        PURPOSES : In this study, a Design Support Automatic Program for NATM (new Austrian tunneling method) tunnels based on BIM that can generate shape information including property information via the development of BIM libraries and the construction of a library design support automatic program is developed. METHODS : In this study, the abovementioned program is developed as an add-in Revit program. AutoDesk's program has the highest utilization rate, and it allows support tools to be added easily. Construction information classification based on WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) is developed. Subsequently, library construction and program development algorithms are developed. RESULTS : The automatic program constructs a library that reflects geometric characteristics through the construction of a library automatic module as well as generates three0-dimensional (3D) shape information by mapping between the constructed library and 3D informal alignment. The proposed program can automatically assemble a constructed library through the development of an algorithm for generating sequences of 3D shape information and automatically place models on a 3D terrain. CONCLUSIONS : The proposed automatic program can be designed and changed easily. It is expected to contribute to improvements in the speed of 3D NATM tunnel modeling and the efficiency of NATM tunnel design.

        The infrastructure that man absolutely needs creates a lot of environmental load. The environmental load is quantified global environment pollution. So we can use LCA method for assess and control environmental load. In this study, we developed the environmental load estimating model to evaluate quickly in design stage when maintaining infrastructures facilities. Especially, we chose NATM tunnel because it is economical and there are many example of construction on public roads and expressway. First, we made a list of the breakdown cost by using collected unit cost of Korea Expressway Corporation and Seoul-Si about tunnel maintenance. So we chose major work classification. We selected the major classification such as pavement repairing inside tunnel, leaked surface treatment of tunnel, attached tile repairing inside tunnel and tunnel cleaning etc. We excluded concrete repairing because it is not easy to define maintenance factor about concrete repairing. Next, we made data bases of standard supply and resources need by specialist work classification. Using data bases, we was able to estimate environmental load by designating an input variable such as lane, pavement, length, tile repairing, leaked surface treatment and cleaning method. Lastly, we made environmental load estimating model after it is verified by comparing the results with the actual environmental load and estimated environmental load. Finally, our goal of this study is to develop the methodology that easily estimates the environmental load. Accordingly, the environmental load will be decreased by using this model in stage of planning, design and maintenance. Also, it is expected that the maintenance management estimating model developed from this study will be possible to do eco-friendly management of the road and tunnel construction.

        NATM터널의 경우 대부분 산악지역에 위치함에 따라 배수형 터널이 지배적이다. 그러나 NATM 터널에서의 배수기능 저하와 수압작용, 이에 따른 라이닝 변상(누수, 백태 등)이 다수 보고되었으며, 매년 내구성과 사용성 확보를 위한 유지관리 비용이 투입되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 고속철도 NATM 터널을 대상으로 최근 실시한 정밀안전진단 결과를 활용하여 횡배수관 막힘 현상과 지보패턴과의 상관관계 분석사례를 소개하고 향후 개선방안에 대한 연구방향을 제시하고자 한다.

        터널은 지하수 처리방법에 따라 배수형 및 비배수 방수형식으로 구분된다. 배수형 방수형식 터널은 콘크리트 라이닝 배면의 지하수에 대한 수압을 고려하지 않으므로 대단면 터널 및 얇은 라이닝 콘크리트 두께 등 터널형상 선정에서 자유롭고 경제적인 장점이 있다. 하지만 터널의 배수시스템에 문제가 생기는 경우 라이닝 콘크리트 배면에 지하수로 인한 수압으로 장기적인 측면에서 터널의 구조적 안전성에 영향을 주기 때문에 터널의 내구연한 동안 배수시스템에 대한 유지관리와 문제 발생 시 적절한 보수, 보강 방법의 적용이 필요한 실정이다.

        Safety, Durability, and Usability of the Concrete Structure affecting among, there are crack and leakage the main damage is crack and leakage. Especially, Leakage is accompanied by Efflorescence, and provoke steel corrosion, exfoliation. This leakage is leaked to the exterior of the concrete surface in the shape of line or face, the method of repair varies with the shape of leakage. Accordingly, this paper will introduce case analysis of the shape of the water leakage to water leakage site in the lining structure of the NATM tunnel for utilize investigation method and basic data for the method of repair.(leakage, Efflorescence)

        The clogging of transverse drainage pipes in NATM tunnel is attributed to the hydraulic pressure generated on the outside of lining concrete and affects the safety of the whole structure in the long term, necessitating a keen attention in terms of its maintenance. Accordingly, this paper will introduce an analysis on the effect of the clogging of transverse drainage pipes on the lining structure based on the comparison between the inspection of the clogging of transverse drainage pipes and the visual inspection (leakage, efflorescence).

        The latest precise inspection for safety and diagnosis has found the clogging of transverse drainage pipes in NATM tunnel, resulting in hydraulic pressure generated on the outside of lining concrete that poses a safety threat to the tunnel structure. Accordingly, this paper aims to conduct a safety analysis on using NATM tunnel that currently suffers the clogging of transverse drainage pipes based on its numerical analysis.

        Since the 30-year-old facility is expected to surge from 10.5% to 23.9% in 10 years, the new evaluation system is needed to establish efficient maintenance system for securing the safety and extending the life span of existing facilities. In this study, Delphi and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) was conducted to provide a systematic new evaluation system for the NATM tunnel, which is the most frequently constructed structure of the existing tunnel. Since the existing assessment systems are limited in scope of evlauatuon criteria, the survey was conducted in conjunction with closed questionnaires on existing items and open questionnaires for eliciting new items. In results, suitable evaluation factors were derived for the NATM tunnel through the validation of the survey results. Also after calculating weighted value of the derived assessment item using AHP technique, a new evaluation system is proposed to meet the characteristics of the NATM tunnel, so that they can be used as reference materials for revising and supplementing detatiled guidelines in the future.
