This study collected 217 cases of court ruling statements for the cases over which administrative litigations were made regarding the acknowledgment of cerebral and cardiovascular diseases arising out of duty against Korea Labor Welfare Corporation and analyzed the factors of occurrence of cerebral hemorrhage and infarction and the Court cases of cancelation and dismissal of the litigation. As a result, due to seasonal factors, cerebral hemorrhage occurred more in the winter while cerebral infarction, in spring. The incidences for each age group were the higest in people in their 40s for cerebral hemorrhage while in those in their 50s for cerebral infarction, it turned that the incidence inside the places of business was the highest. The average days from application for care and family benefits until the confirmation of the case was 31 months on average for 34 canceled cases while 23 months for 183 dismissed ones, and the average number of months working until the occurrence of accident was 80.8 months for the 34 canceled cases while 77.6 for the 183 dismissed ones. This study has a significance in that it analyzed leading cases of confirmed administrative litigations in some cases applied for diseases due to occupational cases after the occurrence of cerebral and cardiovascular diseases but not approved, through which it is expected to be used as the basic data to reduce time and economic loss generated by the litigations to judge the acknowledgment of diseases due to occupational cases.

In this research, I compared and analyzed the ‘factors of style’ that expresses and visualizes the ‘characteristics of characters’ and the characters from three movies each that was filmed with Kang Ho Song and Keong Ku Seol who acted in many movies both. As the result, for the factors for actors’ makeup design, since they have limited choices of textures, colors, and the range of changes, changing the tone of skin to light to dark implied the images of characteristics. Somewhat dark skin tone that was like tanned skin expressed the life style of the character who works for an active profession not for an intellectual position. For the factors of hair style, medium sized wavy hair that goes straight down forehead expressed the character’s familiar and informal personality while short cut sized all back style hair expressed confidence, sociality, and logical personality of the character. The actors’ costume was important to express the characteristics of characters such as changes of their mind, especially the costumes delivered symbolic meanings of the role of their social class, profession, and their financial state. In addition, there were common factors to create and design a character in terms of the changes of the actors’ body shape; when the actor acted the character who has conflicts inside and sarcastic personality, they lost weight on purpose while they gained weight and made a barrel shaped body to act the character who is positive in every occasion and does not realize the real world or who is greed.

The transcription factor nuclear factor-kB (NF-kB) plays an important role in regulating cell growth, apoptosis, and metastatic functions. Constitutive activation of NF-KB has been observed in various cancers; however, molecular mechanisms resulting in such activation remain elusive. Numerous evidences showed that over expression of TGase 2 might be linked with constitutive activation of NF-KB. To understand the pathways responsible for constitutive activation of NF-kB is important for rational design of NF-kB inhibitors for cancer therapy. Human salivary gland adenocarcinoma has been most aggressive solid tumors. Current therapy does not significantly improve survival rates. Thus, to investigate new therapeutic modalities against this adenocarcinoma is necessary. The purpose of this study was to study a constitutive activation of NF-kB with the expression of TG2 in SGT cell line origianted from human salivary gland adenocarcinoma by TGase 2 activity, RT-PCR and immunoslot blotting method. SGT cell line showed the highest TGase 2 activity and NF-kB activation than any other cell line. All the cell lines showed increased NF-kB mRNA activation after A231027 treatment than that of control. In immunoslot blotting, SGT cell line showed NF-kB activation correlated with TGase 2 expression after A231027 and BSA. It suggested that there might be a direct correlation between TGase 2 expression and NF-kB activation in SGT cell line.

In order to obtain the flexural and shear performance capacity of newly developed WAffle Slab(WAS) System, 14 full-scale 1.98mx10.00m specimens were tested under monotonic load. The Flexural performance was observed and compared with the conventional double-tee slab system using the test result. The shear performance was observed W AS slab using the test result. lt was confirmed that WAS system has enough flexural and shea capacity to carry the design load. Destruction features of test result, it appeared with bending destruction on the whole. According to steel wire increase, tolerance force's also increased. But steel wire increases to follow, it appears brittle destruction aspect. Case of shear test, the stirrup interval to be narrow maximum load appeares the tendency which comes to be destroyed.

This study was conducted to increase the utility and productivity of forage crops at high altitued areas. For that purpose, 21 cultivars of corn and 2 cultivars of rye were cultivated for 3 years using a randomized block designed with 3 replications. The

본 논문은 16세기 종교개혁 과정에서 ‘유대인’ 또는 ‘유대주의자’라고 불렸던 칼뱅에 대한 연구이다. 칼뱅은 유대인 랍비들을 통해 성서해석에 관한 도움을 받았다. 종교개혁자들과 로마가톨릭교회는 이런 점에 대해 칼 뱅을 ‘유대인’ 또는 ‘유대주의자’라고 비판하였다. 칼뱅은 유대주의자였는 가를 살펴보기 위해 본 논문의 2장은 칼뱅과 유대인에 관해 연구한 학자들 의 입장을 정리한다. 3장에서는 르네상스 시대와 종교개혁 시기에 유대인 들의 역할이 종교개혁자들에게 어떤 영향을 주었는지 살펴본다. 4장에서는 칼뱅이 전통적인 성서해석 입장을 가진 기독교인들과 랍비 유대인의 성서 해석을 어떻게 수용해서 자신만의 성서해석의 길을 걸었는지에 대해 연구 한다. 5장에서는 칼뱅과 유대인 논쟁에 대해 다루면서, 기독교인-유대인 간 의 논쟁의 역사도 제시한다. 6장에서는 칼뱅과 반유대주의의 문제를 논한 다. 끝으로 지금까지 논의를 정리하고, 그에 대한 필자의 생각을 밝힌다.

존 프라이어(John Fryer, 1839-1928, 중국명 傅兰雅)는 평신도 선교사로 중국에 와 홍콩 성바울서원, 경사동문관 그리고 상하이 영화서원을 거치면서 교육 선교에 전념했다. 그러나 영국성공회 선교부와의 관계가 틀어지면서 일반 선교사의 길과는 다르게 과학 전파에 전념하게 된다. 주로 강남제 조국, 『격치휘편』, 격치서원 그리고 익지서회를 통한 과학교과서 출간 등 서방 과학문명의 전파를 통한 중국의 근대화를 위해 노력했다. 그러나 그는 과학 전파만이 아니라 종교와 과학의 적절한 결합을 통해 종교로서 기독교가 중국사회에서 어떤 역할을 해야할 지 궁구했다. 비록 과학지식의 보급 현장에선 종교와 과학의 철저한 분리를 견지했지만, 종교는 정신적이며 도덕적인 영역에서 위기의 중국을 구원할 역량의 원천으로 삼고자 했다. 이에 프라이어는 독특한 자신의 길을 모색해 종교와 과학의 균형을 통 한 중국사회의 변천과정에서 기독교가 미칠 영향을 늘 기대했다. 그는 선교사이며 동시에 과학 전파자였다.

본 연구는 엘리엇의 제국이 언제나 “이상”이었다는 커모드나 마샬의 주장과는 달리, 엘리엇의 제국은 “현실”이었음을 증명하기 위해, 엘리엇이 중요하게 여긴 두 명의 작가, 러디어드 키플링과 조셉 콘래드에 대 한 그의 평가를 살펴보고자 한다. 키플링은 엘리엇이 평생 좋아했던 작가였으며, 콘래드는 『황무지』와 ｢텅 빈 사람들｣의 제사를 제공했던 작 가였다. 엘리엇은 이 두 작가가 제국주의에 대해 다른 입장을 갖고 있었다는 것을 잘 알고 있었다. 젊은 시절의 엘리엇은, 제국주의와는 전혀 관계없이, 두 작가를 문학의 잣대로만 평가를 했다. 그는 키플링을 가까스로 위대한 작가로, 콘래드를 위대한 소설가라고 평가했다. 그러나 노년의 엘리엇은 반제국주의자였던 콘래드에 대해서 거의 언급하지 않았으나, 제국주의자였던 키플링의 시 선집을 출판하고, 그를 옹호하는 글을 썼다. 그리고 이 글에서 엘리엇은 키플링이 대영제국에 대해 취한 입장의 의미와 의의를 자세히 설명하고 있다. 위 사실에 근거하여, 본 연구는 엘리엇이 제국주의에 대해 상반된 입장을 취한 키플링과 콘래드 를 어떻게 이해했는지, 그가 두 작가와 제국주의에 대한 평가가 어떻게 변했는지 살펴보고, 그 의미와 의의를 살펴보고자 한다.

식물이 병원체의 침입을 받으면 식물체내로 단백질을 전달한다. 병원체가 식물체내로 분비하는 단백질 중에서 cell death를 일으키는 단백질들에 대해 관심을 가졌다. 먼저 Pseudoperonospora cubensis 에 감염된 오이 잎에서 발 현되어 병원체 유래의 단백질들을 기존에 알려진 RLXR 도메인을 가진 염기서열에서 프라이머를 디자인 하여 PCR 반응을 통해 cloning 하였다. 이중에서 P. cubensis 접종시 발현이 증가하는 단백질들을 중심으로 Nicotiana benthamiana에 Infection 시켰다 그 결과 Infection된 Effector 들 중에서 2개의 Effctor에서 visible한 cell death를 관찰 할 수 있었다. 사세한 결과가 포스트를 통해서 발표될 것이다.

Ectopic overexpression of melatonin biosynthetic genes of animal origin has been used to generate melatonin-rich transgenic plants to examine the functional roles of melatonin in plants. However, the subcellular localization of these proteins expressed in the transgenic plants remains unknown. We studied the localization of sheep (Ovis aries) serotonin N-acetyltransferase (OaSNAT) and a translational fusion of a rice SNAT transit peptide to OaSNAT (TS:OaSNAT) in plants. Laser confocal microscopy analysis revealed that both OaSNAT and TS:OaSNAT proteins were localized to the cytoplasm even with the addition of the transit sequence to OaSNAT. Transgenic rice plants overexpressing the TS:OaSNAT fusion transgene exhibited high SNAT enzyme activity relative to untransformed wild-type plants, but lower activity than transgenic rice plants expressing the wild-type OaSNAT gene. Melatonin levels in both types of transgenic rice plant corresponded well with SNAT enzyme activity levels. The TS:OaSNAT transgenic lines exhibited increased seminal root growth relative to wild-type plants, but less than in the OaSNAT transgenic lines, confirming that melatonin promotes root growth. Seed-specific OaSNAT expression under the control of a rice prolamin promoter did not confer high levels of melatonin production in transgenic rice seeds compared to seeds from transgenic plants expressing OaSNAT under the control of the constitutive maize ubiquitin promoter.

본 연구는 도라지차, 가자미, 생강, 마늘, 엿기름을 1차로 숙성한 후 쌀과 조를 동량 혼합하여 지은 밥, 무채, 고춧가루를 다시 혼합하여 완성한 밥식해와 도라지차 영덕밥식해를 30일간 저장하면서 발효 특성을 실험하였다. 일반성분은 수분을 제외한 조단백질, 조지방, 조회분 및 탄수화물에서 도라지차 영덕밥식해가 다소 더 높게 나타났다. pH는 밥식해와 도라지차 영덕밥식해 모두 점차 감소하는 것에 비하여 산도는 높아지는 경향을 보였다. 밥식해와 도라지차 영덕밥식해의 유산균수는 0일차에서 3일차까지 밥식해가 더 높게 나타났으나 저장 7일차부터 도라지차 영덕밥식해의 유산균수가 더 높게 나타났다. 세균수의 경우 밥식해와 도라지차 영덕밥식해 모두 감소하는 경향을 보이다가 숙성 15일차부터 현저한 증식을 보였다. 저장 8일차에 관능검사를 실시한 결과 전체적인 맛에서 새콤한 맛을 제외한 전체적인 맛, 달콤한 맛, 짠 맛, 매운 맛은 도라지차 영덕밥식해가 높게 나타났으며, 전체적인 기호도에서 색을 제외한 전체적인 기호도, 맛, 향기, 식감은 도라지차 영덕밥식해가 밥식해보다 높게 나타났다. 따라서 도라지차를 혼합하여 제조하는 것이 식해의 발효와 맛에 효과적인 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구는 선형가속기의 고에너지 엑스선을 조사한 생쥐 간에 대한 백삼과 동충하초의 방사선방호효과를 연구하였다. ICR계 수컷생쥐 군에 7일 동안에 경구적으로 백삼(150 mg/kg/day)과 동충하초(200 mg/kg/day)를 각각 방사선조사 전에 투여했고 다른 생쥐 군에 5 Gy(1.01 Gy/min)의 방사선량으로 전신조사를 했고 대조군에 생리적 식염수 (0.1 ml)를 투여 한 후 간 조직에서 환원형 글루타치온(GSH)과 산화형 글루타치온(GSSG)의 함량을 각각 검사하였다. 그 결과 방사선조사군(Rad)보다 동충하초투여군(EF+Rad)과 백삼투여군(WG+Rad)에서 환원형 글루타치온 (GSH)함량이 유의성 있게 증가했으나 산화형 글루타치온(GSSG)의 함량은 유의성 있게 감소하였다. 총 환원형 글루타치온(total GSH)과 산화형 글루타치온(GSSG)의 함량 비율은 방사선조사군(Rad)보다 동충하초투여군(EF+Rad)과백삼투여군(WG+Rad)에서 유의성 있게 감소하였다.

“And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you he shall in no wise lose his reward.”(Mt. 10:42) With this saying the local followers were ordered to submit to the authority of itinerant missionaries and to support them. However, when the local congregation formed itself and grew up, they needed the resident leaders. There arose competitions and conflicts between the resident leaders and the itinerant missionaries. Thus the missionaries transferred gradually from the itinerant life to the resident one. Then the house community became the center of mission and meeting, which was supported materially by the patron. However, the house community with patrons disappeared gradually, because it could not overcome the problem of difference among member’s social status. Therefore the Christian congregation should solve the economic problem, without patrons, with the egalitarian spirit and the brethren love. The early Christians who knew the Judaic custom of offerings offered the donations for the church. The donations and the immovables which the members offered formed the church property. Notwithstanding Jesus’ critics of the wealth, the early church gathered the property for the solution of the economic problem. The early church could not furnish her preachers with the nourishment regularly. But as the Christian believers increased and the church grew up, professional ministers were needed. “For the workman is worthy of his meat”: Jesus intended this saying originally for his itinerant disciples, but the history proved that this was said for church ministers. It is a invariable truth that the change of the life conditions brings about that of the economic life. In the situation of itinerant life Jesus criticized the wealth (to say more exactly, the dependence on the wealth). But thereafter his disciples gave up the itinerant life for the resident life. By the above research I intended to show that a new possibility of the economic life had beginned. The choice of the resident life led to a new economic life, so that the church developed in the other direction than Jesus intended originally. This is the teaching which the history gave to us.

마 분말을 첨가한 누룽지의 품질특성을 비교하기 위하여 마 분말 무 첨가 2, 4, 6, 8% 첨가하여 처리조건에 따라 제조한 누룽지를 평가 비교하였다. 마 분말을 첨가하여 제조된 누룽지는 색도측정, 물 결합능력, 점도측정, 침전물 생성량 및 탁도 측정, 총당측정, 환원당측정, 관능평가를 분석한 결과 색도는 마 분말 첨가량이 증가할 수 록 명도(L)는 낮게 나타내었다. 적색도(a)와 황색도(b)에서는 마 분말 첨가량에 따라 명도(L)와는 다르게 마

우장지버섯 균사체 배양액으로 발효시킨 초산발효액 (AJA: pH 3.2, acidity 2.0, brix degree 3.2)이 streptozotocin으로 유발한 당뇨쥐의 혈당과 혈청지질에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 실험용 식이는 AIN-76 diet를 기본으로 하여 조제하였으며 실험동물은 5주령의 평균체중이 인 Sprague-Dawly계 흰쥐를 사용하여 정상대조군(NC), 당뇨 대조군(DM), 당뇨유발 후 체중 100 g당 AJA 1/2 희

유해 환경하에 노출된 숏크리트는 시간이 경과함에 따라 각종 유해이온의 침식으로 인하여 열화하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 환경에 노출된 숏크리트의 열화특성을 평가하기 위하여 황산염 및 산에 대한 화학적침식에 대하여 유해이온에 각각 60주 동안 침지한 숏크리트 코어 공시체를 대상으로 외관조사, 압축강도, 부착강도 및 기기분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 용액의 종류에 관계없이 침지재령 60주에서 균열, 박리 등으로 인한 표면손상이 심각한 상태였으며, 압축 및 부착강도는 초기재령에서는 수중양생한 공시체보다 상회하는 결과를 보였으나 장기재령에서는 역전되는 현상을 보여주었다.
