This study investigated the influence of the quality of a business management consulting service and the mediating effect of utilizing a business management consulting service. For this purpose, data was collected from 200 self-employed workers of the Moonchang market in Dasejun, the Yongdap market in Seoul and the Jatgeoeul market in Gapyeong. The result of the study are as follows. First, it was found that the quality of interaction, the quality of the result and the quality of the physical environment have significant influences over peoples’ financial aptitude. Second, it was found that the quality of the interaction, the quality of the result and the quality of the physical environment have significant influences over peoples’ non-financial aptitudes. Thirds, the evaluation of a mediating effect of utilization of a business management consulting service on the relationship between the quality of a business management consulting service and business performance showed that it has a significant influence in all ways and so this, proved its mediating effect. Therefor, as one of the means to activate traditional markets in Korea, it would be beneficial to actively introduce a business management consulting service and this would achieve a better performance through efforts to change the perception of employees and consultants about post-management of business management consulting services.

‘Consulting’, which is the main research topic of the knowledge service industry, is a field of study that is essential for the growth and development of companies and proliferation to specialized fields. However, it is difficult to grasp the current status of international research related to consulting, mainly on which topics are being studied, and what are the latest research topics. The purpose of this study is to analyze the research trends of academic research related to ‘consulting’ by applying quantitative analysis such as topic modeling and statistic analysis. In this study, we collected statistical data related to consulting in the Scopus DB of Elsevier, which is a representative academic database, and conducted a quantitative analysis on 15,888 documents. We scientifically analyzed the research trends related to consulting based on the bibliographic data of academic research published all over the world. Specifically, the trends of the number of articles published in the major countries including Korea, the author key word trend, and the research topic trend were compared by country and year. This study is significant in that it presents the result of quantitative analysis based on bibliographic data in the academic DB in order to scientifically analyze the trend of academic research related to consulting. Especially, it is meaningful that the traditional frequency-based quantitative bibliographic analysis method and the text mining (topic modeling) technique are used together and analyzed. The results of this study can be used as a tool to guide the direction of research in consulting field. It is expected that it will help to predict the promising field, changes and trends of consulting industry related research through the trend analysis.

본 연구는 국내 기술컨설팅 산업 발전을 위해 기술컨설팅 분야 전문자 격사인 경영·기술지도사들로 구성된 협회인 한국경영기술지도사회의 현 황을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 지도사회 사업성 부족, 지도사회 리더십 부족, 지도사 전문성·윤리성 부족 등의 주요 문제점을 도출하였다. 이러한 주요 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 2016. 11월에 국회에 제출된 「경영지도사 및 기술지도사에 관한 법률안」이 현재 본회의 심의를 앞 두고 있어 독립법안에 대한 법적 쟁점을 검토하였다. 그 결과, 직무와 사 업에의 우선 참여, 한국경영기술지도사회 설립, 지도사자격심의·징계위 원회, 사무소 및 법인 설치, 손해배상준비금 및 경업금지, 벌칙 등의 주 요 법적 쟁점을 도출하였다. 따라서, 지도사회와 관련된 주요 문제점을 독립법안의 법적 쟁점을 통 해 해결할 수 있는 정책적 개선방안을 다음과 같이 제시해 본다. 첫째, 지도사회의 사업성 부족을 해결하기 위해서는 정부(중소벤처기 업부)·지방자치단체·상공회의소 등과 파트너쉽(협력)을 더욱 강화하고 사업수주 영업을 적극적으로 해야 한다. 둘째, 독립법안 입법에 최우선적인 노력을 하되, 지속적으로 지도사들 의 의견(고민)을 수렴하고, 최소한 중소벤처기업부·지도사회 주관 사업 에는 지도사들이 우선적으로 참여할 수 있는 기회를 제공할 필요가 있으 며, 지도사들의 자부심 및 소속감 강화를 위한 서번트 리더십(Servant Leadership)을 발휘할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 4차 산업혁명 시대를 맞이하여 지도사를 중소기업 전문가, 융합 전문가, 글로벌 전문가, 윤리 전문가로 체계적으로 양성할 필요가 있다. 또한 지속적인 자격 및 윤리 관리를 통해 지도사가 국내 최고 수준의 기 술컨설팅 전문가가 될 수 있도록 지원해야 할 것이다. 다만, 본 연구는 시의성(時宜性) 있는 정책적 개선방안 제언에 초점을 두고 있어, 실증분석, 비교고찰 등의 연구방법은 활용하지 못하였다. 이 에 향후 지도사를 대상으로 하는 실증분석 또는 해외 선진제도와의 비교 고찰 등을 활용한 후속연구를 간절히 기대해 본다.

열린 공동체 성장 프로그램은 창의와 인성에 바탕을 둔 학급 운영을 위한 방법론이다. 본 연구는 변화하고 있는 사회적 흐름과 학생들의 정서적 특성을 반영한 학급 운영 프로그램을 통해 창의와 협력, 그리고 소통의 가치관을 길러주고 학생들이 중심이 되는 학급 문화에 대한 인식을 제고하는 데 목적이 있다. 협력적 소양을 함양시키기 위해서 학급 협력 신문의 개념을 도입하여 학생들이 학급 운영 전반에 대한 정보에 대해 수집부터 공유까지 직접 참여할 수 있는 기회를 제공하였다. 창의적 소양을 기르기 위해서 사이버 학급을 체계적으로 설계하여 학생들이 실시간으로 접속하여 그 내용을 재구성하고 정보를 쌍방향으로 처리할 수 있는 여건을 만들었다. 소통의 중요성을 인식시키기 위해서 학습 컨설팅 일지를 구안하여 적용하였다. 학생들은 학습 컨설팅 일지를 활용하여 담임교사와 지속적으로 의사를 교환하고 지도와 조언을 접할 수 있는 기회를 얻을 수 있었다. 각 소양을 함양하기 위한 기본 활동 구조를 앞서 제시한 3가지 영역으로 나누어 연간 지도 계획을 수립하였다. 또한 프로그램의 효과를 높이기 위해 각 영역별 본시학습지도안을 40차시에 걸쳐 준비하여 실행하였다. 이 같은 열린 공동체 성장 프로그램을 통해 학생들은 학급 운영과 담임교사에 대해 높은 신뢰감을 갖게 되었다. 아울러 학급 구성원들과 긍정적으로 협력하고, 자신의 능력을 창의적으로 발현시키기 위해서 노력하였으며 소통의 가치를 지속적으로 실천하는 등 학급 및 학교 생활 전반에 걸쳐 바람직한 태도 변화를 보였다.

본 논문은 신용보증기금에서 수행하는 경영컨설팅이 고객만족과 고객이 컨설팅에 대한 지속적 이용의도와 추천의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 경영컨설팅의 4가지 평가요인들을 추출하고 그들 사이의 인과관계에 대하여 분석을 진행하였다.
