        중국, 일본, 한국인의 3개국의 소비자들을 대상으로 버섯의 소비형태를 조사하였다. 버섯의 주된 구입장소는 중국인은 시장, 일본인과 한국인은 마트였으며 버섯의 이용정도는 한국인보다는 중국인과 일본인이 더 자주 이용하는 것으로 나타났다. 버섯을 구입할때 모양과 가격을 가장 먼저 보는 것으로 조사되었으며 버섯가공품에 대한 인지도는 한국인(45.1%)에 비하여 중국인(68.3%)과 일본인 (62.4%)이 높았으며 주로 구입해본 가공품으로는 중국인과 일본인 조사 대상자들은 버섯절임류(특히, 일본-병조림)가 가장 많았으며 한국인 조사 대상자들은 버섯차를 가장 많이 구입해 본 것으로 나타났다. 식용버섯(느타리, 큰느타리, 표고버섯)의 구입 형태를 조사한 결과 느타리버섯과 큰느타리버섯의 경우는 생것을 선호하였으며, 표고버섯은 건조품을 많이 이용하였고 주된 요리방법은 볶음이었다. 느타리버섯의 경우 갓의 크기에 따른 선호도를 조사한 결과 중국인과 한국인들은 각각 47.9%와 71.2% 갓의 크기가 2-5cm인 버섯을 선택하는 반면 일본인들은 50.6%가 갓이 2cm이하인 것을 가장 선호하는 것으로 나타났다.

        The purpose of this study is to provide basic materials for food service consumption culture by proving the problem with food service purchase and its improvements. For this purpose, it was attempted to grasp university students' food service purchase behavior and level of satisfaction with it and to investigate the factors influencing their level of satisfaction with food service purchase. The questionnaire research was conducted for university students living in Seoul and Chungcheong provinces. 453 questionnaires obtained from them were used for final analysis. As a results, the following finding were obtained: 1. In case of university students, their level of consumer satisfaction with food service purchase was shown to be the score of 37.99(63.06/on the basis of 100 points). They showed the highest level of satisfaction with quality, followed by facility and atmosphere, service, price and the like. 2. The factor having the greatest influence on university students' level of satisfaction with food service purchase was shown to be gender(female), followed by food service place(Korean food restaurant, Chinese food restaurant, Western food restaurant, flour-based meals restaurant), consumer attitude, average monthly food service cost.

        본 연구는 중국 내수시장에서 제품의 브랜드와 제조국에 따른 제품형태별로 중국 소비자들의 제품품질 지각에 어떠한 차이가 나타나며, 이들 두 요인에 의해 소비자들의 제품품질 지각이 실제 영향을 받고 있는지를 살펴보고, 중국 내수시장에서 제품형태별 중국 소비자들의 구매의사결정을 추정해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 중국 상해에 거주하는 성인 소비자들을 대상으로 C-TV 제품의 구매의사결정에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 브랜드와 제조국을 달리하는 7개의 C-TV 제품형태별로 중국 소비자들의 제품품질 지각에 차이가 있으며, 브랜드와 제조국이 중국 소비자들의 제품품질 지각에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 중국 소비자들의 구매의사결정 모형의 추정 결과 단일 국적 제품의 경우에는 대체로 브랜드 선호도에 의해, 그리고 이중 국적 제품의 경우에는 주관적 규범에 의해 구매의도가 보다 큰 영향을 받고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

        One of the problems facing international companies is the question of whether to use standardized international advertising or to adapt advertising messages in each country. This paper provides empirical evidence for whether or not to be able to use standardized advertising based on a comparison of evaluative criteria for automobiles and toothpaste among American, Japanese, and Korean consumers. There appears to be a similar pattern among respondents of the three countries in rank of attribute importance. Especially, the result of toothpaste shows an almost identical pattern. The findings do support the idea that international advertising can be standardized due to the similarities among world-wide consumers.

The paper begins by delineating the current trajectory of the new retail industry, underscoring the pivotal role that big data and artificial intelligence play in the transformative processes of enterprises. The study then explores the salient impact of consumer interaction and brand sentiment on purchasing decisions. Consumers are transitioning from focusing solely on material gratification to a heightened emphasis on psychological and emotional fulfillment, particularly in the information age. Hence, retail businesses should initiate diversified interaction strategies rooted in authentic consumer needs and efficacious brand anthropomorphism to bolster emotional engagement and allure a broader consumer base. Conclusively, the paper offers targeted strategies designed to invigorate consumer purchasing behavior, serving as a substantive guide for optimizing marketing and sales tactics in the novel retail milieu.

        As environmental concerns continue to grow, green supply chain management (GSCM) is attracting attention as an element of competitive advantage for companies. This study examined internal GSCM practices to show how they influenced the end-point of the supply chain from the perspective of the end-consumer. It identified the effects of environmental concerns on consumer purchasing behavior mediated by the company image of internal GSCM practices. Data were collected through an email survey of Korean consumers. Reliability and validity were verified using SPSS 18.0. Cronbach’s alpha, and confirmatory factor analysis. The results showed that environmental concerns had a positive impact on such practices, and the image of internal GSCM practices was found to have a significantly positive effect on consumer purchasing behavior. Companies will have to actively reflect environmental factors in their operational activities, and GSCM implementation will become a necessity. A positive image of internal environmental management and eco-design, which are key elements of internal GSCM practices, strengthened the company’s eco-friendly image and ultimately affected consumer purchasing behavior. This suggests that it is important for companies to evaluate their environmental attitude and make eco-friendly products from a consumer’s perspective, making it a differentiation strategy for a company in building an eco-friendly corporate image.

        Purpose - Previous studies on the influence of appeal types of advertising messages on pro-social behavior have shown inconsistent results. The purpose of this study is to examine whether the appeal type of advertising affects consumer’s prosocial behavior. In particular, the authors investigated whether the social exclusion moderates the relationship between the appeal type of advertising and prosocial behavior. Research design, data and Methodology - To verify the hypothesis, two experimental study were conducted. The experimental study was 2(appeal type : self-benefit vs. other-benefit) by 2(social exclusion : being ignored vs. being rejected) between-subject design. Participants were randomly assigned to one of four conditions. The experiment was conducted using a computer. First, the participants was exposed to the advertising image used in the social campaign, and then responded to questions about social behavior. The participants completed the experiment after further responding to the item for manipulation check and demographic measure. The experiment took about 10 minutes in total. Results - In Study 1, a global warming campaign with participation intention variable, other-benefit ads rather than self-benefit ads drive consumers who feel socially rejected to be more willing and likely to participate, but consumers who feel socially ignored are more likely to participate the campaign in self-benefit ad than other-benefit ad. Study 2 replicates the findings, a child poverty relief campaign with an amount-to-donate variable: consumers who feel explicitly rejected allocate more dollars to the charity in response to other-benefit rather than self-benefit ads, but consumers who being ignored are willing to donate more money. Conclusion - This study has theoretical contribution in that it expands existing theories by explaining the existing inconsistent results of the message appeal influence on pro-social behavior through new control variables. In addition, the results have important managerial implications, suggesting marketers should tailor their marketing message to match the consumer situation.

        Purpose – This study intends to analyze Chinese consumers' purchase intention of Korean automobile. The aims of this study investigated to find out how product attributes and brand image affect the consumer’s purchase intention of Korean automobiles in China. We consider the product attributes, brand image as evaluation criteria, also recognized as objectives for purchase intention. This study aims to analyze the positive effects on Chinese consumers’ purchase intention with the variables by using the research model. Research design, data, and methodology – Based on theory of Purchase Intention, the concept of purchase intention was assessed by two factors: a) product attributes, and b) brand image to test the proposed hypotheses. The survey was conducted for 30 days, from October 17 to November 16 in 2018. With IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 and IBM SPSS AMOS 23.0, factor analysis and regression, Cronbach’s alpha and correlation were tested. 300 samples were used for this analysis. Results – As a main result, product attributes and brand image exerted significant effects on consumer’s purchase intention. Thus, <H1> and <H2> were supported. The results showed that the product attributes, brand image had positive effects on purchase intention. The findings of this thesis are as follows: Firstly, automobiles’ quality factors were divided into two categories like product properties (price, performance, design, economy, and safety), and brand image (awareness, favorability, reliability, and familiarity). Second, it showed that product properties and brand image had positive impacts on purchase intention of consumer. Conclusions - The impact of product attributes and brand image on consumer perceived value of Korean automobiles in China can be seen as a universal psychology of consumers who trust automobile products such as high quality, technology, ets. The results offer some insights into the extended model and have important managerial implications for Korean automobile enterprise. As the findings of this thesis show, all strategic orientations have significant and positive effects on the ability of innovation. At the same time, automobile company must pay attention to quality. As the relationship between the automobiles’ performance and brand image were positive and significant, automobile companies should have comprehensive strategic orientations focused on strengthening these factors.

        소비채널의 다양화는 소비자의 소비행태에 있어 큰 변화를 야기했다. 현재 전 세계적으로 쇼루밍적 소비행태가 확산되고 있으며, 국내도 예외는 아니다. 본 연구는 설문을 통해 국내 소비자의 소비행위에 대한 현황을 파악하고 궁극적으로는 변화한 소비행태를 반영한 개략적인 채널 활용 전략을 제안하고자 한다. 연구방법으로는 20~50대를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시 하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상품 구매 시 가장 중요하게 고려하는 요소는 ‘품질’이었으나, 제품 선택이 종료된 후 해당 상품을 구매하는 시점에서는 같은 제품을 보다 ‘저렴한 가격(55.7%)’으로 구매할 수 있는지가 중요했다. 또한 주 구매 채널로 ‘온라인+오프라인(73.8%)’을 복합적으로 활용하며, 매장에서 모바일로 제품 검색 여부’에 대해 약 79.5%의 응답자가 ‘예’라고 답했다. 둘째, 매장 내 모바일 검색 후 최종 구매 채널을 묻는 질문에는 ‘매장(34.7%)’을 이용한다는 응답자가 ‘차후 모바일 구매(34.1%)’라고 응답한 쇼루밍적 소비 비율과 유사한 수준이었다. 특히 매장 구매의 경우 매장 내 모바일 검색 이유에 ‘상품평 참고’가 가장 높았는데, 이는 온라인(모바일)은 가격비교만큼이나 상품평 등 타 소비자와 공유하는 소통의 장으로의 중요한 역할을 담당한다는 의미로 해석 가능하다. 따라서 소비자간, 기업-소비자간 소통이 가능한 유연한 매장 환경을 구축하여야 한다. 셋째, 품목에 따라서는 의류, 생활용품, 화장품 등이 매장 구매 선호 품목으로, 서적, 의류, 가전제품이 온라인(모바일) 구매 선호 품목으로 나타났다. 연령에 따라서는 ‘순수 오프라인족’이 20대가 가장 많았고, 이들은 생활용품과 의류를 매장에서 구매하는 것을 선호했다. 이러한 연구 결과를 반영하여 향후 온오프라인 구매 채널 구축 및 확장 시 연령대별 소비행위, 구매 프로세스, 활용 선호 구매채널, 품목별 선호 구매 채널 등에 대한 충분한 이해와 전략 구축이 선행되어야 한다.

        Purpose – This study aims to investigate domestic wine consumption behavior and make future sales strategies and marketing plans. Research design, data, and methodology – To achieve the purpose of the study, the surveys were conducted targeting 350 wine customers in Jeju and Seoul. 331 responses were collected, and out of them, 21 responses were deleted because they lacked the proper information fill in. A descriptive statistical analysis was applied to the remaining 310 responses. The statistical techniques used for carrying out hypothesis-testing are EFA_(exploratory factor analysis), multiple-regression analysis, and moderating effect in SPSS 18.0. Results – The results indicate that fashion oriented, sociality aspiration and rationality seeking lifestyles had significant influence upon internal attributes. However, well-being oriented and having enjoyment oriented lifestyle had no significant influence upon internal attributes. Furthermore, all the types of lifestyles except social aspiration lifestyles had a positive influence upon external attributes, whereas internal or external attributes had positive influence on customer satisfaction. Conclusions – The consumers who experienced wine purchases think wine selection attributes differ before and after experiencing wine drinking, and it shows that the circumstantial variables as purchase situations prove to be important predicted variables in the behavior field of wine consumers. It implies appropriate wine education according to the consuming trend about wine for wine consumers are needed.

        6차 산업의 영향으로 농산물 생산뿐만 아니라 제조, 가공, 포장, 판매 등 다양한 분야에 관심을 갖고 융ᐧ복합 경영구조로 변화하고 있다. 특히 포장 및 판매의 경우 포장디자인, 브랜드디자인으로 농촌의 디자인 중요성이 강조되고 있는 반면 비용 부담 및 정보부족 등으로 인하여 원활히 이뤄지기 어려운 상황이다. 이에 농촌 상황의 포장디자인 비용부담을 줄이기 위해 전 연구에서 현장조사, 문제점파악, 개선연구, 표준디자인 가이드 안을 개발한 바 있다. 본 연구에서는 개발한 표준 포장디 자인안의 실용화를 위해 농촌관광마을에 현장 적용하여 개선을 통한 소비자 의견을 평가하고자 하였다. 그 결과 적용 포장 디자인의 만족도, 적합성이 70%이상이 긍정적인 의견으로 나타났고 포장디자인 기능 충족도는 운반편리성과 상품성이 높 게 나타났으며 요건 충족도는 경제성이 다소 높게 나타났다. 적용 포장디자인의 개선 요인 의견분석 결과 구매도가 가장 높았고 그 외에 전형성, 내구성, 적합성이 개선 요인으로 높게 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 개발된 표준 포장디자인안의 소비자 의견의 타당성 및 효과를 정량적으로 검증하였다. 본 연구는 앞서 연구와 연결하여 현황조사, 문제점파악, 개선연구 진행, 표준가이드 디자인 개발, 현장실용화, 소비자 반응 평가, 기술이전계획 순으로 체계적이고 객관적인 연구절차를 통해 진행함으로써 농특산품 포장디자인의 문제점과 한계점을 해결하는 디자인개선 참고자료로 유효할 것으로 사료된다.

        Purpose – The purpose of this research is to identify how idiocentric consumers and allocentric consumers respond to retail store environments and how such responses affect their consumer behaviors in a sustainable consumption setting. Method – Data were collected from 422 U.S. adult consumers via a web-based survey. Two store settings were created, perceptually related (eco-friendly clothing displayed with greenery)or perceptually-unrelated (eco-friendly clothing displayed without greenery), and consumers were asked to take the survey based on the given store setting. Results – Allocentric consumers perceived a product and its display environment were related whereas idiocentric consumers perceived the two were unrelated. Also, the former exhibited higher purchase intentions when the product and store environment were related (eco-friendly clothing displayed with greenery), but the latter did when the two were unrelated (eco-friendly clothing displayed without greenery). Conclusions – This research suggests that retailers should consider consumer self-concept at personal-level when implementing marketing strategies. This research also demonstrates that consumers are influenced by store environment in relation to their self-concept and that self-concept can be temporarily modified by various stimuli such as visual displays.

        Purpose This – paper examines Kazakh women’s spending patterns and buying behavior. Research design, data, and methodology – After thoroughly reviewing the related literature on consumer behavior in general, and female consumer behavior in particular, both questionnaires and in-depth personal interviews were used to collect data from 400 Kazakh women consumers equally chosen from the age groups 20-30, 30-40, 40-50, and above 50. Results – A stratified and convenient sample was employed, and the selected five hypotheses were proved using the Karl Pearson Coefficient of Correlation. Related to spending patterns, 40 and 35 percent of the 20-30 and 30-40 age groups, respectively, of Kazakh women spend their incomes on personal items, as against 30 percent from both the 40-50 and 50 and above age groups. Twenty-five and 35 percent of the 40-50 and 50 and above age group, respectively, take decisions based on product quality, whereas this percentage is at its mite in the below 40 age group. Conclusions – The buying behavior of Kazakh women consumers is revealed; the results proffer useful background information to formulate marketing strategies.

        The purpose of this study is to examine green consumer behavior (green product purchasing behavior and green consumption life) affected by demographical characteristics, and cognition degree of green life (cognition of a green indicator, a green life catalyst system, and environmental problems). It's also to promote strategy and suggest effective activation plans for the vitalization of green consumer behavior. To carry out the task, verification of credibility, multiple regression analysis, two-step cluster analysis, and multinomial logistic analysis were used. The results are as follows: First, the factors that effect green product purchasing behavior were gender, age, cognitive of a green indicator, carbon points system, electricity peak hour system, and seriousness of environmental damage due to lifestyle. Second, the factors that effect green lifestyle were gender, age, carbon grade indicator system, cognition of a green system, and the seriousness of environmental damage due to lifestyle. Third, the comparative group characteristic analysis showed low rates for careless green consumer behavior groups compared to the passive green consumer behavior groups in cognition of a green indicator, green system, and environmental problems. For active green consumer behavior groups, the analysis showed high rates in cognition of carbon grades, eco-labeling, electricity peak hour system, and environmental damage due to lifestyle. In order to encourage green consumer behavior, it's evident that cognition of a green indicator, a green life catalyst system, and environmental problems need to be improved through strategic education and continuous encouragement.
