved BBS and TUG over OE, suggesting improved stroke balance and gait. Therefore, more studies and large-scale sample randomized controlled trials are needed to confirm clinical application.

        Background: Various treatments have been proposed for chronic low back pain (CLBP), but recent guidelines and reviews recommend regular physical exercise. However, some other studies have reported opposite results that sling exercise (SE) and other exercises (OE) did not differ in improving CLBP. Objectives: To systematically review and meta-analyze the effects of SE on CLBP in studies published in Korea. Design: A Systemic Review and Meta-analysis. Methods: Randomized controlled trials comparing SE with OE and modality therapy (MT), published up to June 2020, were identified by electronic searches. Primary outcomes were pain and disability. The weighted mean difference (WMD), stand mean difference (SMD) and 95% confidence interval (CI) were calculated using a random-effects model. Results: Based on the results of the meta-analysis, SE was effective for pain in the comparison of SE and MT [short-term: WMD=-1.64, 95% CI (-3.06, - 0.22); long-term: WMD=-0.34, 95% CI (-0.42, -0.26)]. It was effective for pain in the comparison of SE and OE [short-term: WMD=-1.18, 95% CI (-2.15, - 0.20); long-term: WMD=-0.66, 95% CI (-0.89, -0.43)]. It was also effective for disability in the comparison of SE and MT [short-term: SMD=-15.82, 95% CI (- 23.10, -8.54)]. We found no clinically relevant differences in disability between SE and OE. Heterogeneity was high in the comparison of SE and overall variables. Conclusion: If SE is applied to physical therapy to improve the main symptoms of CLBP patients, it may contribute to their recovery. More high-quality randomized studies on the topic are warranted.

        Background: Improperly conducted exercise may lead to worsening of musculoskeletal complications. Such may worsen due to increased repetition and intensity during exercise. In addition, different responses may show different needs for training program. Objectives: To compare kinematics of symmetric concentric and eccentric motions during increased repetitions and intensities for men and women. Design: Quasi-randomized trial. Methods: A total of ten men and eleven women participated in this study. Concentric and eccentric motions of the lateral raises were observed for initial positions of abduction and adduction. Low and high exercise intensities were applied, and 15 repetitions were conducted for both intensities. Initial, 3 inbetween repetitions, and last repetition were recorded for comparisons. Results: The concentric or abduction motions showed no significant differences for all comparisons. However, eccentric or adduction motions showed greater significant differences as the exercise intensity increased for both men and women. Such significant differences were most prevalent during the first and last repetitions with greatest differences during the initial repetitions. Conclusion: Kinematic difference between men and women during increased repetitions and intensity indicate the need for more individualized exercise intervention and consideration between men and women. Individualized interventions may prevent exercise-induced postural abnormality and corresponding musculoskeletal dysfunction.

        Background: Recently, a new method of dysphagia rehabilitation using Kinesio taping (KT) has been attempted and demonstrated an immediate increase in the activation of the suprahyoid muscle during swallowing in healthy adults. Objectives: To investigate the effect of dysphagia rehabilitation using KT on the thickness change of the suprahyoid muscle in patients with dysphagia after stroke. Design: Two-group pre-post design. Methods: In this study, 20 patients with dysphagia after stroke were enrolled and assigned to the experimental and control groups. The experimental group applied KT to the front of the neck and repeatedly swallowed against the tension of the tape. On the other hand, the control group performed repeated swallowing without applying KT. Patients in both groups had swallowed 50 times a day/5 times a week for 4 weeks. For evaluation, the volume of the geniohyoid, mylohyoid, and digastric muscle was measured before and after the intervention using portable ultrasound equipment. Results: As a result of comparing the two groups after the intervention, the experimental group showed more volume increase in mylohyoid (P<.05) and digastric muscle (P<.05) than the control group. Conclusion: This study proved that suprahyoid muscle resistance exercise using KT is effective in increasing the volume of the suprahyoid muscle.

        Background: Patients with stroke have core muscle weakness and limited rib cage movement, resulting in restrictive lung disease. Objectives: To examine the comparison of effects of rib cage joint mobilization combined with diaphragmatic breathing exercise and diaphragmatic breathing exercise on the pulmonary function and chest circumference in patients with stroke. Design: A cluster randomized controlled trial. Methods: Twenty-four patients were randomly assigned to an experimental group (rib cage joint mobilization combined with diaphragmatic breathing exercise group) and control group (diaphragmatic breathing exercise group). Patients in the experimental group underwent rib cage joint mobilization for 15 min and diaphragmatic breathing exercise for 15 min. The control group underwent diaphragmatic breathing exercise for 30 min. Both groups underwent exercise thrice a week for 4 weeks. The pulmonary function and chest circumference were measured using the MicroLab spirometer and a tape measure, respectively. Results: After the intervention, the pulmonary function and chest circumference significantly improved in both groups. These improvements were significantly higher in the experimental group than those in the control group. Conclusion: Rib cage joint mobilization combined with diaphragmatic breathing exercise improves pulmonary function and chest circumference in patients with stroke.

        본 연구의 목적은 출산 전 필라테스 운동과 프로바이오틱스 섭취가 출산 후 여성의 장내미생물, 신체구성, 혈중지질, 비만호르몬, 염증성 사이토카인에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 있다. 총 15명의 임산부를 운동+프로바이오틱스섭취군(PEX, n=5), 운동군(EX, n=5), 대조군(CON, n=5)으로 구분하였다. PEX 집단과 EX 집단은 8주 동안 주 2회 필라테스 운동에 참여하였고 준비운동 10분, 본 운동 30분, 정리운동 10분으로 실시하였으며, PEX 집단은 매일 공복에 프로바이오틱스 1 캡슐을 섭취하였다. 그 결과 출산 후 PEX 집단의 체지방 및 WHR 수치가 감소하였다. 장내미생물의 변화는 비피도박테리움, 락토바실러스, 클로스트리디움, 퍼미큐테스, 박테리오데스의 구성 수준에서 집단 간 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 비만 호르몬과 염증성 사이토카인의 변화는 PEX 집단에서 사후 렙틴, IL-6, TNF-a 수치가 감소하는 것으로 나타났고, 혈중 지질 수준에서는 차이가 없었다. 결론적으로 출산 전 필라테스와 프로바이오틱스 병행 처치는 출산 후 여성의 복부지방 감소에 효과적이며 염증 및 비만 관련 호르몬에 긍정적인 영향을 주어 산후 빠른 회복에 도움이 될 것이다.
