The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of dietary Morus alba L.(Bong-ip, B), Glycyrrhizae glabra(Gam-chei, C), Pinus densiflora(Sol-lp, S) and Angelica gigas(Dang-gi, D)powder on serum composition in rats(Sprague-Dawley male rats, 100-110g). Serum TG(triglyceride, p〈0.01), total cholesterol, glucose, total protein, albumin, GGT(γ-glutamyl transferase, p〈0.05) were significantly increased D group than that of nomal and other groups, but UA(uric acid, p〈0.05) was significantly decreased, and C group(p〈0.05) was significantly increased. but C group of urine(p〈0.05) was significantly decreased. Also, B and S groups(p〈0.05) of BUN(blood urea nitrogen), S group(p〈0.05) of ALP(alkaline phosphokinase, Band C(p〈0.05) of CPK(creatinine phosphokinsae, p〈0.05) were significantly increased. B, S and C groups were better than D group for lipid metabolism, and pretection to liver. Also, B and C groups of glucose were same as normal diet, so Morus alba L. was good food for lipid metabolism and hypoglycemic effect.

본 연구는 경상북도 중북부지역 낙동강 중류의 하천 식물상을 밝히고, 생활형을 파악하여 향후 유사지역 하천에서의 관속 식물상 조사연구에 기초자료를 제공하고자 실시하였다. 현지 조사는 2016년 5월부터 10월, 2017년 4월부터 10월에 걸쳐 영강, 내성천, 병성천, 위천 및 감천 등 5개 하천에서 실시하였고, 조사결과 조사지역에서 생육하는 관속식물은 99과 288속 421 종 4아종 39변종 10품종 등 총 474분류군이었다. 이 중 양치식물은 8과 8속 10종 1변종 등 11분류군, 나자식물은 3과 3속 4종 등 4분류군, 쌍자엽식물 73과 217속 312종 3아종 25변종 8품종 등 348분류군, 단자엽식물 14과 60속 95종 1아종 13변종 2품종 등 111분류군으로 나타났다. 특산식물은 5분류군이 조사되었고, 식물구계학적특정종으로 중요도가 높은 Ⅲ등급 이상을 살 펴보면 Ⅴ등급은 조사되지 않았으며, Ⅳ등급 3분류군, Ⅲ등급 5분류군이 조사되었다. 희귀식물은 7분류군이 조사되었고, 귀화식물은 73분류군으로 조사되었다. 조사지역 소산식물의 생활형 분석결과 Th 159분류군, H 91분류군, HH 68분류군, G 52 분류군, N 35분류군, MM 32분류군, M 25분류군, Ch 12분류군, E 1분류군 등으로 나타났다.

In this study, it is an object to develop a regression model for the estimation of TOC (total organic carbon) concentration using investigated data for three years from 2010 to 2012 in the Gam Stream unit watershed, and applied in 2009 to verify the applicability of the regression model. TOC and CODMn (chemical oxygen demand) were appeared to be derived the highest correlation. TOC was significantly correlated with 5 variables including BOD (biological oxygen demand), discharge, SS (suspended solids), Chl-a (chlorophyll a) and TP (total phosphorus) of p<0.01. As a result of PCA (principal component analysis) and FA (factor analysis), COD, TOC, SS, discharge, BOD and TP have been classified as a first factor. TOCe concentration was estimated using the model developed as an independent variable BOD5 and CODMn. R squared value between TOC and measurement TOC is 0.745 and 0.822, respectively. The independent variable were added step by step while removing lower importance variable. Based on the developed optimal model, R squared value between measurement value and estimation value for TOC was 0.852. It was found that multiple independent variables might be a better the estimation of TOC concentration using the regression model equation(in a given sites).

동작인식 인터페이스를 적용한 헬스게임이 대중화에 성공하면서 체감형 헬스게임의 성과를 결정하는 요인에 대한 연구는 이론 및 실용적으로 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 본 연구는 체감형 헬스게임의 성과를 예측하기 위해 대학생 200명을 대상으로 실험연구와 설문조사를 결합한 플레이테스트 방법을 이용하여 몰입, 실재감과 사회인지 요인의 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 첫째 사회인지요인인 자기효능감은 헬스게임의 기능적 만족도에 유의미하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째로 몰입경험은 가설에서 설정된 방향대로 기능적 만족도와 오락적 만족 모두에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째로 실재감경험은 헬스게임의 기능적 만족도에는 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 오락적 만족도에는 유의미한 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째로 기능적 만족도는 오락적 만족도와 미래 이용의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 오락적 만족도 역시 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 기존의 디지털게임의 사용자경험과 자기효능감이 게임성과에 미치는 효과에 대한 이론적 명제들이 체감형 헬스게임에도 적용될 수 있다는 점을 확인함으로써 개념과 이론의 확장성에 기여하고 있다.

To identify possible associations with concentrations of ambient air pollutants and daily mortality in Busan, this study assessed the effects of air pollution for the time period 1999-2000. Poisson regression analysis by Generalized Additive Model were conducted considering trend, season, meteorology, and day-of-the-week as confounders in a nonparametric approach. Busan had a 10% increase in mortality in persons aged 65 and older(95% CI : 1.01-1.10) in association with IQR in NO2(lagged 2 days). An increase of NO2(lagged 2days) was associated with a 4% increase in respiratory mortality(CI : 1.02-1.11) and CO(lagged 1 day) showed a 3% increase(CI : 1.00-1.07).
