본 논문에서는 12펄스 정류기의 커패시터 중앙 DC버스에 개선된 보조전원장치를 설치하는 방법을 제안하였다. 11차 및 13차 고조파가 감소하는 이론적인 배경을 다루었으며 부하전류의 크기, 전원전압의 위상 및 크기, 커패시터 전압에 따라 개선된 보조전원의 파형 및 크기가 어떻게 제어되어야 하는지를 제시하였다. 기존의 구형파 보조전원장치를 적용한 경우는 전 영역에서 고조파 왜형률이 6~60[%]로 큰 편차를 보이지만 본 눈문에서 제안하는 개선된 보조전원장치를 적용한 경우 저 부하에서 고 부하에 이르는 전 영역에서 57~71[%] 라는 안정되고 뛰어난 고조파 왜형율 저감 효과를 보인다. 특히 10[%] 부하상태에서 기존방식은 고조파 왜형율 저감효과가 6[%]로 효과가 거의 없지만 제안된 방식은 71[%]라는 놀라운 저감성능을 보여주고 있다. 소프트웨어 PSIM을 활용하여 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안된 방식의 유효성을 입증하였다.
전기추진선박의 추진시스템에 주로 사용되는 3상 정류기의 입력전류는 다양한 저차 고조파를 포함하고 있다. 이러한 고조파 저감을 위해서 대전력이 필요한 대형 선박에 사용되는 전력변환장치는 12펄스 출력의 정류기가 현재 사용되고 있지만 여전히 12±1차의 고조파가 발생되는 문제점이 있다. 또한, 속도 및 토크 제어기법으로 널리 사용되고 있는 직접토크제어기법의 경우에는 토크 리플이 심하고 전동기의 입력전류는 인버터의 스위칭에 의해 고조파를 크게 포함하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 직접토크제어기법을 이용하는 전기추진시스템의 12펄스 정류기에 보조 전원을 공급하여 고조파를 저감하고 토크 제어성능을 향상시켰으며 실선시스템 환경에서 시뮬레이션을 통해 그 유효성을 입증하였다.
우리나라 여름철 해수욕장 이용의 다변화로 인해 매년 발생하는 안전사고가 증가하고 있지만 안전관리 및 구조·구난에 지자체, 해경, 소방방재청, 경찰청이 함께 참여함으로써 책임과 권한소재의 혼선으로 인한 안전관이의 공백이 우려됨과 동시에 안전관리 및 구조·구난의 주관 부서 선정 및 유관기관과의 협력체계의 구축이 필요한 시점이라고 볼 수 있다. 이에 따라, 국내의 해상구조 자원봉사단체의 현황을 알아보고, 해 양 선진국의 사례와 조사·비교·분석하여 국내의 수난구호환경에 적합한 민간수난구호 조직(한국민간해양구조단)의 설립 방안을 제시하였다

This study presents the new dispatching rules of job shop scheduling with auxiliary resource constraint to improve the schedule performance measures related to completion time and duedates. The proposed dispatching rules consider the information of total work remaining and machine utilization to decrease mean flowtime and mean tardiness. The results of computer experiments show that those schedule performances are significantly improved by using the new dispatching rules. The results provide guidance for the researchers and practitioners of auxiliary resource constrained job shop scheduling to decrease mean flowtime and mean tardiness.
In the electrode fabrication of unit cell, it was ascertained that electrochemical characteristics were greatly increased with 90 wt.% of BP-20, 5 wt.% of Super P and 5 wt.% of mixed binder [P(VdF-co-HFP) : PVP =7 : 3] The self-discharge of unit cell showed that diffusion process was controlled by the ion concentration difference of initial electrolyte due to the characteristics of Electric Double Layer Capacitor (EDLC) charged by ion adsorption in the beginning, but this by current leakage through the double-layer at the electrode/electrolyte interface had a minor effect and voltages of curves were remained constant regardless of electrode material. The electrochemical characteristics of 2.3 V/3,000 F grade EDLC were as follows: 0.35 m of DC-ESR (100 A discharge), 0.14 mof AC-ESR (AC amplitude 100 mV), 2.80 Wh/kg (3.73 Wh/L) of energy density and 4.64 kW /kg (6.19 kW/L) of power density. Power output was compatible with electric vehicle applications, uninterrupted power supply and engine starter, in due consideration of Ragone relations.
The main control room(MCR) module in the auxiliary building has been reviewed to reduce the construction period. The main control room module are divided into ceiling & floor module and integrated combined module(ICM) including duct, tray, piping. In this paper, a numerical lifting analysis for ICM was performed to confirm the structural integrity. In regards of installation process, the constructability of the MCR module was reviewed as well. Consequently, it is concluded that the reduction of construction period is possible.
Most spent foundry sand (SFS) is disposed in waste containment facilities; only 41.4% beneficially reused in recycling.In foreign countries, some spent foundry sand is finding uses in highway bases and retaining structures, asphalt concrete,and pavement bases. However, limited information is available on the use of SFS as a component in the base or subbaselayers of pavements. Large volumes of SFS can be used in roadway construction, so this information is very important.In this study, the geotechnical properties of SFS amended road base material such as particle size, turbidity, andpermeability were estimated to decided the optimal conditions in thermal stabilization. At the optimal conditions, abrasiontest and California bearing ratio (CBR) test were conducted to evaluate the degree of qualification for the standard ofsubbase layers of pavement. Also, the hazardous characteristics of SFS were evaluated by Korea extraction test (KET)and toxicity characteristic leaching procedure (TCLP). It was realized that SFS can be used as auxiliary material inpavement subbase when particle size of SFS was amended by mixing with another pavement materials.
This article is a diachronic study of different constructions involving the verb DARE from Old English (OE) to Modern English (ModE). With regard to the Late ModE (lModE) change, this paper examines the Corpus of Historical American English (COHA) covering 1810 to 2009. It is found that the general tendency is a decline of the frequency of DARE in terms of both the modal auxiliary and the main (lexical) verb uses in American English. However, the frequency of the auxiliary use, contra Taeymans (2004), has more rapidly decreased, while that of the main verb use has less drastically dropped. The blend constructions have had a low frequency throughout the past 200 years. Yet, the inflected blends(e.g. dared, dares) showed gradual decrease of frequency, whereas the DO-support blends did not. This study also examines historical changes from OE to Early ModE (eModE). It is found that lexical and modal properties coexisted from OE to Early Middle English (eME), the modal ones climaxing during the eME period. This paper argues that the grammaticalization from lexical to modal was triggered before the OE period and thereafter until eME is the period of gradual extension. From the lME period lexical properties increasingly occurred, which led Beths (1999) and Taeymans (2004) to argue for degrammaticalization. This paper accounts for the same phenomenon in terms of renewal, a natural process in grammaticalization. There are lME evidences showing phonological and semantic reductions of DARE, which necessitated a renewal of DARE. This study, moreover, shows that the words of the same category can follow different paths of change with time.
