        간편식 형태의 이유식 중 죽 44건, 진밥 40건, 퓌레 11 건, 분말 6건으로 총 101건의 무기질(철, 아연, 칼슘, 마그네슘) 함량을 마이크로웨이브 분해장치로 분해하여 ICPOES로 분석하였다. 무기질의 유형별 평균 함량은 철 0.05- 0.45 mg/100 g(mg/10 g, 분말), 아연 0.06-0.29 mg/100 g(mg/ 10 g, 분말), 칼슘 3.07-6.65 mg/100 g(mg/10 g, 분말), 마그네슘 2.46-5.93 mg/100 g(mg/10 g, 분말)으로 나타났다. 철, 아연, 칼슘, 마그네슘의 권장섭취량(KDRIs)과 비교하였을 때 권장섭취량 대비 각각 2.74-22.35%(평균 11.10%), 5.94- 28.95%(평균 21.91%), 3.07-6.65%(평균 4.47%), 13.42-38.95% (평균 22.85%)이었다. 시판되는 간편 이유식만으로는 생후 6개월 이후 각각의 무기질 권장섭취량을 충분히 섭취할 수 없어 조제식이나 모유를 통한 영양소 섭취가 필요하다. 충분한 무기질 섭취를 위해서는 각각 영양소의 주요 급원 식품을 파악하고 부족한 영양소를 섭취할 수 있는 간편 이유식을 선택하는 것을 권장한다. 아울러 제조회사에서 는 우리나라 영유아시기에 부족해지기 쉬운 철, 칼슘 등 의 영양소를 강화한 재료를 이유식 제조에 사용·표기하여 영유아의 성장발달에 필요한 영양소가 균형 있게 공급될 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다.

        The objective of this study was to analyze proximate composition, dietary fiber, mineral content, fatty acid composition in Cheonggak (Codium fragile) in order to encourage the consumption of Cheonggak. The proximate composition of Cheonggak was found to be 5.51% moisture, 24.09% crude ash, 15.79% crude protein, 2.47% crude lipid and 45.31% dietary fiber. The major mineral content of Cheonggak was Na 8,950 mg/100 g, Mg 1,252 mg/100 g, Ca 807 mg/100 g, K 457 mg/100 g, and trace mineral content was Fe 26 mg/100 g, Mn 8 mg/100 g, Zn 0.4 mg/100 g. Palmitic acid 36.86% and α-linolenic acid 20.14% were the most contained fatty acids in Cheonggak. The ratio of saturated fatty acids to unsaturated fatty acids was 85.49% while ω-6 fatty acids to ω-3 fatty acids were 59.10%. Based on the proximate composition, dietary fiber, mineral content, and fatty acid composition, Cheonggak was judged to be a major source of dietary fiber and Mg and Ca, and it was deemed to be helpful in promoting health, including the prevention of hyperlipidemia. Cheonggak contained valuable nutrients similar to seaweed, which is produced and consumed the most in Korea. Thus, it is necessary to include Cheonggak in the food items.

        Teeth and bones are highly mineralized tissues containing inorganic minerals such as calcium phosphate, and a growing number of evidences show that their mineral content is associated with many diseases. Although the quantification of mineral contents by micro-computed tomography(micro- CT) has been used in diagnosis and evaluation for treating bone diseases, its application for teeth diseases has not been well established. In this study, we attempted to estimate a usefulness of a high-resolution micro-CT in analysis of human teeth. The teeth were scanned by using the Skyscan 1172 micro-CT. In order to measure tooth mineral content, beam hardening effect of the machine was corrected with a radiopaque iodinecontaining substance, iodoacetamide. Under the maximum resolution of 6.6 μm, X-ray densities in teeth and hydroxyapatite standards were obtained with Hounsfield unit (HU), and they were then converted to an absolute mineral concentration by a CT Analyzer software. In enamel layer of cusp area, the mean mineral concentration was about 2.14 mg/mm3 and there was a constant mineral concentration gradient from the enamel surface to the dentinoenamel junction. In the dentin of middle 1/3 of tooth, the mean mineral concentration was approximately 1.27 mg/mm3 and there was a constant mineral concentration gradient from the outer of root to the pulp side, ranging from 1.3 to 1.06 mg/mm3. In decay region of dentin, the mineral content was gradually decreased from the intact inner side to the decayed surface. These results suggest that high-resolution micro-CT can be as a useful tool for non-invasive measurement of mineral concentration in teeth.

        본 연구는 지역별로 생산되는 김의 일반성분, 무기질, 아미노산 성분함량 측정하여 비교분석하고자 하였다. 지역 구분은 한국의 전남, 중국의 강소성, 일본 아리아케 지역에서 생산되는 방사무늬김(Pyropia yezoensis)을 대상으로 일반성분은 AOAC 방법으로 분석하였으며, 무기물은 ICP-분광분석기, 아미노산은 아미노산 분석기로 정량정성 분석 하였다. 분석 결과 한국, 중국, 일본의 일반성분 함량의 범위에서 수분은 8.13±0.38 % 조단백은 37.25±1.15 % 조지방은 2.12±0.27 % 회분은 7.41±0.36 % 탄수화물 45.06±1.30 %을 확인하였고, 총 무기질 함량은 한국 28300.19±76.39 ppm, 중국 13945.63±7.73 ppm, 일본 12262.485±4.38 ppm으로 한국이 가장 높았으며, 총 아미노산의 경우 한국 265.28±0.38 mg g-1, 중국 209.19±0.19 mg g-1, 일본 157.61±0.43 mg g-1으로 나타났다. 원산지별 연안생태환경에 따라 일반성분 및 무기질, 아미노산 함량의 차이가 나타나는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며 향후 다양한 국가에서 생산되는 김에 대한 연구 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다고 사료된다.

        가축액비의 영양성분 중 질소(N)는 환경적인 면과 사초수량을 고려했을 때 잠재력이 가장 높다. 본 연구는 추파용 연맥에 가축액비의 N 함량을 기준으로 시용수준을 달리하여 시용했을 때 추파용 연맥(Avena saliva L.)의 무기물 함량 및 질산태질소 함량 그리고 토양화학성분 변화를 구명하고자 7처리(화학비료표준구 120 k g N h a − 1 , 우분액비구 120, 240, 360 k g N h a − 1 돈분액비구 120, 240, 360 k g N h a − 1 )를 난괴법 3반복으로 배치하여 1997년 수원에서 수행하였다. 대조구와 비교하여 추파용 연맥의 무기물 함량은 액상분뇨의 시용량이 증가됨에 따라 증가되는 경향을 보였다. 추파용 연맥의 질산태질소 함량은 1 , 881 − 2 , 605 m g k g − 1 의 범위를 보였으며, 금비구>우분액비 360 k g N h a − 1 구>돈분액비 240 k g N h a − 1 구 순이었다. 액상분뇨의 시용량이 증가될 수록 토양중 치환성 양이온 함량이 높아지는 경향을 보였다. 토양중 전질소 및 무기태질소량은 액상분뇨 시용량에 따라 달랐는데 그 중에서도 돈분액비 360 k g N h a − 1 구에서 가장 높았다. 토양침투수중 질산태질소 농도는 시험기간중 심한 변이를 나타내지 않았다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때 토양중 질소량은 돈분액비 360 k g N h a − 1 구, 돈분액비 240 k g N h a − 1 순이었다.

        Background: Angelica gigas Nakai is a perennial herb belonging to the family Umbelliferae. Its roots are utilized in traditional medicine. The aim of this study was to increase the yield of and the content of two indicator components (decursin and decursinol angelate) in A. gigas Nakai. Methods and Results: The roots of A. gigas Nakai were harvested 4-times from late August to late October in 2017. Two agents (trace element-TE, and plant hormone-HM) were applied 4 times at intervals of 2 weeks. The content of the two indicator components were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography. The HM treatment showed the greatest increase in underground part yield and root diameter. The content of the two indicator components in the control (non-treatment) group was the highest in the underground part, but was higher in the aerial parts in the agent treatment group. After treatment with the agents, the content of the indicator components tended to decrease in the underground part. However, the total content of the indicator components in the two agent treatment groups exceeded the level of 6% set by the Korean Pharmacopoeia. Conclusions: The highest underground part yield was found in the HM treatment group, while the highest content of decursin and decursinol angelate were found in the control group. This study provides basic information for yield improvement in A. gigas.

And the moisture content of fertilizer increases, the shrinkage decrease at early ages, however, shrinkage increased with the ages.

        This study was conducted to elucidate the changes of photosynthetic ability and cation content in barley cultivar seedlings cultured for 10 and 30 days with different NaCl concentrations containing 1/4 Hoagland solutions. At the highest NaCl concentration, the weight of dry matter and the shoot/root ratio (S/R ratio) were decreased. Thus, shoots were affected more than roots by NaCl treatment. The S/R ratio decreased more in 'Neulssalbori' than in 'Bunong' by the NaCl treatment. The. internal Na+ concentration increased greatly with the highest NaCl concentration, but K+ concentration in plants decreased with the highest NaCl treatment. The Ca2+ concentration had a small change with NaCl concentrations. Thus Na+ /K+ and Na+ /Ca2+ ratios increased with the highest concentration. The chlorophyll content (%/dry weight) of seedlings decreased at higher NaCl levels except for Bunong in 30 day old seedlings. The photosynthetic ability decreased only for Neulssalbori in the 10 days NaCl treatment. The stomatal conductance, and transpiration had decreased in the 10 day old seedlings, but not with 30 day old seedlings.

        본 연구는 국내에서 재배한 서양 향신 허브식물의 무기물 함량과 항산화 활성 효과를 비교검토하기 위하여 시험한 바 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다 1. 서양 허브식물은 여러 가지 종류의 무기물을 함유하고 있었으며 허브 종류별 무기물 함량은 매우 상이하였다. 캄슘함량은 borage, chicory에서 높았고 칼륨은 comfrey, borage, Parsley에서 철분은 coriander, comfrey에서 높았다. 2. 19종의 서양 허브식물에 대한 DPPH Radical 소거작용 검색에 의한 항산화 활성을 검색한 결과 spearmint, marjoram, sweet basil 및 rosemary 식물의 추출물에서 tocopherol, BHA와 유사한 활성을 나타내었다. 용매별 분획에 의한 항산화효과를 검토한 결과 MeOH ext.에서 효과를 타나내지 못한 herb종류도 용매분획에 의해 항산화 활성을 나타낼수 있음을 알 수 있었다.
