This study is to research the Formation and Activities of Pro-Rhee’ Christian Forces under the rule of Japanese imperialism. Relationships between Rhee and Korean Christian forces were formed by Independence Association, his conversion in prison, and his activities of YMCA in the early 1910s. Most of the Pro-Rhee Korean Christian forces were Korean Christian of Seoul, Gyeonggi-Do, and ChungChong-Do birth who were active mostly in Christian groups including Christian Association and YMCA in the 1910s. Rhee suggested Diplomatic Independence Principle and Ability Cultivation Principle as strategies of the independence movement. Korean Christian forces connected to Rhee agreed to Rhee’s strategies. They did not attract support for Korea’s independence from the international society but also developed movements of ability cultivation such as Private University Establishment Campaign and Rural Enlightenment Movement. Directly after the March 1 Movement, Korean Christian forces delivered Korea’s interim government’s document declared in Korea to Syng-man Rhee, who was out of Korea. After that time, this contributed greatly to Rhee’s becoming the supreme leader of dependence movement in and outside Korea. Korean Christian forces banded together with Rhee outside Korea and formed Heung-eop Club as an organization which agreed to Comrade Association abroad and adopted as important activities raising funds of independence movement and constructing economical networks in and outside Korea. Some members of Heung-eop Club did not participate in Shin-gan Association Movement but also played a key role in YMCA’s Rural Enlightenment Movement. However, Syng-man Rhee’s overseas position became weakened due to the bankruptcy of Dongji-Shiksan Company and conflicts related to the subscription of fund. In conclusion, Rhee’s relationships with Korean Christian forces were rapidly estranged in Korea’s circumstances (e.g. Sang-Jae Lee’s death, the conflict of Chi-Ho Yoon and Heung-Woo Shin in Heung-eop Club, the failure of establishing Industrial Department, the depression of YMCA’s Rural Enlightenment Campaign, etc.) after the mid-1930s.

본 연구의 목적은 엘리트 골프 선수들의 멘탈 게임 능력을 향상시키기 위하여 제작한 "멘탈 게임 훈련" 프로그램의 효능성을 검증함과 동시에 훈련 라운드에서 실용적으로 활용할 수 있는가를 평가하는데 있다. 본 훈련 프로그램은 "스마트 골프(Smart Golf)"(Kirschenbaum,, Owens, & O`Conner, 1998)에 근간을 두고, 좋았던 클럽 회상, 코스 공략 계획, 기술 실행, 심리 반응의 4개 멘탈 요인으로 구성되었다. 피험자는 평균 타수가 72.5타(SD=0.5)인 3명의 엘리트 프로 골프 선수이며, 이들은 동계 전지 훈련기간 중 2주 동안 8회에 걸쳐서 멘탈 게임 훈련을 집중적으로 실시하였다. 훈련 프로그램의 효능성은 단일 피험자 반복-반전 설계(single-subject replication-reversal design: AB)로, 실용성은 실용적 평가 및 사회적 타당도 검사와 심층 면담으로 규명하였다. 연구 결과, 단일 피험자 설계의 개입국면에서 스코어가 괄목한 수준은 아니지만 낮아진 경향을 보여주었으며, 실용적 평가와 사회적 타당도에서도 선수들의 멘탈에 긍정적으로 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 연구 결과는 훈련 프로그램이 골프 경기력 향상을 위하여 선수 각 개인에게 멘탈 게임 요인의 장단점에 대한 유익한 정보를 제공할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 훈련 라운드에서 실용적으로 사용할 수 있다는 것을 의미한다.

본 논문은 인공적인 단백질인 MCL-1ES BH3M에 관한 것으로 MCL-1ES BH3M를 과발현시 세포사멸을 유도한다. MCL-1L을 주형으로 재조합 PCR을 통해서 MCL-1ES BH3M를 클로닝하였다. 새롭게 클로닝한 단백질인 MCL-1ES BH3M 단백질은 안정성을 유지하기 위해서 PEST 도메인이 제거되어 있으며, 다른 BCL-2 패밀리 단백질과의 결합을 조절하기 위해서 BH3도메인의 Leu-Arg-Arg-Val-Gly-Asp-Gly 서열을 7개의 Ala 잔기로 인위적으로 돌연변이를 유도하였다. MCL-1ES BH3M를 293T 세포에서 과발현할 경우 세포사멸을 유도하였고, 항-세포사멸 단백질인 MCL-1L을 같이 과발현하더라도 세포사멸을 유도하였다. 또한, 과발현시 Caspase 9과 3를 활성화하였으며 면역염색법을 통해서 MCL-1ES BH3M 과발현시 미토콘드리아에 MCL-1ES BH3M 단백질이 부분적으로 위치하는 것을 확인하였다. 이상의 결과로 MCL- 1ES BH3M는 Caspase 9과 3의 활성을 통해서 세포사멸을 유도한다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 세포사멸을 유도하는 새로운 molecule을 클로닝하였고, 이 molecule에 의한 세포사멸 기능을 확인하였다.

Insulin-like growth factors (IGFs) are mitogenic peptide hormones that regulate embryonic development, postnatal growth and cellular differentiation in vertebrates IGFs are initially translated as pre-pro-peptides and then proteolytically processed to yield the mature IGFs and E-peptides. Like the C-peptide of pro-insulin, the E-peptides of pro-IGFs are generally believed to possess little or no biological activity other than their potential roles in the biosynthesis of the mature IGFs. Like human IGF-1, previous studies in our laboratory showed that the recombinant trout Ea4-peptide of pro-IGF-1 exhibited a dose-dependent mitegenic activity in cultured BALB/3T3 fibroblasts and other non-oncogenic transformed cells (Tian et al., 1999) We have also shown by in vitro and in vivo studies that Ea4-peptide possessed novel anti-tumor activities (Chen et al., 2002, Kuo and Chen, 2002; Kuo and Chen 2003). Recent results of studies conducted in chorionicallantoic membrane of developing chicken embryos revealed that Ea4-peptide of trout pro-IGF-1 also possesses a dose-dependent antiangiogenic activity. Together these results raised the question whether Ea4-peptide of trout pro-IGF-1 may affect heart and blood vessel development and hematopoiesis in fish embryos. (중략)

본 연구의 목적은 국내 프로골프선수들이 경험하는 심리기술 요인을 심층면접 방법을 이용하여 탐색하고, 이를 기초로 프로골프선수들의 심리기술훈련 프로그램을 개발하여 궁극적으로 프로골프선수들의 최적 수행에 효과적으로 적용할 수 있도록 기초자료를 제공함에 그 목적이 있었다. 본 연구에는 국내 KPGA, KLPGA에 소속되어 있으며 최소 2년간 지속적으로 경기에 참여하고 있는 9명의 연구대상자가 참여하였다. 이에 연구절차를 통하여 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저 심층면접을 통하여 도출된 국내 프로골프선수들의 심리 기술 요인은 각성 및 불안조절, 집중력, 목표설정, 자신감, 루틴(자동화), 자기관리의 총6개 요인이 도출되었다. 이를 기초로 5명의 전문가 회의를 통하여 심리기술이해, 목표설정, 자기관리, 루틴, 심상훈련, 자신감, 이완훈련, 주의집중, 심리기술종합로 구성된 총12주 프로골프선수들의 심리기술훈련 프로그램이 개발되었다. 이에 프로골프선수들의 심리기술훈련 프로그램은 다시 심리기술, Drive Shot, Putting의 골프수행능력 검사의 타당성 검증 절차를 통하여 최종 심리기술훈련 프로그램이 개발되었다.

Yoon, Seok-Hwa. On Distribution of pro in Korean. Studies in Modern Grammar 14, 63-83. The purpose of this paper is to survey James Huang`s proposal regarding PRO and pro with special reference to Korean, and to propose a new analysis on the distribution of pro in Korean, and to present some theoretical implications of the surface syntactic representations on parameteric variation with Chomsky principles and parameters approach in syntax. I argue that Korean exercises on option that can delete arguments in surface representations, and that Korean actually shows a sort of subject-verb and object-verb agreement in honorific expressions.
