        잎굴파리를 예찰할 때 이용하는 황색 끈끈이 트랩의 최적 설치 높이를 밝히기 위하여 트랩을 3단계의 높이로 설치하여 4회에 걸쳐 높이별 부착수를 조사하였다. 거베라에서 트랩의 설치 높이는 작물과 같은 높이로 설치했을 때가 그 위 30cm, 60cm에 설치했을 때보다 잎굴파리의 유인량이 많았다. 시간대별 잎굴파리의 행동향상을 파악하기 위하여 황색 끈끈이 트랩을 작물높이에 설치한 후 1시간과 2시간 간격으로 일주활동을 조사하였다. 5월 조사에서 08~10시와 14~18시에 두 번의 피크가 나타났으며 7월 조사에서는 08시까지 잡힌 잎굴파리가 가장 많았고, 10월 조사에서는 12~14시에 가장 많이 잡혔다 잎굴파리의 배행활동에는 온도뿐만 아니라 일사강도 등 다른 환경요인도 작용하는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한, 황색 끈끈이트랩에는 암컷보다 수컷이 트랩의 높이나 시간에 관계없이 더 잘 유인되었다.

        IPQC system was introduced for the flight safety at the age of scientific safety management in the 1980s. In spite of performing this system, aircraft accidents caused by human factors, which were above 70% among all flight accident factors, have not been reduced. Accordingly, throughout this paper I analyzed the aircraft accident factors by means of a literature study and a pilot survey. Then, based on the notion of TQC(Total Quality Control), I hierarchically classified Individual Quality into Capacity Management, Safety Management, and General Management and did the low-ranked management factors as well. AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), one of the scientific management methods, was used for estimating the relative importance of Individual Quality Control factors and the heavy aircraft accident causes over the last 20 years were analyzed according to the flight ranks. Based on the comparative analysis of results derived above, an IPQC model as flight ranks is established. In short, according to this newly suggested model we can obtain the maximum flight safety with the preventive actions against aircraft accidents caused by human factors and by improving the operation effect under the reasonable pilot management.

        An attempt was made to provide valuable information to improve service quality and customer satisfaction for in-flight catering service. The customers' demographic characteristics that impact on service quality and customer satisfaction were examined for a group of customer. 474 customers who have been used the airplane within 1 year were participated in this study. Statistical analysis was performed using SAS software program (version 6.01) for descriptive analysis, factor analysis, t-test and ANOVA. The results of the study can be summarized as follows: 1. Service Quality in In-flight catering was assessed on the basis of 18 service quality attributes and 5 dimensions derived from a factor analysis. After comparing customers' perception to customers' expectation regarding in-flight service quality, the quality of dimensions for 'meals', and 'sanitation' were not showed any significant differences. However, the expectation for dimensions of 'diversity of menu', 'providing information', and 'the degree of concern to the customers' were rated significantly higher than the perception for those. 2. Among the demographic variables, age and gender had highly influences on the customers' expectation and perception regarding service quality and customer satisfaction. 3. The korean food that the customers wanted to have for in-flight meals was investigated. Among the kinds of gruel(jook), abalone gruel(jeonbok-jook), pumpkin gruel(hobak-jook), and pine-nut gruel(jat-jook) were chosen to have for in-flight korean meals. It was rated that the preferences for beef soup(sogogikook), hot spicy beef soup(youkgaejang), brown sea-weed soup(miyoukkook) were higher than others in soup group. The preferences for boiled rice with assorted mixture(bibimbab) showed the highest and beef and rice soup(seoleongtang), boiled rice with four the staple cereals(ogogbab) were preferred higher than the others in main dish group. Bulgogi was rated the most popular dish. Korean style punch with omiza(whachae), sweet rice dish(yaksik) and fried glutinous rice cake(gangjeong)showed high preferences in dissert.

        솔껍질깍지벌레 수컷성충의 비행습성 및 합성페로몬에 대한 반응이 해송 피해림에서 조사되었다. 해송임분내에서 수컷성충의 자연비행밀도는 수관부위가 지표면 근처보다 높았다. 페로몬 50을 처리한 장소로부터 페로몬이 처리되지 않은 끈끈이 트래? frjflquf로 설치하여 수컷의 부착수를 조사한바 페로몬에 영향 받는 거리는 10mm이하로 조사되었다. 합성페로몬 50은 높은 유인효과가 있었으나 1처리구는 유인효과가 인정되지 않았다. 수관 울폐도가 높은 지역에서의 지상높이별 유인개체수는 자연비행 밀도와 같이 수관상부가 지표면 근처보다 많았으나 울폐도가 낮은 지역에서는 오히려 지표면 근처에서 더 많은 개체가 유인되는 경향이었다. 본 해충의 신규발생지 조사에 있어 알주머니 육안조사에 의한 관해 방법 및 페로몬트랩에 의한 방법을 비교한바 페로몬트랩에 의한 조사가 보다 효과적이었다. 111m의 공간에 합성페로몬 32mg을 처리한 경우 교미교란 효과는 나타나지 않았다.

        본 연구는 비행중인 담배나방(Helicoverpa assulta (Guenee))성충의 혈림프내 지질과 탄수화물의 함량변화와 그들의 호르몬조절가능을 조사하기 위하여 수행되었다. 비행초기 몇분동안에 암수 모두 빠른 지질증가반응을 보였고, 약 2기간까지 증가된 수준이 유지되었다. 비행중 혈림프내 탄수화물농도는 거의 변화가 없었지만, 수컷에서는 비행후 10분 동안 약간의 농도증가가 있었다. 합성 지질동원호르몬(Lom-AKH-II), 당동원호르몬(Bld-HrTH), 담배나방 자신의 뇌-카디아카체 추출물들 모두 담배나방의 혈림프내 지질과 당함량을 높여주었는데, 지질이 당보다 훨씬 더 높게 나타났다. 이상의 결과로 주로 지질이 담배나방의 주 비행연료로 사용되고 혈림프내 지질함량은 지질동원호르몬의 조절을 받는 것으로 보여진다. 또한 담배나방에는 지질동원호르몬과 당동원 호르몬이 같이 있을 수 있으며, 이들 펩티드들의 구조는 Mass-AKH, Hez-HrTH, Lom-AkH-II, Pea-HrTH 등의 구조와 유사할 것이라고 유추되었다.

        1990년 6월부터 전남지방에서 성훼로몬을 이용한 파밤나방의 발생소장, 일일비산활동 및 기주별 가해특성을 조사한 결과 성충은 6월 중순부터 trap에 유인이 시작되어 11월 하순까지 계속되었으며 발생 peak는 비닐하우스에서 8월 중순~하순, 9월 중순~하순, 11월 상순~중순이었으며 야외포장에서도 역시 6월 중순부터 유인이 시작되어 9월 상순~하순, 10월 중순~11월 하순에 유인량이 많았으며 노지에 비해서 비닐하우스에서 peak가 20일 가량 빨랐다. 유충의 biomass에 의한 발생 가능세대수는 남부지방에서 6회로 추정되었다. 일일중 비산활동은 주로 24시 이후부터 일출전까지 활발하였으며 peak는 4시~6시 사이였다. 기주에 따른 가해특성은 외대파에 있어서는 초장 10cm이하에서 유충 밀도 및 피해주율이 가가장 높았으며, 국화는 생육에 따라 피해주율이 점차 증가하다가 생육후기에는 오히려 떨어지는 경향이었고 가해부위는 시기에 관계없이 주로 엽상이 70%이상이었고 다음은 엽하 12.3%, 정단 9.3%순이었다. 또한 안개초에 있어서 피해주는 거의 생육을 하지 못하여 개화에 이르지 못하였다.

        1984-1989년의 6년간 Blacklight trap에 유살된 성충수를 통하여 큰검정풍댐이와 참검정풍뎅이와 참검정풍뎅이 성충의 비상활동을 조사하였다. 큰검정풍뎅이 성충의 비상 활동은 주로 6월 하순-8월 상순에 이루어지고 7월 중순에 peak으며, 참검정풍뎅이 성충의 비상 활동은 주로 홀수년도의 5 월 상순-6월 하순에 이루어졌는데 peak의 시기는 해에 따라 일정치 않았다. 두 종의 비상 기간 중의 비상 활동은 모두 강우량이 많은 시기에 활발하였으며 참검정풍뎅이 월동 성충의 비상 활동은 일평균기온 이상 되면서 시작되는 것으로 보였다. Blacklight trap에 유살된 성충의 성비에 있어, 큰검정풍뎅이는 자충이 53.3%였으나 참검정풍뎅이는 야외 채집 성충의 57.4%가 자충이 었음에도 불구하고 자충이 전혀 없었다.

        초 록 1. 1977년 경남 김해에서 처음 발견되어 현재 딸기 잎의 반점성병해로서 최우점종으로 나타났으며 그 피해 막심하였다. 그 병징은 논문이 뚜렷한 대형의 갈색반점 또는 V자형의 갈반을 형성하였으au 병반이오래되면 중앙 고사부의 표리양면에 흑색의 병자각이 다수형성되었다. 본병원균을 분리한 결과우리나라에서는 미기록 병해인 Dendrophoma obscurans로 동정되었으며 본병을 겹무늬 병이라 명명하였다. 2. 본균의 병자각형성에는 광선이 필수조건이었으며 PDA배지상에서 병자각의 형성이 많았다. 3. 딸기 48품종에 대하여 품종간 발병의 차이를 조사한 결과 Red gauntlet, Senga Sengana, Torrey, Horida's wonder, Hokowase, Kogyoku, Dehak I등이 발병율이 높았으며 또 어린엽보다는 노엽에서 발병이 심하였다.

        Korea Pathfinder Lunar Orbiter (KPLO), also known as Danuri, was successfully launched on 4 Aug. from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station using a Space-X Falcon-9 rocket. Flight dynamics (FD) operational readiness was one of the critical parts to be checked before the flight. To demonstrate FD software’s readiness and enhance the operator’s contingency response capabilities, KPLO FD specialists planned, organized, and conducted four simulations and two rehearsals before the KPLO launch. For the efficiency and integrity of FD simulation and rehearsal, different sets of blind test data were prepared, including the simulated tracking measurements that incorporated dynamical model errors, maneuver execution errors, and other errors associated with a tracking system. This paper presents the simulation and rehearsal results with lessons learned for the KPLO FD operational readiness checkout. As a result, every functionality of FD operation systems is firmly secured based on the operation procedure with an enhancement of contingency operational response capability. After conducting several simulations and rehearsals, KPLO FD specialists were much more confident in the flight teams’ ability to overcome the challenges in a realistic flight and FD software’s reliability in flying the KPLO. Moreover, the results of this work will provide numerous insights to the FD experts willing to prepare deep space flight operations.

        Cosmic radiation exposure of the flight crews in Korea has been managed by Radiation Safety Management around Living Life Act under Nuclear Safety and Security Commission. However, the domestic flight crews are excluded from the Act because of relatively low route dose exposure compared to that of international flight crews. But we found that the accumulated total annual dose of domestic flight crews is far from negligible because of relatively long total flight time and too many flights. In this study, to suggest the necessity of management of domestic flight crews’ radiation exposure, we statistically analyzed domestic flight crew’s accumulative annual dose by using cosmic radiation estimation models of the Civil Aviation Research Institute (CARI)-6M, Nowcast of Atmospheric Ionizing Radiation for Aviation Safety (NAIRAS), and Korean Radiation Exposure Assessment Model (KREAM) and compared with in-situ measurements of Liulin-6K LET spectrometer. As a result, the average exposure dose of domestic flight crews was found to be 0.5–0.8 mSv. We also expect that our result might provide the basis to include the domestic flight crews as radiation workers, not just international flight attendants.

        This technical paper deals the practical transformation algorithms between several lunar reference frames which will be used for Korea pathfinder lunar orbiter (KPLO) flight operation. Despite of various lunar reference frame definitions already exist, use of a common transformation algorithm while establishing lunar reference frame is very important for all members related to KPLO mission. This is because use of slight different parameters during frame transformation may result significant misleading while reprocessing data based on KPLO flight dynamics. Therefore, details of practical transformation algorithms for the KPLO mission specific lunar reference frames is presented with step by step implementation procedures. Examples of transformation results are also presented to support KPLO flight dynamics data user community which is expected to give practical guidelines while post processing the data as their needs. With this technical paper, common understandings of reference frames that will be used throughout not only the KPLO flight operation but also science data reprocessing can be established. It is expected to eliminate, or at least minimize, unnecessary confusion among all of the KPLO mission members including: Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) as well as other organizations participating in KPLO payload development and operation, or further lunar science community world-wide who are interested in KPLO science data post processing.

        This paper examines how macroeconomic variables, such as interest rate differences, inflation, exchange rates, economic growth and external debt growth, affect capital flight in the ASEAN-8 countries. We apply a panel data model with fixed effect estimation for the data for eight countries from the period 1994 to 2018. We use the residual approach used by the World Bank to measure the value of capital flight. The results show that the interest rate differences, exchange rates, economic growth and foreign debt growth had a positive and significant effect on outward capital flight. A further implication of this finding is that the interest rate differences, exchange rate, economic growth and foreign debt growth are factors that trigger an increase in capital outflow in the ASEAN-8 countries. Nonetheless, inflation rate is not considered to be the main factor influencing capital flight, as average inflation in the ASEAN-8 countries remains relatively stable. This paper will be beneficial for policymakers in the ASEAN-8 countries and encourage them to constantly pay attention to these four variables, as they significantly influence capital flight, whereas they can disregard the impact of the inflation variable that is not significant in influencing capital flight.

        Purpose: This study aims to analyze the effect of macroeconomic and non-macroeconomic determinants of capital flight. Research design, data and methodology: With five determinants, this survey was conducted by Eviews 10, and the ordinary least squares (OLS) as a statistical method was applied for examining the research hypothesis. The five determinants are a budget deficit, economic growth, inflation rate, the exchange rate, and sovereign rating. The capital flight measurement uses the World Bank residual approach. The data derive from the Central Bank of Indonesia, BPS-Statistics Indonesia, OECD, and Moody’s Investor Service. Results: The result considers that economic growth, the exchange rate, and the sovereign rating will decrease capital flight. In addition, the budget deficit and the inflation rate will increase capital flight. The sovereign rating decreases capital flight bigger than the other determinants. In addition, the exchange rate is statistically significant. Conclusions: The most influential problem of capital flight in Indonesia is because of non-macroeconomics factor political issue, corruption, bad regulation, and others. That’s why the investment climate in Indonesia is still not secure. We propose that the regime would have to amend the business rule for reducing capital, raising the investment climate, and demonstrating the creative industry.

        3D depth perception has played an important role in robotics, and many sensory methods have also proposed for it. As a photodetector for 3D sensing, single photon avalanche diode (SPAD) is suggested due to sensitivity and accuracy. We have researched for applying a SPAD chip in our fusion system of time-of-fight (ToF) sensor and stereo camera. Our goal is to upsample of SPAD resolution using RGB stereo camera. Currently, we have 64 x 32 resolution SPAD ToF Sensor, even though there are higher resolution depth sensors such as Kinect V2 and Cube-Eye. This may be a weak point of our system, however we exploit this gap using a transition of idea. A convolution neural network (CNN) is designed to upsample our low resolution depth map using the data of the higher resolution depth as label data. Then, the upsampled depth data using CNN and stereo camera depth data are fused using semi-global matching (SGM) algorithm. We proposed simplified fusion method created for the embedded system.

        In spite of a short history of only 30 years in space development, Korea has achieved outstanding space development capabilities, and became the 11th member of the “Space Club” in 2013 by launching its own satellites with its own launch vehicle from a local space center. With the successful development and operation of more than 10 earth-orbiting satellites since 1999, Korea is now rapidly expanding its own aspirations to outer space exploration. Unlike earth-orbiting missions, planetary missions are more demanding of well-rounded technological capabilities, specifically trajectory design, analysis, and navigation. Because of the importance of relevant technologies, the Korean astronautical society devoted significant efforts to secure these basic technologies from the early 2000s. This paper revisits the numerous efforts conducted to date, specifically regarding flight dynamics and navigation technology, to prepare for future upcoming planetary missions in Korea. However, sustained efforts are still required to realize such challenging planetary missions, and efforts to date will significantly advance the relevant Korean technological capabilities.
